Had the greatest experience renting from this location. Friendly and polite staff, didn’t have to wait long, car in great condition. Whatever was “frozen” on my account as security deposit returned the next day after I returned the car. Was anticipating the worst because of quite a few negative reviews, but actually had the awesomest experience overall so far I’ve had anywhere in Europe.

Aufgrund der Bewertungen hier, waren wir anfangs etwas skeptisch und überlegten sogar woanders ein Auto zu mieten. Da die Vermietstation jedoch nahe an unserem Hotel lag, bot es sich an, hier ein Auto zu mieten. Nachdem der Mitarbeiter anfangs etwas verhalten war, taute dieser aber im Laufe des Vorgangs auf und wir erhielten sogar eine bessere Kategorie als wir gebucht hatten und sogar ein Neuwagen. Alles klappte schnell und unkompliziert. Ebenso reibungslos funktionierte die Abgabe am Flughafen in Faro. Auch hier ging es freundlich, sehr schnell und unkompliziert von statten. Daumen hoch

Audi A3 rented had wind noise at the driver’s window. Navigation is only Portuguese. Washer fluid was low, service reminder in dash was a bit unnerving. Aside from that: fantastic!

Europcar Lisbon R.Rodrigues Sampaio When returning our car to this location, we had a small incident with another vehicle. No damage to our car but the other driver was insistent that we caused his pre existing damage. The manager and staff at this location were very professional and very understanding. They took charge of the situation and dealt with the unpleasant fellow and all of the paperwork. We were very happy with their service and the way they looked after us. Congratulations to you wonderful people and keep up the good work.

Je n’avais pas lu les commentaires avant de réserver et je m’attendais limite à devoir me battre sur place. Et bien rien du tout tarif respecté personnel accueillant aucune prise de bec. Véhicule neuf (dernière seat Ibiza de 2019). Retour impeccable, bref tout bon, peut être ais je eu de la chance !

Hay varias cosas que no logro entender... Que una empresa multinacional no permita utilizar la tarjeta de fidelización de un país en otro (y más cuando son países vecinos como España y Portugal, y de la UE) es bastante absurdo. Además, con la reserva online el servicio presencial se ha convertido en muy deficiente, porque solo tienen dos o tres coches y tienes que esperar tres horas aprox para que te entreguen el que reservas. En resumen, la tecnología es algo muy positivo, pero cuando se aplica a la satisfacción del cliente, no a la reducción de costes de la empresa..... (Si trabajara en una oficina de preocuparía por la estabilidad de mi puesto de trabajo a medio plazo)

Truly awful experience. I paid extra for 'Premium Economy' on website (showcased as being Audi A1, VW polo et al). Ended up with a Fiat Punto with 35,000km on clock. Had to wait for car to be cleaned despite arriving 30 minutes after my pick-up time. When I refused the car, agents tried to argue that it was the same category of car. Agent also marked car down as having a full tank when it was only half full. I only noticed this when I had driven out and had to return to get an agent to rectify the mistake. No one checked the car with me. No concessions given to rectify the fact that they did not have the correct car for me. Rather, agents chose to argue with me and not just come clean that they were overbooked. Will never use Europcar again at this branch or any Europcar branch again as a result. Terrible customer experience!

Déjà la voiture réservée en ligne n'est plus disponible, ensuite ils veulent nous facturer une assurance tout risque en agence alors qu'elle a été prise en ligne lors de la réservation. Le jour du retour, la voiture est remplie d'essence mais ils osent nous dire que non et veulent nous facturer des frais en plus ! Donc du temps de perdu pour aller remettre de l'essence. Agence à éviter, personnel pas du tout accueillant, ni souriant. Ils ne sont pas bienveillants pour un sous . Ils ne veulent que du chiffre et c'est tout! Dommage pour eux , on ne reviendra et on ne recommandera pas!

Do not use it. I rent a car in December 2017 and paid a daily rate for the "tool direct pass" device to avoid any headache with tools. After almost a year a very suspicious Irish company called Euro Parking Collection sent me a letter requiring a payment for road due to not using the "direct pass". I do not know if Europcar did not activate it (I have paid and still have the receipt) or if they just SENT MY DATA to a "partner" company to black mail me (there are hundreds of similar cases on the internet so I decided not to pay any alleged fine). Anyways. I will NEVER get a car from them again. By the way, their prices are not even good. I just used them because it was close to my hotel I was short on time.

Um péssimo atendimento aluguei uma mota que a revisão foi feita de qualquer jeito pneu traseiro foi colocado invertido e quando fui falar com os funcionários, debocharam na minha cara falando que não tinha nada a ver o meu tombo em um reta em dia chuvoso, para piorar com 23 dias de locação o travão dianteiro acabou em uma sexta-feira fim da tarde e só seria possível e efetuar a troca na segunda-feira, e olha estou admirado com o descaso com o cliente nem no Brasil a pior locadora de veículos tem uma sala de espera 100 melhor Do que eles você tem que aguardar na garagem fria. PÉSSIMO DOS PÉSSIMO..

If there was a choice of zero stars, this location would get it! Their agents are borderline incompetent and downright crooks. I declined all insurances as my AMEX has a policy that covers it and the agent snuck in ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE for 5 euros a day which I didn't catch until it was too late! Then when I returned the vehicle, they said that the rear truck cover was missing. There never was a rear trunk cover and the agent and station manager know this but they still try to scam unsuspecting customers into paying for their mistakes. DO NOT USE EUROPCAR!

Habe über Check24 gebucht und in Lagos abgeholt. Lief alles tadellos. Habe einen drei Türer bezahlt und gebucht und einen 5türer Polo bekommen. Das war ein Neuwagen ... er hatte gerade mal 4000 km runter. Habe diesen dann wieder in Lissabon abgeben und auch dies lief ohne Probleme.

First and last time renting with Europcar. We were seen to by Susana Morais and she was rude and unhelpful to us. I have never had such bad customer service. She delayed our rental by 2 hours because she was unable to think to try another card machine when she knew hers wasn’t working properly. 20 years experience she bragged about yet she at no point offered solutions or tried anything different. She was rude telling us it was my bank card and after a 40 minute international call to my bank to confirm it was all fine, she only tried another card machine when we pretty much forced her to and it worked straight away. Never have I experienced such arrogance, lack of interest in helping and poor manners telling us to move away so she could deal with other customers when she still hadn’t even attenpted to resolve our problem. As expected she did not apologise at any point. Horrendous customer service. I have rented cars in a few countries and never has it been even close to being this bad.

Après une heure d'attente, une voiture avec des griffes et des coups de toute part. L'employée fait des marques à peu près partout sur le papier, nous donne la voiture. Lorsque nous avons rendu la voiture, des griffes nous ont été attribuées, malgré la feuille mal remplie. Ils vérifient dans le système, nous disent que c'est ok, je demande confirmation, s'il faut signer quelque chose, tout va bien. De retour en France, facturation de 230€. Le service d'Europcar ne tente pas grand chose, ils confirment juste. Escrocs, fuyez les comme la peste.

I received a very rude service here... first of, when I arrived, I was the only customer, but the two employees there, wouldn't even acknowledge my present in the room, before taking a number from the machine, Than they continued chit chatting amongst themselves for 5 mins before hitting the buzzer to my number and turn to Me and said "hello there, how can I assist you!".., like I just walk through the door!. Than the Middle age woman behind the counter refused to continue in English, when she discovered my wife spoke Portuguese and wanted her to just translate, we even asked twice to continue in English!. Than she didn't inform us at any point that the one of rear seatbelt in the car didn't worked and couldn't be used. until we sat in the rental car, assuming as she said we didn't need it!... last visit there for sure...

We are frequent car rental users as we constantly have to travel. We are appalled by how we were treated at Europcar during our trip to Lisbon. The car rental fee was Euro 156 but we were charged an additional Euro 200 for an almost invisible dent on the car which was not caused by us. We spent time challenging their repair bill by giving Europcar Portugal Customer Services detailed written explanations. Then we received a few words after more than 5 weeks (though by an automatic reply they promised to get back to us in 7 days) saying “the repair bill sent is based in our LDAS List certified and validated by DEKRA”. Not even bother to tell us what they have checked nor explain what are the meanings of their abbreviations. This is just a message from us to let other fellow car users to know how Europcar ignored communications from clients and charges clients by inspecting their returned cars at a carping level. There are plenty of rental companies and we would advise anyone to avoid Europcar.

Very bad experience. Car was not onsite even though booked in advance, had to wait more than an hour while it was fetched. Staff tried to mislead about insurance coverage and then lied about afterwards. On returning they tried to charge for a very minor existing scuff mark (not a dent) at very bottom of bumper.

Habiamos reservado un coche tipo "Golf" y nos dieron un "Polo" porque era más económico. Eso lo sabía cuando hice la reserva, llevabamos equipaje, en el Golf cabía bien pero en el Polo iba muy justo. En el papel del vehículo nos pusieron que era gasolina y obviamente era diesel. Hay que ser muy poco atento para equivocarte en el combustible en un vehículo de alquiler, lo pone en todos los lados, pero, ¿qué habría pasado si me equivoco? Lo devolvimos en la Estación de Oriente y tras dar varias vueltas para buscar sitio, esperé en la zona de carga y descarga de viajeros a que mi novia entrase a preguntar qué dónde podiamos dejar el coche (ya que la zona de delante de la oficina es zona de taxis). Salió un hombre bastante alterado diciendo que cómo se me ocurria parar allí, que si pasaba la policía, si las multas... allí paraba todo el mundo, y nosotros no estuvimos ni 2 minutos.

The employee helping us offered us an extra hour to return the car without charge as a "courtesy." We did end up needing this extra hour, yet they charged us for a full extra day anyway. I called customer service to file a claim and they direct you to write an email. I've tried multiple times to contact them via email with nothing but an automatic response. It has been a couple months now. I will steer clear of Europcar in the future as a rule. Horribly dishonest and unresponsive.

Estava com um casal de amigos que queria alugar uma viatura por alguns dias, sendo assim ofereci para irmos até a loja da Europcar o qual o atendente nos atendeu muito mal, dizendo que era a mesma referência da pesquisa na internet, como se fossemos burros, mas esperávamos um atendimento personalizado e mostrando a viatura disponível, e como o descaso foi tanto preferimos ir em outra locadora, afinal de contas se não somos bem atendidos ainda podemos escolher a empresa que melhor nos convém, pois não existe só a Europcar em Portugal, apesar de acharem isso.

シントラ、ロカ岬にいくのに借りました。念のため免責0の一番良い保険にしました(知り合いが過去因縁つけられたので)。ロードサービスは高かったのでつけませんでした。日曜日の8時半から借りましたが、空いていてすぐ手続きできました。車は事前に付近に駐車されているわけではなく、手続き後、持ってきたので時間のロスがありました。満タン返却とのことでしたが、帰りに寄ったガソリンスタンド(BPという名前)の満タン検知がすぐに作動してしまい10L弱しか入れられなかったのですが、返却後に8Lの追加給油が必要だったらしく燃料代(相場でした)+手数料18€とられてしまいました。結構並んでいたので近くのRepsolの方が良かったかもです。1日借りましたが、閉店に間に合わなくても翌日の同じ時間までに返せばよいと説明を受けました。身分証、予約時支払いに使ったカード、免許証を忘れずに!

Při předávce auta jsme byli mylně informování o tom ,že v noci ,když auto budeme vracet ho nikde nedotankujeme.Vnutili nám možnost vrátit s prázdnou nádrží, ale auto jsme v noci vrátili s plnou přesto nám bylo započítáno 100 €!!!!Potvrzeno máme, že jsme vraceli auto s plnou nádržích ovšem nikdo na to nevzal zřetel.Věc jsme reklamovali,ale reklamaci neuznali! dejte si pozor ať nenaletíte!!je to jejich finta! Chtějte prázdnou nádrž a s prázdnou vracíte!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:-(

Présence de 4 personnes à l'accueil lors de mon arrivée, la personne libre n'a pas daigné me regarder et m'indiquer qu'il y avait une borne pour prendre un ticket, vraisemblablement trop occupée avec ses papiers. Par la suite accueil froid et certaine forme de dédain. Concernant la prise en main du véhicule, celui-ci n'avait pas été nettoyé et les explications sur le fonctionnement expédiées rapidement.

By far the nicest pick up location in Lisbon .. Cheerful staff but really not helpful at all. They did not have anymore of the category of the cars we were looking for ( although we had confirmed prior to heading here to this location) and when asked if they can check the other locations ( all within walking distance ), we were told they can not and have no way of doing that and well just have to call then or by one ( turns out that is not the case ) .

This review will be divided into two parts: pickup and drop-off. Pickup: This had all been arranged by Portugal Trails, who did an excellent job. All we had to do was check out of our hotel, get into a taxi with our luggage and then pick up the car. And, it was exactly that simple. There was a minimum of paperwork to take care of to get the car, which took maybe 10-15 minutes even while they finished with the customer ahead of us.. We also had to provide a credit card to pay for the tolls in Portugal, but hey, not a problem. That was just part of the pickup mentioned a couple sentences back. We were offered a choice of a Jeep or a Mercedes. Hmmmm. Jeep or Mercedes. Not a tough decision at all. We were given a quick overview of this impressive car, after which we loaded our luggage and were on our way. Portugal Trails had provided a GPS that was preprogrammed with different destinations as options. We chose one and hit the road. This pickup happened on Sunday, which I believe was done on purpose. At any rate, it was no problem getting out of town, and this whole procedure went very smoothly. Props to all the personnel at Europcar. Drop-off: This was even quicker. We pulled up to the entrance, the gate raised and I parked the car. Since we had already removed everything and dropped it off at our hotel, there was nothing else to do except to give them the keys and take my receipt. Literally, if this process took five minutes I would be surprised. Since we had full -overage insurance, they didn't even check the car for damage (there was none anyway.) Summary: This entire process of pickup and drop-off was quick, painless and professional. I've rented cars all over the world, and this is one of the quickest rentals I have been involved with. Thanks Europcar! You have a customer next time I need a car where you have a location.

Had a good experience at this Europcar location. Waited a bit, as expected, but no more than 20 minutes. There are limited options for automatic cars, but I suppose that's to be expected for renting a car in Europe. Overall good experience, no major complaints.

Recherchant à louer un véhicule, les avis de cette agence me semblaient excellents. J'ai donc loué un véhicule de première catégorie. Nous sommes arrivés. L'entrée n'est pas très bien indiqué, nous avons perdu un peu de temps. Il faut passer sur le côté au lieu d'emprunter la porte dite "d'entrée". Nous avons été reçu par un monsieur, ça s'est bien passé. Puis nous avons fait le tour avec un jeune homme pas très souriant (sûrement le préparateur du véhicule puisqu'il ne portait pas l'habit). L'agence est très propre. Le tour du véhicule fût un peu rapide à mon goût mais, étant très minutieuse, j'ai bien vérifié qu'il a tout noté, et c'était le cas. J'ai finalement eu un véhicule automatique ce qui n'est pas déplaisant quand on pense à tous les démarrages en côtes de Lisbonne. Donc très satisfaite, cependant il fallait passer les vitesses 1 à 3 et le véhicule consommait beaucoup. J'aurais aimé avoir des explications sur le fonctionnement du véhicule surtout que j'étais la seule cliente donc nous avions le temps. Pour le retour, mon GPS m'indiquait une station Repsol à côté de l'agence que je n'ai pas trouvé, j'ai du donc me rendre à l'agence afin qu'il m'indique une station. Je suis arrivée avec 10/15 minutes de retard mais il ne l'ont pas pris en compte. La restitution du véhicule n'est pas explicitement bien indiqué. Mais, pour mon retour, j'ai été accueilli par un jeune homme très souriant. Je recommande donc cette location qui, d'après moi, a un rapport qualité/prix très correcte (il faut simplement penser à poser toutes les questions (chose que je n'ai pas faite)).

Ein auto für einen tag zu bekommen war leider um ein vielfaches komplizierter als zuvor am telefon zugesichert wurde. Aufgrund fehlender information von ihnen war es uns nicht möglich zu dem zeitpunkt den wir vereinbarten, ein auto zu bekommen, obwohl es von ihnen am telefon ausdrücklich versprochen wurde.

My very first car rental ever here in July 2019. I came to the office in person, as I did not find option as pickup-Lisbon-center-return-Lisbon-airport online. At around 10:00 AM the place is quite crowded, staff is rather busy, but finally one of the ladies helped me, preparing an offer/reservation. Next day I picked up the car at 12:00. I came bit earlier, at 11:35 AM, and I was back in our hotel at 12:15 with the car (relatively close, 500-600 meters). So, I think it went quite quick (only a few clients in this period). It was a bit funny: the lady at the desk asked me, if an automatic would be OK...I told, I prefer manual (I have been driving manual in the last 30 years). She told, unfortunately only automatic is available. OK, why not. Then we went to the car, and tried to start the engine, but we could not. She went for help, came back with another lady, then the other lady told smiling that this is a hybrid, I should not expect the engine running at the beginning. Then they left me alone with the car. I took me some minutes to get familiar with the system of the car, but finally it was very OK, convenient (KIA Niro). The only thing what stressed me on our journey in Portugal, that the maintanance/sevice signal was on permanently (when I picked up the car it was already due since 1600 kms...15TKm service not done?). After all it was good experience with Europcar in Portugal.

We waited over an hour (closer to 2) to pick up our car. The staff seemed helpful enough but not enough available to help all the customers. We picked up our car on a Thursday morning around 9am. There were also a number of add-on costs, in addition to what we purchased when booking the car online (I would prefer if the costs were all stated upfront so there were no last minute surprises).

Europcar downtown Lisbon. You guys must be more efficient with your rental process. We made a reservation 2 days ago, and came to pick up the car. We first had to wait 10 to 15 mibs to redo the paperwork and then we've been waiting for over 45 minutes to do the inspection. What kind of bussiness is this? A client taking 1 hr to get a rental car? Outrageous. Take some good advise and streamline your process, so much time wasted $$$$$ time is money. North-america standards are generally 10 to 15 minutes tops. And when a member of the rental car agency, we come in directly to pick up the car and go. Luckily for you I cannot leave a review for everyone to see.

Some stuff sitting in the office is very rude and not helpfull The waiting time when I wanted to return the car was 1h. The proces of returning car was ok. This Lady was the only one nice and helpfull. The additional minus in this office is the terminal . Fortunately I noticed they take twice the fee.

If you have to rent a car from this location on a Saturday, get there at the moment they open. Otherwise you'll be there for HOURS, waiting on a car. The staff is helpful but overwhelmed by the demand. The people working there are the only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars - otherwise it would be 1 star.

Pathetic customer service. Called the agency to inform them we wouldn't be able to return the car due to a misfuelling incident and the response of the lady of the phone was "Ogm, Omg, that's going to cost you money" ... as we weren't stressed enough already. The next morning when we went to their office they didn't even give us a price, just an "estimate" of the amount to pay (which included the toeing of the car even though the person on the emergency line said "it was covered"). Beyond the fact that we had to pay a fine, this company has the reputation of being rip-off's and now I understand why. Zero empathy and professionalism.

Selten so eine Frechheit erlebt!!!! Wurde als Premiumkunde wie der letzte Dreck behandelt (kommt wohl nicht oft vor, nur Touris mit Fiat 500 gesehen!). Vorab bestelltes Auto war nicht da. Herholen? - nicht möglich, kein Fahrer frei. Soll selber zur anderen Station latschen...... => Station besser sofort schließen!

Aluguel de carros, preços bom. Fomos muito bem atendidos e ainda nos deram um carro melhor do que o previsto para uma viagem mais longa (não tão longa assim para quem mora no Brasil), mas valeu. Não tivemos problemas nenhum, fomos muito bem atendidos e pouca burocracia.

Very unfriendly staff. Didn’t help us at all and had no look in the computer regarding availability. Car park was full of cars and all she offered was a small car for 70€ which was 27€ online. She then said we have to wait two hours to get it even tho it was right there. Some old miserable woman was very unfriendly to us!

O atendimento péssimo foi o que me deixou mais frustrado, uma vez que tentei ligar antes e ninguém atendeu. Me desloquei até o balcão para ficar ainda mais frustado

Shocking how slow the service is when they know what time you are arriving to pick up a car when it has been prepaid and certain extras requested. It seems as if they have no knowledge of it... causing a PREPAID booking collection of a car to take the best part of an hour and then on top of that being told that the price has gone up so they want me to pay more! Isn't the purpose of a prepaid booking to secure a fixed rate? Europcar in portugal needs to life it's game. As the 5th rental I have done with them in 6 weeks, the experience has continued to be the same.... extremely slow, dreadful system management and lack of preparation. I think it is now time I looked at other companies.

Worst service ever. Waited in line for 1h30 (already having a reservation)... Then they gave us a fiat 2 doors (we were five and ordered a better car). They said they were not having any other car and we needed to wait few minutes. Still waiting another 30 minutes. Definitly bad management.

Firstly staff are lovely. Very polite, speak different languages and pleasant to deal with. But the organisation could be só much better to reduce the waiting times. Waited almost one hour for my car. Ordered a Peugeot 3008 but was unavailable so opted for a similar sized Open Corsa..no problem. Preferably the car should be there when you arrive. Our car was being collected from another site and needed to be washed before it was ready. More organisation = better experience

Conviennent d'un point de retour. Puis au retour ils changent d'avis... lol Vous donne un vehicule sans essence puis vous font remarquer que vous le rapporté qu'avec 80% du plein.... lol Vous accuse d'avoir abimé le vehicule qui l'etait deja... lol. Bref des gros malpolis

Terrible place. Charges much more when you delivery the car. In my case they gave me a already a broken car, they charged almost 500 euros and never explained the problems. I do not recommend at all. I will never use eurocar anymore. Please do the same to avoid headaches.

I have mixed experience with this branch. I rented two cars in 10 days, one small Mercedes A160 diesel and a Mercedes Vito 9 person people diesel carrier. The customer service staff were in general good and helpful. The problem was the cleanliness and conditions of the cars. The small A160 was perfect but the Vito was terrible. To start with, the fuel tank was 1/8 less from full tank. I did not notice at pick up so asked hotel to tell Europcar. Then the interior was dirty and smelly. The car exterior body was fully of scratches and lastly some aircon vents were damaged. If the Vito was as good as the A160 in conditions and cleanliness, I would give at least 4 stars.

Necesitábamos rápidamente cualquier coche para dos días para poder ver ciudades o lugares algo alejados de Lisboa y con los que se necesita coche para llegar si no quieres tardar horas en tren. Preguntamos primero en Avis, no tenían, después en Hertz, y tampoco, y cuando ya íbamos a tirar la toalla preguntamos aquí y bingo!, sólo les quedaban "coches pequeños", como dijo quien nos atendió, pero no nos importaba mientras cupiesen 4 personas. Nos dieron un Fiat 500 recién matriculado ese mismo mes. Experiencia muy satisfactoria y correcta. Precio alto pero en esas fechas (año nuevo, 154€ con seguro y autopistas) y sin ninguna otra opción, nos salvaron esos dos días que necesitábamos coche.

Теперь офис в другом месте - смените фотографию. К Тиволи не имеет отношение. У нас не было никаких проблем. Во время аренды заправлял присадку AdBlue (дизельная машина). Взяли в магазине чек и в конторе нам без вопросов вернули деньги.

Péssima!!!. Fiz uma reserva (97 euros) num fim de semana e eles simplesmente cancelaram minha reserva! Fui até a loja deles e a atendente me falou que estavam com overbooking. Me ofereceu um outro carro por 186 euros!!! Total falta de respeito! Canalhice. Absurdo!

Everything was fine. I had a great experience! However, in the beginning I had a bad feeling cause the recessions on google weren't that good. So it starts with a tingly feeling in the tummy but ends great :) I didn't booked directly threw europcar I booked threw ADAC/Öamtc.

What an unpleasant experience to try and do a simple task as returning a vehicle !!!!! FIRSTLY this address that they show is not the one, they have moved !!! We proceed to the new address which we managed to locate and everything appeared to be locked and closed up .... we had been directed to the back of the building..... thank goodness we had the mindset to walk around and investigate , we had ONE night in Lisbon and being tourists from South Africa spending hours trying to return this vehicle is not the way we wanted to spend it !!!! And due to our delay we did not manage to full up with fuel, which they then tried to charge €15 plus a surcharge on the actual fuel even after we explained all the problems we have had trying to get the car to them and their error on not updating their website!!!! In all the travelling I have done and car rentals this is by far the worst experience of any of them , I certainly would not recommend anyone to waste their time here

Be careful of this agency. I rented many cars in many countries and it never happend to me. This agency charged me 350€ for a small scratch of 1cm and I think it was already here. They will say you, there is no domage on car at the pick up. MY ADVISE = Check Complety the car et Takes Pictures

Other than sometimes having a long wait to pick up the car, I've never had any issues with Europcar at Lisbon Airport. Friendly, good cars, fair prices (when book in advance or with a third party, otherwise a bit pricey).

We had to wait over an hour to pick up our car. Then, they wanted to give us the wrong car (it wasn't the booked one). After that, the guy who gave us the car wanted to fool me with the words "no damage on the car" although there were a lot of scratches.

At first seemed to be good service and no problems with credit cards or taking back the car. But offcourse as always with car rentals they srew you after all. After 20 days I realised there are 50€ missing from credit card account to Europcar. They took extra for no reason without explanation. I don't reccomend.
