Absurdo essa empresa, o mesmo que aconteceu com uma pessoa aqui, me cobraram pelo atraso de retirar o carro, se fosse valor baixo, mas mais da metade do valor pago pelo aluguel. Não recomendo está empresa. Sem falar que não mostrou nenhuma tabela ou aviso dessa taxa, só mesmo pela boca do funcionário.

La carte bancaire de mon compagnon avec laquelle nous avons effectué la demande de location sur internet, bien qu'avec les chiffres en relief, ne comporte pas la mention "débit" donc ne convient pas. Ma carte comporte la mention "crédit" mais il n'est pas possible d'ajouter un conducteur ou de changer le nom... Ça on ne sait pas pourquoi. En repartant fâchés nous discutons avec une personne qui dit qu'elle a dû payer une assurance complémentaire à 75e car sa carte ne permettait pas de bloquer 1500e. Finalement, louer chez le concurrent nous a coûté bien moins cher (17,2€ en tout). Les conditions de drive and go sont dissuasives. La location d'un véhicule pour 3 jours à 6.76e n'est pas avantageuse pour eux alors ils cherchent à enfler le client déjà là au milieu de nulle part dans une zone industrielle de l'aéroport de Lisbonne. Ne pas y aller !!!

Der Tank war komplett leer und man sagte uns es gäbe vor der Brücke mehrere Tankstellen, die es dort leider nicht gab. So mussten wir Hilfe vom ADAC anfordern. Außerdem mussten wir einen Betrag von 50€ zahlen da unsere Kreditkarte angeblich nicht geeignet war. Generell unfreundlicher und aufdringlicher Service. Ich rate klar von diesem Unternehmen ab.

Wir wurden am Flughafen (Vodafone Stand) von einem Mitarbeiter freundlich empfangen. Dieser kümmerte sich um den Shuttlebus zur Mietwagenstation. Die Fahrt zur Station dauerte ca. 5-7 Minuten. Dort angekommen wurde uns ein neuer (2500Km auf dem Tacho) Peugeot 2008 übergeben (gebucht war Kompaktklasse) mit etwas über 1/2 vollem Tank. Ich sagte dem sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter direkt, dass ich alle Versicherungen habe (bevor er überhaupt zu Wort kam) und ich keine weiteren benötige. Er fragte dann auch nicht weiter nach Versicherungen, nur ob wir ein Maut Transponder brauchen. Dieses verneinte ich (google maps auf Mautstrassen vermeiden stellen ist sehr praktisch und kostengünstig :-) ) Der Mitarbeiter sicherte uns zu, dass die Kaution von 1845,00 € nur geblockt und nicht abgebucht wird. Dies entsprach leider nicht der Wahrheit. Die Kreditkarte wurde mit diesem Betrag belastet , deshalb 1 Stern Abzug.
Die Rückgabe verlief problemlos und die Kaution wurde unmittelbar wieder gutgeschrieben. Wir wurden mit dem Shuttlebus wieder zum Flughafen gebracht - leider nur zum Hauptterminal und nicht wie gebeten zum Terminal 2 (Ryanair), sodass wir von dort nochmal mit dem Flughafenshuttle fahren mussten. Ist ja nicht weiter schlimm, ich erwähne das nur, da uns ein anderer Autovermieter letztes Jahr direkt zu Terminal 2 gefahren hat und man vielleicht 10-15 Minuten mehr einkalkulieren sollte. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden und würde zu 100% wieder buchen.

Sowohl die Fahrzeugübergabe als auch -rückgabe verlief absolut reibungslos. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich gemeinsam mit uns das Fahrzeug vor und nach Anmietung genau angesehen. Uns wurden keine unnötigen Versicherungen angedreht, der Kautionsbetrag vor Anmietung auf der Kreditkarte lediglich blockiert (nicht abgebucht) und nach Rückgabe sofort wieder freigegeben. Würde diesen Vermieter in Lissabon sofort wieder wählen und weiter empfehlen. Das Auto war super, sauber und lief tadellos.

O BARATO SAI CARO;
Aluguei o carro com seguro todos os riscos mas tive que fazer uma franquia de 170€ porque não havia outra hipótese. Ao levantar o carro, este estava tão sujo que não dava para ver os danos na própia viatura. De facto, já tinha várias batidas que o própio funcionário chamou à atenção e mencionou no relatório.
Na hora de entrega, o funcionário fez o seu trabalho de revisar o carro de maneira parcial e foi direitamente a um sitio do carro a próposito (porta de conductor interior, por dentro). Ele abriu a porta e informo rápidamente que tinha batido com a mesma, quando não era certo.
O funcionário não deu-nós hipotéses para falar e mostrou uma actitud claramente mal educada. De facto, ameaço-nós de colocar fora do estabelecimento, sabendo que tinhamos um voo para apanhar. Sim dúvida, aproveitou-se da nossa situação para ganhar a franquia.
Sinto-me enganado e impotente pela situação e só faço votos para que não aconteça a outras pessoas. Infelizmente, já vi pelos comentários que é uma práctica comun.

I rented the car with insurance all the risks but I had to make a franchise of 170 € because there was no other chance. When he brought the car, it was so dirty that you could not see the main damages on the car. At the time of delivery, the employee did his job of partially revising the car and went straight to a car place on purpose (interior driver's door, INSIDE). He opened the door and quickly reported that he had hit it when it was not right.
The employee did not give us the chance to speak and showed a clearly rude attitude. In fact, we were threatened to put us outside the building, knowing we had a flight to catch. Without doubt, he took advantage of our situation to win the franchise.
I feel deceived and impotent by the situation and I only hope that it would not happen to other people. Unfortunately, I have seen from the comments that it is a common practice.

Tive atraso em dois voos. Ao entrar em contato não quiseram nem saber. Falei que era do Brasil e me disseram que estou em Portugal e que me virasse. Descobri que não precisamos alugar carro. É a pior escolha. Tem que pagar uma fortuna pra estacionar.

I can not recommend the Drive & Go to anyone. We rented the car without the insurance against all risks, only with the insurance against third parties, we had to leave a deposit of 1550 €. A vehicle crashed into ours, the insurance statement was made friendly. Two days later tey took 1550 euro from the creditcard.
We had to contact the insurer several times in order to be done the expertise to the vehicle and be refunded the security deposit since it was not our fault and we had the insurance statement friendly. Well after two and a half months, a lot of e-mails and phone calls, we even had to take a lawyer and he wanted to go to court for mockery, they gave back the money from the deposit, but they stayed with € 30 said it was for administrative expenses or better stole us € 30!
Anyway!
Do not use this company!!! .Pay a little extra sombere else for honest service. The booking we Hade was treu RYAONAIR. TEY GIVE YOU THE CHAEPEST. NOT THE BEST ONE.
Não posso recomendar o Drive & Go a ninguém. Alugamos o carro sem o seguro contra todos os riscos, apenas com o seguro contra terceiros, tivemos que deixar um depósito de 1550 €. Um veículo colidiu com o nosso, a declaração do seguro foi feita amigavelmente. Dois dias depois, descontaram o total da caução 1 550€ euros do cartão de crédito.
Tivemos que entrar em contato com a seguradora várias vezes, a fim de ser feito a perícia para o veículo e ser reembolsado o depósito de segurança, uma vez que não foi culpa nossa e tivemos a declaração de seguro amigável. Bem, depois de dois meses e meio, muitos e-mails e telefonemas, tivemos até que levar um advogado e ele queria ir ao tribunal por zombaria, eles devolveram o dinheiro do depósito, mas ficaram com € 30. disse que era para despesas administrativas ou melhor roubou 30 €!
De qualquer forma!
Não use esta empresa !!! Pague um pouquinho mais para o serviço honesto. A reserva foi feita através da RYANAIR. Deram o mais barato não o melhor serviço .

Achtung Betrug! Es wird eine Kaution die doppelt so hoch ist wie im Voucher hinterlegt direkt berechnet und abgebucht und nicht nur wie gesagt reserviert. Hier liegt betrügerisches Verhalten vor um bei Rückgabe einfach die Rückzahlung zu kürzen. Den Store Manager darauf angesprochen, sehr unfreundlich und Unkompetent und ohne Einsicht. Er wird seine eigene Masche ja kennen. Leider muss ich hier einen Stern vergeben, auch wenn nicht verdient. Mittelklassewagen als Diesel bekommen was gut war.Lieber ein paar Euro mehr und direkt bei großen Autovermietungen buchen

A pior empresa de aluguer de automóveis que conheço.
Já aluguei imensos veículos nas mais diversas empresas de aluguer de automóveis e nunca fui tão mal servido como na drivers&go.
A drivers&go é uma das únicas empresas que conheço que cobra o valor da franquia aos clientes sem os notificar para tal. Eu como cliente senti-me defraldado quando no meu extrato bancário me apareceu descontado o valor da franquia da drivers&go.
Os Srs da Drive &go devem de ter a lei do lado deles. Mas é inaceitável isto acontecer , no mínino dos mínimos ligavam para o cliente a informar que iam descontar o valor da franquia sabesse lá porquê. Porque a franquia é para as companhias de aluguer de automóveis cobrarem no acto da entrega do automóvel os danos que o mesmo possam apresentar.
Eu nunca mais quero trabalhar com a drivers&go e aconselho os meus amigos e conhecidos ......

I would give these scammers minus 4 if I could. We booked the car for 9 am and got charged an extra 45 Euros for being late. Who does that ? What we got in return ? a Dirty Car with a shot of arrogance. That is not the end of our miserable experience. On top of everything the agent withheld $1900 and sets it up as a payment instead of a pending transaction and cancelling it when we returned the vehicle. They set it up as if I was buying something now we got penalized by the bank and lost $205 in the process due to exchange rate. The rental was a mere 65 Euros.

Appalling, they actually processed the deposit payment of €1600 instead of just setting it up as a pending transaction and cancelling it when I returned the vehicle. Because of the difference in the exchange rate plus the non sterling transaction fees on the original payment and the refund I lost €150 even though there was no damage to the car. The car hire itself was only €120. As I also clear my credit card by direct debit each month I then ended up with a credit balance of £1400 on my credit card account which took a lot of explaining to get it back to my current account. They failed to respond to two emails I sent and when I visited the office the next time I was in Lisbon and very politely queried why they had done this the obnoxious bloke at the counter said "Sometimes we take it sometimes we don't.. ..you should have read your booking voucher". I asked for the complaint book and he gave me one which was the size of a telephone directory and already full (no surprise). When they gave me a new one and I asked to borrow a pen he said "You should bring one with you if you want to complain"! The "Manager" who was there said nothing and the guy was so rude. Customer Service 0! DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.....THEY ARE RUBBISH IN EVERY WAY

Quando efectuar o aluguer o valor da caução é debitado na conta como se de um pagamento se tratasse e nao fica bloqueado como é o normal em valores de caução. O que é caso unico nas rentcars e obriga a pagar o valor mesmo sem qualquer dano.

Aluguei uma viatura com 2 anos com variadíssimos problemas... Dos 4 pneus 1 pneu tinha 10 anos outro dos 4 estava quase no arame sem qualquer tipo de piso ainda tinha mais um com uma bolha que a qualquer momento poderia rebentar dos 4 somente 1 teria em perfeitas condições.

Car rental Sep 2018. Very cheap. A couple of weeks later, my credit card was charges for 29 euro. When I asked an explanation they mentioned it was the administrative cost for a traffic offense that I would have made. The fine itself would be send to me personally by justice office. Now, almost 5 months later, no fine received. I think this is a dirty trick from Drive and Go to increase their revenues!
Their shuttle from the airport to their garage was also very bad. Even after several calls it took almost 1 hour for them to show up.
Never again!

DON’T GO THERE! They don’t know what a credit card authorization means!!! They charged me as a buying and got me a refund instead of a credit card block! That means a lot if you go there with an international credit card! Made me lose 250€ on taxes!

I generally don't leave reviews for these sort of things, but this one is worth the exception. The staff replied quickly to my emails before the rental (on Christmas Day), we got upgraded to a more luxurious car and they meticulously noted every small scuff and scratch before we left. We forgot to top up the fuel tank before returning it, but they didn't charge us for the difference (about ten litres). Excellent experience.

Avoid! They do not deserve even that 1star. Upon arrival we found out that our booking was cancelled due to the fact we came 1,5 h late. They took money for the car for full 2 weeks and then cancelled the booking cause we were little bit late. Also they charged another 50 euros to open our booking again!!! This is ridiculous. Do not deal with this company ever!

My advice is to avoid the car at Drive and Go rental Lissabon. I booked a small car through CarDelMar. Drive and Go asked far more deposit than indicated in advance and also more than written in their contract conditions. In the end the price of the car was doubled doe to the malicious practices of Drive & Go.

Kreditkarten Abzocke!
Wir hatten ein Auto reserviert das eine extrem hohe Kaution von 2600€ hatt (für einen Kleinwagen) und das umschreiben auf einen anderen Vertragpartner wurde von Check24 durchgeführt, der Vermieter weigerte sich allerdings diese Änderung anzunehmen und berechnete uns eine Kautionsreduzierung in höhe des Mietpreises (15€/Tag).

Alles kein Problem. Mit dem Shuttlebus ging es schnell zur Station. Mietwagen war sauber, gross und fast neu ohne Vorschaden. Uns wurde sogar empfohlen besser eine Sitzerhöhung für die Kinder günstig zu kaufen da die Miete dafür sehr hoch war. Den Verkauf einer Versicherung haben wir umgehend abgewunken, hat man direkt akzeptiert. Ein Stern Abzug für die sehr hohe Kaution aber ansonsten alles tip top! Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen.

absolute scam artists. avoid
charged €45 for late arrival even though there was nobody from drive & go at the airport on our arrival.
rushed through the inspection process though i insisted on taking pictures of damages prior to taking the car.
the fun starts when you return the car...
as i drove in a guy came straight over scratching his head and waving his arms.
he was complaining the the car was dirty and could not be inspected for scratches.
the car was admittedly dirty after 2 weeks parked under trees at the beach and in the apartment complex.
when he returned after washing the car he said the paint work was damaged from bird droppings.
3 guys from the garage surrounded the car and they all agreed that i should pay €200 + vat for the damage.
the only marks on the car were water marks.
needless to say i lost the plot and refused to pay anything.
i stood my ground and told them to call the police to resolve the matter.
they know any policy excees won't cover the first €200 so it's never reported and nobody is any the wiser.!!!!!!! be advised
they can't take the cost of alleged damage from your deposit so they need you to authorise the fee for damage to your credit card or they insist you pay cash.
if you refuse they can't legally charge your card with your pin or signature.
after 40 minutes of raised voices on both sides and some good cop bad cop tactics from them they declined my offer to call the police and i left without paying their rip off fees for a €200 car wash.
avoid these criminals..it may look cheap initially but they will try to get your money by organised deception.

Atendimento regular apenas não informa que o cartão será debitado da caução/depósito independentemente de haver ou não danos. Portanto se alugar de 1 mês para o outro prepare-se para pagar o aluguer e a caução. Bastante desonesto e caso único entre as rent a car, não recomendo.

Péssimo serviço ao cliente. Após quase 300 Km de viagem (zona da Covilhã) apareceram problemas técnicos (num carro novo), ao ponto de no painel de controlo aparecer com uma certa frequência a luz do STOP! E como se isso não fosse suficiente, tive EU de ir ao Porto trocar de carro!!! Isto porque a malta de Lisboa não podia fazer nada...............

C'est bien trop dangereux de louer dans cette agence. Si vous faites l'erreur de louer faites très bien votre check-in car eux ils savent où sont les rayures. Ils font le check-in en deux minutes avec la voiture mouillée et donc si vous ne faites pas attention à tout à votre retour vous serez le futur pigeon... Il faut regarder sous la voiture et même sous le pare-choc.. Car vous allez payé à cause de celui d'avant (ou bien les deux auront payé). Je trouve que ces des méthodes très malhonnêtes et à la limite de l'arnaque (comment vous avez signé le bon de livraison et bien vous ne pouvez rien faire, parole contre parole). J'assumerai de payer mes bêtises mais là ces un sentiment d'injustice totale et d'arnaque : payer un truc que vous n'avez pas fait.... Une agence à fuir si vous voulez finir vos vacances sans mauvaise surprise.

All of the staff are incredibly rude and arrogant apart from the guy that checks your car..he's nice. They push the extra insurance on you and if you don't take it insist that they will charge you for cleaning if it is not returned spotless

Wir hatten ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Vergleich zu den Anbietern direkt am Flughafen. Der Transfer zur Mietwagenstation erfolgt über einen kostenlosen Shuttle vom Vermieter. Die Übergabe und die Rückgabe war problemlos ohne große Wartezeit. Das Auto war ebenfalls relativ neu aus der gleichen Saison. Ich würde den Veranstalter wieder wählen. Einziges Manko: in Lissabon gibt es bisher nur diese eine Station...

Ein Stern Abzug weil der Service vom Auto 7000km überfällig war, die Frontscheibe innen verschmiert und der Reifendruck nicht gut. Sonst freundlich und kompetent. Bei der Abholung mussten wir aber wirklich um die Markierung jedes Kratzers auf dem Formular feilschen.
Das Auto in Golf Größe war ein Diesel, das war super.

Bei der vielen negativen Bewertungen war ich ja ein bisschen besorgt, worauf ich mich da eingelassen habe.
Aber: alles völlig unproblematisch. Natürlich wollen sie einem - wie woanders auch- unnötige Zusatzleistungen verkaufen, aber ansonsten war die Abwicklung völlig problemlos. Auto war bei der Rückgabe leicht verschmutzt (war damit mehrfach am Strand) aber auch das wurde nicht beanstandet. Einzig die Kaution war mit 1500€ sehr hoch, das stand aber auch schon in dem Voucher und war damit keine echte Überraschung.
Insofern bin ich über die vielen negativen Rezensionen ziemlich verwundert.

Si j'ai un conseil à donner : passer par une autre agence de location !
La seule chose positive : la dame à l'accueil qui était adorable et qui nous a beaucoup fait rire. Hélas, cela ne suffit pas pour oublier les points négatifs.
Pourtant leur slogan est « rent more than a car, rent a service » ….
Location faite sur internet, une fois sur place, l'attente était interminable et pourtant il n'y avait que 2 personnes devant nous. Une fois notre tour, on nous dit qu'il y a une taxe "ménage".... oui, oui ménage ! Si on veut rendre la voiture "sale" on doit payer 9,50€ il me semble, si on ne prend pas cette option, on s'engage à rendre la voiture propre, si elle ne l'est pas, on payera alors 64€. Du jamais vu. Je n'avais jamais entendu parler d'une taxe/option ménage. Nous décidons de la prendre, car nous n'avons pas envie de nous embêter avec le nettoyage de la voiture et quoi qu’il arrive ils trouveront une solution pour nous la facturer...
Au moment de faire l'état des lieux d'entrée de la voiture : celle-ci est très, très, TRES mal lavée, à tel point que parfois on ne sait pas si c'est un impact ou si c'est juste parce que la voiture est sale.
Le monsieur qui nous fait l'état des lieux était sympa, mais il nous fait comprendre qu'il ne faut pas trop l'embêter, car il sait voir quand un impact est récent ou ancien, et que quand il a des clients qui lui en montrent trop et qui sont parfois douteux, au retour il trouve moyen d'en inventer lui aussi.... Que faire de cette information ? ne rien dire sous prétexte qu'il nous trouverait des impacts au retour ? et ainsi, si on le laisse faire comme il veut il sera super cool avec nous ??
Fatigués de l'attente, nous ne disons plus rien et voulons juste partir. Une fois dans la voiture, on se rend compte que le niveau de carburant est à moins de la moitié. Là bien, sûr on ne nous à rien dit sur la politique de carburant, si ce n'est qu'il faut ramener la voiture avec la même quantité de carburant.
Lors du retour, la dame qu'on avait à l'accueil nous a fait l'état des lieux de sortie. Elle se souvenait très bien de nous vu que nous avions loué que pour 4 jours, et était tout aussi adorable. Nous lui avons fait remarqué que nous avions récupéré la voiture sale, mais apparemment là c'était trop tard, il fallait le signaler quand nous avions eu la voiture car là elle ne pouvait plus rien faire pour nous... Nous rendons la voiture avec plus de carburant, et là un peu gênée, elle nous remercie et nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de remboursement possible. Donc en gros, si vous rendez la voiture avec moins de carburant, ils vous laissent la possibilité d'aller faire le plein, s'il y en a plus, c'est votre perte !
Je tiens encore une fois, à souligner que la personne qui s'est occupée de nous a été très compréhensive envers nous, très aimable, gentille et grâce à elle l’expérience n’a pas été un désastre total.

Des gens malhonnetes.
La voiture était en mauvais état, faisait du bruit, les pneus étaient lisses, je me suis plein de cela en portugais ils n'ont rien voulu entendre. Au retour ils relèvent une rayure qui était déjà présente au départ, je me plains et me répondent que ce n'est pas grave, c'est l'assurance qui va payer, pas moi!

Impeccable, rien à dire. La voiture neuve, l'agent charmant qui parlait français a été très clair, ce qui a été rassurant par rapport aux précédents avis!
Oui, ils essaient de vous vendre d'autres prestations, mais ne sont pas insistants et après tout c'est leur rôle. Aucun regret.

Atterris a lisbonne a 19h30, ils sont venus nous chercher 15 min plus tard jusque là tout va bien nous avons attendus ensuite jusqu'à 22h00 avant de pouvoir partir. J avais demandé une voiture avec GPS, hélas plus rien en stock, on m a demandé 9,80€ pour nettoyage de la voiture.
Si j ai un conseil a.donner et que je vais appliquer lors de mon prochain sejour : passer par une agence reconnue et directement a l aéroport

Horrible service, long long looooong wait to get a car. The pickup point is NOT in the airport, had to wait for 1 hour to be driven to pick up point, then another hour to actually get the car. If you can, save yourselves some time and avoid them.

Don’t book here. Had to wait 90 minutes to be picked up from the driver who would bring us to our car. Had to wait there again for half an hour even though just one person was in line. They charge the smallest polishable scratches (<1cm). Very unprofessional and rude....

Esqueci-me de documentos no tablier do carro que aluguei e quando liguei pra drive & go no Porto disseram que o carro já foi alugado por outra pessoa e os documentos estavam lá! Como é possível entregarem uma viatura a outro cliente sem examinar o carro todo para o caso de outros clientes deixarem ficar lá algo! Se eu tivesse deixado uma arma o senhor que tenha ficado com o carro que reze pra não ser parado pela polícia!! Enfim!! Desiludido

Really disappointing experience. The guy was late picking us up which isn’t a big deal but they charged us over E500 for a tiny scratch (approx 1cm) at the end of the week, which we are not sure was our fault. The staff were not helpful in this situation, quite unprofessional, argumentative and we won’t be renting from them again.

Un seul grand conseil: passez par le site web de drive&go. J'ai fais de l'erreur de passer par une plateforme comparative de prix. Le problème c'est que lorsque vous êtes étudiant étranger, vous ne savez peut être pas que votre carte n'est qu'une carte de débit et non pas une carte de crédit. Par conséquent, la caution ne peut avoir lieu. Donc vous êtes obligé de payer l'assurance tout risques.
A part ça le voyage s'est bien passé. Le rendu était rapide, la voiture était plutôt bien entretenue excepté quelques cabosses par ci par là. Notons tout de même le manque de sympathie du réceptionniste qui n'a pas essayé de m'aider ou de m'expliquer clairement le soucis.

Very friendly people. The outside was thoroughly examined before, only a brief look at return was sufficient. Very quick transfer to the airport. No unexpected charges. At arrival it was a bit hard to find the guy from drive&go holding the company logo and standing near the Vodafone stand.

Um bando de ladrões ,aluguei um carro em agosto para andar do dia 23 de dezembro de 2019 até ao 3 de janeiro de 2020 paguei a totalidade do aluguel mais o seguro contra todos os riscos, como não concegui levantar o carro dia 23 por motivos de não poder vir no mesmo dia derivado de perder o voo e só poder vir dia 24 , telefonando para a empresa falando o ocorrido e dizendo que só poderia retirar o carro no outro dia, foi me dito em tom irônico que só levantaria o carro se pagasse mais 200€ em cima do que tinha sido pago, como rejeitei tal proposta abusiva fiquei sem carro e sem o dinheiro de aluguel de 11 dias . São uns sugadores de dinheiro, a Drive& Go é uma empresa DESONESTA

Certes, jai mal lu le contrat de location de drive and go. (Pas de carte de credit en ma possession mais une carte a débit).Un geste commercial ou une entraide significative aurait été la bienvenue. Mais il n'en a rien été. Nous avons ete contraints de nous rendre à notre hotel par nos propres moyens et de passer par un autre loueur alors que la location de la voiture chez drive and go, etait payée. 103 euro net pour vous !!!!! à EVITER, AVOID!!! à Porto nous avons loué une voiture chez eux qui devait être une fiat et qui était en fait une C1 pourrie, nous avons du la ramener au bout d'une heure, un bout de métal avait été inséré dans un des pneu et il se dégonflait... déjà suspect. ils nous ont donné une autre voiture encore une C1 naze et nous avons refait un check-up en vitesse et oublié une rayure qui nous a couté presque 400euros. Heureusement nous avions pris une assurance. Aujourd'hui et 1mois après la location il me débitent 30euros sans prévenir, je dois maintenant faire des démarches auprès de la banque, le CAUCHEMARD.

Péssima experiência... além de cobrar valores muito alto no seguro, não fizeram o estorno do caução que foi passado no cartão e ainda por cima tentaram usar meu cartão com os dados que tinham, depois de quase 15 dias. Sorte que meu cartão já bloqueou na hora por não estar mais na Europa. SAFADOS! Agora, uma pequena dor de cabeça para resolver isso com a empresa de cartão, já que tenho os comprovantes.

Die durchschnittliche 3 Sterne-Bewertung ist zutreffend! Unsere Autos waren jedes Mal gut bis sehr gut (Seat Ibiza, Peugeot 108, Seat Ibiza, Opel Corsa)! Beim ersten Mal klappte aber das Abholen vom Flughafen nur nach Rückfrage und 20-minütiger Wartezeit! Beim zweiten und dritten Mal war trotz entgegenstehender Vereinbarung der Tank nicht voll (einmal davon sogar völlig leer und einmal nur ein Viertel voll)! Beim vierten Mal ist es den Mitarbeitern nun leider nicht möglich, mich über die kommende Mautabbuchung bei meiner Kreditkarte zu informieren (Anm: in der Nebensaison bei MINIMALSTER Auslastung und nach netter Bitte meinerseits). Aufgrund des strömenden Regens bekamen wir jedoch einen Shuttle zur Metrostation angeboten!
Fazit: Die Autovermietung hätte aufgrund der guten/relativ neuen Fahrzeugflotte weitaus mehr Potential! Schade, dass immer leicht vermeidbare Kleinigkeiten, den Eindruck trüben.

Die Buchung war einfach und von Zuhause aus abzuwickeln. Dort angekommen erwarteten uns sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Autos sind in einem einwandfreien Zustand und einer top Ausstattung. Als unsere Reise zu Ende war wurde das Auto abgenommen ohne das etwas bemängelt wurde und es gab absolut keine Probleme.
Ich würde immer wieder mein Auto von Drive & Go beziehen und kann dies auch mit reinen Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Absolut top fande ich, dass nach Abgabe des Autos ein kostenfreier Transfer zum Flughafen angeboten wurde, den wir nat. gebutzt haben.

Alors pour moi ils s'agit de personnes malhonnêtes. Nous avons rendu le véhicule sans dégâts qu'ils ont constaté mais ils n'ont pas pu nous rembourser la caution car ils avait soit disant un problème leur machine de CB, ils nous ont demandé notre numéro d'Iban que je leurs ai envoyé au moins 10 fois. Cela fait 2 mois que nous attendons toutes les semaines ils nous demandent si cela n a pas déjà été fait 1615€ !!!! A ce jour ils ne répondent même plus a mes appels , je vais passer pas un avocat !!

My plane had a delay 2 hours arrival 10 am scheduled arrived only at 12 mid day. I was told to pay a late tax of 45 Euros. This fee aplies even when you are only 30 minutes late. Thank you for the lovely start of my holiday. I didn't take the car as I was worried what else they will charge me. We took the puplic transportation.

From giving sub-par cars and blackmailing you with bogus damage inspections when you have to catch your flight all the way to refusing to pay back over 1600€ in surety without explanation for half a year, these people are nothing but scammers and deserve to go to jail! For your own sake, do not make any sort of business with these people - avoid at any cost.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Sind billig aber im Nachhinein teuer , weil man bei der Rückgabe über Ohr gehauen wird. Der Wagen war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, ständig hatten wir irgendwelche Anzeigen im Display. Bei der Rückgabe wurde dann ein Schaden reklamiert, den man nur sieht, wenn man sich wirklich tief und gezielt schräg von unten an das Auto stellt. Ich bin mir sicher, der Schaden wurde schon öfters abgerechnet und als Cashcow beibehalten. Man ist als Kunde aber machtlos. Wer sich nicht den Urlaub verdauen möchte, sollte hier nicht buchen

Pior empresa de todas - de longe. Evitem a todo o custo - é preferível andar a pá. Eles apresentam preços baratos para ganhar o aluguer e, na entrega, descobrem sempre um micro risco no espelho ou noutro local qualquer e cobram 350€ para recuperarem o serviço - forma muito pouco séria de ganhar dinheiro. Pior, nem sequer avisam e em vez de reservar a franquia no cartão de crédito, cobram mesmo o dinheiro. alegam que há gente que depois não paga - aposto que não duram muito mais tempo abertos - cuidado!

Haben eine Stunde am Flughafen auf jemanden gewartet, der uns abholt.Telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen und als wir dann endlich jemanden am Telefon hatten wurden wir noch angemeckert warum wir denn nicht am vereinbarten Treffpunkt gewartet hätten.
Nicht zu empfehlen, nächstes mal nehmen wir einen anderen Anbieter.

Rented in October 2019. No problems whatsoever. We were given a nice Megane Diesel instead of standard Astra petrol. Few minor scratches were indicated on report, I just took pictures too, and return without complaints. No discussion about no extra insurance or toll device. I have external insurance anyway, perhaps that helps. They were not busy on our visits, so service was good.

Un engano.... mi consejo es evitar esta compania, te cobran absolutamente por todo y ademas personal muy poco profesional.
En mi caso me duplicaron el cobro del deposito y sigo esperando a que me lo reembolsen, con lo cual tengo el dinero retenido en mi cuenta y no se han molestado ni en comprobarlo o responderme a los correos electronicos que he enviado con toda la informacion/pruebas del error.
Muy maleducados por telefono, dandome una unica opcion de contactarlos por correo eletronico pero sim molestarse en responderme.
Ademas de todo esto, los cirstales del coche estaban bastante sucios. Tuvimos que parar en una gasolinera la primera noche y comprar productos de limpieza porque era imposible conducir con seguridad con los cristales tan sucios.
Absolutamente no recomendable!

I booked a car with Drive & Go because they had the best price, and was bracing myself for a terrible car return experience based on the reviews. But it seems that I'm one of the few here who had a really good experience overall! When I first picked up the car, there were some small scratches and dings that they didn't mark down even though I asked repeatedly. They insisted that the things I was worried about were not big or deep enough to make it onto their marking sheet. I took pictures of everything. I had requested a different car in my original booking than what I got, but I couldn't argue as I needed a car and that was all they had!
But all in all, the pickup experience was generally fine. My rental was for 44 days, and in that time I had one scrape near the rear wheel. I was preparing myself to be charged a crazy amount of money for the scrape, but they said it was no issue, and sent me to 'check-out.' The return process was pretty easy and everyone was nice. Next time I'm in Portugal I'll definitely consider Drive & Go for another rental.

Nicht buchen!!!!! Absolute Abzocke! Dazu noch unfreundliches Personal.
Wir hatten für einen Kurztrip ein Fahrzeug gemietet. Bei der Übergabe habe ich den älteren Herren auf diverse Kratzer und Beulen aufmerksam gemacht und darauf bestanden, dass diese aufgenommen werden. Nach dem 3.Kratzer!! wurde er pampig und unfreundlich. Ich soll nicht so pingelig sein, diese Kratzer sind Gebrauchsspuren. Nach zwei weiteren Kratzern, die ich ihm zeigte, schmierte er das ganze Protokoll mit "x" voll, wollte meine Unterschrift und lief einfach davon....also habe ich Bilder von ganzen Auto gemacht, Kennzeichen, km-Stand etc. So dass ich den mehr als gebrauchten Zustand dokumentiert hatte.
Dann sind wir damit 350km auf der Auzobahn gefahren und haben ihn wieder abgegeben. Bei der Übergabe war denn plötzlich ein Steinschlag in der Frontscheibe. Dieser war 5min vorher, als wir aus der Waschstrasse gefahren sind nicht!!!!
Als das Auto ganz schnell weggefahren wurde, hab ich mir die Frontscheibe nochmal angeschaut und da war die gesamte Scheibe gerissen...(sorry, ich bin Automechaniker und sehe sowas normalerweise)
Die Kosten muss ich mir jetzt erstmal wieder von der Versicherung holen. Trotz Vollkasko und Glas-Unterboden-Reifen-Dachschutz...
Tut euch bitte diese Firma nicht an. Shuttleservice hat nicht geklappt. Unfreundlich, und abgezockt!!! Damit versaut man sich den ganzen schönen Urlaub. Lieber 20,- mehr bezahlen und bei einem anderen Anbieter mieten. Die Kosten von Taxi, "Schäden" etc. Sind höher als das was ihr bei den Ar...lö..ern spart. Nie wieder!!! :-(

Es ist ein bißchen weniger schick als bei der Konkurrenz, dafür aber günstig. Man wird mit einem Kleinbus zum eigentlich Standort gebracht. In einer Halle ist dann das Büro und dort steht auch das Fahrzeug.. Die Jungs an der Theke im Büro waren sehr nett. Es empfiehlt sich den Mautkasten für ca. 20 Euro zu leihen, dann kann man auf allen Autobahnen fahren und v.a. Durch die Kontrollen, ohne anzuhalten.

No dia 17.08.2019 ao devolver o carro, disseram-me que naquele momento não me podiam restituir a caução de 1615€ devido a problemas no sistema, mas que até ao final do dia iria ficar resolvido. Como tinha de apanhar o avião não pude esperar. Como era fim-de-semana esperei alguns dias e no 21.08.2019 enviei um email a relembrar o sucedido, ao qual me responderam que ainda estavam com problemas, e caso não desse para devolver no cartão, iriam fazer por transferência bancária. Enviei então um email com o meu IBAN. Esperei mais 2 semanas e nada. Enviei outro email a relembrar o sucedido ao qual já nem me responderam.
Já passaram 7 semanas e ainda não recebi nada.

Hands off. Rented a car 30th July until 5th of August 2019. Instead of just blocking the deposit of 1.550 € it was removed from my Bank Account. No demages at the car as I brought it back. Clearly documented in the hand over protocol. I have been told that there was a problem with the Visa card machines, they will book the deposit back to my account manually and I will receive it in the next days. After several calls and emails I am still waiting for the pay back.

Le 5 aout et on est aujourd’hui le 7 octobre : toujours pas remboursé ,au début la machine est en panne et maintenant le virement a été effectué vendredi,( c est ce que l on me dit toutes les semaines).
Je suis contraint de procéder à une opposition de paiement en espérant que ma banque me rembourse....
Si vous voulez perdre entre 1000 et 1500 euros : louez chez eux....

Definitely NOT recommended!
At first, they blocked 500 € more on the creditcard than they wrote before (1900€), so it was 2400 credit needed.
Then they nearly forced us to buy an extra for using the highway, because they told us it was mandatory. Well, it is NOT.
The car fuel was empty - we booked a full petrol and got a diesel. Also it was dirty inside and most of the vehicle parts were damaged.
At returning they "found" lots of damages at the only undamaged part... Luckily we made photos when we rent the car.
If you want to save some money, take another company.

Vorsicht: Hier wird bei der Rücknahme jeder noch so winziger Kratzer als „neu“ bewertet, insbesondere an den Felgen. Bei der Übergabe ganz genau schauen und alles!!! eintragen lassen, ggf. Felgen fotografieren.
Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

ACHTUNG: Bekannte Trickbetrüger mit krimineller Intention!!! Unbedingt 1 Sterne Beurteilungen auf GOOGLE lesen! Hätten wir das getan, hätten wir NIEMALS bei Drive and Go gemietet!
Unser Fall (kein Einzelfall): Wir warten seit 5 Wochen auf unsere Kaution von 1615 EUR. Bei bislang 18 Telefonaten wird entweder behauptet, die Rückbuchung sei am Vortag ausgeführt worden, es gäbe technische Probleme oder auch einfach ganz frech „You are not getting your money back!“.
Car del Mar als Veranstalter schreibt bislang nur höfliche Mails an Drive and Go und läßt sich so abspeisen.
Bei unserer Buchungsplatform billiger-mietwagen ist Drive and Go sehr positiv bewertet - erstaunlich…
Noch erstaunlicher: Car del Mar und billiger-mietwagen arbeitet weiter mit diesen Betrügern zusammen! Nicht akzeptabel!

Ein sehr unfreundliches Team. Am Flughafen leider nicht vor Ort. Telefonisch erst nach 30 Minuten erreichbar. Unbedingt jede Schramme am Auto dokumentieren, sonst wird es teuer. Die Kreditkarte wird mit einer hohen Summe belastet. Es kommen noch zusätzliche Kosten auf einen zu .

DO NOT RENT HERE! We highly recommend not to rent here. In the course of the inspection of the car (pick-up), we have been told that minor scratched at the car were okay and it wouldn´t be necessary to include these in the handover protocol. After our vacation we wanted to bring back the car and we were told to have caused a scratch underneath the car and they wanted us to charge us 400€. We´ve discussed with them that we do not look underneath a car before renting a car and that it would be unacceptable to charge us something we did not caused. While discussing with the unfriendly employee the inspector (from the pick up) dropped in the office. We wanted to confront him, but the employee screamed at us that we were not allowed to talk to him. This service is unacceptable!!!! How can you scream at your customers? It seemed for us this would be scam, because the inspector hardly looked at the car but directly went down to his knees and pointed at a scratch underneath the car. We won´t rent here a car ever again.

Foi a pior experiência de aluguer automóvel que tive até ao dia de hoje, para além de ter ficado sem o carro que tinha alugado por 4 dias, também fiquei sem o dinheiro pago pelo aluguer. Esta companhia não trabalha com clientes sem cartão de credito, mesmo que pagues a pronto o seguro mais completo da mesma. Na minha opinião não a recomendo a ninguém.

Do not rent with DriveGo Lisboa - All was good, price, service until the day I returned the car. They said we have a fault in the system and we can’t give your deposit back (1,600€) now, it will take a couple days. One month later, September 2019 still no deposit, they don’t answer emails or phone calls! My credit card company is now helping me resolve this! Never again

Uns wurde zuviel in Rechnung gestellt und wir hatten mit einem sehr unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter von Drive&Go zu tun. Bei Abholung unseres Autos wurde uns von besagtem Drive&Go Mitarbeiter ein Transponder verkauft / gegen Aufpreis von 18,45€ geliehen. Mit diesem Transponder werden die Autobahngebühren automatisch abgebucht. Bei Rückgabe des Autos stellte sich heraus, daß der Transponder nicht aktiviert war und dies obwohl wir uns vor Abfahrt rückversichert hatten. Dazu wurden nochmal 9,60€ nachbehoben, weil der Preis im System bei Abholung wohl nicht gestimmt hätte. Da wir es aufgrund des Fluges sehr eilig hatten, konnten wir diesen Disput nicht zu Ende diskutieren und sahen uns gezwungen diese 9,60€ zu bezahlen. Ausserdem müssen wir jetzt selbst die Autobahngebühren in unbekannter Höhe über eine Website der portugisischen Post bezahlen. Wie fühlen uns betrogen und schlecht diesem Drive2Go behandelt. Er hab uns pampige Antworten wie: "Wenn Sie es das nächste Mal bei Abholung es vorziehen mit Ihrem Mietwagen-Broker zu sprechen, können Sie das gerne tun, aber dann dauert das Ausleihen dann eben 3h." Solche Antworten gehen gar nicht. Wer diese Rezension vor (!) der Abholung liest, möge alles Dokumentieren und sich wenn möglich alles schriftlich vor Abfahrt bestätigen lassen. Nie wieder!

Shuttle Bus erweist sich als ziehmlich umständlich. Ohne Zusatzversicherung ist der Selbstbehalt bei zirka 2400 €. Ich würde eine Vermietung direkt am Flughafen empfehlen

Gut, daß ich mir vor der Rückgabe die Rezensionen hier angesehen habe. Ein paar Sekunden nach der Rückgabe hat uns ein Mitarbeiter gleich 2 "beschädigte" Felgen gezeigt, deren Kratzer natürlich wir zu verantworten hätten. Beim Empfang des Autos haben wir - war mein Fehler - nur den Lack auf Schäden untersucht, an den Felgen ist mir nichts aufgefallen. Da gabs dann aber Rabatz und unfreundliche Gesten seitens der Mitarbeiter, die haben uns die Kreditkarten einfach hingeworfen und uns aufs Übelste beschimpft, nachdem sie eingesehen haben, daß sie den Trick mit den Felgen noch etwas besser einstudieren müssen. Zudem war die nächste Kundschaft (auch deutsch) im Anmarsch und da wollte man wohl vermeiden, daß sich die Diskussion in die Länge zieht. Also mich sehen die Brüder nicht mehr. Unglaunblich, was die sich da haben einfallen lassen.

1ere et derniere fois que je réserve une voiture de location chez eux, peu aimable, sensation qu ils se fichent de tout, caution de 2370 € demandée et débitée..... Un vrai scandale.. Il faut prendre une assurance à 135€ pour avoir le droit à une caution 10 fois inférieure(toujours débitée) cette assurance ne sert à rien car nous étions déjà assuré par auto escape.... Donc super arnaque.... De plus il nous livre la voiture ( belle voiture et en bon état) sans essence et bien sûr en oubliant de dire que c était la grève des carburant au Portugal...... Bref des vrais nazes. Seul le responsable du garage avec qui je me suis entretenu à la remise des clés était une personne sérieuse.

Super unfriendly, rude and worst service. We booked full/full for the tank and they do not offer this. We had half full, quarter full and one car that was basically empty. When we came back they made me pay 150 EUR for one car, which had a scratch on a hubcap of not even 1cm. Pay attention when you get your car and check everyhting! Do not use them if you can avoid them!!!

It's a car hire highly focused on getting as much money out of you as possible even to the point of beeing fraud luent. Here is a survival guide if you find this only after booking
- be exactly on time to pick up and return or they will charge you
- when you collect the car they will try to pressure you into an expensive insurance: resist
- on collect you will recieve a blue paper. They will put it close to the front window, keep it (they hope chances are higher that way that you will loose it. If you loose it they will charge you (even though they have a copy)
- take details photos of the car when pick up, I was able to catch them in the act when I returned the car. They tried to sell a damage to me that was there before, only possible to.spot with a trained eye.
- they anyway charged a few Millimeter scratch on the rims with 153 euro
Don't be fooled, they are extremely smart Predator, it's a scam machine.

La voiture était très abimée. Elle faisait un bruit de Ferrari (C était une fiesta), les freins comme les pneus étaient plus que limites. Ils ont fait le forcing pour que nous prenions une assurance supplémentaire alors que nous en avions déjà pris une. Je ne parle pas du temps extrêmement long avant de récupérer la voiture, les scènes auxquelles nous avons assistées (pour une légère rayure sur un pare choc : 280 euros de facture). Bref, à fuir !

Un desastre desde el principio, hicimos la reserva por internet por 205€ y cuando recogimos el coche nos cobraron. 490€ Porque nos obligaron a contratar un seguro todo riesgo....y lo peor fue a la entrega... mi bebe había vomitado en la silla que les alquilamos a ellos (50€ por una semana) cuando volvíamos para el aeropuerto. Ya los habíamos limpiado todo menos la funda de la silla que se la quité y se la entregué en una bolsa de plástico. El coche no se manchó y se lo dije cuando lo entregué. La respuesta fue que teníamos que pagar un recargo de 80€ por una limpieza especial!!! No daba crédito, les dije que se lo reclamasen al seguro todo riesgo, pero me contestaron que no estaba cubierto!!! Increíble un abuso, cobran por todo. Y eso que les deje el coche con más gasolina de la que me entregaron. No vuelvo a alquilar con ellos, lo barato sale muy muy caro.

Superb car rental firm. Easy, quick and friendly service. Provide a free shuttle service between airport and the depot. But quite cheap to get an UBER if you do not want to hang about.

J'ai pris peur en lisant les avis mais c'est une belle société serieuse, en aucun cas une arnaque.
On a loué une C3 et on a eu droit a une Seat Arona XL.
Certes on a du laissé une caution d'environ 180euros car nos visa et MasterCard françaises ne sont pas des cartes de crédit mais de débit. Cette caution a été rendu intégralement au retour du véhicule.
Ils ont même un Vito pour vous ramener a l'aéroport.
Etat des lieux easy car la voiture n'avait que 2500kms.

BEWARE OF EXTRA CHARGES AFTERWARDS We rented 2 Mercedes from July 6th to 13th 2019. Cars were excellent. We paid for road taxes when we returned the cars and we were told, that everything was accounted for.
14 days later, our MasterCards were charged for extra 25 € and 43 €. We called the company, and they promised to send an invoice. We have received nothing and now they don’t answer their phones. BAD SERVICE

It is up to you to take the risk and rent from this company. You can be sure, if you have a normal experience, it is only an exception. Majority is only scam, fooling, rudeness. If you do not want to accept things, staff (Ivu, I won’t forget you) will get aggressive and rude. At check in they will try to rip you off; they will block 1800 eur of your credit card which is not written anywhere. If you don’t have available limit, congratulations; you have to purchase their scam insurance. This is their business model; fool and rip all they can, doesn’t matter if customers hate it. Our lesson; Drive and Go may look the cheapest rental car but they will scam you and you’ll pay more, you’ll be stressed big time. your choice...

To start things off the drive and go location was extremely difficult to find and when we called for directions they kept saying where you picked the car up yet the location doesn’t have a set address. When we finally found the drive and go the manager raised his voice at us for not parking the car in the correct spot. Then he asked for blue papers th at we never received and kept talking to us like we were stupid. My entire group and employees searched the entire car for the papers but could not find them then brought us inside to tell us that there was a huge surcharge for losing papers that we never received. I stood outside the office as I watched another employee bring an envelope and tucked it inside the back of the passenger seat and then tried to call us outside to say yell at us that it was there. The service was the worst I ever had in Portugal and the employees yell at every customer that walks in and I highly suggest everyone avoids this place at all costs.

De véritables escrocs. Je m'explique, j'ai réservé un véhicule par le biais d'internet sur l'agence de Porto où je n'ai payé qu'un acompte. Cette location était assortie d'une caution de 1518 euros....Bref arrivé le jour pour retirer le véhicule, la personne qui m'accueille....me demande 1818 euros de caution soit 300 euros de plus que le contrat. Je lui dis que ce n'est pas la somme qui est prévu mais il me répond que c'est comme ça. Etant coincé et voulant mon véhicule je donne ma carte et là il me dit que la banque refuse car le plafond n'est pas assez haut. C'est la première fois que ça m'arrive et je loue souvent des véhicules...Bref devant mon incrédulité je lui propose de faire en 2 fois. Il me répond qu'ici au Portugal ça ne se fait pas..... et me dit que si je veux partir avec le véhicule c'est...environ 400 euros...au lieu de 126 euros. Cette agence vous attire avec des prix bas et vous arnaque sur le plafond de votre carte bleue, pour vous facturer plus cher. Heureusement je parle portugais et je me suis débrouillé avec ma famille sur place. Préférer les agences premium quitte à payer un peu plus cher.

Am Flughafen ca. 10-15 Minuten auf den Transfer gewartet. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei der Ausgabe, es wurde nicht versucht, uns Zusatzversicherungen zu verkaufen. Hinweis auf Via Verde Box (kann man mieten) wurde gemacht, wir brauchten sie aber nicht. Die Kaution wird vom Konto abgebucht und nicht nur blockiert. Unkomplizierte, schnelle Rückgabe. Tankeregelung voll/voll wurde nicht eingehalten.

Was worried as I read some reviews on google maps. Turned out to be a good rental: ok car + excellent price = excellent experience, would recommend with the comment of doing a very good check of the car, reporting everything inside and outside the car, and double check potential additional charges like crossing borders. Staff was good and professional, you do need to take a shuttle outside to drive outside airport area.

Complete Rip-Off Drive Go Lisbon - Avoid at all cost
Trying to sell overpriced unnecessary insurances (almost 3x the price of aggregators) I declined, They then asked for a huge deposit to be taken from my credit card, Do not take Amex, do not take debit cards, Limit on my Visa was not high enough. So was forced to accept the insurance rip-off. Booked tank full to return full. They gave me car with empty tank to be returned empty. Huge inconvenience as you have to guess how much fuel you need in the end, makes it more expensive as well. But as you want to drive and not waste the day you are forced to accept. Avoid at all cost, they have bait and click lowball offers and are looking to rip you off in multiple ways.

Fui alugar um "Mercedes ou similar por 36 euros" e saí com um C3 de péssima dirigibilidade, sujo e cheio de avarias por 80.
A política de "cheio a cheio" também não foi respeitada. Recebi o carro com 3/4 de tanque.
Mas a "cereja do bolo" foi a COBRANÇA DE 218 EUROS A MAIS quando fui devolver o carro por que, segundo eles, havia uma "amassado novo", isso com o atendente a me chamar de "minha santa" porque eu estava questionando a cobrança.
O melhor dos piores é que não fica no aeroporto, você tem de caminhar pela rua por cerca de 300 metros.

Da jegliche Gebrauchsspuren als schaden gelten werden diese in voller höhe in Rechnung gestellt. Da man nicht jede kleinste Gebrauchsspur festhalten kann, ist es ein leichtes um am Ende gehörig zur Kasse gebeten zu werden. Bitte schließt unbedingt eine zusätzliche Versicherung (im Vorfeld!!!) Ab, die den Selbstbehalt komplett übernimmt. Ich rate von jegliche Versicherungen vor Ort ab denn auch die treten nicht in Kraft oder decken nicht die komplette Summe ab. Hier durch ist es ein einfaches durch einen "schaden" gehörig zur Kasse "GEBETEN" ZU WERDEN.
Ich rate jedem, vor der miete bei drive and go, nicht nur die Bewertungen zu lesen aber vielmehr im Vorfeld richtig zu versichern ( Car del mar beglichen ohne Nachfragen meine komplette Rechnung! Danke dafür!!)
Ist kein Einzelfall denn bei Abholung und Rückgabe bekam ich mit, das es anderen genau so ging wie mir.
Oh ja; schau unbedingt das sie weit über 2000 Euro Creditcartenlimit haben(auf eine Karte, auf ihrem Name und nur bestimmte Karten werden erlaubt) hier sprechen sie von Selbstbehalt . Die wird geblockt. Hat man diese Möglichkeit nicht bei seiner creditkartenfirma, bleibt nur eine kostenpflichtige Stornierung oder €180 zu zahlen für eine Coutionssenkung ( die man dann am Ende auch nicht zurück bekommt denn mit Schaden wird dieser Betrag umgewandelt in sodass man 180 Versicherung und 180 Selbstbehalt zahlt.
Freundlichkeit kann man hier nicht erwarten ( logisch bei solche umständen) man wird eher als ein krimineller behandelt.
Zum Schluss noch ein Tipp: Falls die Fälle zugeschnapt ist, Ruhe bewahren, Urlaub nicht ruinieren lassen, denn vor Ort bekommt man kein Recht.

Par où commencer ... Les MENACES sous entendu faites à ma mère ? Les frais selon la tête du client ? L’amabilité inexistante ? Plus qu’une ARNAQUE, un scénario CAUCHEMAR pour tout vacancier. Petit 1 : il faut avoir 2 cartes bancaires sur vous au nom de la personne qui a fait la réservation (une de débit et une de crédit) sinon vous l’avez dans le c*l et l’argent dépensé via le net ne sera pas remboursé (somme perdu personnellement 55€). Accueil glacial, pas un sourire, pas une explication, tels des boîtiers automatiques (donc la location = 290€ + caution de 184€). Voiture presque impeccable, les freins faisaient un bruit effrayant en pente. Lors du rendu de la voiture et de son état de lieu, un tour en 5 sec, le jeune homme se penche assez rapidement sur la jante, une rayure d’à peine 1cm ... On a frotté aucun trottoir les gars mais vas-y ça vaut bien 100€ ... Si ça avait pu s’arrêter là, hélas ! Nous avons eu affaire à un jeune homme qui parlait français, qui nous trouvait pas aimable (normal non, échange de bon procédés ? Et on a pas fait les conn*sses. Il faut aussi savoir que nous n’avions pas de compagnie masculine ... Proie facile), vous savez quoi ? Il sort avec sérénité a ma mère, je cite : « Vous n’êtes pas gentille, vous avez dit que je n’étais pas un as de la communication, je sais que ce n’est pas un compliment car j’ai vécu 15 ans en France et moi les gens qui parlent comme ça je leur cassaient la mâchoire » ... Sur le c*l ... Vous qui choisissez cette agence, oubliez tout espoir :)

Najgorsza wypożyczalnia samochodów z jakiej kiedykolwiek miałam możliwość korzystać. Wszystnie negatywne opinie , podzielam w 100 % . Nie mają biura na lotnisku , nie kontaktują się z klientami , nikt z informacji lotniska nie kojarzy ta jej firmy. Obsługa pretensjonalna, zbywanie , zwykli oszuści !

Ostrzegam wszystkich podróżujących do Lizbony przed wypożyczalnią samochodów Drive & Go . To są oszuści, którzy nie mają szacunku do klientów. Na lotnisku nie mają swojego biura , wysyłają rzekomo po klientów swojego pracownika aby w planowanej godzinie przylotu odebrał pasażerów . Jakiekolwiek spóźnienie samolotu nie jest brane pod uwagę. Do wypożyczalni dojechaliśmy taksówką na własny koszt , a tam poinformowano nas że mają regulamin i nasza rezerwacja przepadla. Szok , jest przecież oplacona. Nikogo tam to nie obchodzi. Obskurne miejsce , fatalna obsługa , koszmar !!!

Uwaga!!! Pozor!!! Ahtung!!!! Caution!!!!
Oszuści.!!!!!!! Nie polecam.!! Lot się opóżnił z językiem problem . Na lotnisku nikt nie czekał. Dotarliśmy 10 minut przed zamknięciem do wypożyczalni i dostaliśmy przysłowiowego kopa że rezerwacja przepadła. Zwykłe naciągactwo

Funcionários grosseiros e facilmente dão golpe no cliente no fechamento da conta. NÃO RECOMENDO! Um careca, um tal de João em especial e o Ricardo. Alugamos um carro a diesel, e eles repassaram um clio a gasóleo, custo mais elevado. Este foi um dentre outros aborrecimentos. Tivemos o carro arrombado em Madrid, quando quebraram o quebra-vento do lado do motorista e o estúpido João cobrou a franquia total, pela troca do vidro.

I must simply advise anyone who is considering this rental agency to look elsewhere. After suffering extremely disappointing customer service and absurd extra charges, I found myself thoroughly screwed over. Please do yourself a favour and search for a company that actually adopts the customer value and care. Ripped off is an understatement.

VÉRITABLE ARNAQUE !!!!
Arrivée sur place la carte qui a servi à la réservation ne convenait pas pour la caution.
Aucune solution proposée à part reprendre une location pour 400€ alors que la réservation de base était de 30€.
On sait retrouvé au milieu de nul part sans voiture ni transport.
Bref passez votre chemin...

Wegen der vielen schlechten Bewertungen war ich vor der Anmietung etwas besorgt. Aber dann war unsere Erfahrung sehr gut: Freundliche Mitarbeiter, keinerlei unseriöse Zusatzangebote, ein Neuwagen mit nur 12 Tagen und unter 1500 km einer besseren Klasse (Mini-SUV), keine Probleme bei der Rückgabe. Zugegeben, die Kaution war mit € 1550 relativ hoch, sie wurde aber nur blockiert und bei Rückgabe sofort annuliert. Rundum eine gute Erfahrung und wir sind sehr zufrieden. Einziger Mangel ist, dass niemand ans Telefon ging.

This was one of the best rental car experiences I have had. Alberto and his team were so helpful and professional. Much better than using a generic brand large company - Drive Go have the personal touch. Highly recommend.

Be careful with hidden costs. Pick up point NOT at the Lisbon airport. Unhelpful staff, who would do anything to rip you off. Avoid.
Me and my group of friends had a horrible experience with this low cost rental. I do understand the way low cost rentals work and that their profits are mainly from the extras they can make customers pay, however, having used many rentals before, I must say I have never had such a bad experience.
We booked a small car for 3 days in Lisbon airport (55€). The first issue was that, despite the booking info and the voucher saying that the car was to be picked up at the airport, the stand was in another location. If you consider renting through this company, allow another 20min extra time of driving to another part of lisbon (the company has a shuttle bus).
At the stand, we then had to pay the deposit. I must say that this is definitely our fault for not thoroughly reading the terms and conditions, but you need to leave a deposit of >2000€ with the normal booking. At the time we didnt have that amount of money in the bank, so we were offered the company insurance to lower the deposit to 240€. The cost of this insurance was 45€. As I said before, its fair enough that this is the way these sorts of companies make profits, but charging 85% of the rental cost for insurance does sound pricy. As we had no alternative we had to do it anyway.
The worst part came when we droped off the car at the end of our trip. When they checked the inside of the car they saw a small water mark/stain in one of the backseats. We tried to dispute this, but I did not have any proof of what that was and when it was done - if you consider to rent a car with this company please take pics of EVERYTHING. For this, we were charged 80€ (inc 15€ of tax). At the moment of paying this, we were told that we couldnt use the deposit, as the funds would take up to 48h to be unblocked. I was told I had to pay them separately (instead of being discounted from the deposit, which would have been more logical). We didnt have any extra cash, so to settle the situation I had to call a third party to pay up for us.
Overall, the staff was really unhelpful and particularly picky (to get the extra money obviously), the way the deposit system works is not logical - we had to pay 80€ extra whilst we had 240€ blocked. All the extras are really overpriced as well, even for what you would expect from a low cost company. Avoid.

Zelandia, Joao and Helena (?! Sorry wrote down your names but lost the paper) were absolutely amazing.
My flight was very much delayed but they (and I) went in 6th gear to still make it possible to puck up my rental car!
They are the best and are the kind of people that can make the world go around!
