The property is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are clean and well designed. The pool and facilities are well kept and beautiful. This is a great place to relax and enjoy your holiday. The sauna, jacuzzi and pool are all well maintained and clean. The grounds are immaculate.
The owners and staff are the best part. They are so friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble from any of the team. They arranged restaurant reservations, cars, and the managers were a wonderful source of information for local things to do. The bar team are not only very handsome, but exceptionally professional and attentive. Thanks so much. We will be back.

Super recomendable, el hotel está francamente bien, no se le puede poner ninguna pega. Todas las instalaciones estaban impecables, la sauna, la zona exterior con las camas balinesas, hamacas, la piscina y jacuzzy climatizados son geniales para relajarse. Las habitaciones muy amplias y confortables. Todo el personal del hotel es encantador, te hacen sentir como en casa y son muy profesionales.

Villa 3 is the wonderful place. Everyone is super nice and the place is amazing. I was lucky to stay 3 night is this hotel and I can only thank Marco, Frank and Eddie but also all the other persons working there for their wonderful work. Do not think twice, just go for it.

My husband and I had a wonderful week-end in this lovely villa that felt like an urban oasis. The place is so clean and comfortable and the facilities are beautiful and well kept. Breakfast is nice with freshly baked croissants and pasteis de nata as well as excellent cappuccinos! The owners are the nicest guys and go the extra mile to make their guests feel important and welcomed. They were also full of good advice and suggestions for local restaurants, beaches and fun things to do in Lisbon. The gay beach is a short drive away and so is the city of Lisbon. We opted for leaving our car in a parking lot and crossing over to the city by ferry both of which were very cheap. Lisbon is very busy and full of traffic but getting around by ubber was quite cheap and easy. I look forward to coming back to this resort and to spending more time there.

Super simpáticos, ótimas instalações e muitas surpresas boas. O melhor SPA do momento. E ontem os hóspedes foram brindados com jogos de realidade virtual, entre apanhar cogumelos e resident evil foi um serão muito divertido. Vai ser o meu refúgio. É estejam atentos às festas e iniciativas do espaço... Vão ser de arromba!!!

Hôtel incroyable! Ils offrent des services de haute qualité à des prix très bas. J'aurais une petite remarque à faire: la pression de l'eau dans la douche n'était pas assez forte. A part ça, tout était parfait et le personnel m'a fait sentir comme chez moi.

I loved being at this hotel, as they have a heated swimming pool. The weather in the first days of november was kinda “moody” so when i couldn’t go out to visit the city, i spent all day long in the spa or in the pool. Also laying down in the comfy beds was delightful. Many couples there but there were a couple of single boys too. Beautiful location overall.

Unfortunately my staying here was too short (only 2 nights) and i didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the amenities. But the little things that i experienced were perfect. I promise to come back!

A piece of heaven! I can’t describe how much this place recharged my batteries. Imagine this picture: you sleep like a baby in a fresh smelling room, then you take a warm shower, have a tasty breakfast, go out to visit the city till afternoon, then come back and have the most beautiful massage by the pool, go to the sauna, have a nice dinner and go back to your room. Devine!

Villa 3 Caparica was recommended by some friends and i am happy for staying here. I liked the cleanliness and the way the personnel treated me. It feels and it looks like a 5 stars hotel with all the amenities included (spa center, pool, massage etc.).
They have a room for restricted mobility tourists. I encourage all of you to visit this hotel.

We came from France to relax and enjoy ourselves and we decided to go with this hotel. We saw on the internet that it was a new one, so why not? We loved every single second there. We couldn't enjoy the breakfast because we were having fun in bars all night long (check Bar Tr3s Lisbon, from the same family with Villa 3). But the sleep was amazing, as the mattresses were so comfortable. Thank you so much to the hosts for the recommendations and for all the facilities from the hotel. Me and mon mari will go again in the summer for the pool parties and when the hotel will be busy.

Simply loved it. Beautiful place, perfect vacation. The owners are so friendly, they served us homemade cookies while we were bathing in the sun by the pool. They invited us at the Gay Pride next year and we decided to go again.

Villa 3 Caparica ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Ich bin mit meinem Liebhaber dorthin gegangen. Alles ist neu und sehr sauber. Wir haben die Betten geliebt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundliche und nette Leute. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

This really is a way of life. I got too used to it in my short vacation here.
Comfy beds, nice playful boys in the pool, divine massages, relaxing sauna and not to forget the friendly hosts. Absolutely fabulous.

The best 7 days for me and my friends. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Best thing about this place: THE HEATED SWIMMING POOL!!! We made new friends here and we had so much fun.
Big well equipped rooms with big beds and relaxing mattresses. Lovely breakfast every day. The SPA was amazing with modern jacuzzi, steam room, sauna... And for October, it was quite busy.
It is located in a private and discrete neighborhood so if you want to go to the Lisbon downtown, Shopping Center or the gay beach in the summer, everything is just 10-15 minutes driving away from everything.

I had the great experience of being one of the firsr guests at the Villa 3 and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay.
The rooms are finished to a high standard and very comfortable.
There is a great variety of facilities at the hotel with the pool, how tub, sauna, steam room, etc...
The staff are amazing to deal with and always happy to help you at anytime.
I would like to thank the guys from Villa 3 Marcos, Carlos, José and Eddy and wish them all the best for the future and see you again soon

Très bon accueil, les chambres sont très confortables, climatisées, coffre fort, bar, piscine, spa, hammam, sauna, ....Tout est fait pour des vacances réussies dans cette villa de rêve. À 20 mn du centre de Lisbonne en voiture et 10 mn des places. Nombreux restaurants à proximité. Une adresse à ne pas rater

I stayed here for two nights and I have already reserved two more visits for later in the year!
All four owners are very friendly and great hosts, as are the rest of the staff.
The hotel is very well thought out. If you are looking for fun, or just here to chill and relax then you will not be disappointed.
The rooms are very comfortable, very clean, and the heated pool, sauna and steam room are all beautifully appointed.
A good simple breakfast is included. …….. if you get the opportunity stay for lunch. Delicious!!!
