The room and hotel were very clean. The staff was very friendly. We would definetly stay there again. The hotel is located away from the busy streets but close enough to walk to anything you want.

Centrally located in Ciado district xlose to everything. Clean and well maintained but no night staff, no ammenities ie bar, pool and codes rather than keys. It is an old building and sound from unit above was loud.

Great location, super clean, friendly, professional staff. Very helpful staff. Would come back there again. Paid parking near by. Less than a few minutes walk. Sometimes there are parking on the street at night but hard to find. 10 to 20 minutes walk to great location. Near shops and restaurants.

This is my second time in lisbon. Tried a new hotel this time. Rooms are nice and clean but a quite small for the price you are paying. Really just for 2 and barely any space left to open and unpack your bags. Good for overnight stays.

Great location a block from camoes square, quiet with no traffic noise. Was able to take metro from & to airport. But be aware of steep escalators if you have heavy luggage. The staff is terrific and very kind. Room was European size but perfect for me as a solo traveler.

Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location. The staff was so friendly and helpful as well. We loved everything about our visit here and would never think of looking elsewhere should we return to Lisbon.

Ho alloggiato qui per due notti nel mese di Dicembre. Che dire, è stato semplicemente fantastico. Il personale è gentilissimo e super disponibile, infatti mi ha guidata per la città consigliandomi ristoranti, monumenti e zone da visitare. La camera è molto accogliente, ottima la pulizia e la luminosità della stanza. La zona è secondo me la più bella di tutta Lisbona, infatti è appena sopra la fermata della metro di Baixa Chiado, in una via piena di negozi e graziosi bar. Alloggerò sicuramente qui nel mio prossimo viaggio a Lisbona! CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Amazing location within walking distance of most tourist sites in the city. Rooms are clean, modern, and charming with beautiful windows that open out into the streets of Lisbon. Service at the front desk is impeccable and friendly. Elevator is a nice plus as they are not common in old buildings like this. Space is a bit tight, but all in all, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

What can I say, everything was perfect! The room, maintenance and care. Water and coffee were replenished every day. Neat location, close to public transport and shops. Reception staff very friendly. We were perfectly advised by Rachel, thanks for that!

The location of the hotel is very well situated!The hotel room was clean and very bright which I loved.

Boutique Chiado Suites was perfectly located. The staff was excellent, and the room was actually large. I was able to hop on the 28 Cable Car all around Lisbon, and walk to the Fado restaurants which were only 3 blocks from the hotel. There are bakeries all around the hotel which sold the delicious fresh Portugeuse custard tarts which I enjoyed every morning.

Rooms were very nice size and the kitchen area very useful. Also like the Netlix. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Such a great boutique apartments and suites. Very clean and nice design, feeling like home. Perfect location, near everything and lots of fun around. Reception is so friendly and helpful. Especially good values for money. I would highly recommend you stay in this hotel.

Great hotel. Clean and kind staff. Only challenge there is no phone to call the front desk so if you have an issue you need to walk to find help.

Loved this hotel so much! Amazing design, comfy bed and amazing location. I also loved the thoughtful touches, like the Nespresso machine, water in glass bottles (no plastic) and large toiletries to avoid single use plastic as well. The towel warmer was also a great addition and of course, Netflix! I’d definitely stay here again.

Please be warned that if you book through a third party, it might not get the check in information necessary. Me and another couple did not retrieve the key code to get inside so I had to wait until someone opened the door. Even if on the booking third-party site it says that the front desk is open 24 hours, it’s not. I ended up just waiting with my things to get inside and wasting time to reach the booking staff. Nice location but I was surprised but with this price didn’t even have water on the bedside!

The kitchenette was complete with cutleries and china ware.Daily Espressos and teas was also provided.The welcome bottle of water is absolutely appreciated.The little balcony and the beautiful shutters.Dark black out rooms.Nice lighting.CONSWifi connection from my bed room was quite poor i must say. Without realising ended up using my roaming data.The air conditioning is great but actually did not work on the first night of my stay until i raised the issue the next morning as reception was closed pass the evening.Ive read that the noise from the street could be a con, but i did not feel that way. I stayed on weekdays though. Although the sound from above unit can be heard sometimes.

Excellent location in old town Lisburn, close to all the popular tourist sites. This is a charming hotel, with excellent facilities and very good customer service. The hotel provide you with Plates, silverware, and a refrigerator. They also have an escalator in this modernized old building. Although if you live on the top floor you would have to walk up one flight of stairs. This detail is important if you have a handicap.The staff is always willing to go above and beyond and help in making your stay over a pleasant one. I would like to highlight Caroline’s warmth and help in who providing us with a lot of information about cultural and touristic attraction. You cannot go wrong with this hotel.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, Metro Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fussläufig vieles gut zu erreichen. Hotelzimmer sehr saube. Das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

We were extremely disappointed by the management of this hotel. We had booked a 3-night stay with them. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip due to a medical emergency 3 days before arrival (I was hospitalized for 2 days and advised not to travel). Knowing we no longer benefited of free cancellation, we called the hotel, as soon as we found out that we were no longer able to travel, and informed them of our situation. We also immediately cancelled our booking in order to free up the room for them. We sent them the medical report for proof and asked, if they managed to re-sell our room in time for the 3 nights we cancelled, if they could reimburse us for the booking. After all, if the room was sold, the hotel would not be incurring any losses. They eventually informed us that they had successfully re-booked our room, but that they would not be returning any money, therefore profiting on our unfortunate situation. We do realize we no longer had free cancellation, but in extreme cases, which can be proven, we expected a little more consideration from the hotel management. We then asked if they could, considering they would be keeping our money, issue a voucher for us for 3 nights for the future, which they blatantly denied. They’re keeping our money, and that’s that. They did, however, had the nerve to tell us: “if you ever come to Portugal, please do come stay with us”. I hope they do learn a thing or two in terms of customer acquisition and customer retention, because they’re a joke! Said that, we strongly advise fellow travelers to not book with them, because of their utter greediness and lack of consideration for clients.
