Wir waren nur zwei Nächte dort, haben die Zeit aber sehr genossen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Zimmerservice war hervorragend. Überhaupt, das Haus besticht durch eine sehr persönliche Note. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und das Restaurant im Haus ist ausgezeichnet. Auch die Bar fanden wir abends für einen Absacker ausgezeichnet. Das Haus fanden wir so schön, so dass wir gerne wiederkommen werden.

Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich gar nicht verstehen. Man kann das Hotel schnell übersehen. Es gibt kein aufdringliches Schild welches ins Auge stechen würde. Das Gebäude fällt durch seine grüne Außenfarbe auf. Angekommen sind wir mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen aus. Ca. 15 Euro. Es gibt direkt neben dem Hotel eine wenig befahrene Einbahnstraße, die Taxifahrer haben aber alle diese Straße verpasst und an der Hauptstraße angehalten (wir sind öfter Taxi gefahren).
Das Personal war freundlich und sprach gut verständliches Englisch. Die Zimmernummern befinden sich vor der Tür auf dem Boden im Stein eingefräst. Zu den Zimmern kommt man über zwei kleine verfügbare Aufzüge. Auf dem Fluchtplan sah man, dass wir ein relativ kleines Zimmer auf der Etage hatten. Dennoch war genügend Platz um 2 Große Koffer gleichzeitig zu öffnen. Die Temperatur im Zimmer war trotz sehr warmer Außentemperaturen angenehm. Wir haben keinen Ventilator benötigt. Das Badezimmer war recht groß und sehr sauber. Eine große begehbare Dusche und genügend Platz an der Toilette. Auch fülligere Menschen sollten hier genug Raum für sich haben. Wir fanden das Zimmer, obwohl es zur Einbahnstraße lag, extrem ruhig. Von unseren Zimmernachbarn haben wir ebenfalls nichts mitbekommen. Die Betten waren zudem Ultra gemütlich. Das Wlan auf den Zimmern war extrem schnell. Es gibt eine Lautsprecherbox für das Handy von einem Markenhersteller.
Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas kleiner aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lautstärke hielt sich trotz der vielen Leute in Grenzen. Es wurde rasch alles nachgefüllt, auch kurz vor Ende. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Es kann auch a la carte bestellt werden, dies kostet jedoch. Das Frühstück war gut. Es gab alles nötige was man braucht jedoch nichts Exotisches.
Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Von Schimmel oder sonstigem haben wir nichts gesehen. Lissabon ist eine extrem beliebte Stadt, das treibt die Preise nach oben. Für mich hat das Hotel seine 4 Sterne verdient. Mir fällt nichts ein was mir gefehlt hätte. Zudem habe ich meine Autoschlüssel im Safe vergessen. Diese wurden mir sofort gegen eine minimale Gebühr von 10 Euro nachgeschickt. Auch das Zeugt von der Qualität dieses Hotels.

A quirky hotel with staff that cannot do enough for you, if it's simply ordering a taxi or booking your day nothing was too much. The room was equipped with everything from a hairdryer to your own ironing board, with all the mod cons of a smart tv and music speaker. Perfectly located in the middle of the city for accessibility and 10 minute walk to the train station where you are then just 20 mins ride from the beach. Highly recommended and if I pay Lisbon another visit this is where I will be staying.

Es ist sehr zentral gelegen, leider die Zimmer etwas zu klein und dunkel müssten eines gegen die Strasse buchen grösser und heller. Frühstück sehr gut. Personal nett.

Centraal gelegen hotel. Leuke kamers. Net als Lissabon , gemoedelijk en gezellig. Kamernummers in de drempel van marmer gegraveerd was even wennen. :-)

5 stars for the gorgeous central location, 4 stars for the great and variegated breakfast, 3 stars for the small room.
Besides, it was too hot in the room and there was not enough air, only heavy blankets available.
Good ratio quality/price (we’ve been there in last week of April).

We love this Hotel. I would say it is our first choice whenever we stay in Lisbon. Very nicely appointed rooms. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Nice breakfast! Great location, close to everything downtown.

Super friendly staff. Great location and amazing breakfast. Room was great only hanging space could be more and some drawers needed maintenance.
Special thanks to Barbara who gave us a fabulous walking tour on our first day.

This hotel has excellent location with easy access to the metro. There are many restaurants nearby. You are in the heart of the old town area. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You receive a welcome drink and a bottle of wine in your room. I recommend the breakfast Buffett. There are many food options and some change daily. The breakfast area always had seats. It is served until 11:30am. The hotel is very clean. There is a large lobby/bar area with comfy chairs.The rooms have a tea kettle and coffee machine. The room had a small table for two. There are adequate charging areas in the room. There are blackout curtains. The only negative is you can hear all noise from the hallway. There is also no counter space in the bathroom. I would stay here again.

A great central hotel. Just a stones throw from the Metro. Really friendly welcome from the staff. Our room was lovely and bed was very comfortable. Great selection for breakfast. Reasonable bar prices. Special thank you to Barbara and Rita in the bar. They were super lovely. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back again.

This is a gym of a hotel in a very central area of the city. The hotel itself is lovely, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are lovely and spacious and very well kept and cleaned. The room fridge is well stocked and the price of the various beverages are very reasonable.
The breakfast was lovely with a very varied menu available.
Highly recommended hotel.

Das Hotel liegt optimal für Besichtigungen jeglicher Art. Zimmer OK, alles vorhanden WLAN funktioniert bestens - wie überall in Portugal.. Frühstück sehr gute Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I would highly recommend this hotel, it's in a fantastic location just off the main walk down to the waterfront. The rooms are fantastic and the street view one we had was great. Will definitely go back and stay again!!. The staff were brilliant. There is a bar opposite was a great place to hang out.

The rooms overall were very nice. It would have been nice to know that because it currently not summer you have to open the windows to get cool air. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and accommodating as possible. They also had a nice light continental breakfast for the guests.

Très bel hôtel décoré avec goût et très bien situé en centre ville et pas bruyant ; les chambres sont grandes et décorées de très jolies lampes et radios anciennes ; beaucoup de charme ;
Le personnel est très professionnel et sympathique ; le lounge bar avec sa bibliothèque est parfait pour se relaxer après les sorties et les petits-déjeuners continentaux au top ; je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner et à le recommander si je retourne à Lisbonne.

Accueil chaleureux.
Très propre, excellente situation géographique.
Un peu de bruit dehors le soir mais on ne peut être en centre ville et n’avoir aucun bruit.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon.
La chambre et le bar sont très agréables.
Personnel au petits soins.

Location was excellent. We were able to get to-and-from airport by metro (subway) very easily and well as go everywhere in the city by metro, tram, trolley and bus. We took out day passes on metro transportation on the days we stayed in Lisbon (we dis several day-trips to other cities). I would sincerely recommend this hotel to all those people who like to get around on their own.

We were really impressed with this hotel! A small room but it has everything you need and more! The attention to detail in the room was excellent. Reception staff were always very helpful and efficient, we received a free bottle of wine and cherry shots. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard and breakfast was nice. I would definitely stay there again! Great central area.

非常美好的飯店。位置絕佳、服務非常的好，早餐非常的豐盛。最後一天離開時，飯店人員還特別準備餐盒讓我們帶走，十分貼心。飯店並沒有提供瓶裝水，冰箱內的飲用水需要收費。可惜淋浴間的門密合的不好，導致第一天使用時嚴重漏水，後來每次使用都需圍好毛巾。地板的釘子有些突起，導致襪子勾破，先生的腳也有小傷口。飯店的床非常舒服，我們每天都休息的很充足。很感謝飯店的照顧！

The hotel looks nice but the rooms need a bit of refreshment. Also the guys at the reception and breakfast are totally impolite and rude. This is the main reason why I give 2 stars. The girls who works on Friday evening till 4 pm they are just waiting to finish her job.
However the team at Brown's Downtown hotel are totally differwnt they are extreamlly friendly and they try to give the best experience. At breakfast I missed some vegetables. Anyway

Brown's central, correctly named so, enjoys a chief and strategic location, for some of the sights are at an arm's stretch and so is the tram/bus/metro service. They could however, up their signage work a little, to tell tourists where exactly the entry door is.
The rooms are chic in terms of tastefully appointed inclusions, lighting and the mirror play is clever, the individual Nespresso machine per room is definitely an elegant touch and their TV is the smartest one I have come across thus far.
"The internal room without a window" (which had a window BTW and I can't thank GOD enough) lacks ventilation and gets too sticky inside when the AC ditches (month of Jan). As per them the heating was cranked up and AC could be set to a desired temp centrally and individually for a room (as the in-room switch board was a sham!). The latter never happened during my stay of 3 nights despite notifying the desk several times. Breakfast was second rate and to top it, repetitive.

Bel hôtel bien situé. Je voulais mettre cinq étoiles lorsque nous avons quitté l'établissement, mais j'ai été très desagreablemebr de recevoir par mail une facture de débit de ma carte bancaire pour des boissons que je n'ai jamais consommées, prétextant que la signature se trouvant sur le ticket de ces conso ressemblaient à la mienne. J'ai du écrire plusieurs mails pour obtenir des excuses. Je trouve ce procéde indigne d'un vel établissement comme celui-ci.

Maybe I was expecting too much after reading all the wonderful reviews but I just wasn’t wowed by this hotel. Nice, clean and full of character. Very central near lots of shopping and steps away from Metro. Unfortunately didn’t have a good nights sleep during the first night, I can hear other guests who were a bit rowdy when they went back to their rooms at 4:30 am so I could not go back to sleep. I noticed housekeeping do not empty the bins when they clean no big deal but maybe I’ve been spoiled enough having stayed at other hotels where they empty the bins each time the room is cleaned. Another thing that I was surprised, no hair conditioner not a big deal but I would’ve expected at at hotel like this. Nice toiletries though.

Eerste indruk: Geen slechte keuze. Helaas wist de taxichauffeur ons niet voor de deur af te zetten. Hij zette ons in een parallelstraat op een kruising af. Gaf de smoes dat dat een taxi er niet kon komen. Dan maar naar bleek een stukje terug lopen.
In het hotel werden we netjes ontvangen. De receptioniste wist leuk te anticiperen op wat ze zag en hoorde.
Kamer 512 is een schitterende kamer met mooi uitzicht. Hoog maar met de lift ben je er snel.

Tous le charme d un hôtel à l anglaise. Personnel accueillant et parlant français, le petit déjeuner est de folie. Le service est impeccable. Nous avions pris le service de taxi de l hôtel mais malheureusement le jour du départ l hyper centre de Lisbonne etait bloqué ! Le directeur a fait des pieds et des mains pour nous aider et finalement on a pu avoir notre avion. Bravo ! Propreté irréprochable

Nous n'avons pas eu ce type de chambre je ne sais pas où ils ont été chercher ses photos à moins que l'hôtel est été rénové depuis mais nous avions une chambre vetuste tout était vieux idem pour la salle de bain je ne conseille pas en plus les rues sont très bruyantes ! et comme les chaises sont à même les rues piétonnes car pas mal de restos propose de manger à l'extérieur on entend encore à 3h du matin le personnel traîner les chaises pour les rentrer dans leurs établissements !!!

Checked in early and was greated by friendly and exceptionally helpful front desk personnel. After a special welcome drink at the beautiful lobby bar we enjoyed a lunch prepared by the hotel restaurant and was served at the outside tables. After lunch we joined other hotel guests for a 1.5 hour 'locals version' tour of the downtown area. Barbara, one of the very helpful front desk staff took us through the main shopping area stopping at several mouments and historic sites. The walking tour was realitvely fast paced and we feel as though we have an excellent understanding of the local area and where we will return for more in depth exploration. We highly recommend this free local tour with Barbara. She is a true gem.

Gemütliches und ruhiges Hotel im Zentrum.
Das Hotel versteckt sich durch seine sehr dezente Empfangslobby ein wenig, es kann gut passieren daß man erst einmal daran vorbei läuft.
Das Brown’s Central ist wirklich sehr ruhig und hat einen angenehmen Charme. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber.
Abends sind wir gerne auf einen Absacker an der gemütlichen Bar hängen geblieben.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toll eingerichteten Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist wirklich super es gibt fast alles was das Herz begehrt. Das einzig störende für mich ist der lösliche Kaffee beim Frühstück. Auch die Bar ist super, grade am Abend nach einer tollen Tour durch die Stadt trinkt man gerne noch einen "Absacker". Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Great location; short walk away from the yellow bus tours, shopping and numerous restaurants. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful; list of attractions was provided as well as great restaurant recommendations. The bar at the entrance was a nice touch; the music was relaxing and there was a variety of drinks/snacks. The room was small but practical. The beds and pillows were SO comfortable, which is usually not the case in hotels. Bathroom was small as well but clean. The decor was amazing, it was retro and very well thought-out. The breakfast provided had a fair amount of choice depending on what your preferences are. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Pranzo in un posto delizioso da un tocco retrò con musica di sottofondo.
Personale molto professionale attento e soprattutto gentile. Complimenti alla ragazza bionda col caschetto davvero brava. Prezzi normalissimi e qualità di cibo e vini ottima.
Perfetto per chi a Lisbona non vuole mangiare il pesce e lo trova ovunque.
Complimenti a tutti. In un prossimo viaggio tornerò sicuramente.

Situé entre le quartier d’Alfama et de Bairro Alto, quartier assez bruyant, la chambre est petite. Impossible de régler la clim, le personnel était prévenu et censé de régler le problème, après notre sortie nocturne, rien n’est fait. Petit déjeuner pas top.

Art deco-style hotel in the center of the action in downtown Lisbon. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are curated with retro-style refrigerators, radios and other memorabilia. Very comfortable beds. The bar area is beautifully decorated as in the dining room. Nice breakfast choices that are always being attended to by the staff. Also has a nice outside dining area.

Excellent staff and location. Despite being on the 1st floor facing the street, it was reasonably quiet. The breakfast was great and had a variety of choices.My main issue, and maybe cause it’s my first time in Portugal, was the that it took several tries opening the door because you needed to turn and turn and turn the key. They should update it to a key card. Trying to figure out the shower. It flooded the bathroom even when the shower door was closed.Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Everything was wrong. The problems started just when we arrived. We had booked a room fee that was nonrefundable since you pay at the moment of booking. And that was what the booking paper said. When we arrived they told us we had to pay. We needed to check our bank to be sure we had not payed in advance (as was suppsed to happen). Dark corridors painted in black. No net/soft curtains in the windows to avoid the building in front (so close you almost could touch its windows) see everything in your room. Worst breakfast we had in Portugal. We preordered a taxi for the airport. When we came down we discovered they have not called even if they had assured us they will. 15 minutes later we were still waiting for it. In our first night in Lisbon (when our trip to Portugal started) we were at Wine hotel. Same price, same area. What a difference!!!

Hôtel idéalement placé, accueil et personnel au top. L'hôtel comme notre chambre est décoré avec gout et très bien équipé. La literie est très bonne et la chambre bien isolée. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le soir on aime à se prélasser dans les fauteuils en buvant un cocktail.

Exceptional. The hotel is just 50 metres from the nearest Metro station. It has a 1930s vibe, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and well appointed. The buffet breakfast was very nice, the bar makes great cocktails in the evening, and you can choose the air-con of the bar, or a table in the street to watch the world go by.
We had a 3 night stay, and have nothing but positive things to say

Zona centrale, ottima accoglienza, molto bello e con tutti i comfort. L'unica pecca, ci hanno fatto pagare 2 volte la tassa di soggiorno. The location was fantastic, everything at your doorstep, breakfast was in credible and the bedroom was the cosiest I've ever stay in. No noise at night and as for the power of the shower. Real nice touch by hotel who left at bottle of champagne in room with a lively message for my husbands 50th birthday. Will be back in Sept.

Although the hotel doesn't offer a variety of amenities, what they do provide sure makes up for that. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, the staff is outstanding, the location is perfect with a metro stop and tram stop nearby and is in close proximity to many attractions/sights.We couldn't have been happier with our stay and look forward to a return visit soon. Great central location, had excellent room, and staff were extremely helpful. We unfortunately had to leave a day early due to a family bereavement, and staff were very helpful in printing our flight boarding passes and arranging a taxi to the airport.Only negative was corridors and lift were badly lit and painted in very dark colours.

Incredible boutique hotel. Best hotel I've ever been to across NYC, HK, Singapore, Paris, France, and Barcelona, and at an incredible price (Lisbon makes for a great affordable vacation!). Staff are incredibly polite, rooms are small but FEATURE PACKED (built-in speakers in the ceiling, bluetooth everything, usb chargers, nespresso, kettle, TV, ceiling fans. Great decor too, every wall is decorated with paintings/books and a fantastic cozy lounge & bar. Definitely stood out in my western european trip and would not hesitate to recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Checks-off the 3 C's: clean, convenient location and cheap (reasonably priced). Staff is not trained or organized to support tourists but they are very friendly and if you are proactive to already know what you want to do and where you want to go, they are able to provide enough support for the basics . I would surely recommend the hotel to anyone or family whose priority is a great location that covers the basics of comfort and friendly service at an affordable price.

Be very Careful, this hotel cancelled on me the night before i was meant to stay at there hotel for 3 nights. The worst part is that i booked it through booking.com but had rang the hotel reservations 3 weeks previously to confirm my booking and there was no issue. This is a disgraceful service and leaves me upset and disappointed with this Hotel. Obviously very much not to be trusted.

Très belle chambre et décoration. La chambre est spacieuse et bien aménagée, le petit déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de choix. L'emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer à pieds.
En revanche, la salle de bain est un peu petite et manque de rangement. Egalement, les réceptionnistes ne sont pas très accueillants et souriantes ... c'est dommage pour un hôtel de cet gamme.

No entiendo como se puede ofrecer tanta calidad por un precio tan bajo como el que pagamos! Nos encanta la decoración, el buffet de desayunos, los cócteles y el ambiente del bar. Y tuvimos la enorme suerte de que justo al llegar, ofrecían una excursión guiada por el centro: totalmente gratis! Con sorpresas que no se encuentran en ninguna guía y con obsequio de vino oporto al finalizar el tour! Impresionante!

Browns was a big surprise that Lisbon offer to us. People are very nice and always there to help you if needed.Rooms are completely equipped whit all what you can need,very clean. Breakfast is good. Location is fantastic.Drinks and service on the bar is good. We got a free guided whit a very nice girl.We was celebrating a birthday in the last night and they heard us and come whit a bottle of champagne from the hotel.This was never happened to us before. It was my second time in Lisboa and it was lovely as usually. This a great hotel to stay, it offers beautiful rooms with exquisite bathroom. The breakfast options are extremely delicious and vast, so there something everyone. The staff is very friendly and helpful with beaches suggestions, things to do. Pros: Beautifully decorated rooms despite small size. Helpful and friendly bartenders and restaurant staff.
Cons: First receptionist was not welcoming and could not find our reservations; instead of being patient and continuing to look for our booking, she insisted we booked incorrectly and that we did not book at this hotel. She was not even going to attempt to look further into the matter.
The second receptionist at the front desk intervened and easily pulled up our booking. I am not sure why the first one was unfriendly and unhelpful. I could chalk it up to just one staff member having a bad day, but I had a similar unwelcoming interaction on my last day too with a different receptionist. Perhaps it was the same one, as the second interaction was over the phone.
Overall, the staff at the Brown's Central Hotel were not all friendly and welcoming. I will not stay here again or recommend it as I have stayed at hotels of similar physical quality and monetary value, but their customer service was through the roof, all around, unlike Brown's Central Hotel.
To quote another review I read, it's like the place was run by a bunch of "moody teens."

What a pleasant surprise to visit this small but unique hotel.
The front office staff were professional and friendly with a warm welcome.
On hearing that TAP airline have left my bag behind, they went out of their way to find me a razor and toothbrush from colleagues as I had checked in after all shops were closed.
The staff also made recommendations on where to go for fair deals and helped me save on traveling through the city.
I was really comforted to meet such helpful and caring staff.
The Brown's burger on their menu is one of the best I have had .

Really nice rooms. We had a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, smart TV with Netflix and youtube and loads of interesting books to read. Bathroom was fully marble lined with lots of mirrors. Great shower.
The breakfast is on till 11:30am every day - ideal if you've had a late night and can't get up!
Superb central location, ideal for checking out the city.
The bar does brilliant cocktails and is a good place to start the night.

Seul point négatif, le ramassage des ordures en toute fin de soirée qui est assez bruyant si on est du côté de la rue. Mais il n'y sont pour rien ! Petit hôtel sympa pour séjourner quelques jours à Lisbonne tout en étant proche de mieux vivants, restaurants (même si nous avons préféré nous éloigner et éviter de nous faire raccoller devant chaque resto...) et de pâtisseries, glacier....

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war auch in Ordnung. Allerdings solltet ihr darauf achten, dass ihr ein Zimmer mit Aussicht Richtung Innenstadt kriegt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer, das gen eines andren Gebäudes gerichtet war. Somit haben wir nur Beton gesehen. Hinzu kommt, dass das Zimmer schwer zu lüften war. dadurch hat es immer etwas gestunken als wir von einem Ausflug zurück kamen. Dass war nicht so cool.Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend.Die Lage ist gut.Wenn man mich fragen würde ob ich das Hotel nochmal buchen würde, würde ich Nein sagen.

Haben 3 Nächte als Paarurlaub verbracht. Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, es ist alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Hotelfrühstück excellent! Was uns als einziges gestört hat war die laute Musik beim Frühstückstisch und die Dunkelheit der Hotelkorridore. Ansonsten sehr perfekt und wir würden den Urlaub wieder in dem Hotel verbringen.

Nous étions 4 à manger au restaurant et tous ravis. Nous avons pris la formule a 16€: hamburger au choix + boisson + dessert + café. Les hamburgers sont copieux et accompagné de patatoes. Lhamburger portuguais est composé de pain, de lard, doeuf fris et de cornichons. Il propose aussi des plats plus traditionnel comme la morue.
Les serveurs ne se jettent pas sur vous comme dans certains restaurants.

Complimentary drink upon check in. Check in procedure very efficient yet didnt feel rushed. Complimentary breakfast is in character with Lisboa culture and more than enough to satisfy. Rooms are great (smallness is compensated by individual character). Great experience!

My uncle and aunt were staying here and I visited them. They had a beautiful room. I think it's what is called a 'boutique hotel'. My only gripe would be that it's quite dimly lit but how much time does one spend in a hotel room any way?

A esplanada é deliciosa para um dia de primavera ou verão. A ementa varia entre as pastas, as saladas, os hambúrgueres e os pratos do dia que podem ser bem mais tradicionais! Vale a pena para aproveitar a cordialidade do serviço e o élan da baixa pombalina. Preço na média para a categoria.

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. Puedes ir andando a casi todos los sitios. Calidad-precio esta bien. El desayuno es aceptable, es buffet pero no hay gran variedad aunque tampoco esta mal. La habitacion es un poco pequeña pero es bastante comoda. En general está bien.

Excellent central location close to shopping and restaurants.Breakfast is very good and the bar lunch menu is reasonably priced and the smoked salmon with cream cheese on a bagel is very tasty. The attention to customer satisfaction is outstanding with all staff members being courteous, friendly and helpful. They all make every effort to make your stay as memorable as possible. A special mention for Carolina and Claudia who made our visit one to remember. Great place to stay.

Ein gemütliches, central gelegenes Hotel mit Aufzug. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes, großes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Innenstadt( ein sehr bequemes und hohes Bett) . Das Frühstück war super und vielfältig (von frischem Obst und Säften über Müsli und verschiedene Gebäcke ) alles in sehr schönem Ambiente. Service war sehr gut. Das Hotel werde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Great location with a metro station just 2 min. walk away. We stayed in small double room. Room was nice if a bit over cluttered with furniture. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was very good. Only downside for me was the constant noise of the jazz music from downstairs as our room was on the 1st floor

Härligt hotell,mitt i allt. Lätt att komma med metro och låg mitt i allt shopping och mat.Älskade att man hade frukost till 11.30, vem vill vakna jättetidigt när man har semester ? Det var låg säsong i Lissabon och vi ville ta det lugnt. Bra frukost med allt man behöver .Rummet var litet men hade allt man behöver och allt var kvalitet, både sängkläder och kylskåp/kaffemaskin.

Everything was perfect the hotel is well designed. The location is great, just around the corner from the metro, buses and tram and we could walk everywhere, near a lot of shops, and just few minutes walk to the main attractions. Very friendly and professional staff. We felt welcomed right from the beginning. Before check-in and after check-out time we could leave our luggage at the hotel and it’s possible to stay in the comfortable bar/ lobby provided with computers. The room was very clean, stunning decor with a large and comfortable bed, with super sound system that is a great touch, Nespresso coffee and tea provided, computer in the room is perfect and fast wifi. The room exceeded what we had booked for, a special thanks to Victor from the front staff, he also was very helpful with lots of advice. The breakfast was very nice and varied: meat, cheese, fruits, yogurt, eggs, cakes, croissant... Thanks a lot, if we’ll come Lisbon again we’re surely choose to stay at Browns Central again

We really enjoyed our stay at Browns Central. We loved the look and feel of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great for shopping, eating and walking around the older Centro part of the city. Our daughter was sick while staying there and they did so much to accommodate her that I just wanted to express my appreciation for that. The room was a bit small for the 3 of us, but not so much that we wouldnt do it again - hopefully fully healthy :)

조식에 따뜻한 메뉴는 적으나 빵이 맛있었고 쥬스가 모두 생과일을 착즙하여 만든 쥬스라 매일 맛있게 먹었습니다. 한국 4~5성급 호텔의 높은 서비스레벨까지는 아니나 직원들 모두 친절한 편이며 객실과 전반적인 내부 인테리어는 트렌디합니다. 다만 화장실 내장이나 바닥 일부는 조금 낙후된 모습도 보입니다. 룸 사이즈는 작은편이나 위치가 관광지인 바이샤 중심에 있고 지하철까지도 가까워 아주 좋습니다.

그외 흔히 기대하는 어메니티는 없습니다.
조식엔 간단한 빵 과일 핫푸드가 제공되며 계란후라이는 서버에게 요청하면 가져다줍니다.
오믈렛같은건 없습니다.
호텔주차장은 없고 문의시 근처 주차장을 안내해줍니다.

Central location, wonderful staff and evening bar. Only flaw was the breakfast. Food was average at best and cramp. I expected a better breakfast to be honest.

Location is perfect. The place in small, but comfortable. The rooms are tiny ... but it’s hard to expect more in this location.
They could do well it remove one piece of furniture from each room. In an effort to tick off all the amenity boxes, there’s just too much stuff in the rooms. Add two people and two suit cases ... and you’re toast.

This is such a cute hotel and the staff was extremely helpful - from helping us lug a ridiculous amount of luggage to our room and finding us jumper cables when our car wouldnt start to booking us a great dinner reservation at a fado house, they were always there to help with a smile. The location was very central right in the downtown Baixa area and we were able to walk most places. Also loved our top floor mansard room - really well decorated and cozy! Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hip spot thats also a great deal.

The location was really well located, as the name suggests, and the decor / atmosphere was distinctive, cool, and relaxing. The room's decor was perfect and they managed to fit in a ton of amenities despite its small size. I highly recommend it! The only negative was a fairly unimpressive breakfast.

Very pleased with the hotel. We could walk to many places we wanted to see. Many restaurants close by for dinner and their breakfast (included in the room rate) had more than enough choices to satisfy anyone. It was kept very clean and service was prompt and cheerful. The rooms were small but pleasantly decorated.

The hotel is in a really good location close to the metro. I was worried at first as we were given a room on the first floor but the soundproofing was great, we couldnt hear the bar at all. The bed was comfortable and the cleaner did a great job. We really loved the breakfast. There was a good choice and the lovely custard tarts were on offer to. The fresh baked croissants were really good. We also had some lovely drinks at the bar.We had a room at the back of the hotel so there was no view but we didnt care because it was lovely and quiet. The black out curtains also make for a good nights sleep.I would recommend this hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le quartier touristique de la Baixa. Accueil parfait et en français. Chambres petites. Literie propre et confortable. Salle de bain fonctionnelle. Revoir le joint en bas de la porte de douche, ça fuit...un petit plus, le café Nespresso offert, directement dans la chambre. Les communs sont un peu sombres. La salle à manger est bien agencé, quoique un peu serrée. Le petit déjeuné est très bien et bon. Le bar est bien mais le service un peu lent. Je recommande !

Charmig stad med trevliga invånare. Gott om shoppingmöjligheter, det finns både billiga och exklusiva butiker. Många historiska sevärdheter nära hotellet som ligger intill torget Rossio. Prisvärda restauranger med god mat. Vi bokade transfer med bil och fick en fantastisk guidning på vägen till hotellet av en chaufför som var kunnig och stolt över sin stad

This is superb located Hotel with a great interior. The staff is very friendly and individual wishes are fulfilled without hesitation. It's clean and the breakfast offers a wide variety of things. I think it's great. The bar has no wide selection of drinks but it's enough and the mood is just right in terms of looks and music selection.

The hotel is outstanding, the interior is quite unique and really adorable! The Staff is very courteous and fulfills individual wishes, like in our case! The breakfast is really good but there is still the possibility for improvement! And THE BAR is just lovely with typical bar Music (Sinatra, Dean Martin etc. ) we will definitly stay here again.

The location cannot be better! It is accessible by airport bus.Many restaurants are nearby and the hotel is located in historical sites, closed to the famous Rossio Sq.
