Truly a wonderful experience visiting this wine shop, the saleswoman walked us through a variety of tastings with no pressure to buy anything expensive, and was happy to answer our questions about the wine regions around Lisbon. The shop has a diverse selection of wines and ports at a variety of price points, with exceptional service!

We are not familiar with the wine world so We entered the shop just for curious. There was Luisa, the best wine seller of all Lisboa! She explained about the quality and diversity of Porto and Green wines, giving us to try several of them. Thanks for your kindness! Regards from Argentina!

une des conseillère parle français et vous apporte de nombreux conseils sur les vins du portugal! elle est génial! elle vous fera déguster un porto excellent et le meilleur des vino verde! adresse à ne pas manquer à Lisbonne (les prix sont très corrects)

Decouvert il y a 5 ans lors d’un précédent voyage à Lisbonne, nous avons été plus que satisfaits des services et des produits de ce magasin : très bon accueil, conseils avisés sur les vins et portos en particulier. Ne souhaitant pas risquer de casser des bouteiles dans les bagages, nous avions opté pour une livraison en France, à domicile. Le vendeur nous avait assuré qu’il n’y aurait pas de problème et ce fut le cas. Tout est arrivé très rapidement sans le moindre souci. Nous renouvelons donc l’expérience cette année. L’accueil qui nous a été réservé aujourd’hui montre que malgré l’affluence grandissante de clients étrangers, l’attention portée à ces derniers est toujours aussi grande ! Excellente adresse !

Хороший магазин. Дают попробовать пару напитков, есть приятные вина и портвейн за 10-20 евро, есть и дороже вроде Porto 1980 за 250+, есть наборы из маленьких бутылок. Тем кто повезет бутылки в багаже оборачивают в коробки. Хорошо говорят по английски.

Очень большой магазин с широким ассортиментом вин, портвейна, ликеров. Продавцы очень приятные, всегда рады помочь, предлагают продегустировать понравившиеся на вид вина/портвейны, помогут с выбором, подберут напиток по вкусовым качествам в той ценовой категории, которая вас устраивает.

This place is excellent. All the staff are very helpful and seam to know their stuff. Only issue is their love for the products mean you buy loads, but the quality is well worth it. I think even if you didn't buy from them you would enjoy the knowledge.

친절한 점원분 그리고 포르투에서 알지못해 사지못한 샌드맨 40년산을 샀어요..20년산 시음 도와주셨는데.. 역시 40년산 짱. 포르투에서 와인을 사지못하고 오신분들은 여기서도 사셔도될듯
.( 가격은 제생각엔 포르투가 아무래도 좀더 싼거같아요 몇몇 품목을 보았을땐)

Beaucoup de choix avec des prix corrects. Le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant, ils n’hésitent pas vous faire déguster du très bon porto ou du vinho verde. Vous donnent de très bons conseils! Passage obligatoire quand on est vers rossio.

Can't rate this place highly enough. The knowledge imparted to us by the staff was so complete. The visit served both as a shopping experience and also a very informative wine tour. Shipped 48 bottles overseas, no problem.

Amazing shop with a huge selection of wines including all local. Very professional and friendly staff. You can try some of the drinks before you buy. I've popped up there early in the morning only because it was open according to displayed schedule. Some other shops on opposite corners in near proximity where closed despite their schedules say they should be open. This adds an extra star to this particular one. If your wallet can afford you can buy really good and old wines there - see the picture. They also deliver to EU countries, haven't tried yet but they say it takes few days only.

Great shop. Very friendly and helpful staff. I heard a lot about Port vines. And I tasted some Port as well. Even if I didn't plan to buy expensive bottle, after 20 minutes inside I decided to do it.

The prices are 3x more expensive! We were told that the items sold in the store are distinct, which we could not find anywhere, however we found several of them in the market with the cheaper price!

Absomument novice , j'ai eu droit à un excellent acceuil en Français !!!! Plein de conseils et une dégustation pour ramener un porto qui ne soit pas une piquette"attrape touriste". au final achat de 2 porto excellentissimes ! merci .

Carte et menu intéressant mais après 14h, ils n'ont plus rien sur leur carte. Si vous voulez autre chose, on vous signale qu'il faudra patienter 30 min.

I have a lot of experience with wine. That being said I knew nothing about Portuguese wine so I cannot say anything about the prices or anything. The reason I'm giving 5 stars is for the experience I had there. They were franc and thorough, I wanted very specific information and got even more. They made calculated and reasoned decisions for what I needed. I learned a lot about Portuguese wine which is exactly what I expect from a wine cellar in any wine country. It wasn't just a sale it was the potential for more sales, they made me want to come back and talk with them further buying wine to increase my knowledge. They have a very decent amount of different wines and a lot of portos. Thank you.

Io e la mia ragazza siamo entrati in questo negozio da perfetti ignoranti in materia di Porto e simili alla ricerca di un ricordo da portare a casa. La scelta e immensa così come il range di prezzi, si va dai 15-20€ fino ai 200€ e oltre per le annate più vecchie. Ad aiutarci nella scelta è intervenuto un gentilissimo commesso che ci ha accompagnato attraverso le diverse tipologie di Porto spiegandoci il processo di produzione e maturazione, il tutto accostando un piccolo assaggio per capire meglio le caratteristiche dei vari vini. Un'esperienza più che un semplice acquisto. Veramente consigliato.

Napoleao is the most expensive one in the Baixa; the staff is a lier. Buy your valuable Vintage Port bottles from any other dealer but beware as well with Garrafeira Nacional.

One of the finest shops in Lisbon. We tried some really good Ports and that anabled us to choose the right wine we wanted. Back home we loved it. I was surprised to know they had a shop in my home town was well, in Leipzig: the some great service again.

Amazing shop, the selection is just huge, and the prices are really great. We could try some Ports and the manager was extreemly knowlogeble. In the middle of the shop there is a roman ruine.

Melhor loja de vinhos que já fui. Pessoal super atencioso, sabem indicar os produtos, são muito especializados. Atendimento excelente, além disso embalaram super bem as garrafas que foram despachadas e chegaram todas inteiras no Brasil. Recomendo.

I first went to their shop on Misercordia and had a pleasant conversation with the manager. When I asked for a Colares he sent me to this store. They were pleasant and let me sample wines. They showed me several wines from Colares and the manager there recommended a 1999 Ribamar Garrafrira. I repeatedly asked if it was Colares and he assured me it was. I was in a hurry and when I got back to the U.S. I found it is NOT a Colares DOC. I am very disappointed. At least it was only 29€. It may be a fine wine but it was not what I asked for. Time will tell.

we were greated with amazing customer service and were able to find the specific bottles of wine we were looking for.
they have 5 other shops in Lisbon and this is the most touristic one, so the prices might be a tad higher than the others.
but given the location, selection and cheery customer service, I highly recommend it.
