Very good record selection, lots of Brazilian beats and a good vintage collection. Not the biggest hip hop selection though which was unfortunate. Definitely worth a visit though.

O cliente não é necessariamente bem recebido. Depende quem entra e quantas vezes ou o que gasta.... Os preços são um pouco abusados mas boas escolhas.

Rude staff, were asked to leave after trying to take pictures (that could be used to advertise the shop on social media) with the vinyls. Didn’t damage any, only picked them up. So sad because we were actually considering buying a cd... well, not happening anymore. We will never visit the shop ever again and will strongly discourage anyone who’s looking for some vintage music. As I read some of the other reviews I realized we were not the only ones complaining about the rude staff, so maybe that’s a sign. Replies to poor reviews are also very pretentious and show close-mindedness. Rather ungrateful to act this way towards customers spending their money there, don’t you think?

Great place to get some new wax!
This is somewhat a modern layout compared to the other vinyl shops in Lisboa.
The staff is friendly and helpful and there's the possibility to listen to the records you'd like to buy on a turntable.
They have enough new and second had stuff so you don't walk out empty handed.

Não sei o que é pior nesta loja, se é o atendimento arrogante, prepotente e inútil, se o orgulho que têm nesse facto. É completamente irrelevante o que a maioria aqui escreve ou não, o vosso trabalho é péssimo.

Entré para comprar música Fado, fui atendido muy bien y me llevé dos discos. La atención es fundamental para mí, y cuando me prestan atención sobre lo que estoy demandando, me hacen sentir bien. Sitio agradable con mucha música.

Estupenda tienda. Fuimos a comprar música portuguesa tanto tradicional como moderna y nos aconsejaron muchisimo. Por cierto, se me olvidó recomendar al chico que atendía (y que hablaba muy bien español gracias, segun me dijo, a Zipi y zape) dos cantantes españolas que le iban a gustar: María Arnal y Silvia Perez Cruz.

Pénétrer dans un antre du disque et entendre du Bauhaus, c'était déjà suffisamment rare pour valoir le détour... J'étais clairement venu pour que l'on me fasse découvrir du post-punk portugais... Le boss, très sympathique, a pris le temps de me conseiller et je ne regrette absolument pas mon achat... Un bon souvenir... Et sans nul doute un incontournable à Lisbonne...

My partner and I visited Louie Louie yesterday and had a really great experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, spending some time with us, introducing us to some excellent Portuguese bands. We bought two records and can't wait to listen to them when we return home.

Disquaire avec pleins de références, les sections sont bien définies par genre. Les vinyles ne sont pas trop chers.
On y retrouve aussi le fameux guide "The Best Shopping".

Louie Louie has a huge collection of vinyl. Organised not only by genre, but there are even more specific categories, such as '80s electro', 'punk', 'crooners', '90s pop'. The staff are also very friendly, and even suggested an album when we described the music we liked!

Good selection of records but a bit pricy. When I wanted to listen to a few options all record players for listening were out of order - I could get the WiFi password to check them out online. I left disappointed, I should at least be able to check out the actual records esp second hand ones. Pity.

Ottimo negozio di dischi, per cui vale la pena di visitare.
Metto 4 stelle solo perchè i dischi nuovi sono maggiori rispetto alle prime stampe degli usati, è più facile trovare un classico ristampato.
Simpatico e competente il proprietario. Negozio Bellissimo.

La tienda es muy bonita y tiene bastante material pero es cara, está en unas escaleras que no son accesibles para personas con discapacidad motora y, además los encargados son un poco secos...No es de las mejores de Lisboa, sólo tiene la decoración...Lo dicho...el dueño es bastante saborio y en otras tiendas encuentras discos en mejor estado y a mejor precio, seguro...

O atendimento ao público é péssimo! O staff e/ou o proprietário (não faço ideia) super arrogantes, os quais não detêm de qualquer ponta de respeito pelos clientes. Acho muito pouco profissional e acima de tudo pouco ético haver exclusão em relação ao “género” de clientela, se calhar deveriam por um sinal na entrada a informar sobre o tipo de clientela a que permitem a entrada e aos que não terão o direito de entrar. Aparentemente é necessário corresponder a certos critérios para ser respeitado nesta loja.. Sinceramente, penso que estejam a perder clientes com este género de atitudes, eu inclusive já tinha um Lp para levar e acabei por deixa-lo devido aos comentários preconceituosos que ouvi alto e bom som, tecidos entre o staff/proprietário com amigos e/ou clientes.

Han hjælper gerne med at vælge noget som du bliver glad for både ny og brugt. Han ved også alt om koncerter i Lissabon. Så servere han god billig kaffe.

Unhelpful, pretentious staff, awful vibes and the records were all overpriced - half of them were damaged or so dirty you couldn't hear them properly. Don't waste your time.

Nice place with possibility of trying of the records in a comfortable way. Variety of styles, no way to not find at least 1 item per visit to buy, even if one is not into music from top positions in charts. Competent staff, atmosphere with spirit. Proper feng shui, neat café. The reel to reel player used as a decoration deserves an extra star.

Unfriendly. Arrogant owner who thinks he is above you and who has no manners nor respect. I asked a simply question and the dude did not even had the courtesy to look me into the eye. Instead he put his finger is his nose and starts talking at the same time to his colleague while I am still trying to gain his attention. I should have said something into your face. Like who the fk do you think you are? As for the records. Well it serves the ordinary crowd not real vinyl enthusiasts and diggers who want to find the rare stuff. This place is afraid of competition.

Péssimo atendimento por parte do empregado... estava a ver os vinis e fui convidado a sair e passo a citar: ''Vai à fnac que eles têm mais vinis para tu brincares''.
Este é o mesmo tipo de pessoas que se queixam que não têm negócio pq a culpa é das grandes superficies.
E mais... pelo que já vi o ''empregado'' que afinal é o dono, orgulha-se da atitude que teve para comigo e os que me acompanhavam, pelo que se pode ver aqui nos comentários...

It was warm out, and we saw the sign for their cafe. We came in for a rest in the cafe, free wifi and something cold to drink. But we left with a couple of CD's a pleasant conversation with the shop owner, and a smile on our faces.
