Fiquei num apartamento que não tinha secador e ficamos quase dois dias sem água quente. A limpeza na varanda foi inexistente... Para 5* não me parece razoável.

Lovely hotel with top quality golf courses on site. Rooms are spacious with the levels of quality you would expect from such an establishment. Staff are gracious helpful and well spoken. A little isolated but still only a 15min cab ride to town.

The Anatra Vilamoura Resort was a wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the amenities like the pool are top notch. It had a more relaxed vibe and was fairly quiet. We stayed as a couple but there were plenty of families also enjoying their time there. Don't miss out on the breakfast buffet, which was SO good everyday. We ate dinner one night at the the buffet and it was Asian themed. Great food, but a little pricey at 45 Euro/person. They also have a free shuttle down to the marina (drops you off at the Tivoli) so you can go down to the other restaurants or get a reservation for a sun bed at PuroBeach.

Absolutely amazed at the super inflated pri es here. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, need a shuttle to get anywhere. Hotel have a captive audience and charge accordingly just had,"piri puri" chicken on room service, 24 euro, received 5 bones with a bit of chicken on, not, in my opinion piri piri, some chopped tomatoes and a few chips, my husband had lamb stew in the smallest bowl ever, also 24 euro. Very disappointing to say the least. Feel like we are being ripped off. Almost 50 quid for 2 measly meals.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff vwas really friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle until midnight to Vilamoura marina and the puro beach. Also free entry to puro beach when you stay at the anantara Vilamoura (just make a reservation at front desk) The breakfast had a huge selection and also the dinner buffet with dayly changing themes always had something for everyone.

Nous avons fait avec mon conjoint une après midi au spa de l'hôtel avec un forfait massage de une heure chacun c'était juste génial.
Spa très propre et bien entretenu seul bémol quelques jets d'eau et autres bienfaits de la piscine ne fonctionnaient pas lors de notre venue.
Si non rien à dire !
Le massage était exceptionnel nous sommes sortis de là très détendu et décontractés.

Sehr schönes luxuriösen Hotel in Vilamoura in mitten der Golf-Plätze. Schöne geräumige Zimmer, mit allem was man sich von der Hotelkategorie erwartet. Zwar etwas abgelegen vom Ortskern, dies wird jedoch mit einem kostenlosen Shuttle-Service kompensiert. Ausgiebiges Frühstücksbüffet und auch die Buffets am Abend im Hauptrestaurant waren allesamt sehr gut vom Angebot als auch vom Geschmack der Speisen.

Stayed here over 5 nights for our babymoon.
Pros:
- Friendly service
- Clean, good-looking and spacious rooms
- Fantastic views over the golf course
- Relaxing pool side environment
- Bloody good breakfast
- Great spa
Cons:
- Gym lacked variety of equipment
- €30 / day to hire a bicycle is too steep given how much you pay to stay here. The bikes were clearly worn out too.

Good rooms, good breakfast. Not much around the area in walking distance so would suggest having a car, however be very very careful when letting the valet at the hotel park it!! Huge scratch on the rear bumper after they parked it!! Total denial from them saying it was there before, it wasn’t!

Wir haben hier eine sehr angenehme und erholsame Woche genossen. An der Unterkunft und dem gebotenen Frühstück gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Auch die Wellness-Angebote wie Massagen waren hervorragend. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass das Abendessen im Hotel-Restaurant unserer Meinung nach überteuert war. Es ist außerdem zu empfehlen, per Mietwagen anzureisen, da das Hotel 2-3 km vom Ortskern bzw. anderen Restaurants entfernt liegt.

O hotel é bonito, os quartos são excelentes e há oferta de água e uma cesta de frutas. Um ponto delicado em nossa estadia foi o fato de irmos uma pessoa idosa/cadeirante com a informação de que o hotel era adaptado para cadeirantes, porém apenas o quarto é. As instalações da piscina são escuras e não possuem segurança para idosos e cadeirantes. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, já o bar quase não há variedade e o restaurante também não é bom. Atendimento é ótimo!
Destaque para o fato de que no inverno a maioria dos restaurantes encerram o funcionamento. Pelo que percebi nessa época do ano o Algarve “fecha” e quase tudo pára de funcionar. Foi minha primeira vez lá e não sabia dessa particularidade. Se for ao Algarve não vá no inverno!!!
Recomendo caso não vá no inverno e nem com cadeirantes ou idosos. Rs

We were here in the off season so missed all the hustle and bustle. Great rooms, Heated outdoor pool, yes we did swim. Attentive and helpful staff, breakfast buffet was excellent, so too was the promptness of room service the night we had it. Right next to golf course. 5 minutes drive from the marina.

Wenn man acht Nächte in einem Hotel verbringt, kann man von sich sagen, das Hotel zu kennen. Freundliches Personal, beste Essensqualität (besonders das Frühstück) und besonderer Zimmerservice. Jeden Tag wurde von den Glaswasserflaschen bis zum Wattepad alles aufgefüllt, was noch nicht mal bekannte Luxushotels machen.
Nespresso Maschine auf dem Zimmer und Top Service im Spa. Einziger Kritikpunkt: man muss alles mit dem Auto fahren, weil das Hotel schon weit weg vom ‘schuss’ ist oder wie man es sagt!

War nun für 8 Nächte im Anantara und würde sofort wieder kommen. Das Asset des Hotels ist sowohl das Personal, welches jederzeit super aufmerksam und freundlich ist und einen sehr sehr guten Eindruck macht als auch die Qualität der Speisen. Alleine der Start in den Tag mit dem Frühstück- die frischen Säfte, allerlei Brotsorten bis hin zu gluteinfrei, den Eierspeisen wo die Eier noch vor den eigenen Augen aufgeschlagen werden bis hin zur täglichen Papaya – einfach Top. Der Golfclub Victoria liegt direkt vor der Türe, hatte aber leider gschlossen so dass wir zum Golfen immer ins Auto steigen mussten aber das war nicht tragisch. Auch zu erwähnen der Top Zimmerservice – jeden Tag frisches Wasser und Obst bis hin zu ganz leckerer Schokolade – ein Service wo sich der Gast wirklich wohl fühlt. Würde das Hotel allemal dem Contrad wieder vorziehen.

We stayed one night at this hotel and I have to say that I was very disappointed. Arrived at 15:30 and as our room was not ready, Changing/Refresh Facilities were made available. I found a long black hair in my shower cubicle. The comment from the responsible Staff member was that use of the facility had been high that morning which was an inexcusable answer. We left our luggage at Reception as we had to go out but asked for it to be put into our room, once it was ready and asked that my telephone be plugged in to charge up straight away. We returned to the hotel at 21:30 to find No luggage.....and no coffee pods for our machine. I then spent the next 20 minutes rounding up our luggage, at Reception. Plenty of apologies but nothing complimentary was offered. In the morning I discovered Cobwebs all along the entrance passage in the room. All in All, not a very nice experience.

Very nice hotel. Great service. Breakfast was amazing. Swimming pool was heated. We received a free upgrade to the garden view. Really recommend. Only minor downside - the hotel is a bit far away from the center but they have a shuttle that works pefectly, and access to a private beach which was really nice. We will be back.

The hotel is centrally located in the Algarve. A shuttle service brings the guests to the Vilamaura marina. Nearby are various boat tours ( Secretours, or the Kayak/SUP tours Rafael Pria). The breakfasts and dinners were heavenly! It is a perfect hotel for a romantic holiday or golfing.

We stayed at the Anantara for a conference early on in the summer. I was so impressed by the level of service in every regard. The whole team of staff inspired by the Manager, Luis was a well functioning army ready to deliver excellent service and go above and beyond.
The conference was a great success due in no small measure to the lovely hotel, excellent service, food, technical help and sheer desire to make all the guests feel special.
I would highly recommend this hotel as a wonderful venue for either a conference, a break or romantic for a wedding.

Tout commence par un voiturier qui récupère votre voiture et vous l'apporte dès qu'on en a besoin, l'accueil dans un salon privé, une chambre très confortable avec petite douceur chaque soir. Petit déjeuner de grande qualité, piscine avec vue magnifique sur le golf qui est splendide. Le personnel est au petit soin. La propreté de l'hôtel. Le personnel dans tous les départements est à la hauteur. J'y retourne bientôt avec grand plaisir pour m'y ressourcer. Bravo à toute l'équipe

My husband and I have just come back from our second stay at Anantara Villamoura and we are really impressed with this place. Anywhere else we go on holiday we always compare it to here and so far nowhere has been able to beat it. The hotel location is in a really nice quiet location which is peaceful and relaxing from the off. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating and nothing is too much trouble for thm. The food is excellent and the hotel went out of their way to meet our dietary requirements. The hotel itself is really nice with all the modern facilities one would expect. The atmosphere and ambience is really nice and it’s definatley a place to escape from day to day life and enjoy yourself. We have already told all of our friends and family they this is a must visit place if they get the chance!

Pure luxury, enjoyed my stay. Rooms very comfortable. Although I'm not sure the air conditioning was fully functional.
Out of season made it the perfect time out holiday. The surrounding areas are stunning, as well as the sunset.

Extra special thank you to João Miguel, for arranging dinner at the Rocha Baixinha Restaurant Praia. Thoroughly enjoyed. The food and ambience, was magical.
Our tour to Loulè and Monchique , we couldn't fault. Especially Monchique; please visit, taste the local honey and fire water and then enjoy a meal at some fantastic restaurants. Will definitely revisit

The staff are very accomadating and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, with a number of amenities, some of which are closed as it is out of season. The food is excellent with great variety. The accommodation is spacious, clean and very comfortable, overlooking a golf course. Very scenic.

Anantara doesn’t meet five star standards. Prices are high and service is low. Especially room service is very low. In 5 star hotels We have used to get room cleaning in daytime and toilet, towel and basket check in the evening, but not in Anantara. Only room service in the evening is selling water in corridors. You can get only one (0,75 l) water in one day. Second bottles are real expensive (7,5 e). In all other five star hotel water is free.
It wold be nice if the room is ready, when you return from golf course at 4 a.m., but not always in Anantara.
In the room there is the electric Kettle but not tee bags. The cleaner don’t care make subliment them and if you ask, they don’t understand any language.
In five star hotels we are used to use shampoo and shower gel of hotel. In Anantara there was
Some kind of machines that was not working or were empty.
Anantara building is beautiful. Only good service makes high standard hotel. I hope that Anantara will make improvements and come to the five star level.

Superbe hôtel. Un peu excentré, prévoir une voiture pour se déplacer facilement même s’ils proposent un service de navette. Personnel agréable, dommage que personne ne parle français dans un 5* même si nous parlons anglais sans problème. La piscine est chauffée. Chambre spacieuse. Buffet du petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Nous avons aussi effectué 1h de massage. Je recommande. Vraiment dommage que l’accès au spa seul (sans massage) soit payant 20€ par jour.
Comme dans beaucoup de 5 étoiles, petites attentions qui font plaisir comme venir fermer les rideaux le soir, ouvrir le lit et déposer un petit chocolat.

Fomos apenas ao Spa. Uma decepção. Tratamento medíocre, pouco personalizado com instalações pobres e pouco funcionantes. Pressão para sair da sala de tratamento num local em que é suposto ser para relaxar e ver uma senhora a sair da sala a contar notas é inédito. Melhor e mais barato a menos de 1km. Never again

I'm really happy with the very welcoming start, the team was absolute high end in all aspects, any single details, making a great surprise offering a bottle of champagne and cake to celebrate my husband's B-day. Lovely hotel. Quite contemporary but very comfortable. Nice pools, decent gym. Slightly out of Vilamoura which is great if you want something a little quieter. 10 minutes into the marina although hotel shuttle is a little unpredictable. Great base for a fab holiday.

We have stayed at this hotel three times. It is a great hotel- spacious rooms, very clean, amazing breakfast and a shuttle is available up and down to the marina. No problem getting a sun lounger by the pool despite the hotel being busy.

Very little choice at dinner (Victoria Restaurant) if you don’t eat fish/seafood. On many nights only one meat dish available. Vegetarian options were terrible if you didn’t want a salad. My children ate tomato sauce & pasta nearly every night!A ridiculously long wait for food service at the poolside; 45 mins for a pizza and 90 mins one day! Also, not enough chairs at family pool. By 9am all reserved, meaning you have to get up early on holiday to get a seat. By 7am people are putting books on chairs, yes 7AM.Cleaners overwhelmed and room not clean at 4pm some days. Given we were out the room by 9 latest to get a seat poolside they should have been able to clean by lunchtime. Eventually complained and then the maid stopped leaving chocolates Nice hotel but service needs a lot of improvement.

It was lovely hotel. Very clean, decor was modern and hotel is well maintained. Friendly helpful staff from the front desk, porters to the chefs and wait staff. Everyone was really nice and it was a relaxing holiday for my family of 4. Removed a star because they need to think about a commerical diffuser scent system. Periodically you get a whiff of some not so pleasant smell.

Fabulous hotel in a lovely quiet location on the golf course. It is out of the way a little so you must be prepared to get taxi’s if you want to do a bit of going out and exploring. The staff are all very pleasant although the service could be slow on occasions however this appears to be the same across Portugal. Great facilities at the hotel with a beautiful pool and comfortable sun loungers. Breakfast was super, lots of variety and wonderfully fresh. We would definitely make a return visit.

A long weekend of pure bliss. Pristine bedroom with excellent servicing.Breakfast extremely tasty with a wide choice to suit all tastes.The highlight was the relaxing pool zone with sun beds that encourage total relaxation. The staff are polite and friendly and work hard to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable stay. The view of the world class golf course adds to the luxurious setting. A wonderful experience which I hope to repeat in the near future.

Premier séjour au Portugal et dans cet hôtel début Mai 2019 pour 3 nuits
Bon autant le préciser tout de suite, c’est vraiment un excellent hôtel à l’architecture contemporaine mais soignée, qui bénéficie de superbes jardins très bien entretenus.
L’hôtel est situé à côté d’un golf mais assez loin de la mer. Une navette (gratuite) permet d’aller à une plage privée (gratuite également pour les résidents de l’hôtel) à environ 10 minutes
Il y a trois piscines (deux extérieures dont une chauffée) et une intérieure (non testée car je crois réservée aux clients en suites). La piscine chauffée principale est très bien mais aurait gagnée à être un peu plus grande et profonde (pas juste à son extrémité)
Les chambres de base sont vraiment très bien conçues - une énorme surface de rangement (4 placards !), douche, bain, WC séparé, un grand lit et une table + fauteuil. une corbeille de fruit (gratuite) est renouvelée au fur et à mesure. Il y a également une terrasse avec une sorte de sofa. La décoration des chambres et le design général est très soigné, les matériaux et prestations de qualité (produits de bains de toutes sortes, machine Nespresso y compris les capsules, peignoirs, chaussons, etc.)
Je ne sais pas comment sont les suites mais honnêtement les chambres de base sont super ! Elles sont communicantes si besoin si vous avez des enfants
Le service est vraiment excellent - Le personnel est nombreux, souriant, aimable et très rapide et efficace.
C’est un peu plus lent au restaurant de la piscine. Le buffet le soir (formule 1/2 pension) est moins convaincant, très correct mais sans plus ... nous n’avons pas testé les autres restaurants.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir car pendant ces 4 jours nous avons bénéficié d’une météo fabuleuse (23-24 degrés et un grand soleil sans nuages)

Bel hôtel avec de belles piscines
Un peu excentré donc prévoir un moyen de locomotion pour se déplacer à la marina ou autre...
Nous avons l habitude de séjourner dans des hôtels 5 étoiles celui-ci ne propose pas un service à la hauteur malheureusement
Nous sommes arrivés et avons trouvé 2 lits une personne au lieu d un grand lit dans notre chambre.
Nous avons demandé un changement à 15h, à 19h en rentrant de balade rien n avait changé, nous avons donc redemandé à l l'accueil qui a fait le nécessaire (un léger surmatelas a été posé sur les 2 lits pour n en faire qu un..Résultat un bon mal de dos le lendemain...) Décevant...Le prix étant assez élevé nous nous attendions à une meilleure qualité de service...

É um resort de luxo, com excelente campo de golfe. Tem uma ampla recepção, moderna. O staff é simpático e sempre pronto a ajudar. Tem estacionamentos gratuitos. O spa é espetacular, já lá estive a receber massagens, as massagistas são tailandesas e muito competentes. Antes de ir às massagens podemos relaxar na piscina coberta e aquecida, na sauna e chuveiros especiais onde podemos regular o modo desejado. A vista da varanda é especial, sobre a piscina, jardins e campos de golfe.

Extremely well looked after, this is probably the best hotel experience I have had in a long time. Visited with wife and 9 month old. They cater for children of all ages really well. They must have noted my wife's birthday as they delivered a very impressive cake and drinks to our room a couple of days into the trip which was a pleasant surprise. Concierge was very helpful. We wanted to hire a car so they arranged for the local hire company to visit us at the hotel. Definitely recommend.

Very nice golf property, not really close to the beach, but they offer free shuttle service to the beach of their sister hotel Tivoli Vilamoura. Service was great, the only issue was the really long walking from reception to my room.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, den Sternen entsprechende Amenities, jedoch auch forcierter valet parking...beim check-out, d.h. kurz danach, mussten wir bemerken, dass das Auto vorne rechts an der Stossstange touchiert wurde, unterhalb der Stossstange noch stärkere Schürfungen erlitten hat...ohne, dass bei der Uebergabe etwas erwähnt wurde....dies entspricht nicht einem sogenannten top Hotel!?! wie unglücklich!!!

Mixed views on this place. The staff are fantastic, very helpful. The pools are very nice and well run. Overall hotel is very peaceful and relaxing. Room service food is very nicely cooked and presented. Nice little touches like the nuts when arriving and pastries at bedtime are really appreciated.
Very annoyed at somewhere this expensive thinking it's ok to charge €10 a day for internet access.
Annoyed that if you sign up for their loyalty scheme they think it's ok to email your password insecurely.
The pool cocktails and mini bar are incredibly overpriced.
Overall the hotel is too interested in profiteering for me to recommend it, I don't mind paying for a luxury hotel / experience but here I just felt a little too ripped off.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Der Wellnessbereich im 1/2. Stock bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf den Victoria Golfplatz und bis nach Vilamoura.
Schnelles kostenfreies WLAN nur nach Registrierung im GH Bonus Programm oder dafür zahlen ist nicht wirklich zeitgemäß.
Frühstück sehr gut, das große Menü im Emo mit Weinbegleitung erinnerte mich an viele Abende mit der der Chaine de Rotisseur, einfach ausgezeichnet.

Wir waren in der Nebensaison hier und können nichts negatives schreiben. Allerdings können wir empfehlen, ein Auto zu mieten, da das Hotel ein wenig abgelegen vom Vilamoura Stadtzentrum liegt. Hotel ist sauber, das Team freundlich, der Service einwandfrei. Was will man mehr?

Es waren einige sehr schöne Golftage in der Hauptsaison. Im Hotel war es dennoch angenehm, da die Räumlichkeiten insgesamt sehr grosszügig sind. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Die Damen an der Golf Rezeption ist enorm tüchtig und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Valet Parking funktioniert einwandfrei und ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Grosse und zweckmässige Zimmer mit Balkon und Loungeecke, was zum Geniessen und Entspannen einlädt. Wenn es denn etwas auszusetzen gibt, dann ggfs. die langen Wege zu den äusseren Zimmern in den Ost- und Westflügeln. Dafür hat man von jedem Flügel aus die Möglichkeit entweder den allgemeinen Pool oder den Erwachsenen-Pool in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen.

Das Hotel ist gut. Ich konnte dort gut entspannen (z.b. am Pool oder auf dem Balkon vom Zimmer), die Anlage und die Aussicht ist sehr schön (man sieht sogar etwas weiter weg das Meer) und die Angestellten sind nett (manchmal war der Service etwas verträumt und langsam) ...Das Frühstück ist gut (große Auswahl, u.a. frische Früchte, toller Aufschnitt, frische Omletts, gute Käse Auswahl, usw.) wichtig! Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, man sollte ein Mietwagen haben wenn man mehr als nur den Pool im Hotel sehen möchte. Das Hotel hat jedoch auch einen Shuttle zur Stadt und zum Strand. Das Auto konnten wir ohne Kosten in der Hotelgarage parken. Die Zimmer sind schön. Die Einrichtung ist jedoch hier und da etwas abgenutzt (zb teilweise Verblendungen im Bad ab, Kratzer in der Wanne, Vorhänge etwas abgenutzt usw. ), aber es war alles noch im Rahmen. Die Putzfrauen haben nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht. Hier & da war noch Staub auf den Möbeln. Aber auch das konnte ich mit einem Augenzukneifen übersehen... Im Hotel sind viele Familien mit Kindern. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Wenn man ungestört sein will, kann man das auch im Hotel & Anlage sein ( z.b. gibt es einen 3 Pool der tiefer ist, hier waren zb keine Kinder ... ) aber selbst am Hauptpool hatte man nicht das Gefühl auf einem Spielplatz zu sein. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt in dem Hotel und würde es wieder buchen.

Wunderschön gelegenes Golfhotel inkl. Garage für den Mietwagen. Jedoch Hotel beinahe nur durch Mietfahrzeug erreichbar. Weitere Golfplätze gleich um die Ecke gelegen. Wunderbares Essen (sehr vielfältige und regionale Produkte), sehr freundliche Hotelangestellte, welche uns immer behilflich waren. Faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, leider kein WLAN auf den Zimmern.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who were very polite. The hotel was absolutely stunning, with amazing views as well as top notch facilities. When our room was ready, we quickly unpacked and explored the hotel, which was full of surprises. There are multiple pools as well as an indoors pool which also had an amazing view. I actually went here for my girlfriends birthday, and on her birthday we came back into our hotel room to find a lovely birthday cake as well as a bottle of wine ready for us after a long day in Albufeira. We were both shocked at how much thought they put into our stay, which made us felt very special. I would definitely return again.

Hotel very nice clearly 5 star, amazing sun beds, main pool a little small, breakfast great, smoked salmon, ham bacon ect.. Kids club not really the best, the two nice ladies that ran it were friendly, but lots of table activities not much else. Very poor security no sign in or sign out, no details of children taken they just ran in and out as they liked, which was fine if you sat by the club so you could watch the entrance. However all in all very nice, shuttle to marina at night was very busy and there were times 7.30 going and 10.30 returning when not everyone got on.

Das Hotel ist imposant. Überall wird man mit edel Materialien beglückt: Marmor, Granit, schönes Holz.Das Personal ist stets freundlich und sehr bemüht.Das WLAN ist leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Mit mein O2 Netz Partner war ich viel besser bedient.Das Essen war mittelmäßig und nicht die 5 Sternen Wert.Das Zimmer war sehr schön wen auch weit weg vom Eingang. Ich vermißte ein Kosmetik Spiegel im Bad und ein Kosmetik Eimer wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen. Als ich ankam freute ich mich sehr auf die nespresso Maschine im Zimmer. Als ich den Wassertank gesehen hab wo schon etwas mit schwam war ich bedient. Ein IHome Anlage war vorhanden. Dessen Anschluss war aber nur bis IPhone 4. Wenn Sie dort Urlaub machen möchten brauchen Sie unbedingt ein Mietwagen. Und Achtung: das Auto sollte nicht all zu breit sein sonst kommen Sie weder raus noch rein in die Tiefgarage. Ist eine lachnummer für so eine Luxus Anlage.Das Hotel ist mitten im Grünen und sehr einsam. Nichts für Menschen die Abwechslung suchen. Soll aber execelent für Golf Liebhaber sein.Ich möchte nicht mehr dorthin. In diese Preisklasse gibt es zum Glück viel besseren Auswahl.

Fantastic stay at the Tivoli Victoria. Luxurious hotel with v comfortable rooms & great attentive staff. Poolside service is brilliant. Shuttle bus into Vilamoura is very convenient. Breakfast is really good. Poolside food not brilliant but adequate. The wifi needs a little bit of work! The indoor pool & spa is gorgeous. Would 100 recommend this hotel!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf den Golfplatz und mit Weitblick Richtung Meer. Sehr schöne Aussenpools (3 verschiedene) mit diversen Liegemöglichkeiten. Sehr schöner und moderner SPA Bereich. Top Qualität vom Frühstück. Excellentes Personal, äusserst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt traumhaft und wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder einmal hier logieren!

Myself and a friend took ourselves to Portugal for a weekend visit to relax and unwind. We had an exceptional stay at Tivoli Victoria and could not find one single fault with the hotel.
The staff were so attentive and could not do enough for us. The breakfast buffet was to such a high standard that we simply could not ask for more and we used the spa which was amazing (my friend had a Balinese massage that she really loved).
We didn't get to use the pool we we visited during winter season but we have already said we'll 100% come back again in the summer. We also liked the location as it was just out of the centre but only a 10 minute journey anywhere.
I should also mention that the rooms are very spacious (rainfall shower and nespresso machine!).
I lived in Asia for 4 years so I'm quite spoilt when it comes to hotel standard and value for money. The Banyan Tree is an amazing spa in Asia so to have a slice of it in Europe is fantastic.
I would highly recommend this hotel and we'll 100% be returning.

Las Residencias son fantásticas. La de dos habitaciones es enorme. La cocina está equipadísima y no le falta detalle. Hay tele en todas las habiaciones y la urbanización está absolutamente impecable. Además q a partir de las 21h. hay una tranquilidad que te permite un relax total.Tienes acceso al hotel Victoria y al de la Marina, con uso de todas las facilidades.Hay club de niños en los 2 hoteles y en las Residencias. Tambien bares y restaurantes en los 3 complejos.Desde la piscina del Victoria ves el hoyo 18 del campo de golf, que es uno de los mejores campos que he jugado, y, si no te gusta, tienes otros 4 campos alrededor del hotel.Resumiendo, la experiencia ha sido buenísima después de estar alojado 15 días, y, sin duda, el año que viene ahí estaremos disfrutando del sol y del golf de nuevo.

Todo muy bien. Es un buen hotel, cuyos huespedes son principalmente familias inglesas con hijos pequeños. Está muy nuevo, y cuidado, aunque es un poco caro, lo cual tampoco extraña demasiado teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un 5 estrellas.
