Nous avons hérité dune chambre avec demi-fenêtre qui ne souvrait pas et dont la visibilité vers lextérieur était réduite par un volet ajouré permanent. Lorsque nous avons indiqué notre mécontentement, aucun geste commercial na été proposé: que de lindifférence: SCANDALEUX pour un établissement qui se veut 4 étoiles. De notre point de vue, elles ne sont pas méritées. Pour le reste, lensemble des prestations sont moyennes sans plus, sans être compensé par un personnel à laccueil qui soit au service du Client.

מלון טוב. לא החדרים המעוצבים ביותר, אבל נוחים ונקיים מאד (מיטה רחבה ונוחה, שמספקת חוויית שינה טובה מאד). ארוחת בוקר טובה ומספקת, בחדר אוכל עם אווירה נינוחה ואינטימית. המיקום ליד פארק אדוארדו השביעי, טיפה רחוק ברגל מהשכונות המרכזיות למטה, אבל לא נורא (20 דקות הליכה, ואפשר גם להיעזר בשירות אובר כשמתעצלים).

Foi uma estadia maravilhosa! O Vincci Liberdade só deixou minha passagem por Lisboa ainda mais especial. Localização excelente, quarto espaçoso, bom café da manhã, funcionários solícitos... mas não tem como não destacar, assim como Romano, Sara e Carlos, o funcionário Pedro, um amor de pessoa, sempre disponível, educado e muito simpático! Amei tudo!!!

We were very satisfied with this hotel. The attitude of the staff was extremly guestfrendly. When we arrived, we asked to change our room we got because we want to have balcony. The receptionist was really helpful and she arranged it immediatelly. There was a nespresso machine in the room which made us happy in the mornings. The breakfast is amazing. Big variety of sweet and salty options with great quality. We had dinner in the hotel the last evening. The food was excellent especially the salmon with pasta.

Wonderful stay!!The best part were the people who work in all aspects of the hotel, from concierge to dining room to maid staff. EVERYONE is so incredible gracious, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is also centrally located and close to everything. Everything is clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Delicious and generous breakfasts--kept us going all day!

This modernised hotel in a lovely old building is very comfortable. The staff are very helpful. There is parking ( very worthwhile in Lisbon) in a guarded garage. The breakfast is excellent. Wifi is free and fast. Best of all... location, location, location! Just off the top of Avenida da Liberdade, the Champs Elysées of Lisbon.

Very charming hotel that was welcoming throughout our entire stay!
The rooms are really quaint and intimate, it felt like being right at home. The hotel is in the center of the main street, and is in walking distance to many locations you would love if you were visiting Lisbon for the first time.
The backyard is my favourite area, making you feel at home and at ease while you stay in this charming city.
They leave you gifts in your room of colourful notebooks and small delicious pasteis (local pastries known in Portugal), to make your stay more memorable!
I would hands down recommend staying in this hotel and taking a walk all around the area.

Hotel impecable.
Lo más importante es el descanso, la comodidad y la atención del personal, y en eso son un 10. La cama comodísima, el baño es grande y moderno, el cuarto también. Estábamos alojados en el primer piso y dábamos a la calle, y si bien es cierto que es tranquila, no escuchamos ningún ruido de fuera pero es que tampoco de dentro, y siendo lo ideal, no nos engañemos que es difícil de encontrar esa insonorización cuándo viajas.
El desayuno de lujo también.
Y el staff atentísimo y con una sonrisa siempre dibujada en el rostro. Ya sé también que debería ser lo normal, pero sería injusto no destacarlo.
Lisboa es una gran ciudad y visitarla a 30° o más en la calle (y con esas cuestas!) puede resultar agotador... Pero en el Vincci Liberdade te sentirás como nuevo para empezar otro día.

Para ingresar al check in con un vehículo debes transitar cerrada al tránsito excepto huéspedes del hotel. Pero nadie te lo dice.
Si por casualidad llegas al garage intentando lograr el check in. No te dejan aparcar por no haberlo realizado.
Las toallas las entrega el spa. Pero abre a las 10 hs. O sea que a la playa debes ir más tarde. (.??? )

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. They were exceedingly helpful with lost luggage. Excellent lunch and good breakfast. Parking garage was a very tight fit. Great central location near shopping area. Excellent amenities too.

Super Lage, relativ ruhig, da das Hotel nicht direkt an der verkehrsreichen Strasse Liberdade liegt, und doch ist man rasch mitten im Geschehen.Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes mega freundlich. Sowohl am Empfang, als auch im Frühstücksraum.Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und relativ neu, eine wunderbar grosse Dusche.Wir würden diese Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!

Well kept and clean hotel. Room and the bathroom were in excellent condition.
Very welcoming with a drink and goodies.
Friendly, attentive, courteous and helpful staff. Concierge staff was friendly and gave us tips on the city, parking, shopping, directions, etc.
Excellent location. Close to restaurants, shops, metro and Liberdade.
Promptly informed us of our iPad which was left behind in the safe/locker and promptly securely mailed it to us all the way to Canada.
When visiting Lisbon again will definitely stay at this hotel.

This was perhaps the hotel with the BEST service in the world! Miguel, the hotel's resident angel, was there to open the taxi door, and didn't leave my side until all my problrms were solved. He took care of all my needs. All the staff is wonderful, the hotel is beautiful, in a wonderful location.

위치, 가격, 서비스 모두 만족스러웠습니다.
1. 리베르다드 거리를 따라 쭉 걸어내려가다보면 알칸타라 전망대, 아우구스타 거리 등 도보로 다니기에도 너무 좋고요. (물론 개인차)
2. 숙박비도 생각보다 저렴하여 새벽 2시 체크아웃임에도 굳이 1박을 더 했는데.. 24시간 데스크 서비스로 편히 체크아웃 했습니다. 공항까지 15분밖에 안걸려서 우버택시타고 잘 돌아갔고요.
3. 저는 호텔 조식을 무조건 먹어야 하는 스타일인데 오물렛이나 스크램블에그 등도 주문하면 free로 먹을 수 있고 다른 조식 메뉴 종류도 만족스러웠어요. 특히 마지막날 침대위에 포르투칼의 명물(?) 에그타르트를 놓고간것이 너무 감동이었습니다.
다만 개인적으로 커피포트가 아니라 커피머신이 조금 아쉬웠구요.

We stayed here for a week and it was great - the room was perfect and they'd even left us a complementary bottle of champagne when they found out we were newly engaged. Staff always helpful and friendly.
It's a good location being fairly central and only a short walk from the areas of the city we spent most of our time in.

Maravilloso hotel en el centro de Lisboa. Andando tienes todos los puntos de interés turísticos cerca. Estuve este fin de semana con mi madre y Ali tengo palabras de agradecimiento para el personal desde la recepción , sala , la Dirección, todos que hicieron nuestra estancia inolvidable. Wir haben das Hotel gebucht da es gut gelegen, aber dennoch ruhiger in einer Seitenstraße liegt.
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) wurden schon am Check-In sehr freundlich vom Hotel-Personal empfangen. Das gesamte Hotel ist gepflegt und sauber.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig uns sehr lecker. Hinzu kommt dass sich das Personal super um unsere Kinder gekümmert hat. Es gab sogar kleine Überraschungen und Luftballons.
Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt in einer tollen Stadt - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Not a luxury or fancy place but clean and quiet. If you are a light sleeper and looking for a quiet place, this is enough. Very nice shower. We had a problem with the toilet and the employee there changed the room quickly. Location is not very center, the room is not spacious and doesn’t have a marvellous view but still good overall for the price. I’d consider staying here again if I visit Lisbon later.

Great location and service. The room was nice, bright and clean with a very comfortable bed. The bath room had a minor technical issue unfortunately. Also, currently (Nov 2019) there's a construction site right next to it with lots of drilling that starts right at 8 AM, which looks like it will be there for a couple of months. While it's not the hotel's fault, it was quite irritating.

Éjfélre értünk a szállodába, ahol egy beképzelt ősz hajú férfi állt unottan. Másnap reggel 8 kor építkezés zajára ébredtünk, ami nem a kellemes hangok köze tartozik. A recepción 2 kedves hölgy fogadott, akik elnézést kértek a kellemetlenségért majd intéztek a zajtól messze egy normális méretű szobát. Érthetetlen, hogy a zajforrás közvetlen közelében egy kis méretű szükség szobát miért adnak ki pótággyal?
A reggeli 15 euro/ fő. Széles a választék és nagyon finom. A szoba jól felszerelt. A szálloda közel van a központhoz. A szállodában lehetőség van vacsorázni is.

A pleasant surprise. From the friendly doorman to the helpful front desk, this hotel delivered for our short stay in Lisbon. The room was very nice...clean, modern and attractive. We have a corner room on the 2nd floor and we could hear NO street noise. Our only concern was that we couldnt regulate the air conditioning. It would not go any lower so the room was cold and then when turned off, it was hot. The comforter was a bit thin but that maybe because of the cold temp in the room.

This was one of the highlights of our 3 week trip in Portugal. Beautiful hotel, very well situated, although those who are terrified of a little walk will find this far from the old pedestrian part of town. Staff was courteous and friendly, rooms were beautiful, we spent 3 nights to start our trip and one to end it. Thank you to everyone at Vinnci!

Overall nice and stylish hotel. New and very nice rooms, large bed. Toilet flushing had some probs and they had some parts on order to fix it. WiFi was not working and didn’t have any mobile reception in my room so that was an inconvienience. Wonderful quiet location near the heart of the city - walking distance to everything. While staying at the hotel, the front desk staff was attentive and helpful. A special thanks to Lucas at the restaurant who was so kind and thoughtful. However, after leaving the hotel and arriving in Porto, I realized I left a jacket on the bed and sent 3 emails and 3 phone calls before the hotel staff answered to say they hadnt found it. That experience after leaving the hotel left me with a bad feeling about the place.

It was a good location, good & helpful staff. However, the room photos i saw online for which i paid for was totally different from reality. I was given a small room on the back of the hotel side. Theres no view at all.

This is a charming, classic Portugal hotel on the exterior with totally renovated ultramodern interior rooms. Outstanding staff, friendly and personable. Quiet area of the city with great restaurants and a short walk to the vibrant city center.

Gute Lage, sauber, sehr nettes Personal. Derzeit (Anfang August 2019) Baustelle im Nebenhaus mit erheblicher Lärmbelästigung tagsüber an Werktagen. Mit der wabbeligen Kunststoff-Duschtasse wirkt das Bad etwas minderwertig. Ansonsten top!

Nada más llegar te ofrecen (gratis) sangría y agua para reponer fuerzas del viaje con una atención inmejorable. Hemos estado 4 días y nuestra estancia ha sido genial, te sientes como en casa. Los recepcionistas son muy amables; te recomiendan muchos sitios para ver, diferentes restaurantes donde puedes comer (Doti entre otros que está a 3 minutos andando entre otros), nos reservaron mesa en otro restaurante que se cena guay (Sr Lisboa; a 10 minutos andando). El desayuno algo caro pero la calidad es muy buena, todo riquísimo. Además un día que teníamos excursión nos prepararon 5 picnics antes de las 07:00 de la mañana pues teníamos que irnos a esa hora, y es de agradecer.
La limpieza también genial.
Hoy nos hemos ido y nos han dejado unos pastelitos de regalo en la habitación (además de que cuando entramos nos dejaron ya algunas cositas de bienvenida; caramelos, agua, un refresco y una libreta totalmente gratis).
Los pequeños detalles importan mucho y ellos son muy buenos cuidando esos detalles.
Un 10 para todo el equipo; Bryssa, Miguel, David, Lucas, Cheila..además de los camareros del buffet libre. Hacen que te sientas como en casa. Especial mención a Carlos que es un crack, que se encargó de que nos prepararan el picnic y fue muy amable con nosotros.
Gracias por todo, si volvemos a Portugal volveremos a este hotel sin duda.

It was nightmare, we got a room with a sheared wall to a construction site, the noise was extremely loud, our vacation was ruined, when we reserved the room they never mention nothing about the construction.

We stayed in a Family Room with connecting doors. Room size was not huge but adequate for a short stay. Front desk, Restaurant and Concierge staff were very helpful. Housekeeping was quite slow in fulfilling any request.
Nice location in a quiet street off Avenida Liberdade. Had quite a few restaurants and shopping in the area including pop-up street stalls selling souvenirs, jewellery, etc on the weekend.
Breakfast was not a huge spread but was good quality and substantial enough.

We didn’t stay at this hotel but we had dinner at the Agua Restaurant and we loved the food. We ordered two plates for share, first shrimp tacos and then octopus. The octopus was terrific. Fully recommended.

Very comfortable and quiet. Close enough to walk in 10 to 20 min walk to Lisbon central attractions, 2 blocks walk to Metro.Very nice restaurant for breakfast, wbich was included with room, or dinner. Staff all spoke English and were very friendly, providing advice on places to see and eat!Would return, had no issues and enjoyed complimentary wine and cheese in the room upon arrival. Very nice!!

This was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I have ever had. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and extremely quiet, even on the week-end. The bed was huge and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious... we looked forward to it every morning. We would definitely return and recommend it to all. We loved it.

Very clean. Nice location. Our room had a balcony with good view and sun facing. The breakfast was very good. Staff in the reception and restaurent were very nice and helpful. If I go back to Lisbon I would definitely stay there.

I enjoyed the staying in this hotel. The location is quite good even though It is not exactly nearby the plaza, which is rather quiet and good for me. All of staffs are kind and helpful. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Personal ist durchgehend freundlich und serviceorientiert. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse, ausserhalb des Touristentrubels. Man ist dennoch fussläufig in 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Sehr schalldichte Fenster. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist außerordentlich gut und reichhaltig. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas da - sogar Sekt, wer wollte. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Stayed at Vincci Liberdade for 4 nights as a couple. Check in/out was smooth and the room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is about 20 min walk from the old quarter/historic center but we were aware of the location before booking. Overall, highly recommended and would stay again!

This hotel is fantastic. From start to finish my experience was more than I'd ever expected. I upgraded my hotel from tripmasters and overwhelmed from start to finish. I was greeted with a welcome cocktail, which was delicious. The staff showed me to my room which was their basic room. It was GIGANTIC. Slippers, robes, gummy bears, cookies, a welcome note, an amazing sponge (I wish I asked for one to take home), coffee, did I mention amazing service?
I wanted a tour of the surrounding cities... they arranged it, and I was given a better price than anything I found on the internet.
The food in the restaurant is delectable. I have never had better bread, butter (made in house), and the sliders (sounds funny) were better than any slider I have ever eaten in the states.
The icing on the Vinci experience was Guilherme. He essentially guilded me through my trip. Daily, he would ask me how my day was. He asked how he could help me see things I wanted to see. He told me where to buy souvenirs for my family. He helped me with my coffee maker. I have traveled all over the world and have never met a more kind, willing, honest and hospitable person.
All in all the Vinci liberdade gets 90 stars from me!

El desayuno, rico y variado.

This was our second time staying with this hotel chain. As in the previous time, the value you get at this hotel is fantastic. Nice clean room, staff was courteous and attentive to your needs. Location was good. A few mins walk to the metro. The breakfast was somewhat underwhelming though. For 15 euros, the variety of food was limited, not enough health options nor fresh & warm food. We went elsewhere for our breakfast after eating there once.

como siempre con vincci todo ha ido genial, pero hemos tenido una mala experiencia con la cama, pues de las 4 opciones que habia de reserva de habitaciones, una de ellas tenia cama de matrimonio y las otras 2 camas dobles. escojimos la que debía tener cama de matrimonio y nos dieron una cama que en realidad eran 2 juntas. muy triste.

Es un hotel muy nuevo, ubicado en una calle perpendicular a la avda. da Liberdade, Fácil de llegar y con garage en el propio hotel y otro a 50 metros. Zona muy tranquila en fin de semana. Instalaciones nuevas, cama cómoda y personal muy atento y con ganas de agradar.Aseo, solo con ducha, sin bañera y con sanitario muy pequeño. A mejorar.
