For the second time out of 3 deliveries, my package is delivered to a completely different person (neibour, not even on the same floor), first time I happened to be at home. Delivery man just gives away the package to anyone who will take it, without bothering to look at the name on the package or ask for your ID when giving out. Calling their line directs you to their staff who try to convince you to, quote "think about it" that the sender made a mistake and conviniently wrote a different name on package, arguing that "you haven't seen the package so you don't know" (obviously the sender from China has all the names of my house neighbours). Worth mentioning that you pay extra for their lecturing help phone line. Visiting them personally will dissapoint you further, if you don't know how to speak Portuguese. Unlike their lecturing help line, they will straight flat tell you NO if you kindly ask "do you speak English" and pretend you are an empty space. Luckily someone from the visitors might be more kinder. Highly recomend to avoid this service and just pay extra for DHL. The amount of time you'll spend trying to resolve an issue and find your lost package is not worth the saved money.

Atendimento péssimo. Com muita antipatia. Parece que estão a fazer favores aos clientes. Nunca tinha visto tamanha falta de simpatia no atendimento ao cliente... Sempre que lá vou é assim! Infelizmente as minhas correspondências são enviadas pra lá, por isso não tenho mais alternativas a não ser ter que olhar para aquelas caras trancadas!
