Dieses Hotel habe ich schon einmal bewertet. Es ist nicht das Geld wert. Wobei ich erwähnen muss, dass wir nicht im Hotel gewohnt haben, sondern in den Appartements. Wir waren vor 2 Jahren hier und haben die Anlage von einem Reisebüro in Bünde empfohlen bekommen. Beim ersten Betreten des Appartements war uns klar, dass wir hier nicht bleiben. Die Klimaanlage rostete vor sich hin, das Badezimmer war alt und schmutzig. Die Fenster zum Balkon konnte man nicht verschließen usw.
Wir haben uns sofort beschwert und erhielten ein kleines Häuschen. Hier war zwar auch die Zeit stehen geblieben, doch im Großen und Ganzen war es okay. Allerdings kein 4* wert. Die Mahlzeiten wurden im Hotel eingenommen. Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Die Auswahl war groß und die Gerichte schmackhaft. Die Poolanlage war schön, bis auf die Liegen. Die waren teilweise defekt und auch veraltet. Das Beste an diesem Urlaub war die Lage. Eine gigantische Küste mit kilometerlangen Sandstränden. Portugal ist eine Reise wert, jedoch nicht im Alfamar.

Très mauvaise chambre vetuste et porte qui grince , carreaux qui bouge avec le vent.Cuisine pas bien agencée et très peu d'ustensiles. Vieux et pas conforme au photo n'y confortable. Déçu++++

Très belle semaine passée dans un complexe agréable, aux pieds de la plage, avec la possibilité d'effectuer des promenades en haut des falaises et en voiture dans les bourgades environnantes.

Die Bewertung ist hauptsächlich so gut wegen des Preisleistungsverhältnisses und der absolut traumhaften Lage. Schöner kann die Umgebung eines Hotels nicht sein, insbesondere wenn man riesige Hotelkomplexe verabscheut. Der Strand ist wunderschön und wenig frequentiert (zumindest war das im März so). Man kann direkt wandern und einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen. Auch der Eingangs- und Poolbereich sind einladend. Die Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber ausreichend. Ich würde empfehlen maximal das Frühstück (ist akzeptabel von der Auswahl) mitzubuchen, da das Abendessen eine Katastrophe ist. Alles in allem lohnt es sich, wenn man auch mit einem Zimmer leben kann, dass nicht 4 Sternen entspricht.

Fajne miejsce z miłą obsługą. Basen na miejscu. SPA itp. Do plaży 50m. Domki 4-5 osobowe jak dla mnie proszą się o odświeżenie ale nie ma co narzekać. Jesteśmy tu po słońce..

Lage super. Je nach Unterkunft sehr nah am Meer. Mit eigenem Strandabschnitt für das Hotel. Supersandstrand. Essen gut und reichlich.
Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Unterkunft, in unserem Fall eine Studio. Leider waren das Bad und die Küche in einem unhygienischen Zustand. Schade, das trübt leider den guten Gesamteindruck.

The resort as a whole was beautiful and deffo worth the price. The only thing is the apartments in the Algarve gardens part are very outdated and the beds are abit hard. Also it is quite far out from anything else so you either need a car or to walk Other than that we had a great stay here and we would deffo come back.

The customer service of these guys has to be the worst. Most dillusional hotel ive ever visited. No halaal options in the hotel so for muslims its basically a big F You. However if your muslim and decide to turn vegan then am sure theyl have few lettuce patches for you.
The customer service at the reception was just absolutly horrendous. The hotel itself boasts to be the best in the region but unfortunatly its a prison cell! The best part of my stay was coming back.

Einfaches, älteres Hotel. Das Essen ist immer in Buffetform und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Zimmer und deren Einrichtung sind in die Jahre gekommen. Vier deutsche Fernsehprogramme, es gibt einen Außenpool, einen kleinen Innerpool, eine Sauna, einen Billardtisch, eine große Rasenfläche mit kostenlosen Liegen und das Hotel liegt an einem wunderschönen Strandabschnitt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte bei mir und ich hatte einen schönen Blick aus Meer.

4,5 Sterne: Anfang Mai für 1 Woche gebucht. Preis inkl. Frühstück unschlagbar.
Ich hatte schon die schlimmsten Vorstellungen, nachdem ich die Rezensionen gelesen hatte.
Wir sind dann im Hotel angekommen, und waren dann doch positiv überrascht. Sauber, und irgendwie mit eigenem Flair. Klar scheint hier die Zeit vor einigen Jahren stehen geblieben zu sein, aber soweit Okay.
Zimmer im 6. Stock - Meerblick. Einfach ein Traum. Auch hier sauber. Kein Schimmel im Bad! Silikon war weiß und sauber. Einige Fliesen hatten Risse, aber da kann jeder mit leben.
Zimmerservice immer sehr nett. Zimmer wurden täglich ordentlich gehalten.
Im Hotel werden Tagestouren angeboten. Das funktioniert recht einfach.
Zu empfehlen ist eine Tour nach Loulé. Da kann man auch Regionale Spezialitäten einkaufen. In der Markthalle dort unbedingt frischen Orangensaft probieren!
Die Tagestour nach Lagos + Ponta da Piedade mit anschließender Besichtigung des Leuchtturms am Capo de São Vicente bietet einiges. An den Sehenswürdigkeiten bleibt nur zu wenig Zeit. Fotos machen und weg... Aber so weiß ich nun, dass ich nächstes Jahr mit einem Leihwagen dahin muss!
Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Immer ausreichend da: Müsli, frisches Obst, Bacon, Rührei, Spiegelei, gekochtes Ei (Ja - alle drei Varianten!)
Selbstbedienung am Kaffeeautomat: Cafe Au Lait, Cappuccino, Schwarz etc... sowie Kakao und heiße Milch standen zur Auswahl. Toastbrot - Das Gerät quietschte erbärmlich :-) - verschiedene Brötchensorten, sowie Kuchen und Plätzchen(?). Leider wurde nur je eine Sorte Wurst und Käse gereicht.
Die Außenanlage hat mir einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Teilweise wurden die Bodenfliesen ausgetauscht, sodass hier ein etwas chaotisch bunter Boden entstand. Der Weg zum Strand war sehr kurz, und dafür würde ich gerne noch einen halben Stern extra geben! Die Wege rechts und links von diesem Strandweg führten jeweils oberhalb vom Strand über die Klippenformationen - unbedingt anschauen! Ein Traum!
Die kleine Cocktail-Bar am Strand hatte zu vernünftigen Preisen das wichtigste für den Tag zu bieten. Sandwiches / Toasts, Eis, Kaffee, kalte Getränke. Zur Info: frisch gezapftes Bier in vorgekühlte Gläser!
Der Strand war absolut makellos! Bis auf ein paar Kippen (Idioten) fand man nicht den kleinsten Müll-Schnipsel. Das Meer war sehr sauber - kein Plastik o.Ä.
Über die Natur dort brauche ich nichts weiter zu erzählen, muss man selbst erleben! Also nichts wie hin und selbst schauen!

Hotel hat ja 4 Sterne. Aber wer die dort vergeben hat keine Ahnung. Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt. Sollte im Winter mal renoviert werden. Servicepersonal ist sehr nett. Frühstück und Abendessen war gut. 3 Sterne dennoch weil die Lage mit direktem Strandzugang genial ist.

Definitely not 4 star, very scruffy, rooms had no control for the A/C, queues to get in and out of the buffet breakfast & dinner. Grumpy and unhelpful staff apart from the friendly bar staff.

Das Hotel verspricht auf den Bildern mehr als es halten kann . Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovierung ist dringend erforderlich.
Die Lage ist natürlich zauberhaft, direkter Zugang zum Strand. Die Verpflegung entspricht nicht einem 4 Sterne Haus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Nee, wirklich nicht. Kinder sind hier nicht gern gesehen, überall Verbote, was Kinder nicht dürfen. Alles ist hier heruntergekommen, dreckig und kaputt. Zu den Mahlzeiten stand man teilweise bis zu 30 Minuten an ehe man einen Tisch bekam. Die Lage allerdings ist fantastisch, deshalb 2 Sterne

Dei uma estrela para poder avaliar. Não recomendo. Cheguei lá e colocaram-me num quarto que até bichos rastejantes tinha. Como já era tarde, reclamei na manhã seguinte, e as senhoras recepcionistas nem nos dirigiram uma palavra. Á tarde qual o meu espanto, colocaram-nos num quarto exatamente igual, noutro piso, com as mesmas condições. Valeram-se de nós já termos pago pois foi através do booking. 90% dos hóspedes eram estrangeiros e apercebi-me que o atendimento era muito diferente. Não aconselho nem recomendo. A mim nunca mais me veem lá. Até nunca

Just got back from this hotel, this is a truthfull review no lies. The hotel is no way a 4* more like a 2-3*, very dated and needs some work all over especially the rooms. The food is poor and breakfast cold most days did not stop for evening meal thank god too many good restaurants within driving distance which brings me to the point of a car is much needed unless you have plenty money for taxis or local transport as the hotel is stranded on its own.

Die Lage ist der Hammer... Der Rest allerdings...
In die Jahre gekommen. Es ist eine Menge einfach dreckig, kaputt und veraltet. Es könnte so ein schickes Hotel sein :/
Sehr hellhörig ist es auch. Toiletten gänge vom Nachbar Zimmer sind wahrzunehmen und alles was sich vor der Tür bzw in der riesen lobby abspielt kann man sich im Bett mit anhören.
Beim Frühstück mussten wir leider auch immer 15 - 30 min warten bzw Schlange stehen. Das Frühstück war täglich gleich und eher lieblos. Die Angestellten haben es nicht auf die Reihe bekommen sich um die Kaffeeautomaten zu kümmern. Gefühlt musste der Kaffepulver ständig nachgefüllt werden. 3 von 6 malen musste ich hin rennen und Angestellte drauf aufmerksam machen, obwohl eine riesen Schlange davor stand...
Die Pools... Der Außenpool war eher dreckig. Es schwammen ständig Papier Tücher oder Müll reste drin rum. Sind da dann nicht rein gegangen. Dachten dann abends mal an den Innenpool. Siehe Fotos. Es stinkt, ist laut, veraltet und dreckig.
Alles in allem würden wir jedoch !!!! Zu dem Preis!!!! Wiederkommen. Wir hatten hier einfach ein Schnäppchen geschlagen ( ca 150 € p. P. Für 7 Tage, Zimmer mit Meerblick, inkl Flug und Frühstück). Es war bei uns kein Hotel Urlaub. Wir waren mit unserem Leihwagen nur auf Tour, waren lediglich zur Übernachtung und Frühstück hier.
Ich hoffe das die Hotel Leitung evtl Kritik wahr nimmt und etwas ändert und aufbessert.

Das Hotel übertrifft alle anderen Hotels durch seine einmalig atemberaubende Lage, das ist auch schon alles! Frühstück katastrophal!!! Brot hatte kein Geschmack oder war alt und hart. Eine Sorte Käse, und zwei verschiedene Wurstsorten. Angebotene Ananasreste zum Beispiel der Strunk wurden angeboten !Bedienung größtenteils unfreundlich, unmotiviert und überfordert! Dreck am Boden vom Gast wird einfach übersehen, obwohl man schon mehrfach dran vorbeigelaufen ist,so das andere Gäste ausrutschen oder am verdreckten Tisch frühstücken müssen. Saal total überfüllt.Zimmerreinigung nur nach Aufforderung trotz Trinkgeld. Leider waren die Zimmer nach der Reinigung nicht sauber.Das Hotel ist zwar älter das hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Sauber....Massenhotel....Wachen zur Verhinderung von Mitnahme von Frühstücksbuffet.....Schlange stehen....Frühstücksraum zu klein...Spa ist eine Lachnummer...Badekleidungszwang in Sauna....Spa viel zu klein....Frühstück für das Land ausgesprochen vielseitig....mancher Kaffee ist durch Chlorzugabe ungenießbar. Malisimo pase un fin de semana iba trabajando con 3 compañeros mas y nos metieron en un edificio donde no se podia estar con unos olores a alcantarillado que daba naucias las camas de no haber cambiado los colchones en 40 años y por no seguir hablando de el porque lo malo esta para olvidar y no recordar nunca lo recomendaria

Klasse Lage. Diesmal haben wir die Apartments ausprobiert. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen finden im Restaurant des Hotels statt. Insgesamt ok. Das gesamte Areal ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Wir hatten insbesondere durch die Strandlage eine tolle Zeit.

Verwaarloosde appartementen, uit de tijd, moeten worden gerenoveerd. Verwarming werkt niet voor de ruimte. Oud sanitair, keukenblok uit Oost Duitsland. Vieze vloer. Glazen pui dient vervangen te worden. Zat los in de sponning, ruimte van wel 4 cm. Koude lucht. Ongezellig. Te weinig huishoudelijke artikelen. Geen waterkoker, geen koffiezetapparaat. Zelf eea aangeschaft en daar achter gelaten. Geen theedoeken en keukenhanddoeken.

Great service great food. On top the beach which very clean and great walks on the cliff tops. Only thing is its a little out the way from nearest town so we hired a car which was about 55 euros for 3 days.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand. Es gibt eine gute Sauna Schwimmhalle Wellnessbereich und wird in den Wintermonaten zu 50 % von Sportler besucht da es hier eine gute Vorbereitung für die nächste Saison Möglich ist ( Marathon) oder Radfahren ist in dieser Gegend und bei Temperaturen um 16-20 Crad sehr gut Möglich.

Hotel super antigo, nada confortável e desorganizado. Apesar da localização ser óptima ( mesmo em cima da praia). O pequeno almoço foi normal para um quatro estrelas mas o jantar foi mesmo muito mau. Só havia, almôndegas ou atum como pratos principais. A sorte foram as várias saladas que tinham no buffet. Como alternativa, esparguete a bolonhesa ou um prato vegetariano. Em pleno mês de Fevereiro, ficamos com o prato na mão á espera de mesa, pois não havia. Imagine se em pleno verão. A piscina exterior, minúscula. Os quartos com uma televisão o mais pequeno que existe no mercado e colchões completamente desconfortaveis. As senhoras da limpeza, não bateram á porta por 2 vezes e entraram pelo quarto a dentro. Ainda bem que foi só por 1 dia. A classificação deveria ser 3 estrelas e nunca 4.

Had a great time here was very pleasant, plenty to chise from on the menu was half board, only real problem is its in the middle of nowhere , but we met a couple who knew the area and we used uber to get about which is by far cheaper than the taxis and very quick to arrive. Saved the holiday for us, i would return in the season maybe then the local bars would be open.

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Man tritt vor die Tür und glaubt sich im Paradies. Der Zimmerpreis im Januar war kaum zu unterbieten. Da ist dann auch nachrangig, dass die Zimmerausstattung nicht nach 4 Sternen aussieht. Das Buffet morgens und abends war hingegen wirklich sehr gut. Das Hotel bietet Sport- und Spa- Angebote.

Spotless clean for its age, nice tranquil atmosphere in a magnificent beach front setting, huge big airy room with balcony , but basic in-room facilities, small TV and fridge, good buffet breakfast except for a lot of tinned fruit (companions gripe), great value for money on agoda. Das einzig Positive an dem Hotel ist die tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Es war unser 4.
Besuch innerhalb von 5 Jahren und in dieser Zeit hat sich nichts verändert.Es ist alles sehr verwohnt und stark in die Jahre gekommenen .
Da wir viel unterwegs sind, hat uns das bisher nicht weiter gestört aber nun ist auch noch ein sehr schlechter Service dazu gekommen. Insbesondere im Restaurant fühlt man sich eher ungebeten, strenge Kontrollen beim Einlass und auch beim Verlassen.Man wird beim Essen aufgefordert den Tisch zu wechseln um bestimmte Bereiche von Gästen frei zu halten.
Auch die Abwicklung bei Getränkebestellung ist antiquiert.
Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten,wegen Ausblick auf die Baustelle.Das sollte pro Tag 15 Euro kosten, bei 14 Tagen wären das für ins 210 Euro gewesen. Nach welchen Kriterien die Zimmer vergeben werden entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Zumal wir 2 Nächte lang ein Problem mit der Toilettenspülung hatten,die alle 5 Minuten spülte.Erst nach der 2.Meldung an der Rezeption wurde das Problem teilweise gelöst.
Lärmende,grölende Gäste bis 2 Uhr nachts hatten wir auch.
Insgesamt würden wir nie wieder das Hotel buchen,aber es soll ja auch geschlossen werden.

Sauberes Hotel, welches etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Für uns ist es aber völlig ausreichend gewesen. Personal freundlich. Direkter Strandzugang.
Innen- und Aussenpool +Sauna und Whirlpool vorhanden, Billiardtisch.
Sowie zahlreiche andere Sportaktivitäten (separates Gebäude).
Busverbindung im Ort(Geduld sollte man da allerdings haben). Taxifahrten sind erschwinglich. Ein Mietauto haben wir von "Rent a car - Best deal" aus dem Nachbarort (Richtung Albufeira) : Dort kann man auch Ausflüge buchen. Übers Hotel auch möglich, wir fanden es aber überteuert.
Lebensmittelgeschäft vorhanden . Restaurants vorhanden (in Nebensaison nicht immer offen)

I came here with my partner to spend two days over his birthday. I chose the hotel because it has a spa and ofc it has a very low price. I didnt expect much since Im happy with the simple things. But this hotel is just not good. The personal was not very friendly, the spa was absolutely disgusting, the water in the pool wasnt clear and everything is old and rusty. The first room we got smelled like dead animal (i dont know what happened there) but they gave us another room. It smelled good but also so so old and not really clean. I just didnt feel comfortable there. The breakfast was ok.

Im Preis Leistungsverhältnis top, Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch ist die Lage traumhaft und einzigartig, Es gibt 3 Aufzüge die in alle Etagen fahren, Halbpension ist buchbar würde ich auch empfehlen da der Preis sehr günstig ist und in der Nähe keine große Auswahl an Restaurants ist. Wem das Essen nicht gut genug ist, kann ja woanders was suchen, wird jedoch schnell merken das an der Küste alles teurer ist wie in Deutschland.
In 2020 wird das Hotel geschlossen wegen Umbau, dann wird sicher alles besser und sowieso teurer. Zu günstigen Preisen wie zur Zeit wird es dann nichts mehr geben. Also wer nicht genügsam sein kann sollte eben woanders mehr zahlen.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Überall bröckelt Putz ab oder es ist irgendetwas Beschädigt. Die Zimmer sind sehr Rustikal Eingerichtet, eigentlich ist alles sehr Alt, wahrscheinlich noch alles aus den 70er .... Die Grünfläche ist sehr Gepflegt. Das Frühstück und Abendessen entsprechen nicht eines 4* Hotels.
Die Kellner sind sehr Unterschiedlich, die einen schlafen beim Gehen ein und die anderen sind sehr Fix und Freundlich. Zum Positiven gehört noch die direkte Strandlage mit Klippen.

Me dejó mal sabor de boca, pues anteriormente había estado allí y guardaba muy buen recuerdo.
Sin embargo, las instalaciones están muy anticuadas y no se preocupan de intentar entendernos en español, sin embargo en otros idiomas sí q lo hacen.
Mucha tranquilidad en el lugar, si alguien busca solo relajación, este es el sitio.
Por mi parte,a menos de q se renueve, dudo que vuelva.

Where to start?
First off, I'm giving this one star for the guy who run the fitness centre and the centre itself, second star is for the view and the only two people working in the entire place whom had the ability to smile - The young bartender and one of the receptionists.
The Hotel:
Old, but nice space and location. But 4 stars? I have been to better hotels with 3 stars. This one is two.
The Staff:
Probably the worse I've experienced. I have never met so many negative staff working in one spot as this one. Even when I sat down next to a couple, they asked the one bartender who smiled why he was the only one smiling in the entire hotel. And he was like: "That's just how it is, they don't smile".
Not only that but the customer service is insanely bad. And believe me, I was not there with a mood, I was open to everything.
The Staff are not synchronised either. Since I hated the free coffee in the restaurant I wanted to have a freshmade coffee from the bar. One member of staff said it opened at 9, so I wated until 9. Nobody opened. Then I asked another member of staff who said 9:30.
Same with room service, rediculous sevice. I asked when I could order and the receptionist said "until 23:00". So I ordered and during the coversation he changed to 22:00. I asked if he didn't just say eleven, but his response was "now it's ten"...
The Rooms:
I had an ocean view double room with the best view there is. BUT the beds were awful. I travel around in different hotels all of the time, and these beds are the worse I've slept in. I woke up twice a night to turn over because they were so hard, you could feel the springs and even hear them when turning around.
Otherwise, it was a plus with a fridge. Not a plus with the shampoo and showergel (In bags, really not with a thought of the environment) Normal sized bath seperated from toiletroom.
The pool area:
Impressive outside area, but next to the bar where I literally never saw any member of staff smile, NOT ONCE! It was a bummer to stay there for service, or the lack of it.
The beach:
Amazing. Just two minutes doen from the hotel, the sandy and clean beach lays ready for you to run, swim or chill.
Very nice "Rocky Montains", great for Instapics if that's your thing ;)
The food:
Not good, but not bad at all times. The eggs were not of good quality, the juice tasted like it was watered out and I couldn't deink the coffee from their out of age dispensers. The coffee tasted like someone tried to make a cappuchino with a taste of chocolate, but forgot to skim off the milk and blended it with water...
The best meal was definitely when they served chicken! It was tasty, juicy and made right. Good job.
The fitness centre:
Old yes, definitely. Hasn't been touched or brushed up in years. Maybe since the 50's haha. But believe me when I say that I felt the ole Arnold style with the German equipment and the big space. I simply loved it. It's not about having the latest gear, it's about having the best workout! And all kudos to the boss in that place, what a guy!
The place is a 5 minute walk down the road behind a restaurant.
So all in all, two stars, not more.
I hear that they are going to renovate the place next year. I hope they renovate the staff as well.

The hotel itself is clean and tidy.Maid service every day with clean towels given.Some of the waitering staff are moody and unfriendly and one even took a bottle of water off our table and returned back to where we got it from.Only had breakfast which was plenty of variety but didn't seem to have any quality.Reception were friendly and helpful.

Die Anlage umfasst einen Outdoor- und einen kleineren Indoor-Pool. Außerdem ist der Strand schnell zu erreichen. Das angrenzende „Algarve Gardens“, welches sich die Rezeption mit dem „Hotel Alfamar“ teilt, liegt etwas weiter weg, aber trotzdem ist man in 5-10 min am Strand. „Algarve Gardens“ umfasst mehrere Reihenhäuser mit Wohnungen für 4-6 Personen und zwei separate hotelähnliche Wohnkomplexe.
Was uns nicht so gefallen hat war die Vollpension, denn es gab am Buffet größtenteils kalte Speisen und immer das gleiche. Getränke gab es leider nur zum Frühstück.

As condições são fabulosas, zonas comuns muito bem mantidas e com um acesso à praia que é quase exclusivo.

3rd Time I've been. First time swapped Garden apartment for a Villa only £50 more. Pools cool, entrance to beach fantastic. Few kilometers walk to the end of the beach right side leads to another complex on a harbour and a little town l didn't get to. You can see the Town from Alfamar, l thought it was the harbour by mistake and buy the time l'd walked l couldn't be bothered. The beach is hot and suntan weather but windy in May like Malta. January nice and quiet and warm. The short receptionist with Bob brown hair and glasses always seemed bothered and affronting when l approached which put me off as l didn't understand. The hotel was perfect, grade 2 but you make it your own. I'll probably go again next year.

Apesar de ser uma unidade hoteleira, conforme informação prestada pela recepção, construída em 1978, apresenta cuidado na sua preservação. Ideal para férias com família, bem localizado e de fácil acesso à praia. Apenas um senão, deveria haver mais controlo pelo staff no sentido de alertar os menos atentos que não cumprem as regras instituídas, tais como, reservar as cadeiras na área da piscina mas que depois seguem para a praia ou permitirem que se jogue à bola nos espaços verdes onde as pessoas se encontram deitadas.

Wir haben ein Studio mit Gartenblick gebucht. Empfang: kalt und unpersönlich. Das Zimmer: katastrophal. Schmutzig, benutztes Papiertaschentuch umd Folienreste auf dem Röhren-TV, Kotspuren auf den Tasten des Spülkastens, kein Fön, Kitchenette verdreckt und wie vom Sperrmüll - die Liste geht weiter. Zimmertausch wäre nur gegen tägich 125 € extra möglich. Essen abends nur mit anstehen, da jeder einen Zettel bekommt, der nach dem Essen abgerechnet wird. Es wird nichts instandgesetzt, da das Hotel wohl einen Käufer sucht. Entsprechend ist die Motivation des Personals. Nach 3 Tagen Kampf konzentrieren wir uns auf die Erholung. Den einen bekommt der Strand. Hotel ist absolut keine Empfehlung.
Wenn man sich über das verdreckte Zimmer beschwert und dann am ganzen Wochenende nicht gereinigt wird, dann die Reinigung am Montag aus dem Wechseln zweier Mülltüten und dem notdürftigen Bettenmachen besteht (wir hatten die Betten morgens selbst gemacht
Nun waren sie unter Weglassen der Überdecke neu gestopft), dann lässt das tief blicken. Habe den Kot vom Spülkasten jetzt selbst entfernt. Einfach zu eklig

Come before 530 or you are outta luck for any pool towels.
Rooms are ok and basically cleaned.
If you are coming with friends make sure everyone has their own breakfast card. They are pretty serious about credentials at this resort. Ps. More breakfast options.
The location and surrounding services are beautiful and good food at these place. Service is slow as expected. Extra long if they think you're American or black north American. Yeah if you're black be assertive as yes you paid to be there and YES your money is just as good as any other person.
The EYE ROLLING though at request simple ones even. Cut it out.(daytime front desk staff) It's not nice or welcoming.
Nightly entertainment each night is pretty cool but this is more family resort then for independent or a place to Enjoy with friends
I made the best of things. It's a nice hotel.

El hotel en sí, descuidado el interior, wc sucios y muy descuidado, todo muy antiguo y poco cuidado, los cabeceros de las camas sucias, y poco arregladas, sábanas no bien hechas, colchas rotas, alfombrillas tajadas de tan viejas y muchísimo uso, no hay forma de contactar con la recepción, lo único bueno, la piscina interior y su acceso privado a la playa, y el bufet muy bueno,

Stanza vecchia e sporca. Le pulizie quotidiane inesistenti. Il parcheggio (fondamentale vista la posizione dell'hotel) è sempre occupato da gente non residente nell'hotel a causa della spiaggia vicina (unico punto di forza della struttura).

Sou cliente há 30 anos e este ano o hotel melhorou a limpeza, mantém as instalações muito antigas. O serviço de refeição piorou muito. Poucos empregados de mesa, sem qualquer formação. Demoras desnecessárias para se fazer qualquer refeição. Falta de organização.

El complejo no esta mal pero no es nada del otro mundo, la piscina exterior bien, las habitación.... No considero un 4 estrellas esto, la habitacion sinceramente da verdadera grima, enchufe del servicio no funciona, pestillo de la habitacion no funciona, el aire no se puede graduar, on off nada mas, el lavabo todo oxidado, una tele de 17 pulgadas enana que los canales en español no se ven, las camas... Almohadas papel de fumar, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia, sbanas y unas mantas azules...., doy 2 estrellas por la piscina y acceso a la playa, que porcierto usa todo el mundo pasando por dentro del hotel sin ser huespedes y el hotel no lo controla, el parking la gente de fuera lo usa para aparcar e ir a la playa ya que no hay control de acceso, y no hay plazas para los huespedes solo ppr la tarde noche cuando la gente se va, en fin llevo mi 2 noche aqui y me e llevado un chasco enorme la verdad.

Pongo las estrellas que tiene el hotel.Si buscas 4 estrellas búscate otro.empezare por lo bueno el sitio que tiene la piscina y el buffet desayuno que es estupendo.Las habitaciones son de un hostal en todos los sentidos somier colchón que no es cómodo y mini almohadas.Lo único que no es de tres estrellas es el precio.Yo fui en agosto a 140 la noche con desayuno incluido.No creo que repita.

Questo hotel è un po' fuori a circa 10 km da albuferia e intorno c'è il nulla però è vicinissimo alla spiaggia, una una Secondo me delle più belle di Algarve la Praia de Falesia con Le Rocce Rosse sul mare ,Sono uno spettacolo!! L'albergo è un po' datato, struttura bella ma andrebbe un po' ristrutturata bello lo spazio fuori con la piscina e il prato .ci sono molti spazi molto ampio l hotel, anche le camere sono belle, grandi pulite ma molto essenziali quasi un po' fredde come arredamento . Il cibo è decoroso ma non eccellente; l'organizzazione del ristorante è tendente al pessimo : code lunghissime per entrare e uscire ristorante.

As villas são barracas de terceiro mundo. Não tem estores, as portas não fecham, a televisão não se vê dos sofás que estão incardidos de sujidade. As paredes estão com falta de tinta. Os candeeiros têm ferrugem, etc etc muito mau.

Entrada privada para a bela praia da Falésia.
Piscina interior e exterior bastante boas.
Sauna e 2 jacuzis.
Existe uma comunidade de gatos que adoram receber festas.
Diversas atividades propostas todos os dias.
Apenas peca por não oferecer wi-fi nas vivendas e por não terem ar condicionado em todas as vivendas
E ser necessário pensar duas vezes antes de tirar o carro

Lo mejor la ubicación y el entorno. El hotel necesita reformas urgentes, es bastante viejo. Y las camas de muelles son un infierno para dormir... No volvería por el precio que cuesta.

Die Villen sind rustikal, aber mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hat eine Falschbuchung ohne große Diskussion umgeändert. Der Strand direkt am Hotel ist genial, wie Dänemark bloß in warm. :)
Wir waren sehr zufrieden & können das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Quartos espacosos, boa higiene, bom espaço exterior e bom acesso à praia, buffet pequeno almoço fraquinho e com muita confusão, parque estacionamento sempre cheio e com mau acesso, zona de recepção algo 'datado', elevadores com muito movimento, perigoso para crianças pois a varanda dos quartos sao de abertura facil e teem mesas e cadeiras no exterior que permite que as mesmas se empoleirem com facilidade, tambem as escadas a proteção lateral qualquer criança corre perigo de queda, staff pouco simpático! Ar condicionado pouco colaborador e quartos muito quentes!

Die schöne Lage direkt am Strand macht auch nicht alles wett! Unfreundlich, die Zimmer zwar geräumig, doch mit der Reinigung des Bades nimmt man es nicht sehr genau, die Handtücher vom WC wurden nie mehr ersetzt, die Böden im Bad und WC nicht gewischt, Badewanne nicht geputzt ( wir hatten es an einem Haar beobachtet) Duschseife wurde nicht nachgefüllt, erst nachdem wir darum gebeten haben! Das Essen ist eine Katastrophe, undefinierbare Gerichte mit Soße zugematscht! Lange Schlangen um überhaupt in den Speisesaal zu kommen! Einzig die Kellner im Speisesall waren freundlich, an der Rezeption absolut letztklassig!! Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen!!

A localização é muito boa. O serviço e as instalações perderam qualidade. O hotel está a precisar de obras , algumas roupas de cama e banho a necessitar ser renovadas, o buffet não pode apresentar, p.ex, uma travessa de ananás tão maduro que é castanho como o podre...etc

São necessárias varias obras e é inadmissível que nas casas exista aquecimento com mais de 30 graus no exterior e não tenha ar condicionado.

Studio war von unserem Reiseveranstalter gebucht und bezahlt. Dies war im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug und sehr alt und einfach ausgestattet. Sauber war's auch nicht besonders. Da ich aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht mehr so viel Treppen steigen kann. Haben wir nach einem Upgrade auf ein Appartement gefragt. Dies wurde uns zum vollen Preis angeboten obwohl das Studio schon bezahlt war.

O Hotel Alfamar Beach and Resorts fica situado numa zona privilegiada da Praia da Falésia, na primeira linha de praia no cimo da falésia e por isso com uma vista fantástica sobre a praia e com um acesso fácil à mesma.
Tem quartos de várias tipologias de quartos e pela sua longevidade ganharia com uma remodelação e respetivo upgrade.
A piscina é de bom tamanho e a área circundante permite um bom número de espreguiçadeiras.
O pessoal é de uma simpatia constante.

A torre 3 era uma espelunca, movies não cuidados, tv com + 20 anos com 5 canais e imagem horrivel em cima duma mesa de 30cm altura, cortinas que a largura não permitia evitar a claridade, banheiro com torneiras de cada nação e com verdente e ralhos com ferrugem em resumo não valeu 100€/noite mais valia um motel

Für ein 4 Sterne Haus ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber absolut sauber und die Zimmer recht gross. Hier und da mal ein bisschen Farbe an die Wand gebracht und es wäre top. Der Meerblick war ein Traum, das Frühstück sowie Abendessen in Buffet Form, sehr abwechslungsreich und ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich.

Para a quantidade de estrelas e para o tamanho que tem, deixa a desejar... Pequeno almoço fraco e com atendimento do mesmo em igual. A pior parte foi ter de ligar o bidé e volta uma carrada de cabelos. Tudo isto para quem ganhou uma noite de recém - casado. A não repetir.

Espectacular hotel , muito bem localizado , com praia privativa no local, piscina, ideal para famílias com filhos. Óptimo pequeno almoço e tem restaurante, snack bar e café . Na praia tem bar onde se pode comer almoços ligeiros e a praia é a melhor e maior e mais bonita de todo o Algarve. Os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos e simpáticos .

Comment dire.. à part que tous les commentaires désastreux sont vrais. Accueil pas terrible. Personne où presque ne parle français. Personne ne vous explique comment fonctionne le restau où le reste du complexe. Les chambres vieilles avec une literie d'une autre époque et à l'heure de couettes bien douillettes on vous met d'horribles draps et couvertures. Il existe encore des bidets partout et l'hygiène de certains lieux est douteuse. Ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles. Et pour finir à l'heure d'internet et bien.....leur réseau et wifi sont une catastrophes.
