This is the place to STAY!
I was extremely lucky to have found such a place in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Very clean (which is absolutely mandatory, even more so now), very comfortable beds, spacious and comfortable rooms, with plenty natural light, great Internet connection (I had to work online from the hotel, and the connection was flawless). Because the air conditioning system is shut down for health reasons, the rooms are a lot colder. Ask for extra duvets when checking-in. Breakfast is great and it is now served individually. The breakfast room as been rearranged to comply with the new distancing health rules. Great coffee, latte, croissants, eggs, cheese, juices.
The hotel deserves 5 stars particularly for the great service provided by the hotel's head officer: polite, efficient, clear, and professional. A lady that would probably excel at any type of job. A true host! However, the night manager made my staying at the hotel a lot less pleasant: there is absolutely no need for passive-aggressive remarks, in particular when guests (or others) have been nothing but polite to you. Questions, doubts or requests should be addressed in a kind manner, despite the seriousness of our current situation: please, be kind, if someone is being kind to you. Perhaps the gentleman fears for the loss of his job, perhaps there is illness in his family; and yet it does not cost you to be kind and clear. Do not speak to others as you were doing them a favour. There are no favours. Only services that may or may not be possible and kind ways to convey messages.
Close by you have a restaurant that is still serving meals (take-away service only; when possible, they will deliver at the hotel's reception area and you can pick it up there) called Sauvage. Food and service are great, and they are just across the road.

Très bel hôtel. Le personnel toujours a l'écoute. Juste un petit prix de lavabo qui a rapidement était résolu. Je conseille cette établissement dans problème. Petit plus bouche de métro et supérette à proximité. Encore un grand Merci aux employés

The hotel was very nice and clean. We picked it because the location was near a metro station. The hotel is right near Campo Pequeno, a beautiful sight. The hotel was nice, with a nice large bathroom and bed. Had a nice cocktail at night in the small bar, very relaxing. Only drawback was lack of ironing boards and irons. ( had to go downstairs to a small closet to iron 2 shirts for flight home) Very small gripe, overall a nice hotel and great location.

It’s ok, nothing to write home about. Was slightly surprised at the 4* rating and thought it was more of a 3*. The rooms and the overall hotel was a little Spartan compared to competitors, and it could have done with a higher quality of decoration. (My room also has pen on the wall, I don’t think anyone had noticed it!)

Rezeptionistin spricht kaum Englisch. Händigt mir den Schlüssel für die Minibar nicht aus, weil ich zu einer Reisegruppe gehöre (Olimar Reisen).
Frühstücksbuffet war nicht gut. Abendessen war noch schlechter (speziell für unsere Gruppe zubereitet).

Todo muy limpio, me encantó el olor de los cuartos y el desayuno. El personal muy atento y dispuestos a ayudar. Nos recomendaron muy buenas cosas qué hacer en la cuidad!

Insgesamt fand ich das Hotel von Ausstattung und Lage her für mich nahezu perfekt. Zwar liegt das Hotel nicht mitten im Herzen der für den Touristen interessantesten Stadtteile. Das ist allerdings leicht zu verschmerzen, da man mit der Metro sehr schnell dorthin gelangt. Ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke liegt die S-Bahn-Station, von der aus man umstandslos nach Sintra gelangt. Das Frühstücksbuffet sollte man dazubuchen, da es keinen Ersatz in Form von netten Kaffees bzw. Pastelerias

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il posto è stato fantastico.
Purtroppo abbiamo sbagliato la prenotazione e ci hanno fatto pernottare una notte in più allo stesso prezzo scontato che avevamo prenotato le notti precedenti, inoltre l'ultima notte ci hanno fatto pernottare nella suite veramente bella sempre allo stesso prezzo.
Il personale molto gentile e parlano un inglese eccellente, la struttura è situata a pochi passi dalla metropolitana e dalla rete ferroviaria non abbiamo avuto problemi a spostarci nella città è veramente ben collegato.
La colazione buona.
Consiglio questo posto.

O hotel é ótimo mas aquele vidro a dividir o WC do quarto é horrível. Fui a Lisboa em trabalho, partilhei quarto com uma colega, não faz sentido aquele vidro transparente. Ela não tinha que me ver a tomar banho!!!

Correspondendo à expectativa, o quarto era grande e muito confortável. De uma forma geral, os funcionários mostraram-se muito profissionais e disponíveis. Apenas um reparo para as funcionárias que estão a arrumar os quartos: não se entra num quarto onde os clientes estão a dormir (!), não se fala alto nos corredores (!). Lamentável.

Aunque está un poco retirado del centro histórico, está muy bien comunicado con autobús y metro. Además tiene una estación de tren al lado, por lo que ir a Sintra se hace muy sencillo. Para ir a Belém cogimos el bus casi en la puerta.
El hotel está muy nuevo. La cama es cómoda, aunque más almohadas no tanto. La limpieza es adecuada. No me gusto que no repusieran las botellitas de agua.

Our stay was last minute and unplanned as our flight had been cancelled from Lisbon late in the evening. The Hotel has a nice buzz about it and the guy on reception very helpful. We had to wait a little to be checked in as more people from our flight also needed accommodation, this was just unfortunate.The room was very spacious and well equipped, bathroom also large and had great toiletries. The location was great and had a lovely view of the building in the park opposite. There were signs of the bathroom being a little tired but it was clean. The huge bed was very comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast the following morning as we had an early flight and meal vouchers so can’t comment on dining options. Overall, nice hotel, nice room and helpful and friendly staff.

AVERAGE service but GOOD LOCATION.
We stayed for 4 nights in Hotel 3K Europa in June 2019.
It is well located very near the train station and a mall which houses cinemas and shops and supermarket. Public transport is also easily accessible and the airport is a short car ride away.
The hotel rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained.
However , staff service is not satisfactory.

Hotel que justifica as suas estrelas: 4.
Funcionários simpáticos, acomodações confortáveis e limpas, bom aspecto das instalações e zonas comuns, bom gosto na decoração.
Reparos: a farda dos funcionários do pequeno-almoço é pouco adequada, aparentado ser muito antiga e sem o mesmo glamour que o resto do hotel ostenta;
O pequeno-almoço tem pouca variedade de pão e por vezes houve coisas que não me pareceram do dia (mini-natas), não deixando mesmo assim de ser aceitável.

Mussten notgedrungen eine weitere Nacht in Lisboa verbringen, da TAP den Flug annulliert hat. Check in spontan hat bestens geklappt, wir durften die Check out Zeit sogar etwas ausreizen, da wir sonst den ganzen Tag auf dem Flughafen sitzen hätten gemusst. Hotel liegt sehr zentral, schallschutz Fenster sind da, so das man gut schlafen kann. Sehr modern eingerichtet, klasse Frühstück. Ultra schnelles wlan.

Hotel was clean, well maintained and updated. Staff was helpful. I had problems with the internet that was not resolved. I was told that hotel was full that day and could be a consequence of full occupancy. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

3K Europas staff were wonderful, both at the reception and at breakfast.The room was, well, a room. It had all that we needed. It was clean and comfortable. There are no plugs for the bath or bathroom sink, but the shower was excellent.The hotel is one block from the Entrecampos train station. That is convenient. The hotel a bit far from the old town and most sightseeing, but I had business nearby, so it suited me perfectly. There is good bus connection to the historic sites. We didnt use the metro but there is a stop at Campo Pequeno a few minutes away. There are a lot of reasonable eateries nearby if you look. Also an excellent supermarket (Lidl) and a general store with lots of tourist and travel needs at the Entrecampos station.

Infelizmente só poderei dar 3 estrelas porque foi pedida uma cama de casal e foi nos apresentado 2 camas separadas (tivemos ai da que as juntar movendo as mesas de cabeceira ) foi pedido também um quarto num dos pisos superiores e foi apresentado um quarto no piso 2 sendo que o hotel tinha 7 andares...
O pequeno almoço poderia ser bem melhor .

Bel hôtel moderne et spacieux, refait récemment. Chambres d’angle à conseiller car avec 2 grandes fenêtres. Très propre, petit déjeuner très correct et Wifi gratuit. Proche aéroport et métro, avec un parking gratuit et assez grand sur plusieurs niveaux. Personnel très aimable et souriant. A conseiller vraiment et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Mesmo publicando no site que o parque é gratuito obrigaram-me a pagar. Mas só depois de eu já ter metido o carro ao princípio da tarde e depois do parque estar cheio é que me vieram informar que tinha um custo. Só à noite. MUITO MÁ ATITUDE. Como o parque estava cheio já não se podia tirar o carro porque ficava sem o lugar. Na minha terra chama-se chantagem e oportunismo.

Nice hotel. Near airport. We needed a handicap washroom, which they had. Reasonable prices. We would go there on our next trip to Lisboa.

Pese a que en Booking pone que no es necesario reservar la plaza de párking gratuita, al llegar al hotel se nos dijo que sí era necesario; en los alrededores del hotel todo es zona azul y zona verde, así que menos mal que era fin de semana y festivo...
En recepción, las indicaciones sobre qué paradas de metro coger las dan mal y también las de los autobuses; el domingo nos indicaron un autobús para ir directamente a Belem que resulta no pasar los domingos.
El desayuno en el hotel es caro y a la vuelta de la esquina hay una cafetería estupenda mucho más barata.

- estacionamento (nesta zona é difícil)
- rede Wi-Fi com qualidade
- pessoal simpático
Negativo:
- ar condicionado barulhento
- os quartos no 7º são quentes
- a separação da casa de banho para o quarto é feita por um vidro...para quem está acompanhado pode ser um problema.

The hotel is well located, close to the subway and also to a shopping center with a food court.
My corner room had a two nice big windows. The bathroom was very big.
Overall the experience has been good. The room had 2 daily small bottles of water.
I would go there again on my next Lisbon business trip.

Fantastic hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with fresh orange juice (not often you get that luxury at hotels). I can only recommend it.

I was staying in “superior single room” (wonder what regular room looks like).
Bedroom: comfy bed, pillow are not too high (i like low ones as I sleep on my back, so its a plus for me). Its very quit on the 7th floor at night with the window closed, so its quite a nice place to sleep. There is a small balcony here. Fridge has some beverages, water, alcohol and chocolate.
Bathroom: fun concept, the wall between bathroom and bedroom space is made of glass (hope double and twin rooms don’t have that).
Showerhead mount is not adjustable by height and the angle adjustment is useless, since the screw is loosened. No shower from the top (not sure how to call those in english). No drain blocker/cap, so you won’t be able to use bathtub for laying - only for taking shower.
There is a hairblower, one of these wall-mounted things. Not the best, but okay.
There is a table for working with a laptop, not comfy, though usable.
Didnt use the TV, cant speak about it (who even uses it anymore?)

Excelente hotel, muy buena calidad de sueño, almohadas suficientes sin pedirlo, muy buena ducha. Desayuno buffet variado. El personal muy agradable y atento. En negativo, el primer día me recomiendan yellow bus para los dos días siguientes y aceptamos y nos indican la parada. Al día siguiente perdimos dos horas, entre los 40 minutos de espera del bus, pasaba cada 20 minutos, pasaron como 6 de los rojos y ninguno de los yellow bus, tuvimos que volver al hotel a pedir que nos devolvieran el dinero, lo cual hicieron, entonces baja al metro, búscate la vida para sacar una tarjeta,etc etc total que perdimos la tarde anterior y media mañana del día siguiente con lo que no pudimos ir a Estoril. Después nos enteramos de que líos yellow bus no paran donde nos dijo el hotel, no sé de quién es el error pero a mi me fastidiaron. A parte de eso el aparcamiento en el hotel es gratuito, y tienes una boca de metro a 50 o 60 metros del hotel y paradas de buses casi en frente. Con la tarjeta del metro pagando unos 10 euros y pico tienes el combinado de tren, metro, tranvía ( turístico y eléctrico) y también barco...todo un acierto.

Definitely best for business and not tourists as the neighborhoods that are good for wandering are an hour walk away. But the #1 think business hotels need is good internet.. which unfortunately this hotel doesn't have.

The hotel is great! Super comfortable and cozy even though the having a super modern style. I found the bathroom concept (at least in my room, see picture) amazing. In terms of looks the hotel could easily pass as a five star hotel.
But the ALL the staff was super rude which really ruined the experience to me. Both the night and morning front clerks were somewhat hostile towards me. And ALL non essential staff (cleaning ladies) did not speak any language besides South American Spanish even the dining room staff was rude. My honest guess is a terrible manager, since this kind of experience is not even normal in the cheapest hostel in town (Lisbon).

Staff were fantastic and helpful but room was uncomfortable. The bathroom concept was odd and caused discomfort if anyone went to the toilet at night because the light shines straight in to the bedroom. The rooms were clean but the beds were so hard it was easier to sleep on the floor. Breakfast was great and had a fantastic selection. We only stayed here for 2 nights as the comfort level was so low that we opted to switch to another hotel closer to rossio Square. If they sorted the beds and the light that comes in to the bedroom when anyone goes to the loo then I would consider staying again.

Good spot to stay in lisbon. Near to metro, 200 meters, nice interior design, small wc but funcional, i spended 9 euros in táxi from cais do Sodré to the hotel. The public car parking in front of the hotel it's free on weakends

Hotel agréable pour un 4 étoile local. Attention ne pas demander de chambre côté travaux risque de réveil matinal et bruyant. La réception à quels notions en français assez pour qu'on puisse se comprendre. WiFi gratuit. Possibilité de se garer à l'extérieur. Il n'est pas au véritable centre ville. Il faut prendre le métro direction baixa chiado si vous recherchez des endroits animés

Hola , fuimos para celebrar las bodas de plata. Tubimos un recibimiento excepcional, con fruta , zumo y chocolate en la habitacion(fue sorpresa).Habitcion espaciosa, cama muy confortable. He estado por motivo de ocio. Ha habido un problema con una petición no atendida desde la página de reservas. Han resuelto sobre la marcha sin problemas.

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Hotel, und als wir verlängern wollten, war es leider ausgebucht.Ja, die Tiefgaragenzufahrt ist ein wenig eng, und das Zimmer nicht sonderlich groß, und manchen ist vielleicht der Schrank zu klein ...Das Fenster lässt sich öffnen, und bis zum Einsetzen des morgendlichen Flugverkehrs war es sehr ruhig. Ich hab das Fenster dann geschlossen, andere könnten mit dem Geräuschniveau vielleicht sogar leben.Ob die Matratze zu hart ist, das muss jeder für sich entscheiden.Ansonsten hatten wir nichts auszusetzen. Und wo gibt es schon einen Tiefgaragenplatz für umsonst?
