Almoçamos no restaurante do hotel!

Sadly, we were very disappointed in this hotel. First off, we had requested and been approved by a hotel manager for an early check in. When we arrived they said the room wouldn't be ready for another hour. Our room had an extremely bad oder of sewage which kept us up most of the night gagging. When we woke up we found that there had been a sewage leak and that the water had been turned off. We were not able to use the sink or shower for the reminder of the stay. The continental breakfast was also bad and so disappointing with very few selections. Very disappointed in this hotel as I was looking forward to staying here.

Nice rooms and fantastic front desk staff. There wasn't enough staff to manage the breakfast efficiently but this is probably down to low season.

Hotel moderno con camere spaziose , in centro a Faro , difficile magari un po’ parcheggiare ma con pazienza si trova . Colazione discreta con prodotti locali e freschi. Ragazza al bar gentile prepara te e caffè a richiesta .nel complesso buon rapporto qualità / prezzo

Really nice hotel. Large rooms, very modern and large. The breakfast is great as well. The location is just perfect 3 minutes walking distance from the old town.

We loved the central location, 5 - 10 minutes walk to the bus station. 5 minutes to the old town. Lots of lovely little shops, bars and restaurants . Faaron steak restaurant is 2 minutes walk and amazing. The hotel itself is immaculate, large bedroom and shower room. The restaurant is good, breakfast is good with a reasonable selection. Hot food was not the hottest, but mostly down to the guests leaving the lids open on the pans of food. Reception staff and restaurant staff are absolutely charming and helpful, a genuine pleasure to meet them. Fair is fairly quiet in February and the weather is ok, hot on our last day. The situation of the hotel is very good if you just want to potter around the many cobbled streets and the old town is charming. Bus trips to Villamora and Albufeira are easy to do, bus tickets from the station office and bus stop just outside. We can't fault the hotel although there can be a lot of noise from outside at night, so take ear plugs if you need them.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé avec un personnel accueillant . Grande chambre bien équipée (frigo et bouilloire) et superbe salle de bain.

Bad kamer was aan renovatie toe, Kamer kijkt uit op muur met allemaal airco, s Erg gehorig Ontbijt was op zich wel goed, van 7:30 tot 10:00 uur maar eerste ochtend toen wij wilde ontbijten om 8:45 was al het brood op en er was ook niks meer, diegenen die ontbijt verzorgde kon dat niet ook niet in haar eentje, de prijs 65 € p/ nacht was okee evenals lokatie

Chambre tres sombre. La fenetre donne sur une cour comprenant 15 ventilateurs de climatisation. Les boules Quies sont obligatoires pour dormir L accueil ,dans la cage d escalier, est minimal. On oublie de nous signaler de grands parkings gratuits à proximité. L employé nous rit au nez quand on pose la question

Muy buena ubicación. Pero hotel bastante ruidoso. Dábamos a una calle en la que se ubicaba el restaurante del hotel y se oía mucho. También los ruidos del interior. Las habitaciones espaciosas pero el cabecero estaba desgastado

Hotel très bien situé en centre ville, propre et moderne. En revanche chambre single très petite et sombre. Restaurant de bon rapport qualité prix et petit déjeuner correct Cependant très bruyant car rues piétonnes, entouré de terrasses de restaurants avec souvent chanteurs des rues et quelques piétons avines. Convient mirux aux noctambules.

Modern, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer zur Straße - genau zwischen 2 Restaurants. Die Fenster lassen den Lärm leider fast ungefiltert durch.

Buen hotel en el centro de la ciudad. No dispone de un parking en un lugar abarrotado de turistas y coches, pero aparte de eso tiene todos los servicios cubiertos de un 4 estrellas

Very convenient location on a pedestrian street near the waterfront; in some rooms expect to hear some music from the street; from the restaurant downstairs the smell of seafood reaches the hall of the bedrooms.

Not very well signposted, difficult to find. Room interior a bit worn out. Really dark and small bedroom. Breakfast a bit boring. Really friendly receptionists. Breakfast waitresses a bit grumpy.

Great location. Big bed with very comfortable mattress. Very specious shower. But very noisy. The windows unfortunately do not cover the sounds of the street. This makes the experience less enjoyable. Bed head was very used and so the furniture. With leaving hotel early in the morning our transfer was perfectly arranged. We did had breakfast included but with early leaving we got sandwiches with us. This was disappointing. Dry bread with ham and cheap cheese. Old banana and cheap yogurt. For price we paid this was not sufficient.

Great location in the heart of faro. Parking Space is available in the area around. As we wanted to check in at 2 PM we were told that our room was ready. We went to the room and it was not ready, it was not made at all. The room looked as if other guests had checked out a few seconds ago. We went down to the reception and got the info, that the room will be ready in one hour. So we visited the beautiful city Faro. As we came back at 3 PM we were told the hat our room was now ready and our luggage was already in the room. The funny thing was that our luggage was in our car. So we went to the room and there was luggage from other guests. So we went downstairs to tell the reception what happend. In the end we got our room. The hotel as it is is great also the breakfast is good. The electricity in the room which you have to activate with the room card goes out every few hours. This is not so good because the ac goes out in the middle of the night and the room gehts very hot.

Quelle déception cet hôtel. De passage à Faro et suite aux bons avis des guides de voyage, nous avons posé nos valises dans cet hôtel. Dans l'ensemble la description qui en est faite est assez juste, chambre propre et joli déco. Toutefois la déception réside tout particulièrement sur le service et l'accueil froid à la réception. Ainsi qu'un problème important de nuisance sonore en raison de l'installation de la ventilation à proximité des chambres. Donc, faîtes bien attention à la localisation de votre chambre et demandez impérativement un endroit calme. Sinon, très bon emplacement.

Fint hotell. Det var veldig rent og lagt en papirremse over doen som det sto «desinfisert» på, da må det jo være bra! Behagelig temperatur med air condition og det var rimelig støydempende vinduer, hørte ikke så mye til bråket utenfor. Frokosten var god, startet 0730. Jeg fikk ta litt frokost kl 0700 når jeg skulle ta flyet tidlig. De ansatte virket hyggelige og det virket som de hadde det bra på jobb, de pratet og spøket med hverandre Et bra opphold!

Um hotel muito fraquinho para ser 4 estrelas. Não é um hotel ruim, mas a proposta seria de um hotel bem melhor.

Quartos com charme, mesmo no centro de Faro

Nice room, no view. Wifi had issues in the morning .... Seemed hotel wide. Clean with large bed.

A very nice hotel with friendly and pleasant staff. Situated in the centre of Faro, Aqua Ria gives instant access to the town and marina. Rooms are very well presented with comfortable beds. Restaurant is very good and if you like a fish course they have plenty. Overall I cannot fault the hotel. If you need a pool there isn't one. There is no car park either. I didn't need them so I was fine. I stayed one night a left feeling refreshed and happy. I had a room on the second floor which had no view, it was very charming all the same. I was upgraded to the third floor due to a fault with the electrics. I was given a room with a balcony over looking the street below. I was told the room was one of their best. It was a little larger but no better or worse than the room on the second floor. I mention this because you will pay a premium for the better room and the other room was very nice.

Habitación con muy poca luz que daba a un patio interior junto a máquinas de aire acondicionado, no eran excesivamente ruidosas pero podían oirse en silencio. Para lo que pagamos esperábsmos algo mejor.

Hôtel bien placé, tout à côté du centre de la vieille ville. Facile à trouver, les chambres sont spacieuses, tout comme la salle d'eau. Propre et bien agencé, cet hôtel d'une trentaine de chambres possède trois étoiles. Par contre, l'accessibilité aux handicapés en fauteuil me paraît très compliqué et impossible dans la chambre où nous étions. Le personnel est aimable et parle (moyennement) français

Room was large, washroom was modern, staff polite and patient but hallway adjacent to entrance door smelt like a combination of garbage and fish market.

Overall a terrible experience. We arrived shortly before check-in time and were told our room would not be ready for more than hour. After walking around the downtown area for over an hour (not much to see) we arrived back at the hotel and were informed the room wasn't ready, at which point we were invited to have a complimentary drink in the restaurant. The server was not informed of this, and had to go off to confirm with the manager (the drink was comped). When we got to our room, it had been cleaned, but smelled very strongly of cleaning solution. We were told before booking that complimentary spa service and airport shuttle were included with our room rate...they were not. We were presented with a 10% off discount to the neighbouring spa and informed that we had to pay for the airport shuttle. The front desk staff mentioned it was mandatory to arrive at the airport two hours before flight, which was false, as it was only one hour (thank god we double-checked, as we were flying out at 6am). After arriving back at the hotel for an early night, we could clearly hear people outside of our window talking and drinking the entire night, which made getting to sleep very troublesome. Just when things couldn't get much worse, a band equipped with a drum set and electric guitar began playing at 11pm directly outside the window (not joking). The band managed to wake up a baby down the hall, who promptly began screaming. All in all this was a terrible experience, which was amplified by the fantastic experience we had previously enjoyed in Lagos. I would not recommend Aqua Ria, nor would I consider staying there again.

Quarto e banheiro amplos, confortável, pessoal de atendimento muito simpáticos, por fora a aparência é simples, mas se surpreende​ ao entrar no quarto. Lindo e luxuoso.

Centrico y nuevo Puntuación: 9,6 La habitación era muy amplia y decorada con mucho gusto. Todo estaba nuevo y no le faltaba detalle. El baño, igualmente nuevo, era enorme y muy bien decorado. La ducha era agradable y práctica. Suiguenos en los comensales.es

overall a good hotel albeit with a few flaws: great clean and spacious rooms, though a little dark; beds weren't very comfortable; breakfast buffet only average; very friendly service; great location (!); good value for money.
