Die Lage ist super, direkt in der Stadt. Kaffee, Wasser, Gebäck und Portwein stehen immer kostenfrei zur Verfügung.Zimmer in der I. Etage ist schlecht, da man wegen Einstieg kein Fenster offen lassen kann. Direkt gegenüber der Müllcontainer ist unschön, da nachts die verschiedenen Container geleert werden.

Really liked this hote, quite small, great room, lovely staff and the breakfast was brilliant. The location of this hotel means you can easily walk to most points in the city. Lots of restaurants and cafes all around the hotel and so no issue wrt the fact that the hotel doesn't have a restaurant.

Schönes kleines Boutique Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage.5* sind übertrieben aber 4* hat es.Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders Groß,für mich mit Gepäck auf Weltreise wars ok ,,,aber zuzweit wird’s eng.Das mit dem Frühstück ist so eine Sache, das muß man mögen in der erweiterten Hotelhalle ,,,,auf Sofas mit dem Knie am Ohr .Mein Ding war es nicht, werde im Herbst ein anderes Hotel nehmen.Das Personal war vorbildlich in jeder Angelegenheit

This hotel was amazing. Excellent lounge area, excellent beverages in the lounge, excellent views from the 6th floor, and super comfortable beds. Room 60 is an amazing room if you want a luxury suite. I loved my experience here.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut und zentral. Uns hat auch die Ausstattung sehr gefallen. Das Bett ist härter als unseres zu Hause, jedoch nicht unbequem. Die Gestaltung des Zimmers hat uns ebenso gefallen - vor allem, dass es einen Holzboden und keinen ominösen Teppich gab. Das Frühstück ist absolut in Ordnung. Für uns ist bei Städtereisen immer eine gute Sache, wenn es im Hotel ein annehmbares Frühstück gibt und man nicht schon morgens überlegen muss, wo man denn frühstückt. Es gab frisches Obst, verschiedene Brotsorten, Kuchen, Aufschnitt, Käse, Yoghurt, Müsli und Cerealien, Kaffee, Tee, Säfte, Lachs/ Fisch, Rührei und Co. Darüber hinaus konnte man sich in der Lobby rund dem die Uhr gratis mit Kaffee, Tee, Limonenwasser und ich glaube sogar Wein versorgen.Die Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir können dieses Hotel für eine Städtereise absolut empfehlen.Der Spabereich ist schön gestaltet, aber sehr überschaubar. Das Schwimmbad schmal und klein. Aber alles hübsch, sauber und gepflegt. Dass der Bereich klein ist, ist für uns aber kein Kritikpunkt, da wir bei Städtetrips keinen Wert auf Wellness und schwimmen legen. Wir sehen diesen hübschen kleinen Bereich als Goodie, das für uns nicht nötig wäre.

This place is on main and main. Can’t find a better location. Hotel is beautiful and newly renovated with original details. I would give it a five star but internet was not available in rooms while I stayed and the light controls all five panels in the room or the worst configuration I have seen. I would still come again and stay at this property.

The hotel was wonderful! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and all spoke English. Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious as well. Finally, the location was excellent. If I ever return to Lisbon, I will definitely stay there again!

The location of this hotel is excellent- we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Lisbon and you're really in a nice part of the city centre (comparable to London's Regents Street or Bond Street).
The hotel itself is a beautiful building, we loved the design of our room and the hotel in general, the room was also very spacious with plenty of storage for luggage and clothes.
We liked the complimentary biscuits, tea, coffee, water and port in the reception and found staff to be generally helpful and friendly.
There were however a few niggles which could be improved. Firstly, there was no water in the room. which I would have expected in a 4* hotel. Likewise, no conditioner, although there was a good hairdryer in the wardrobe.
We also had issues with the air-conditioning- it appeared to be working but even when set to 16 degrees it still wasn't cooling the room effectively. We ended up having to open the balcony doors, which helped, but there was a noisy generator outside our room which then posed a whole new problem! It was still 28 degrees outside even at midnight so this was a real pain.
All in all, we would stay again and as we got a good deal on the room we were happy enough, but if we had paid full price I would have been a little disappointed. This could be really lovely if they ironed out these couple of issues.

I had a very pleasant stay here. My room had a perfect blend of elegance and coziness. The size of the room was lofty in proportion. This boutique hotel is located near many fashionable shops. I do have to take a moment to thank the hotel staff for their professionalism and kindness.

Such a wonderful cute hotel Boutique! We stayed in a double room and it was thoroughly enjoyable. Breakfast is delicious and Ruben is very friendly and all the staff too.

This is an amazing hotel in a great location. The train station is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The main square, mall, walking tours, and restaurants are all within walking distance.
The staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean with super comfortable beds, which is not always the case with beds in Europe. The bathroom is beautiful with a double sink and bidet.
The hotel offers breakfast and has a great tea selection.
I can’t rave enough about this hotel. I will definitely stay here again!

WOW-I can’t rave enough about this hotel. Centrally located to both local and chain restaurants, high end shopping, shopping mall, train station to Sintra, walking tours in Rossio Square, shops, and so much more.The staff is amazing. I arrived early, they took care of me immediately and got me settled in my room.The property is very clean and the beds are super cozy. Probably one of the best beds I’ve laid in, in Europe. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would happily go back!

From the start of our reservation to being on premise, David the manager took amazing care of us. From room upgrades to restaurant recommendations and even helped me book our train to Porto, his service was impeccable.
Staff was excellent, rooms clean and spacious, lovely breakfast and perfect location.
We will be back to Lisbon and will absolutely stay here again.

This is one of the two most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. Not only was the room lovely--a full tiled bathroom with ceramic sinks and bathtub, a view onto the esplanade from the terrace, a huge comfy bed--but the lobby was a place I could have stayed in for hours. Service excellent. Breakfast abundant and delicious. Id stay there again very happily.

Der Aufenthalt gestaltete sich in allen Belangen zu unserer ganzen Zufriedenheit. Die tolle Lage des Hotels erlaubt dass man in kurzer Zeit mitten im Kuchen des Geschehens und bei all den wunderschönen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss hinkommt. Die Angestellten im Hotel waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dass man von 8-12 Morgenessen kann fanden wir hervorragend, das Morgenessen war sehr fein und es gibt ein reichliches Angebot. Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt bei schönstem Wetter!

Cafe, te e inclusive vino de cortesía. Muy bueno recomendable si se quiere visitar Lisboa un fin de semana ya que permite estar cerca de la zona histórica caminando.

Ótimo café da manhã, instalações muito confortáveis e uma localização extremamente privilegiada. Está próximo - para ir caminhando - da região mais efervescente e cheia de bares, restaurantes e lojas da cidade.

Un hotel magico nel cuore di Lisbona a due passi dalla stazione di Rossio (da dove partono i treni per Sintra), ancor più vicina la fermata della metro di praça Restaursdores e Ascensor da Glória (per raggiungere facilmente e senza fatica Bairro Alto cuore pulsante della vita notturna). Ospitalità e comfort al top in un ambiente caldo e accogliente. Classe e raffinatezza non mancano di certo in questo hotel dove anbiamo soggiornato pervuna breve vacanza nella nostra cara Lisbona.

Wir waren im November für 1 Woche nach Lissabon geflogen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal. Früstück war ganz ok. Das Hotel ist in einer guten Lage. Super zum shoppen gehen. Metro ist ganz in der Nähe. Die Busstation für die Sehenswürdigkeiten Tour ist zu fuss in wenigen minuten erreichbar. Das einzige was ich nicht do toll fand war der Lift. Es hat immer so lange gedauert bis er mal kommt. Man musste mehrmals drücken bis er reagiert. Sonst alles Super. Ich kann es gut weiterempfehlen.

Fantastisches Hotel mit toller zentraler Lage in Lissabon! Empfang und Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Große Zimmer und Badezimmer. Superfantastisches Frühstück in der Lounge. Jede Menge Restaurants etc unmittelbar in der Nähe. Alfama, Baixa, Chiado und Barrio Alto alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Volle Empfehlung!!!

We had a great stay at Hotel Heritage, on both the beginning and end of our time in Lisbon. Nice rooms, we stayed on 6th floor and had wonderful view of city. Wonderful breakfast, wonderful service. Ruben at front desk went out of his way repeatedly to help make our stay wonderful. Poured drinks, gave recommendations, made reservations, you name it. Very centrally located in Lisbon, would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel with very reasonable rates (at least in November). Staff are very friendly and helpful. We even managed to get our room at 9:30am on the day of our arrival which was much appreciated after a long haul flight to Portugal.
Rooms are beautiful and very clean and have wonderful street views and a balcony. The freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee in the morning are perfect to start the day.

Nunca me había sentido tan bien acogido en un hotel. El nivel de atención es al detalle y los empleados muy amables y acogedores. El día de mi cumpleaños se encargaron de felicitarme e incluso subir un detalle a mi habitación - me ganaron del todo!
Las habitaciones limpias, silenciosas y cómodas (la cama es una maravilla). El desayuno merece mucho la pena. La situación del hotel es privilegiada - muy bien conectada y a cuatro pasos del centro. Es sencillamente uno de los mejores hoteles que puedes encontrar en Lisboa.

Hotel location is excellent within a 5 minute walk to Ross Square and shops.
Small hotel with 6 floors. Outside appearance of the hotel is not impressive as it is an old heritage type building. However when you walk in things is different and you receive a warm welcome and feel like home. Check in process was very good and we were served by Carolina who was outstanding.
We were given a room on the 6th floor. Rooms are very spacious and clean with lots of light and comfortable bed. Room has Air-conditioning. Whilst there is no balcony windows can also be opened. Bathroom is very large.
There is no tea/coffee in the room. However downstairs in the foyer area near the lift there is 24 hour coffee/tea/cappuccino etc. We were able to take our coffee to the room. As an added bonus from lunch time to midnight there is complimentary port for the guests.
Breakfast was adequate with the basic with some cereals, hot food, fruit and sweets etc. however not a large selection. We were happy with what was provided.
Hotel does not have a restaurant. However there are plenty of restaurants serving excellent food at reasonable prices. Restaurants on the Rosso Square are also a good choice.

Petit hôtel parfaitement situé et intelligemment aménagé avec goût en conservant le charme des hôtels d'autrefois. On s'imagine en voyageur du 19ème siècle mais avec tout le confort moderne. Tout était parfait, personnel, petit déjeuner, chambre... La salle de bain de notre chambre (1er étage) était juste exceptionnelle avec sa magnifique robinetterie à l'ancienne. Je suis habituellement critique et exigeant mais là pas moyen de trouver une remarque négative. 5 étoiles largement méritées.

Very unassuming corner building, but the location is good. It is near a metro stop, there are a couple of funiculars nearby and walking to the centre and tourist areas is straightforward.
They offer free tea and coffee (you help yourself to a Nespresso machine) and also free Port each evening, which is very good.
They do a simple breakfast, but there is no restaurant.
Our room was a large one on the top floor overlooking the main throughfare. It had a separate seating area and a big bathroom. It was clean and all of the facilities worked well, shower was good and the air conditioning both effective and quiet.
It isn't the glossiest of hotels but it is functional and on our deal, plus our free upgrade, reasonably priced.
So long as you are not looking for a large glossy hotel with restaurants then the Heritage is a good choice.

A bit old-fashioned hotel on a main thoroughfare of Lisbon. Walking distance to old town attractions. Metro and bus stops nearby. Sintra-bound trains leave from the rail station across the street. Staff very kind and helpful.

Emplacement idéal et service discret de qualité
Très bien placé en bas de l'Avenida Liberdade. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Petit déjeuner copieux, service discret. Quartier calme malgré le centre ville. Au 6eme étage sous les toits, la pluie fait un peu de bruit sur le zinc mais séjour réussi.

동료들과 자유여행으로 리스본 4박을 이곳서 보냈습니다. 명품가게가 한쪽으로 즐비하고 다른쪽으로는 일반 중저가 브랜드..쇼핑에서 완벽할뿐만 아니라 신트라 갈때 이용할 호시우역도 지척에..그리고 시내 한가운데라...너무 좋은 위치에 호텔이 있습니다.
객실에 생수가 없고 전기포트 역시 없는데..처음엔 이상했지만 로비서 음료와 물이 늘 제공되기에 익숙해지니 좋았습니다.
로비에 허브차도 다양하게 있습니다.
다만 천장이 높아 조금 썰렁합니다. 여름엔 좋겠는데..겨울엔 천장이 높아 좀 추웠습니다

We just stayed at this hotel for three nights checking out yesterday, This hotel actually offers coffee, tea, and two types of Portuguese wine 24 hours a day in the lounge area off the lobby, which is also the breakfast room. Even if they did not have that unique feature this place would be great. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of choices. Unlike the hotels in Spain where we stayed on this trip, which were great, the breakfast had actually coffee-pot coffee, not just the Expresso type machine where you insert a packet and push a button. This hotel is located in the area called the Modern City on the main street Avenida Do Liberdade but it is a five minute walk from the Chiado section which is the shopping area and the pedestrian mall in that area which leads to the large Plaza by the water. ( I forget the name). There is also easy access to the other interesting sections, Barrio Alto and Alfama (where the Castle is located). The staff is just great; friendly and helpful in every way. And they all speak perfect English. In fact everyone in Lisbon seems to be fluent in English. Our room was very good. It was spacious enough for the two of us with sufficient closet space. The bathroom was fine but I found one of the controls on the shower a little difficult, but my wife had no problem.

Sage location on street with high end shopping. Convenient location for tour meeting places. Comfortable rooms with high ceilings, king bed, large bathroom, big bathtub, beautiful decor, nice people. Has pool and gym.

This is a beautiful little hotel and possibly the most relaxing hotel I have ever stayed in. Theres no fuss here. I have absolutely no regrets staying here or recommending the place whole heartedly and the staff are genuinely warm, nice people that care about your stay and your experience. If I was in Lisbon again Id stay here again. If I could lift this little hotel and put it in my suitcase Id take it everywhere with me and always stay in it.

Friendly and welcoming hotel, in an old building but decorated in a reasonably modern way that has kept traditional features. Our Superior room was spacious and spotellesly clean, with a very large comfortable bed. There were 2 sets of floor to ceiling doors that opened out onto the side street- views of the fenicukar and the main Avenue. When the doors were shut, there was virtually nonnoise so we had no trouble sleeping. The breakfast was buffet style, with plenty choice of cold items and a few hit items. A wide variety of teas and coffees are available for all guests, 24hrs a day, along with cool water and port. The location is excellent, with most places we visited within walking distance (including the castle, Alfama, Bairro Alto) and Rossio station just 5 minutes walk. We got the train from Rossio to Sintra for a day trip ... It was excellent! Trains are every 20 mins and rake about half an hour. We also visited Belem by bus and took a Tuk Tuk ride. The hotel us near the Aerobus stop, a metro and the hop on hop off buses.

Ganz tolles Hotel, gute Lage, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück!Fand es toll, dass man sich Tee und Kaffe an der Lobby einfach einschenken konnte. Kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen!Das einzige was mich gestört hat: Wieso um Himmelswillen gibt es keine Vorhänge im Bad???? Wenn am Abend das Licht an ist, sieht man in das Badezimmer! Das hat uns wirklich gestört....ansonsten war alles super! Auch wenn man im 5.Stock ist...da gibt es Hochhäuser die gegenüber stehen. Also bitte: macht Vorhänge oder Storren an die Badezimmer Fenster! Das ist die einzige Kritik die angebracht ist: ansonsten wirklich alles super!

Magnifique séjour à lhôtel Héritage de Lisbonne du 06 au 10 février 2016. Personnel attentionné très professionnel. Tout a été impeccable mais un petit bémol pour les lits qui manquaient un peu de stabilité.A part cela, vous pouvez y aller.

Hotel room was great and really enjoyed the coffee and tea making facilities. Location was excellent - was disappointed with the staffs restaurant suggestions and breakfast selection but they were minor issues! Overall - enjoyed my stay(especially given the low price and high quality of the hotel room!)

The hotel is wonderfully situated, very central and in the tree lined avenida de liberdade. It has lovely views over the town. The hotel itself is extremely comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. All aspects of it were lovely, the free tea and coffee is a nice touch too. Breakfast was excellent.The only negative side to the hotel was the fact that there seemed to be a bar or cafe nearby playing really loud music to vey late at night. Despite the double glazed patio doors and shutters it was difficult not to hear the music. Its obviously OK if youre out until 1am too!

The staff here were just amazing. They couldnt have been kinder and more helpful. The breakfast is delicious with many choices and served in a cozy lounge setting.The location is so convenient. We spent two nights at the Heritage. Great location. We felt very safe, if we walked down the block one way we came to Louis Vuitton, Porsche Design, Burberry, etc. if we walked the other way, we walked through many restaurants, outdoor markets and small shops on our way to the ocean. The room was very nice, breakfast was easy and the drink desk staff was very helpful!

Good but not worthy of the high rates.
The room we stayed in (room 41) had 3 full sized (from floor to ceiling) windows. The architecture seemed a lot like Paris. So the room was really well lit during the day and from the windows you could still see the viewpoint from Saint Peter from Alcântara (near Bairro Alto) and the Santa Justa Lift.
The sleep quality was great because if you have the windows closed you won't notice a thing of what's happening outside and the bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was OK, I understand the Hotel wanted to maintain a classic style, for the bathroom, but it wasn't the style I was expecting for the price I payed.
The main lobby is the same where the breakfast is served. Many couches, no chairs and a tea counter available 24 hours a day along with some Porto wine. Breakfast was good, the fruit salad could have more fruit (didn't had banana) and there is Nespresso coffee.
Overall I felt I payed a lot more than I got. Overpriced but not bad, there's just other hotels that there are cheaper with the same or better quality.

Härligt väder med sol och värme. Gemensamma middagar med goda vänner som också besökte Lissabon samma helg

Diskreter, unauffälliger Service. Traum-Zimmer mit Blick über Lissabon - fantastisch. Gutes, aber sehr übersichtliches Frühstück. Sehr gute Lage, man geht raus und ist mitten drin, so wie wir uns das bei einem Stadt-Trip wünschen. Trotz Champions League Finale mit einmaliger Stimmung konnten wir nachts sehr gut schlafen. Wir waren insgesamt 9 Tage in Lissabon, davon 4 Tage im Heritage Avenida Liberdade.

Ett trivsamt och fint hotell i bästa läge för att uppleva Lissabon. Gratis portvin efter en lång utflyktsdag, något spartansk men god frukostbuffe, rent och snyggt. Diskret och vänlig hotellpersonal. Vad kan man mer begära. Hotellet bidrog till en lyckad weekend i Lissabon. Jag rekommenderar detta hotell.

the hotel is located on a main avenue, but the hotel provides a calming oasis. the staff are very friendly and speak excellent english. the furnishings in the room are elegant and tasteful, and the city view (we were on the 5/f) is amazing.

Ein sehr angenehmes und elegantes Hotel direkt im Herzen von Lissabon, nur wenige Schritte entfernt von der Metrostation Restauratores und der Haltestelle des Flughafenbusses. Modern eingerichtet, angenehme Atmosphäre. In der im ersten Stock gelegenen Bibliothek steht Internet zur Verfügung. Auf das Frühstück haben wir verzichtet und stattdessen hervorragend im nur einige Gehminuten entfernten Cafe Nicola gefrühstückt, nicht billig aber gut. Für das jüngere Publikum: das HardRock-Cafe Lissboa liegt gleich um die Ecke.Würden sofort wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten!

The hotel is located at a very good location. The lobby and the lounge look tasteful. The bathroom size is good in room 331. But the bed area is comparatively too small. But since it is a corner room, there is a lot of natural light which makes it appealing to stay.

Hier stimmt einfach alles, wie es die anderen Bewertungen auch wiedergeben. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit vielen Detaillösungen (Steckdose im Safe, Radio im Bad, etc.), mit gratis WLAN. Das Frühstück war von sehr hoher Qualität. Wir wurde sehr freundlich an der Rezeption beraten.

Spezielles Hotel, inmitten von Lissabon.Shopping ohne das Taxi benuetzen zu muessen. Super dass man Internet Gratis im Zimmer hat.Die Zimmer haben gutes Design und sind ruhig uns sauber.
Fruehstueck wuerde ich auch FREE zur verfuegung stellen im Preis. Ein Muss! Sonst war alles super!
Wuerde wieder ist dieses Hotel einchecken.

C'est un hôtel avant tout un hôtel où la décoration compte. J'ai logé 5 nuits dans la chambre 63, qui présente une magnifique vue sur l'arrière mais qui est assez petite. S'inscrivant par Agoda, il semble que l'on ne donne pas toujours les chambres les meilleurs ou du moins les plus spacieuses. L'hôtel était peu rempli. Je conseille donc de ne pas hésiter à demander une autre chambre, si celle qui est proposée ne convient pas.

L'heritage Avenidade Libertade à Lisbonne est un très bel hôtel à la décoration très soignée. L'emplacemnet est idéal, à à peine 200 m du centre historique.
Les chambres sont grandes, même les chambres standard. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et variés. A noter cependant qu'il n'y a pas de restaurant au sein de l'hôtel. Mais les restaurants sont nombreux aux alentours.

Hotel was clean and in the perfect location - close to all great sites in Lisbon. Also, close to Restaurdores train station for any day trips out of Lisbon (like Sintra). Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They gave me a great restaurant recommendation every night. Rooms were clean and quite spacious for European boutique hotel. And free wi-fi which worked perfectly in my room - a must for me! The only negative comment I could possibly make would be on the fitness center which is not really a fitness center as a small room with two cardio items. With that said, Id definitely stay again if going to Lisbon.
