O hotel é muito bom, mas a localização não é das melhores. É longe do centro e dos principais pontos turísticos de interesse, e a estação de metrô mais próxima não tem acessibilidade (apenas escadas).
O café da manhã é excelente, mas o serviço de limpeza e organização do quarto deixa a desejar.
O restaurante do Hotel oferece ótimo atendimento e tem pratos razoáveis a bom preço.

Hotel e quarto limpos, boa localização, atendimento excelente! Indico a hospedagem! O estacionamento é pago, cerca de 12 ou 14 euros, o café da manhã é um pouco salgado, acabamos comendo fora. No metro há um supermercado com bons preços para economizar!

Bon hôtel, sur la lignée des Novotel, pas de surprise.
Le personnel est très agréable et le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux, vous n’aurez que l’embarras du choix !
Vous avez le métro à 5 minutes à pieds.
L’aéroport est à environ 20 minutes et il vous en coûtera 8 euros avec UBER.

Great location. Walking distance to some great shops and restaurants
Air-conditioning did not work well so the room was very hot and was kept awake by the sound of doors closing and other hotel rooms. Hotel would be wise to invest in some little rubber bumpers to keep the doors from slamming closed

The hotel is modern and has great comfort. The breakfast buffet is superb and the location was good. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop for the hop-on hop-off busses.

Tudo muito bom tudo 5 estrelas limpeza, conforto, pequeno almoço ótimo.
A confusão é o estacionamento, cada vez que saímos do hotel temos que validar o ticket e pedem o pagamento de imediato o que não é necessário se existir reservas para mais que uma noite, e a agravar mais a situação é que temos que estar em fila na recepção
Exidte uma máquina para a validação, mas está desativada.

Habitaciones grandes y limpias; la sala fitness deja bastante que desear, es pobre, pequeña y antigua; sin mantenimiento alguno. Teniendo el espacio que tienen, deberían de agrandarla y mejorar maquinaria y mantenimiento......un "cero" en mi valoración.
El wifi es bastante lento; no se puede trabajar con el cuando vienes en viajes de negocios, ya que tarda bastante en descangar simples páginas como por ejemplo, de cursos online.....debería de mejorar.

Un Novotel de 4 estrellas está situado a unos minutos del metro y autobuses. Esta reformado pero aún así se le ve que es de batalla. Las habitaciones están bien. Amplias limpias con una cafetera. Tv grande pero tiene algo que te hace ver que no está a la última. Tiene piscina de verano y gimnasio

They have issues with the room key system. I had to get down to the reception 4 times during my stay to let them make my room keycard valid.
They said that I should keep the keycard seperate from other cards and my mobile. Sorry but this is not that case in 95% of the other hotels in that I stay.
The rooms are average but they have a good breakfast

Super child friendly hotel. The staff is always available for assisting guests. The breakfast is worth every cent and the dinner menu is also very decent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Average hotel... just about. The pluses : fantastic breakfast, very kid friendly. The minuses : very basic hotel, check in took long because of the number of people checking in. There weren't enough pillows for the 4 of us, it took repeated calls to get one additional pillow (we needed 2 additional pillows!!) The aircon wasn't switched on in the hotel, and our room was hot hot hot! It was quite uncomfortable. Also our room was quite noisy (airplanes landing and cars on the roads) so we couldn't crack open the window!
Overall, despite the breakfast and kids friendly nature of the hotel, it is a definite 'no' for us!

Séjour en famille situation correct pour visiter Lisbonne petit déjeuner très variés et bon. Par contre il est temps de rénover les chambres d'organiser l'accès au petit déjeuner chaque matin file d'attente et demander aux personnels de faire au moins semblant d'être heureux au travail pour savoir accueillir vos clients rapport qualité prix tres moyen pour un novotel heureusement qu'il y a ce petit déjeuner

Molto costoso per il poco che ci offre. Chiedono di riutilizzare le asciugamani ma le cambiano comunque. Il punto forte è il ristorante, con una ottima carta di vini e cibo di altissima qualità. Plus per il commesso João e sua sorella Raquel ed il portinaio Miguel, gentilissimi e disponibili.

In general, I rooms, location, and breakfast are quite ok, however I had a small accident in the hotel which was completely neglected from the hotel manager. Due to a broken electric kettle lid, I accidentaly poured hot boiling water on my arm which resulted in an open wound. I complained several times to the hotel manager, but got no response in return. Therefore, if you stay there, note the equipment. Also note that TV was not functional in the room, and one evening the whole 5th floor didn't have electricity for 20 min.

Just ok...good room service but don't expect the front desk to answer the phone when you call, they just ignore the calls if they have like 3 people checking out. after waiting for 15 minutes on the phone trying to get something, decided to go down and get it myself and got charged the same as if they took it there...13 Euros for a soup!!!! Can you believe that? Toilet paper is as cheap as you can get. Had better paper at a 2 stars hostel. Do have to praise the cleaning staff as they do a perfect job and are very helpful...they deserve any tips you give them.

Not a 4 star hotel. Novotel Lisboa, Dont stay at this hotel,
This is a decaying hotel that really shouldnt be still under the Novotel umbrella.
1) There is no airconditioning in March. Advertised as having air con but this is not true.
2) the room window is left open by the staff but this doesnt cool the room
3) the hotel is under the flight path for the airport, so you cant leave the window overnight.
4) the internet is old and so slow I couldnt email or recieve emails. I was told by the desk that the hotel has limited bandwith. this was unaceptable.
5) Doors slam through the hotel and woke us a number of nights.
6) the large number of families makes the breafast area chaos. This has become a family hotel and not a hotel for the buisness traveller.
7) There are not enough reception staff. They dont answer the phone. When you go down to recepton you have to wait for long periods.
8) the staff are grumpy and short, when asked for information most of them do not give the full details
9) the cleaning staff do not respond to greetings.
10) the safe didnt work when we arrived, there is no plug in the bath, the handle for the plug in the sink is missing. When water goes down the sink , a strong smell of sewerage fills the room

Probleme de parking donné comme complet alors qu’a moitie vide. Negociation necessaire. Absence de places d’accueil lors de l’arrivee ayant entraîné la mise d’un sabot par la fourriere. Dommage pour une impression de bonne arrivée... absence de micro onde et d’espace adapté. Neanmoins propre et au niveau des attentes que l’on a dans un hotel du groupe.

Tolles Hotel. Leicht mit der Metro zu erreichen. Auch vom Flughafen. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer und jeden Cent wert. So viel Auswahl findet man selten. Und alles toll angerichtet. Allein drei Kaffeemaschinen da wo andere gerade mal eine haben.

Just back in our hotel for a short rest. Very comfortable by the Metro. Five minutes walk. Make sure, to buy one day pass for 6.40 Euro. Make sure to have cash. Public transportation tickets are not sold for credit card.

an awful experience that I had to ask 7 times the reception to check why the air-condition was not functioning. Personnel was ignorant and not trained. Just smiling without knowing any process of the hotel. An awful experience. Use another hotel or go and you will be the one writing comments here again :)

Et bien pas de séjour pour notre part car avec les événements actuels impossible de se rendre dans quelques jours là bas, donc je fais une demande pour annuler mon voyage (via booking) et surprise !! Alors que l’annulation était soit disant gratuite, et bien l’hôtel ne veut pas me rembourser !!!!! Au final 360€ dans le c..

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et tout est fait pour votre séjour soit agréable. Le moindre détail est pensé pour vous satisfaire. La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain très bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. Je vous recommande le restaurant « A Bicicleta ».
Enfin l’emplacement est très bon. En quelques minutes de marche, vous êtes à la station de métro « Praça de Espanha ». Bref, j’ai trouvé mon adresse à Lisbonne et j’espère y retourner dès que possible !

Nous avions réservé 3 nuits en précisant que nous étions un couple et un bébé de 7 mois pour bien faire penser au lit pour bébé. Pas assez apparemment puisqu'ils nous avaient préparé le clic-clac pour le bébé... après plusieurs descentes à l'accueil une personne nous monte enfin un lit parapluie qui n'a jamais été refait, ni changement de draps pendant les 3 nuits...le notre oui. Niveau ménage juste remplacement des gels douche, poubelles vidées mais rien de plus, on retrouvait nos cheveux et autres dans le lavabo et la baignoire tous les jours. Points positifs: le personnel très aimable et le petit déjeuner complet.

No air conditioning is provided. Interpretation is controlled by the central government. The weather outside can be as high as 18 degrees. When I booked the hotel, there was air conditioning on the internet. The gym was closed for maintenance. All facilities do not match the Internet

Processos burocráticos no pequeno e no restaurante; falta de profissionalismo da atendente que fica na entrada do restaurante; informações erradas sobre o menu; pequeno almoço confuso, faltando pratos, copos, para, frutas, etc. enfim, durante quase 15 anos que me hospedo no Novotel Lisboa, está foi, sem dúvida, a pior experiência.

Llegué por trabajo a NOVOTEL, era un viaje de empresa, la noche de hotel estaba ya pagada por mi empresa, pero como no llevaba conmigo la tarjeta con la que se realizó el pago, me hicieron pagar de nuevo la habitación. Es totalmente absurdo e imposible que yo pueda llevar una tarjeta de una empresa que NO ES MI EMPRESA. Cuando enseñé a la encargada de recepción mis papeles para justificar que estaba ya todo pagado, le doy igual, o le pagaba de nuevo o no podía hacer el check inn. No hizo el ni el mínimo esfuerzo en ayudarme ni en darme una solución.
Sin duda alguna NUNCA volvería no sólo por la atención que fue deplorable y cero empática, sino porque me parece un absurdo que me hagan pagar algo que mi empresa ya ha pagado por mi.
Es un hotel que al que nunca podrás regalar a nadie una noche de hotel, ni visitar por negocios, pues SÓLO te dan la opción de pagar en recepción, por lo que ellos mismos están muy limitados.
Absurdo, ridículo, poca mano izquierda, poco interés en resolución de problemas, gente hermética y deshumanizada. UN CERO en atención al cliente por parte de la encargada de recepción.
Además no miran a los ojos, no sonríen.... yo trabajo de cara al público e intento ser excelente en mi trabajo. No puedo decir lo mismo de ellos.
Había mucha gente detrás del mostrador pero ninguno me prestaba atención ni hizo nada por hacerme sentir bien. Todo lo contrario, me asilaron en una esquina mientras intentaba llamar a mi empresa, no me ofrecieron ni su teléfono para hacer la llamada, a pesar de que el inconveniente me lo crearon ellos. Y además me vieron nerviosa e insegura y NADIE se acercó a tranquilizarme, más bien todo lo contrario, todo caras largas y serias. MUY MAL MUY MAL. Me hicieron sentir MUY MAL.
La habitación que me tocó era horrorosa, una ventana pequeñísima, le faltaba ventilación y al lado del ascensor, apenas pude descansar porque había mucho ruido de fuera.
Lo único bueno que tengo que decir es EL DESAYUNO, exquisito y la atención IMPECABLE.
Pero los de la recepción suspendidos, sobretodo la encargada.

Hotel que necesita renovación urgente. Nos alojamos una noche en este hotel y no tiene nada que ver con los de la cadena. Se nota muy viejo y necesita una gran reforma. El restaurante bicicleta no esta nada mal, aunque solo el barman fue muy amable, los demás camareros bastante antipáticos.

My friends, an 80 years old lady using a cane travels with me. When we got to the hotel, I asked her to go inside and asked for a bellman to help with our bags. As I was helping her with her bag too. The hotel does not has bell service. The young man at the front desk said he would make an exception and help. When he came out, instead of helping he just pointed to some push carts and said we can use those. It would have only took him 30 seconds to take the bags up the steps but he didn’t want to be bothered. When I got to the front desk with much effort, he was not busy at all. I couldn’t believe the degree of bad service!

We stayed there in feb 2020. It was good and decent stay. Room was neat and clean. One thing which I like the most about hospitality. I requested them that I need room on higher floor and then instantly changed it. Very limited vegan/ vegetarian options available.

Der Empfang war etwas förmlich, keine Nachfrage ob man gut angereist sei. Alles absolut korrekt. Das Haus ist ein klassisches Novotel mit grossen Zimmern und Bad. Dort könnte man die Armaturen etwas renovieren, der Drehverschluss für den Abfluss der Badewanne fiel auseinander. Der Komfort ist aber sehr gut, un im Zimmer absolut ruhig dank sehr gut schallgedämmten Fenstern. Das ist in Lissabon nicht überall so. Bei offenem Fenster ist der Verkehrs-Lärmpegel allerdings hoch. Auch die Flugzeuge, die direkt übers Hotel fliegen hört man kaum.

Espaço muito agradável, o restaurante do hotel tem comida muito saborosa e diversificada, com doses bastante generosas. O pequeno-almoço é um pouco caro, não experimentei.
Em relação ao quarto, fiquei num quarto triplo, é espaçoso, e tanto a cama de casal como a cama extra são confortáveis. Um ponto negativo, é que tem alcatifa no chão. A opinião geral foi muito positiva.

Hotel w porządku - jak zawsze w Novotelu. Trochę widać upływ czasu, ale wszystko działa, jest czysto i cicho - z wyjątkiem głośnej klimatyzacji (w zimie nie używaliśmy). Śniadania z bardzo dobrym wyborem, kilka razy jeden z kelnerów roznosił pastel de nata :) można zamówić omlet z dużym wyborem dodatków. Polecam sok z pomarańczy i owoce - w Polsce niestety takich na świeżo się nie zje.
Do stacji metra jest 4 lub 5 minut (linia niebieska lub czerwona), koło stacji metra Sao Sebastiao jest duzy dom handlowy (El Corte Inglese) z marketem i częścią gastronomiczną (o markowych sklepach nie wspominam).
Wzdłuż ulicy jest sporo miejsc do parkowania (płatne od 9 do 19), więc nie jest się zmuszonym korzystać z parkingu hotelowego - a za rogiem jest komenda policji, więc jest spokój.
Jedno, co chciałbym zmienić to poduszki - są dwie do wyboru, ale jest wysoka i bardzo wysoka, nie dla śpiących na brzuchu.

The hotel was not up to the standards from Globus! We had to keep calling reception for tea bags to a glass of water, as they gave only one glass! There was no air on so it used to be quite warm at night , little better with the open window! There was no ice available as the machine broke down! We asked for a iron they said to come to reception and pick it up! Breakfast was nice but could have had a better stay!! I will think twice before booking this hotel!

L’hôtel est assez proche d’une station de métro mais quand même à 20mn du centre ville. La piscine est petite et froide. Deco et services classiques d’un novotel ... je ne recommanderais pas forcément. Possible de trouver un meilleur rapport qualité - prix je pense

Un hotel cómodo e ideal para familias. Habitaciones amplias, camas supletorias y baño grande. Hay una pequeña zona de juegos poco cuidada, pero una consola y tv en el Hall. En el check-in les regalaron un osito de peluche, un detalle por su parte.
Buen desayuno.
A pesar de no estar en el centro, está bien comunicado.
Atención en mostrador excelente, no tanto la gestión del restaurante La Bicicleta... No está preparado para asumir los desayunos o cenas de los huéspedes cuando tienen ocupación máxima. Es un espacio pequeño donde no cabe tanta gente y hay que hacer largas colas (en temporada alta).

The hotel was close to both the Metro and a bus stop, making it very easy to get to the city center. We had a car and it was super convenient that a parking garage was located underneath the hotel. We also liked the large selection of food on the breakfast buffet.

The hotel started off ok until we realized it was hot in our room. We called the front desk and asked to have it adjusted and I was told they couldn’t do it because the entire building was at the same temperature. This was interesting since the lobby was at a comfortable temperature, yet my room was like a sauna. Needless to say my family and I didn’t sleep either night. It was so hot I started to sweat as did other members of my family. I called again and asked for a fan to which I was told they didn’t have any. Thank goodness I didn’t pay for breakfast because that was a mad house. I don’t think anyone ate all that great or hassle-free down there. I DO NOT recommend this place, stay at an Airbnb or Marriott / Hilton etc.

At check in and out initial impression of the hotel was great, however we started to notice it was extremely hot in our room. We called the front desk and asked them to help us adjust the room temperature because it was too hot. They told us they were unable to and that the only thing they could do was open a window. The window in the room was already open and it remained hot. Bottom line we spent two hot nights where my family was unable to sleep. Worst experience in a while.

Muy buena opción para viaje familiar con niños. El sofá cama para niños está bien, pero para mayores no es cómodo. El desayuno bufete bien con todo lo necesario, lo único que puedes ser que tengas que esperar algo de cola. Bien situado, cerca de estaciones de tren y metro. Y el trato excelente muy atentos. I was initially checked into a room with a sofa bed down. I went to close the sofa bed and saw multiple metal brackets were broken. The bed would not fully close into couch position. I went to explain to the front desk and had to urge them to move me, which they eventually did. However, they did not seemed concerned about sofa bed issue, which I said was unsafe. Also, window in room was cracked open, so I investigated and saw that the window could fully open, had no safety feature or screen, and was 1 foot off the ground. I was fine, but warn anyone with infants or children that the windows were not to EU standards for safety. Hotel location wasnt central to main touristic area, though close to public transportation. If walking from the hotel on main street, quickly enter an area of homeless people, graffiti, and immigrant communities, FYI.

Un hotel antiguo y sucio. Han reformado la zona de cafetería y restaurante, y esa zona esta bien, pero una vez que subes al ascensor para subir a las habitaciones, ya te encuentras pasillos y habitaciones de moqueta, con una higiene más que discutible. Por no hablar del sofa cama que hay en las habitaciones... Además, no está equipado para toda la gente que puede alojarse en el. Cola de más de media hora para desayunar, cola para pagar el Parking del Hotel como si se tratase de un Parking publico, sin plazas suficientes en el Parking, etc. Un sitio para no volver.

Recomendo vivamente! Comi bacalhau assado no forno com batatas a murro e estava muito bom! Porém a quantidade de batatas não é proporcional à quantidade de bacalhau, o que me levou a ter de pedir uma dose extra de acompanhamento. Pelo preço que se paga é injustificável servirem tão pouco acompanhamento. O serviço foi exemplar.

Primera visita a Lisboa y quedé muy contento con el hotel, habitaciones amplias, recepción amable, personal del comedor muy amables también. Desayuno delicioso, café de máquina pero muy bueno, nada que ver con lo aguado que está en otros hoteles. Por poner una pega, la recepción tiene un área con dos televisiones conectadas a una xbox pero no funcionaba muy bien, mi hijo acabó enfadado porque no se conectaba al servidor ningún día. Otra pega es que la ventana de la habitación 810 no cierra bien y un día hizo mucho viento y hacía un ruido horrible, puse una toalla para amortiguar el ruido y se quedó ahí puesto los 3 días restantes, la de la limpieza al verlo debería haber enviado a alguien de mantenimiento. Por lo demás todo bien.

Номер просторный, но старый и присутствовал запах из раковины в уборной.
Кондиционер не работал, было душно и жарко. После уборки номера обнаружена пропажа браслета.
Слабый WiFi работал только в туалете.
Отель не тянет на 4 звёзды. Нет бесплатной воды в номере (только при заезде 1 бутылка)

Poker typowo novotelowe, bez wyrazu jak we wszystkich hotelach tej sieci. Na wielki plus była duża łazienka ale z wanną, mimo że prosiłem o prysznic (pewnie nie ma, bo nigdy nie dostałem a nocowałem w tym hotelu kilka razy). Powolna obsługa w recepcji (10 minut przy zameldowaniu) i w resteuracji (przyjęcie zamówienia 10-25 minut). Fatalne wifi. Mercure kilka metrów dalej wypada pod tym względem dużo lepiej. Hotel mimo to polecam.

The facilities looked just abandoned. I wouldn't reccomend this. The mirrors had some oxidation, the walls were very dirty, the carpet looked disgusting. Breakfast was okay, staff was polite and the room spacious enough. Doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel.

Wish there was really coffee inside the rooms. Bathroom was nice and spacious. Pool area is really nice if there is nice weather. Not close to the city but far enough it was quiet. I would say it's pretty average. The rooms aren't the worst but it could be nicer if it was a bit more modern. The lights tend to turn off, so it quite dark. I'm using 4G right now, the wifi SUCKSS! it stresses me out because when I need to get work done it's impossible! Some of the staff here can't speak English so I have no idea what they are saying, which is annoying. Its not that close to the centrum which is that handy. Although, the breakfast here is good, it nearby the airport. Also is close to bus stops. But I wouldn't stay here again

This hotel needs new management or management needs to look into how to improve guests experience.
I booked this hotel to spend some quality time in Lisbon and one of the main ammenities for me is a hotel's gym!
The machines have been (from I was told) out of service for a long time - And they just keep on saying they are waiting for service to repair them. I spent several days and not a sign of repair. The hotel is also inconveniently located which didn't make it easier for me to look for alternatives for my daily workouts.
Is possible that a hotel does not have WIFI. Would I stay here again. NO and I would highly recommend you to stay somewhere else. There are many hotels at this price range that are far better than Novotel.

Um hotel dentro da normalidade dos preços (inflacionados) praticados atualmente em Lisboa.
Prós:
. Localização,
. Quarto espaçoso com mini bar à disposição
. Espaço restaurante/cafetaria bem decorados e apelativos
. Piscina exterior.
Contras:
. Rede Wi-Fi falha constantemente.
. Uma única passadeira no micro ginásio. (Aquando da minha estadia, estava avariada)
.Chave abertura do quarto desmagnetiza constantemente. (Fui três vezes à receção)
Apelo à gerência que não há nada mais de mau gosto do que funcionários (cozinha, bar/restaurante) a discutirem uns com os outros sem qualquer tipo de reserva para com os hóspedes.

The hotel was close to two train stations which made the location very convenient, 7 min walk to the smaller one and 10 min walk to Sete Rios the larger train station. The rooms could use an update and we could heard quite a bit of noise in the hallway at night. The breakfast was amazing and one of the best I have had at a chain hotel! Its a budget hotel. I dont know if I would stay there again but is fine for a couple days.

My husband and I had a late flight out of Lisbon so booked a night at the Novotel to at least get a few hours rest before we had to leave. This was mentioned at check in that we wouldn't be staying the whole night so we paid our room tax upfront.
We woke up around 9pm and as I was going to the bathroom (completely naked) I heard someone trying to insert a key card into our room (they had not knocked). I held up the door handle so they couldn't enter. After they tried a few times, they finally knocked and I asked what they wanted. A woman replied that "reception said you were leaving".
I had never told reception what time we were leaving, and regardless we had paid for a full night so sending housekeeping up to flip the room without confirming your guests have left is poor form (assuming this was housekeeping and not some "friend" of the hotel staff).
When I mentioned this to the front desk, the two gentleman claimed they had no idea why this would happen as they never sent housekeeping. These are the only two people who knew we intended to leave early so join the dots on that.
I would consider this incident a gross invasion of our privacy and a serious security issue the hotel should address.

Hotellet var bra för affärsresa men ett stort minus för att alla konditionsmaskiner i gymet var trasiga samt att det saknades mattor för övningar på golvet.

Skulle inte rekommendera detta för semesterboende då det ligger i en officepark och vid inflygningen till flygplatsen.

This hotel is surprisingly family oriented. That is not my experience with Novotel in the past. I expected metal and glass, extremely well design and efficient spaces. I was not disappointed. But the attentions to children's needs really impressed. My child is grown and not with me though.
The elevator requires room key to enable, but the allowed delay is too short for most people.
You have to ask for ice at the bar, no machines. The sidewalk outside and steps are aweful, and the area is completely car oriented. I ran three times anyway.
The pool looks nice but is not open early enough or late enough for adults. It is a place for kid fun.

Excelente relación calidad-precio, habitación agradable con colchón muy cómodo. Muy cerca de la boca de metro de P. Espanha, la mejor opción para moverte por Lisboa.
Hemos dejado el coche en el parking del hotel pero en los alrededores he visto plazas para aparcar.
El restaurante la bicicleta muy bueno y el desayuno nos ha gustado mucho.

La habitación familiar estaba muy limpia y bien de espacio, el a.a funcionaba correctamente ,el desayuno es ESPECTACULAR, variado y de calidad, también cenamos un día en el hotel y en la misma linea.
Es verdad que pasan aviones continuamente, pero con la doble ventana de la habitación ni se aprecia el ruido.
En cuanto al personal del hotel me pareció correctisimo, y en concreto Adriana de recepción ,un encanto.
El parking son 11e día ,a mi parecer el precio es correcto habiendo comparado los precios de parking por Lisboa .
En cuanto la ubicación ,está la parada de metro linea azul plaza de España a 5 min, y en metro se tarda otros 10min en llegar al centro sin ningún transbordo .
Si vuelvo a ir a Lisboa repetiría sin lugar a dudas.

Delightfully surprised with the great service, cleanliness and amazing breakfast buffet of this hotel. Was very hesitant at first due to the previous reviews. We had a late check in due to our flight delay but was glad that we were checked in quickly and found our room to be very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the yellow bus tour, just across the street from hotel. Very important to us since we only have a few hours to tour the city before catching our flight in the afternoon. Our family of 4 had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend to others. We also appreciated the free wifi esp. my two teen girls.

Heel fijn verbleven hier! Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede kamers. Bediening aan het zwembad met goed eten! Voor deze prijs krijg je echt een heleboel service en luxe. Het ligt niet echt dichtbij het centrum, wij vonden de taxi een goedkopere en makkelijkere optie dan de metro. De overvliegende vliegtuigen zijn soms wel erg aanwezig.

La literie est de bonne qualité, matelas très souple. Étant seul j'aurai préféré un lit double plutôt que 2 lits accolés

Hotel de cuatro estrellas que tiene mucho que mejorar.Desde luego que es muy familiar y por eso es que se escuchan continuamente voces y gritos de niños .Los aviones pasan cada dos o tres minutos , si bien que hay doble ventana, quien tenga oído fino, los escucha permanentemente.Poca organización y los ascensores siempre colapsados. No creo que volvamos a este hotel.

Habitaciones limpias, silenciosas y muy confortables. Atención eficiente, amable y resolutiva. Como aspectos a mejorar dos cuestiones en clave constructiva: la insuficiencia de los ascensores en momentos de mucho tránsito de huéspedes (creo que es necesaria una renovación técnica) y la falta de personal y/o organización del servicio de restaurante en las horas punta, algo mejorable por nuestra experiencia, aspectos que no desmerecen una estancia muy agradable. Muchas gracias por todo, muy posiblemente volveremos :-)

Lo elegimos para nuestro viaje a Lisboa. Aunque no está muy céntrico y has de ir en metro al centro, la comodidades y servicios hacen que meresca la pena. Al ir con niños es una elección estupenda, porque pueden disfrutar de la piscina y del resto de actividades del hotel. Muy buen servicio.

Pros- close to metro and bus line Clean and quiet despite being in flight line Kid friendly- play area, video games, outdoor area, pool They hold luggage for free if arriving earlier than check in Cons-Pool is cold (even in August) Limited restaurant or food choices in the areaPoor interaction with the staff hired to entertain children. Balloon making and face painting were occuring but my kids were told too late for a balloon even though kids that came in after us were receiving balloons. The room was not being closed up, just too late no further explanation. Needless to say the kids did not think too highly of the fun event and I had to do everything I could to stop the tears forming in their eyes. Honestly my rating would be much higher except for how my children were treated.

Very good located coming from the airport for 1 night stay.
We booked an executive for 2 adults and 2 children.
We cannot use the sofa for children mas in very bad condition, the inner springs were coming out.
So for 1 night sleeping, we did’t sleep so well.
Breakfast was complete.

Ottimo per qualità / prezzo. Persone veramente disponibili nell'accogliere ogni esigenza. Molto elegante anche la sala per colazione / cena. C'è un'area bimbi con tanto di playstion 4.., oltre che una bella piscina scoperta, non molto grande ma molto funzionale soprattutto per i più piccoli. La posizione è un po' fuori dal centro ma 10 minuti a piedi e si trova la stazione metropolitana. Consigliato soprattutto per famiglie!

Hôtel excentré de Lisbonne agréable. Accès rapide au métro ou bus ramenant le centre de Lisbonne ou l aquarium à quelques minutes .
Chambre confortable et silencieuse malgré un passage d avions à basse altitude et une avenue passante.
Petit déjeuner très copieux et de qualité.
Restauration possible sur place de bonne qualité mais service un peu long le soir.
Accès à la piscine exterieur et salle de fitness.
Petit bémol sur un nombre de place limité dans le garage (payant).

Le restaurant est trop bruyant, ne vous faite pas avoir par les bons avis. J'attends plus de 30min pour avoir mon plat. La moitié de la carte n'est pas disponible. La piscine n'est pas chauffée et un des écrans d'ordinateurs n'est pas droits. Les seuls points positifs sont que les serveurs sont sympas et la chambre est propre.

We stayed at the hotel last week. The rooms are truly one of the worst we've ever stayed at.
We had 2 bookings at the hotel, as we were travelling in between.
The 1st room (room 822) we were at had a worn out carpet, dirty windows, a lumpy old mattress. Our kids slept on the sofa bed and could feel the springs through the thin mattress. We informed the hotel reception on our check out about the terrible room that they had given us,hoping that the next room on our return would be nice.
We were given room 523, which was a wee bit better than the previous. It had a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom and you could still feel the springs through the mattress of the sofa bed.
On the plus side, the staff were polite and breakfast was decent. But Novotel lisbon is not one that i would want to come back to again.

laccueil était pas mal, mais le check out decevant, pas un mot aimable, pas un regard...dans notre minibar, un jour on a trouvé une bouteille deau à moitié et le lendemain une bière avait été bu , nous lavons signalé mais à lhotel pas inquiets et pas dexcuses.on était pas tranquilles de laisser nos affaires dans la chambre.lhotel était très bruyant, je sais pas si cest parce quon avait une chambre expedia mais nous étions à coté de la porte de service du personnel, et les portes claquaient sans arrêt.le petit dejeuner par contre était très bon et complet

Estupendo hotel en Lisboa, en la zona Sete Ríos - Praça de Espanha. Muy conveniente para una visita al cercano Zoo de Lisboa. Atención del personal exquisita, tal como nos tiene acostumbrados la cadena Novotel. Buenas posibilidades de aparcamiento gratuito en las inmediaciones. Recomendable.

J’ai fait un séjour de 3 nuits/ 4 jours et je n’ai pas été transcendée par l’expérience au Novotel.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top c’est le gros point fort de cet hôtel et l’équipe est vraiment sympa.
L’hôtel est proche de l’aéroport ce qui n’était pas l’idéal en terme de repos et surtout de nuisances sonores.
L’accueil est plutôt rigide et pas franchement aidant.. puis, les chambres sont spacieuses mais sans plus. Nous avons demandé deux lits séparés nous avons eu un lit double.
En platinium, nous n’avons même pas eu de l’eau ou quoi que ce soit..
et enfin, il faut être en taxi tout le temps, la proximité du métro étant moyenne.
Je trouve ça un peu cher pour conclure.

Excelente pequeno almoço como nunca vi noutro hotel semelhante. Cama muito confortável e quartos bem espaçosos. No entanto necessita de algumas obras para continuar a equiparar-se a outros hotéis de quatro estrelas. A última renovação geral tem uns 15 anos.

Estive hospedada no Novotel Lisboa de 04 a 08/06/2019 e amei! O quarto é espaçoso, moderno, silencioso. A localização é boa e bem próxima da estação Praça de Espanha do metrô. Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. O café da manhã é bem variado e de ótima qualidade. O restaurante é muito agradável para comer alguma coisa e/ou bebericar, principalmente à noite, e os atendentes também são muito simpáticos! pretendo voltar e me hospedar lá novamente.Recomendo.

O hotel já precisa muito de ser renovado. As instalações são bem dimensionadas, mas muito gastas. Dá a impressão que a limpeza não é a melhor, acho que não aspiram o chão. No entanto, cobram como um 4 estrelas de qualidade, talvez seja popular por não cobrar as crianças até aos 16 anos. O pessoal é muito prestável e tenta ajudar no que pode.

Relación calidad precio excelente, reservamos habitación sencilla para dos noches, con cama doble + sofá cama para los niños y el espacio fue correcto y limpio. No está de lo más céntrico pero los taxis son económicos y andando no está tan lejos. Recomiendo coger habitación con desayuno ya que es espectacular el buffet y de calidad (nos sorprendio gratamente) el restaurante del Hotel también nos gustó mucho para cenar.
Tiene una piscina mediana y una pequeña para los babys y gimnasio 24h, te dejan toallas para la piscina si no llevas. Totalmente recomendable!!!

השירות הטוב, העזרה לקראת בחירת מסלולי טיול. העבדים כולם אדיבים מאוד, בעיקר דיאנה ומרסלה. בית המלון נקי להפליא. ארוחות בוקר טובות, מיקום מעולה. רק מה? על אף שהזמנו חדר רחצה ללא אמבטיה, הדבר לא התאפשר. אנו ארבעה בני 80+. קשה הכניסה לאמבטיה, כאשר אפילו ידית להאחז בה אין. ראיתי זאת במקומות אחרים בארופה שאין מספיק מודעות בנושא נגישות. מקווה שהדבר יטופל.

포르투에서 리스보아에 갈때 호스텔을
목요일이라 예약하지 않고 가서 호스텔을
찾아 보았으나 빈침대가 없어서 할수없이
노보텔로 갔다. 1박에 107유로에 아침식사
별도로 12유로이다. 와이파이 잘되었고
쉬기에는 아주 좋은 곳이나 혼자 숙박하기
에는 가성비가 을이다. 이곳에서 와이파이
를 켜고 호시우 광장에 있는 호스텔을 찾아
본다음에 메트로를 타고 호시우 광장으로
가서 호스텔을 예약하고 돌아왔다.
