Hotel é bem localizado, com custo/benefício bom, mas deixa a desejar na conservação. Ficamos em um quarto que tinha mofo e depois trocamos para outro, que também tinha mofo, mas no banheiro.

Me ofrecieron una habitacion con vista a la ciudad.. la vista que tengo es fatal.. el cuarto es minimo. No tiene comida (room service)..entre las cosas buenas es la musica ambiental relajante en la habitacion... y variedad de canales de tv. excelente.

It is a two star hotel and not three..informations are misleading as shown on their website, for instances no swimming possible.. three stars..
You may end up in a room located in the basement(yes the basement) although a window is there but to only look at the wall.
Rooms are decent in size and not noisy..the prices are relatively high for the kind of services proposed..choose if on work and skip if for tourism.
The wifi is free given you can locate one..the good thing is its localisation i.e. twenty minutes from the center of lisbon .

Nettes Hotel 7 Stock und ca. 45 Zimmer. Habe leider eines mit Wasserschaden erwischt. Ansonsten o.k. Frühstück in Ordnung mit Schinken/Käse mit Marmelade und Croissant und Frischobst. Liegt nicht allzu schlecht in einer eher ruhigen Gegend. Zur Metro sind es cirka 6 Minuten zu Fuß und 2 Stationen zum Bahnhof. Mit dem Taxi ist man mit 5-6 Eur im Zentrum. Zimmer sind etwas düster aber Betten sind modern und gut.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming , they helped me a lot with finding out places to go to. The only critique I can give is that the WiFi is very slow and the continental breakfast does not provide a hot meal which is not worth the €8 in my option besides that a very good hotel to stay in with big rooms provided.

Location good for us. Basic small room but mattress hard- no cushioning so I slept on blanket as a pillowtop.Our major complaint was a foul sewage smell from drains in Bathroom which permeated the entire bedroom. Offer to change room declined because on checking it had the same problem. Housekeeping attempt to resolve problem was short lived..

Hotel de habitaciones muy pequeñas pero correcto dentro de su categoría. Bien ubicado para poder visitar la ciudad de Lisboa. Cogimos dos habitaciones y en una de ellas olía mucho el wc. El personal agradable y correcto. Tienen un servicio de bar muy reducido y muy caro, pedimos una noche 2 gin tonics y después de poner la ginebra en el vaso, la recepcionista/camarera nos dijo que no tenía tónicas y no nos ofreció demasiadas alternativas (o Coca-Cola o naranjada) finalmente nos lo tomamos con naranjada al "módico" precio de 22€, reclamamos al día siguiente y después de que hicieran las consultas oportunas (2 días) cuando reclamamos nuevamente nos devolvieron 6€ que dijeron que por error nos habían cobrado de más.

Muy descontentos. Los recepcionistas simpáticos y desagradables a partes iguales, depende de con quién tratases. La habitación pequeña, un olor a humedad que no se iba ni abriendo ventanas. El baño horroroso, el primer día no habían limpiado la papelera de los antiguos clientes, y el segundo, cuando nos limpiaron la habitación, no cambiaron ni los vasos, los cuales habíamos utilizado. A parte, la ducha muy pequeña y al no cerrar siquiera la puerta, al ducharte se llenaba todo el suelo del baño de agua. Almohadas malísimas, finas e incómodas. Barato pero demasiado simple. No repetiríamos.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer war kleiner als von den Bildern zu erwarten war. Die matratze war sehr kurz (bei großen Männern schauen die Füße heraus), außerdem war es sehr warm bzw stickig und man konnte die Lüftung nicht wirklich regulieren. Auf der oberdecke des Bettes lagen bei der Anreise Haare, Ecken war nicht sauber. Insgesamt okay zum schlafen, mehr nicht

Hotel con supuestas 3 estrellas, que para los españoles son como un 2 estrellas o puede que 2.5 estrellas. Papel pintado con moho, suelos de falsa madera algo abombados, puertas que crujen, techos del baño con moho, lavabo y ducha que se inundan porque no tragan lo suficiente, desayuno a base de pan bimbo/pan rustico en rebanadas, charcuteria de paquete, zumos de maquina que son caramelo malo diluido, y cafe/chocolate de maquina que mas o menos se salvan.
El personal es agradable/antipatico a partes iguales. Depende de con quien te toca hablar o preguntar algo. Unos son super simpaticos, y otros simplemente te atienden para quitarse de en medio. Ademas, los correos que enviamos con semanas de antelacion, nunca fueron respondidos.
Cogimos este hotel de oferta por 360€ una semana pensando que con las fotos que veiamos seria una pasada, y nos llevamos una sensacion algo agridulce, nos sentimos algo engañados al echar en falta el supuesto "caché" de las imagenes. No lo desaconsejo, pero tampoco lo aconsejaría.
Ademas, trayectos al centro u otras partes de lisboa super retirados, lo mas cerca es a 30 min a pie. Mal conectado, y sin parking el cual si anunciaban en la web de reservas. El parking es un acuerdo para obstentar una calle de zona azul a 15€/dia. Cua do en cualquier parking publico te sale a 5-6€/dia.
Es una broma.

Buena limpieza en las habitaciones y trato correcto del personal. Tienen un desayuno rico y variado. Las camas son un poco blandas y la habitación es silenciosa. Está bien situado para ir andando incluso a sitios destacados e importantes de Lisboa, aunque das un buen paseo recorriendo la ciudad. El problema del hotel es que no tienen como tal un parking para los coches, tienes que pagar si tienes que dejar el coche en la misma calle y en las cercanías hay zona amarilla/verde (depende del sitio, tienes que pagar una tarifa por horas). Aún así, recomiendo la estancia en este hotel.

- Boa localização, a 20 minutos de carro do aeroporto, 30 minutos a pé da região do centro de Lisboa, Chiado, castelo de Sao Jorge, etc. Metrô próximo. Boa opção pra quem deseja fazer o stopover da TAP.
- Bom atendimento.
- Bom preço.
# Pontos negativos:
- Sinal muito ruim da internet wifi - dentro do quarto sem sinal em alguns locais.
- Sistema confuso do ar condicionado

Hôtel bien situé, literie confortable. Des problèmes dévacuation de leau dans la douche, ce qui rend la chambre humide (cloques aux murs) et dangereuse (risque de glissade).Le personnel est désagréable, disant à peine bonjour, donnant un mauvais tarif pour le petit-déjeuner et ne connaissant pas lemplacement de lhôtel sur la carte.

Chambre réduite. Urine? au mur, moisi aux rideaux. Télévision minuscule, avec très peu de chaînes. Réception endormi la nuit. Interrupteur tout griffé, comme si une bête était passée par là. Assez proche du métro. Plusieurs Ubers ont fait des détours pour y arriver, peut être y a-t-il des erreurs avec cette rue dans les GPS.

Das Hotel liegt knapp 3 Minuten von der Metrostation Anjos entfernt und ist für ein Städtekurztrip empfehlenswert. In der Nähe sind verschiedene lokale Restaurants, die gut und bodenständig sind. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut!

Desapontaste! Logo quando fui antendida na recepção o funcionário usou poucas palavras e foi frio, também não forneceu qualquer informação em relação ao pequeno almoço. No site do booking as imagens fornecidas na informação do quarto não corresponderam em nada ao quarto que me foi atribuído . O vidro da janela do quarto encontrava se partido. A cama não tinha edredão, simplesmente tinha um lençol e uma colcha áspera por cima , também só havia uma almofada para cada hóspede. O pior de tudo foi o aspecto do quarto , que para além de cheirar a canalização tinha manchas de infiltração e de bolor no teto e paredes!! Casa de banho pouco pratica e sem bidê, a água saia para fora da cabine quando se tamava banho. A rede Wi-Fi fornecida era muito fraca , mal chegava para carregar uma simples imagem online. Por último, o mini bar do quarto não tinha nada à deposição, encontrava se completamente vazio , nem uma mera garrafa de água havia lá dentro. Muito poucos aspectos positivos a apontar nesta experiência, não satisfez! :(

Pior hotel de 3 estrelas onde estive em Lisboa, o quarto com claras infiltrações, bolor e humidade nas paredes com cheiro a isso mesmo, ao ligar o ar condicionado pinga água para o chão do quarto, casa de banho muito pouco pratica, pequeno-almoço deixa muito a desejar, e o atendimento do funcionário da recepção deixa muito a desejar, não só pela falta de simpatia como pela falta de informações facultadas.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, U-Bahn ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Von dort ist alles erreichbar. Frühstück ist okay, das Nötigste ist vorhanden. Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilft gerne weiter. Die Zimmer sind für die geringen Sterne sehr gut bzw. recht groß. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es dafür, dass unser Kühlschrank einen Wackelkontakt hatte und dadurch nicht richtig funktionierte und es aus der Dusche leicht komisch gerochen hat wenn man abends ist Zimmer kam.
Ich kann das Hotel aber jedem weiterempfehlen.

Mon fils de 15 ans s'est fais piqué par des punaises de lit, séjour du 21 au 25 Janvier 2020 .
Ils nous ont changé de chambre est idem des punaises partout, ont à pas dormi du séjour .
Le pire c'est qu'il ne veulent pas nous rembourser.

Un hotel a uns 25 minuts caminant del centre de Lisboa.
Les recepcionistes molt amables, atentes i agradables, la veritat que va ser un gust.
Les habitacions estaven molt bé, tot i que el llit de molles una mica incòmode. El lavabo molt complet, hi ha una nevera, una taula, habitació molt gran amb una finestra.
L’esmorzar és força complet.
La relació qualitat-preu és molt bona. Recomenable 100%

Das Zimmer sowie das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Im Bad hatte es für diese Preisklasse aussergewöhnliche Verbrauchsmaterial wie verschiedene Seifen, Douschseife B odylotion und Schampo plus ein paar weitere Gegenstände.
Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Wenn ein Teller oder Tasse leegegessen war, wurde dieser umgehend abgeräumt. Ansonsten waren die Leute wirklich freundlich und nett.

Stayed here for three nights and for the price we paid couldn’t really fault it. Our room was on the 6th floor and was clean and tidy. The bed was more comfortable than I was expecting as usually they are quite hard but this wasn’t the case.
The staff were very helpful and even had baggage storage as we had a later flight. We had a radio in the room which was a nice touch but needed a tune as could only get a couple of stations properly.
Only things I would say is that if you’re British like us they don’t have tea/coffee facilities in the room but they do have a bar in the reception to purchase if you want. Also the shower could do with a new seal at the bottom as had a slight leak. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

We stayed for a week, the personnel at the reception was very courteous and nice, the rooms are clean with basic features, good bathroom, no a/c at this time since is central and is winter they had only heater, we needed to turn off heather and open the balcony (as regular in Europe). The Metro stop is around 3 blocks from the Hotel. There are only 2 very good restaurants close: Raposo and the best was in the next door to the hotel entrance: Vaskus Grill, excellent food and service!!!

Das Hotel ist recht modern und die Rezeption ist freundlich sowie hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind mit einer sehr leisen aber effektiven Klimaanlage ausgestattet, welche das Schlafen in der Nacht ermöglicht. Wir haben das Zimmer ohne Frühstück gewählt, da in Lissabon überall kleine authentische Frühstücksmöglichkeiten gibt. Leider ist die Lage nicht so optimal und etwas abseits von den Hotspots, jedoch ist die Metro in unmittelbarer Nähe und dadurch ist es nicht wirklich schlimm.

Very short delivery for the price and for the fancy image. One of the smallest hotel room toilets I've ever seen and very poorly equipped. No electricity neither usb plugs on the bedside. They gave us a ground level room with view to the back building's basement without any explanation.

Les chambres sont minuscules. Le matelas avait lair vieux, car il était inconfortable. Un mur de la chambre était sale. Il ny avait pas de savon pour les mains et dans la douche, il ny a aucune place pour mettre nos produits. La télécomande pour la tv ne fonctionnait pas. La qualité de la tv laissait aussi à désirer... Et surtout, lair climatisé ne fonctionnait pas vraiment et le wifi était pourri!!!

Hotel pequeño en el centro de Lisboa, en una zona tranquila, a 20 min. a pie de la plaza del Marqués de Pombal, con parada de bus urbano en la puerta y estación de metro a 300 mts. (línea verde), que llega hasta la ría del Tajo.
Habitaciones standard con el espacio justo. Baño pequeño, a reformar. La ventana de la habitación también es pequeña, da poca luz natural.
Camas cómodas. Tiene frigorífico para bebidas. Caja de seguridad en el armario.

My wife is disabled and the room was extremely small making accessing the bathroom very difficult. The breakfast was limited. We realised very soon that we were a long way from the sights and had to frequently take taxis although these were cheap and easily available.

Chambre correcte pour le prix, petit déjeuner au top malgré quon sent bien que certains produits sont très industriels. Mon gros souci aura été le wifi, pas moyen den avoir au 5ème étage et au rez de chaussée ça captait par moment.Jen ai parlé au personnel qui ma dit que cest dû au fait que lhôtel soit plein. 3 jours à lisbonne sans wifi à lhôtel, grosse galère surtout quand la 3G va à la vitesse de la 0G bref wifi = gros point faible

Hotel não muito bem localizado. Mas é perto da estação dos anjos, o que facilita o transporte por metrô e também tem uma parada de ônibus bem na frente.
Café da manhã razoável: iogurte, cereais, salada de fruta, pães, café de máquina.
Instalações boas, cama confortável, ar condicionado bom, chuveiro bem quentinho, quarto silencioso. No entanto a limpeza deixa a desejar. Apenas arrumam as camas e trocam as toalhas (não repondo sabonetes ou copos usados).
O atendimento da recepção é péssimo. Atendentes sem educação, grosseiros e de cara amarrada. Não são prestativos. Uma pena pois as instalações são boas.

Hotel was lovely with good facilities. Breakfast was simple but just enough in the morning. Only thing that put a wee shadow in it was that it was further out of town centre than I expected by the description causing us to use taxis for return trips in the evening.

L'hôtel est correcte mais sans plus. Par contre un peut déçu sur la propreté et la qualité du petit déjeuner. Le point fort c'est que c'est proche du métro et c'est pratique pour aller dans d'autre coin. Ça reste un bon rapport qualité prix tout de même.

Péssimo . Quarto com cheiro de poeira e cigarro. Atendente( Tiago) mal humorado sem vontade de atendimento. Tentamos troca de quarto sem solução. Tentamos trocar de hotel ( mesma rede) pagando a diferença, o atendente nem sequer procurou saber se havia quarto a disposição. Sem recomendação para este hotel.

Schlechteste Erfahrung die ich je gemacht habe - wenn es möglich wäre würde ich 0 Sterne geben - hier die Gründe dafür : 1) Das erste Zimmer das wir bekommen haben war komplett verschimmelt - es war nicht einmal möglich zu atmen ohne zu husten, nach einer Beschwerde haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. In diesem Zimmer waren die Wände so dünn dass man die Gespräche der Nachbarn hören konnte. Der Lift im Hotel hat die ganze Zeit „pieps“ Geräusche gemacht (etwa 30mal die Minute, ich habe mitgezählt) das war so laut dass man es durch die Wände hören konnte. Als ich das Personal darum gebeten habe etwas dagegen zu unternehmen wurde ich abgewimmelt. Das Geräusch hat mich wahnsinnig gemacht, konnte kaum einschlafen 2) unsere gebrauchten Handtücher wurden entfernt ohne dass wir neue bekommen haben, wir mussten uns mit einem ganz kleinen Handtücher trocknen. 3) der einzige Müllkorb im Bad wurde nie ausgeleert 4) unter der Klimaanlage konnte man sehen dass die Wand schimmelt und einfach übermalt wurde 5) das Frühstück war das schlechteste dass ich je gesehen habe, kein Obst (nur eine Schüssel mit Obstsalat, der schaut aber so unappetitlich aus, dass ich die 4 Tage niemanden gesehen habe der sich daran bedient hat), der Kaffee ist eine fertig Mischung und schmeckt einfach nur eklig - der Frühstückssaal ist so klein dass man kaum Platz zum sitzen hat. Auch wenn das Hotel nur 2 Sterne hat war es eine sehr negative Erfahrung - da war mein billig Hotel in Marokko besser - und das heißt was!

O quarto é super apertado. O Guarda roupas não coube nem a décima parte das roupas. Tivemos que deixar nas malas. O banheiro é minúsculo. Parece banheiro de avião. Pra ficar uma noite até que dá mas para uma semana não é muito agradável. Não tem ar condicionado somente aquecedor. Mesmo estando frio lá fora o quarto é bem quente. Falta panfletos de informações no quarto. Tudo tem que pedir explicações na recepção.

The room is pretty basic in terms of amenities offered and it’s in a quieter neighborhood. There are small eateries nearby and easy to get to by taxi and/or Metro. Breakfast is not free- it’s €15 a bit pricier than other food options in the area. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. Note- you might want to check the sheets and the blanket. I had allergies to the heavy blanket and had to request a new one.

Der erste Eindruck, war Gut.
Problemloses einchecken, ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter, der einem alles erklärte.
Im Zimmer angekommen, waren wir auch Positiv überrascht, sehr moderne und schlichte Einrichtung, ein kleiner Balkon, ein Kühlschrank & eine Klimaanlage. Für die deutsche Pinglichkeit, war es auch ordentlich sauber.
ABER!!! Ein absolutes NO-GO! Ist der nicht zu übersehende Schimmel an der Decke im Bad.
Für Kinder & Allergiker absolut grauenvoll.
Das Frühstück, war in Ordung, nichts besonderes. Schade, dass es kein frisches Obst oder Gemüse gab. Jeden Tag das selbe essen, was nicht sehr ansprechenden ist, für Leute die länger bleiben wollen.
Die Metro und die Straßenbahn fahren in der Nähe & zu Fuß ist beides fix zu erreichen.
Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel.
Alles in allem, ein Gutes Hotel, solange mal sich nicht am Schimmel stört.!

HORROROSO!!!!!El día 7 de Septiembre reservo una habitación y cuál es mi sorpresa después de pagar que nos mandan al SOTANO 2!!!!. Una habitación llena de humedad!!! Y encima como era el sótano, con las máquinas del aire en la misma ventana, con lo cual no podíamos abrirla porque era ensordecedor!! Así que tuvimos que elegir entre dormir con olor a humedad o el ruido del aparato del aire! Como había tanta humedad las sábanas olían y estaban humedecidas!!! Y para rematar la noche, una cucaracha en el baño!!!!
Total, un completo desastre y desde luego no pienso volver!!!
Además en la reserva salía desayuno incluido y después nos dijeron que no...
Le reclamamos al recepcionista y no nos hizo ni caso.....que era lo que había....

Das Hotel an sich ist echt Okay. Mit der Metro kann man alles schnell erreichen .Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Personal ist auch sehr höflich. Man sollte nichts an der Theke kaufen da es extrem überteuert ist. Das Frühstück ist zu eintönig, man isst jeden Tag das selbe. Im Zimmer 501 sollte unbedingt das Bad renoviert werden da es dort schimmelt. Und das WLAN ist extrem langsam, es reicht gerade so für WhatsApp.
Fazit: Wer keine hohen Ansprüche hat für den sollte es reichen.

Chambre malpropre (chambre 301). Il y avait de la moisissure partout au plafond au-dessus de la douche et sur la tapisserie de la chambre vis-à-vis de la porte de la salle de bain. Mobilier de la chambre en piteux état. Le wi-fi ne se rendait pas toujours dans ma chambre qui était à l’extrémité de létage. Et petit-déjeuner médiocre. Jus qui est en fait de leau et de la poudre et café infect. Heureusement que jai eu un très bon prix en promo sur Expedia pour cette chambre, car quand jai vu sur la porte que le prix régulier était entre 250 et 350 euros, je me suis dit quune chambre en si piteux état remplie de moisissure et un petit-déjeuner avec des produits bas de gamme ne valent aucunement ce tarif.

What the hotel did not mention on the website is that most of their rooms are in the basement with only openings to a dug out courtyard.
The room we were given is at -2 level basement and the whole room smelled damp. The bed covering is actually wet. Big mould/water damage in bathroom due to moisture build up.
After a few hours stay we start to feel very uncomfortable and asked the front desk to change to a room that is not a basement but the day time manager is really showing he is very unwilling to help and have got grumpy attitude.
We then asked for a few dry bedsheets but was told that the hotel cleaners all left work at 7PM and we have to do all the cleaning and sheet changing ourselves.
Since returned to uk my 2 yr old daughter and I started to develop rashes......
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wir verbrachten drei Nächte im Hotel. Das Zimmer und auch das Bad waren recht klein, aber es gab alles, was man braucht, und es war alles sehr sauber. Die Aussicht war nicht berauschend, aber es war ruhig, vor allem bei geschlossenem Fenster. Der Frühstücksraum ist im Untergeschoss. es geht etwas eng zu, aber das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl und im Zimmer freies W-Lan. Zur Metro- Station waren es kaum 5 Minuten, in weiteren 5 Minuten war man im Zentrum und bei den Bussen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel. In der Nähe war ein kleiner Laden. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Pero imposible,totalmente imposible,el acceso por la entrada al hotel...rampa y escalon, con puerta automatica que se cierra y te pilla como te descuides... Para que quieren ofertar habitacion adaptada si una silla tiene que entrar con acompañante que sea fuerte para subirla???????

Pasamos 4 noches, la ubicación del hotel esta en una zona tranquila, cerca de metro y bus. El bus desde el aeropuerto te deja a 1 calle (5- 8 min desde la parada al hotel). Un poco difícil de encontrar la calle sobretodo a las 10 de la noche como fue mi caso. La habitación era doble, no muy grande pero muy limpia, ducha y lavabo en la habitación, aire acondicionado, tele, mesa tipo escritorio con una silla,mini nevera... cama confortable. en este caso sin vistas (a un patio interior). Cada día cambian sabanas y toallas. No desayunamos ningún día, pero no por el precio, que estaba bastante bien, sino porque no suelo comer en los hoteles, prefiero salir, conocer y probar cosas mas típicas del lugar.Servicio de guarda equipajes una vez realizado el check out.La atención del personal fue correcta, básicamente el contacto era al entrar y salir del hotel, y fueron agradables.

Wir waren auf 5-Tages-Sightseeing-Tour in Lissabon. Zu zweit mit 2 Koffer für 10 Tage (vorher im Strandappartment) war es etwas eng im Zimmer... Hacken für Jacken fehlen gänzlich ... Das Zimmer sah also dementsprechend aus... :) Frühstück war OK. Alles sehr sauber, Personal spitze - sehr zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich. Insgesamt empfehlenswert (wenn man nicht viel Platz braucht :)

Wie viele Hotels in Portugal bzw. Lissabon, so hat auch das Luxe by turim ein Problem mit der Zimmerfeuchte. Zunächst erhielten wir ein Zimmer im siebten Stockwerk. Beim Betreten kam uns bereits ein stechender Geruch entgegen. Die Ursache: Schimmerbefall im Bad. Wir erhielten umgehend ein Zimmer im Keller (A01), welches vom Zustand und der Einrichtung sehr in Ordnung war (3-Sterne-Niveau). Einzig das Gebläse, welches an warmen Tagen vor dem gut-isolierten Zimmerfenster arbeitet, trübte die Stimmung etwas. Insgesamt aber noch gut zu ertragen - gerade auch im Bezug auf das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Reinigungs- und Zimmerdienst ist einwandfrei. Das Servicepersonal (Rezeption) war zeitweise unmotiviert.

Was uns gefiel:Das Hotel wurde 2010 schick renoviert. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und haben einen stilvollen, modernen Flair.Die Betten sind eher für Hartschläfer (uns gefällts). Es gibt einen kleinen, kostenlosen Zimmersave; Einbauradio und einen LCD-Fernseher an der Wand.Im Umkreis von 30 Gehminuten hat man mehr als genug Unterhaltung, Shopping, Sightseeing, Essen etc.Hier helfen die einschlägigen Bewertungsseiten aus dem Web.Um möglichen Stress mit Taxifahrern aus dem Weg zu gehen kann man mit der Buslinie 708 vom Flughafen umsteigefrei in ca. 25 Minuten bis auf 400 m ans Hotel ranfahren.Nicht so toll:Negativ aufgefallen sind eine fehlende Ablage in der Dusche und eine fehlkonstruierte Duschtür (normals Duschen führt zur Sauerei im Bad).Fazit:Wir waren insgesamt 3 Nächte (1 x 1 und 1 x 2) innerhalb von 10 Tagen im November 2012.Das erste Zimmer war im EG, hatte einen Balkon und war relativ groß (ein Doppelbett) und ruhig.Das zweite Zimmer hatte zwei zusammenstehende Einzelbetten, war relativ klein und hatte keinen Balkon (6. Stock). Hier hatten wir laute Nachbarn (in beiden Nächten zwischen 4 und 5 Uhr morgens). Es war sehr hellhörig.Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut bis sehr gut und die besten Meeresfrüchte gab es nur ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt........................

Overall, the hotel is pretty good.
The staff is pretty friendly
The rooms are spacious and clean with a nice view over Lisbon for the highest room. The rooms are quiet and equipped of aircon, a safe and wifi.
The breakfast is accectable there is a choice but no more. soluble coffee is better than that of the machine. not real orange juice, only flavored drinks.
Located in a quiet area and just minutes from the metro.

Dans l'ensemble, l'hotel est plutôt bien.
Le personnel est plutot aimable
Les chambres sont spacieuses et propre avec une vue sympa sur Lisbonne pour les chambre les plus haute. Les chambres sont silencieuses et equipées de clim, d'un coffre-fort et du wifi.
Le petit dejeuné est accectable il y a du choix mais sans plus. le café soluble est meilleur que celui de la machine. pas de vrais jus d'orange, seulement des boissons aromatisées.
Situé dans un quartier est calme et à quelque minutes du metro.

Nice service, nice rooms, OK location, good breakfast but few choices, nice restaurant on the side. Room is good enough, don't expect too much!
