The decor of the room is so tastefully done that it would inspire any person gifted with sight and conscience to remodel their own home..not joking, EVERYTHING is on point, from the chairs to the taps and the beautiful scent in the room. The service was impeccable, not sure if it was a coincidence but I came to surf and unload and finding an issue of Surfer's Journal magazine felt like a very personal and thoughtful touch. Maria talked to me about the adventure of buying and restoring the building which was formally a primary school, a permaculture enthusiast, she proceeded to show me around the garden. In the morning I was greeted with a freshly prepared substantial breakfast. Covid-19 isn't taken lightly by Maria and the staff. I was politely asked to sanitise my shoes upon arrival. After that I did the same with my hands while my temperature was checked with a digital thermometer. Masks and visors were used in the food prep area where only staff are now allowed. Rooms are rotated with at least a day between each booking. The place was spotlessly clean of course Good conversation wasn't short either, I was given plenty of advice on surfing spots, boards and even equipment. I would definitely recommend anyone to come and spend some time here, I will definitely be back!

Muito decepcionante, entrou ali e não conseguiu encontrar ajuda. Eu tive que andar por aí para encontrar um associado e quando o fiz ele me apontou na direção errada. Depois tive de encontrar outra pessoa e quando encontrei alguém, ele agiu como se eu o tivesse interrompido a ele e a outro associado enquanto eles estavam ali sentados a conversar sobre coisas pessoais e não trabalhavam. Eu saí muito chateado. Eu nunca mais vou voltar a este Home Depot! Eu faço compras no Home Depot com bastante frequência e graças a Deus há muitos outros com melhor atendimento ao cliente e habilidades pessoais! A gerência deveria trabalhar nesta!!!!

Um péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Eu tinha ligado a semana toda para ver se o item que eu queria em estoque e ninguém atendia o telefone. Finalmente decidi sair de carro para fazer o check in pessoalmente. Eles tinham o que eu queria em stock, mas ninguém podia dispensar um segundo para me ajudar, uma vez que estive 45 minutos à espera para me dizerem que alguém estará contigo num minuto por 4 funcionários diferentes que depois desapareceram.
