As the other family was british, they couldn’t understand what Cristina said and she wasn’t shy about it, but I could and decided to leave this comment five months ago. So it is not about getting to know you or your business, but about good practices that you should be fostering and about accountability for workers that do not align with them. That would be a friendly approach to the problem, not worrying whether someone is unfriendly towards discrimination. I will always be unfriendly in these cases I was waiting in store to get my contact lenses when a family comes in and is immediately profiled by one of the workers, Cristina. They were british indian, so they didn’t understand what she was saying and she wasn’t shy about letting the rest of the shop now. She left me on the counter and went to ask the other worker to help her keep an eye on them. Another client comes in, she tells her to wait a minute because she didn’t want them stealing anything. Luckily the other worker was decent and helped them out. But i was so uncomfortable with her reaction towards a family and what felt like racial profiling that I left and I’m never coming back. If that behaviour is appalling to you as well, avoid this shop.

A minha mulher e eu fomos ao Home Depot em Palm Coast e ambos fomos à casa de banho e expressámos ao funcionário que queríamos a casa de banho com o assento lento que lhe pedimos para a encomendar e quando chegou, pedi ao canalizador que a instalasse e descobri que não tinha o assento lento e fechado que eu fui ao Home Depot falar com o gerente do departamento e ele disse que não vinha com aquele assento eu disse-lhe que o Jason a encomendou para nós e disse que vinha o tipo esperto disse que eu não tinha nenhum Jason a trabalhar para mim eu descobri mais tarde que o nome dele era Justin Tenho a certeza que ele sabia a quem me referia.Mais tarde voltei à loja e falei com o Dave, o gerente assistente que tentou o seu melhor para me ajudar, mas ainda assim tive de comprar outro lugar por metade do preço.

Os funcionários são sempre extremamente educados e prestativos com sorrisos. Acabei de me mudar e já estive nesta loja quatro vezes na última semana e meia. Cada vez que respondem alegremente às suas perguntas, leve-o ao local do item que procura e saia do seu caminho para verificar o inventário se o item não estiver numa prateleira. Eles ou são funcionários muito felizes ou têm treinadores incríveis. De qualquer forma, o cliente se beneficia.A + . Óptimo pessoal. Óptima loja!!!
