das hotel portugal liegt in bester innenstadtlage. das hotel selbst ist erst vor ein paar jahren renoviert worden.das uns angebotene zimmer war sehr modern, desgleichen das badezimmer. wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl hier. das frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. auch das gesamte personal war sehr freundlich.bei einem neuerlichen besuch in lissabon würden wir wieder dieses hotel buchen.

Pas de climatisation 27.5° la nuit, impossible douvrir la fenêtre car trop de bruit à lextérieur et le pompon : VMC coupée de 22H à 6h du matin, imaginez. La réceptionniste ma reproché de ne pas parler Portugais (ce nest pas moi le pro du tourisme) et le directeur Neno Gouveia était bien daccord avec tout ce que je disais, mais na rien fait dautre que de remettre sa cravate en place. Jattendais autre chose comme réponse. Aussi, nous avons été changé de chambre et nous sommes passés de la 315 à la 404, 12 m² de moins, encore + de bruit et + de chaleur, bravo le sous classement.Je vous ai déjà écrit à ce sujet et je nai pas eu de réponse, comptez sur moi pour mettre des relais sur internet.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und liegt perfekt für Sightseeing-Touren. Wir hatten ein Komfortzimmer. Das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber, sehr geräumig und lag zum Innenhof. Der Service war gut und hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption gibt Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants u.v.m. Man erhält alle möglichen Fahrkarten für den ÖPNV und alle Touren.
Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas beengt, das Frühstück selbst ist europäisch gut.
Besonderheit: während des Aufenthalts hatte ich Geburtstag. Als wir von einer Tour zurück ins Hotel kamen, gratulierte mir die Rezeption mit den Worten "We will see us in a few minutes". Kurz darauf kam der Service mit einer Flasche Sekt und Pralinen.

Great hotel! I was very suprised about this place. The rate was more than fair, on arrival I got an upgrade to a huge room (not a suite but nice amyway). Service was 5 star class and very, very nice and pleasant. Design of the interior is quite modern, the hotek looks like almost brand new. Breakfast was good. All in all a super place.
Next trip to Lisbon I will stay here again.

Die Lage des Hotels ist Optimal. Vieles kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Die Ausstattung, Personal und Zimmer sind hervorragend. Einzig die Fernbedienung des TV war nervig, da sie kaum funktionierte und es fehlte ein wenig Musikuntermalung im Zimmer und Bad....Selbst die U-Bahn, die ja praktisch unter dem Hotel fährt, hat mich persönlich nicht gestört.Ich war zum 2. Mal im Hotel Portugal und würde jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren. TOP!!!!

The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were always willing to help us and answered many, many questions. The room was clean and very nice and their restaurant downstairs was really good. They have a Golden Soup that was out of this world. Everything that we ordered was really good. Their breakfast buffet was also a winner. It is central to everything In the heart of Lisbon and I would definitely stay there again.

잠 잘때 아침에 주변트램 (28번 트램 등등) 소음으로 깨는것이 단점이지만 직원들의 친절도 ,서비스, 조식의 만족도, 무엇보다 허니문이라는 말 한마디에 서프라이즈 샴페인서비스 ... 소음따윈 잊게 되버리는 호텔 입니다. 전 5점 만점에 50점

Hôtel bien positionné avec le parking inclus dans le prix, ce qui est pas négligeable à Lisbonne. Chambre assez grande, pas de vue exceptionnelle et on ressent quelques vibrations du métro qui passe en dessous. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus. Rapport qualité prix correct. Personnel très chaleureux.

지하철 Rossio 역에서 3분 거리입니다.
시티투어버스인 Yellow bus 정류장이 2분 거리입니다.
택시, 버스, 트램 정류장이 2분 거리입니다.
객실은 쾌적하고 넓으며 천장이 높습니다.
무엇보다도 서비스가 매우 좋고 직원이 친절합니다.
체크인하면서 허니문이라고 말했더니 샴페인 서비스도 해주는 등 감동적인 서비스를 받았습니다.
이 호텔의 접객 서비스 덕분에 리스본에 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다.

J ai passer 4 jours à l hôtel pour fêter l'anniversaire de ma sœur. j'ai du changer de chambre car bcp trop de bruit tous ses bien passer petit déjeuner très bon, diversifié personel à l'écoute comprend un peu français. L'hôtel est bien situé tous était top jusqu au dernier jour ou je laisse mes bagages à la réception qui eux vont les mettre dans une pièce" sécurisé" dont eux seul ont la clé. Au moment de partir j'attend le transfert on me donne mes bagages j etait presser donc je monte dans le taxi je suis presque arriver à l'aéroport et la je m' aperçois qu il manque de l'argent dans mon portefeuille et celui de ma sœur. Vraiment honteux decevant je m'attendais pas ça d'un hôtel 4 étoile. On m'a dit de faire attention beaucoup de vol au Portugal dans les rue, place etc mais jamais je me serais douté que ses a l'hôtel qu'on va me voler. En tout cas à tous ce qui devrait voyage au Portugal dans cette hôtels ou dans un autre ne faite confiance à personne ni même au personnel de l'hôtel ne confier jamais vos bagages garder les auprès de vous.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Portugal war super. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und alle einfach nur freundlich, zu jeder Tageszeit. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man sich vorstellen kann. Das Zimmerdesign ist wirklich toll und aussergewöhnlich. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine gute Auswahl so dass sicher für jeden etwas dabei ist. Das Einzige, was etwas unangenehm war, war die Zimmerlage. Die Metro/Tram (?!) in der Nähe ruckelt sehr am Boden und macht ein wenig Lärm, selbst im 2. Stockwerk.Auf Nachfrage wurde uns eine andere Zimmerlage angeboten, also alles okay. :-)Die Lage des Hotels ist genial. Man kommt überall super gut hin und das Meiste ist fussläufig erreichbar.

We stayed for my wife's birthday and was totally surprised when they bring a sparkling wine as a gift! Totally unexpected, brilliant service when the clerk brought our suitcases upstairs. So friendly introduces us places to visit and have dinners. We are generally quite skeptical about such recommendations but he was totally giving the perfect choices for us, which immediately established our trust. They have 24 hour front desk, superb bathtub, high ceiling room decorated in a luxurious fashion, superb breakfast with good quality salmon and jamon... And the price was very reasonable. super nice, big up!

Ein tolles Hotel in der Innenstadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bus, Tram und Metro keine 4 Minuten entfernt.
Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer im 4. Stock erhalten. Blick auf den Innenhof. Ruhig!
Am ersten Abend ein besonderes "Betthupferl" siehe Foto.
Ausstattung und Sauberkeit 1a
Pflegeprodukte, Hausschuhe, Bademantel, Regendusche, interaktiver TV. Da wünscht man sich fast einen Regentag.
Frühstück gut. Personal/Service super.

Das Hotel ist das kleine Schwesterhotel des Hotel Mundial, was über den Innenhof erreicht werden kann und in welchem man auch die Tiefgarage mitnutzen kann. Eigentlich würde ich dem Hotel 5 Sterne geben, leider ist in manchen Zimmer an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Also dringend nach Zimmer in den oberen Etagen fragen. Dann ist es wirklich ein perfektes Hotel für einen Städtetrip.
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Fast alles in Lissabon ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Straßenbahnen fahren nahe des Hotels ab. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke.
Was die Zimmer an sich angeht, ist es wunderschön. Sehr modern und neu eingerichtet. Zwei Waschbecken im Bad. Begehbare Dusche und Badewanne. Alles was man sich wünscht. Der Fernseher ist in einem großen Spiegel verbaut. Leise Klimaanlage.
Eigentlich würde ich für das Zimmer 5 Sterne vergeben. Leider bekamen wir bei unserer Ankunft ein Zimmer in der 2. Etage. Uns fiel sofort auf, dass das Zimmer alle 2-3 Minuten vibrierte. Zuerst dachten wir an die alten Straßenbahnen von Lissabon, die dieses Geräusch verursachten. Es stellte sich heraus an der Rezeption, dass es die U-Bahn sei, die quasi "durch unser Zimmer fährt". Leider war in dieser Nacht kein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken mehr frei. Ab spätestens 6 Uhr morgens war an Schlafen nicht mehr zu denken. Am kommenden Tag wurden wir dann in ein Zimmer in der 3. Etage gebracht, was auch in den Innenhof ging. Man merkte zwar immer noch kleine Geräusche, aber es war besser. Also: Wenn man sich für das Hotel entscheidet, sollte man auf ein Zimmer in den oberen beiden Etagen drängen. Ansonsten würden wir uns nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel suchen. Sehr schade, da das Hotel an sich absolut klasse und schön ist.
Der Service war immer zuvorkommend. Das ganze Personal sehr nett und hat uns auch bei dem Wunsch des Zimmelwechsels schnell geholfen.
Das Frühstück morgens ist klein aber fein. Alles was man braucht, findet man. Service sehr nett.
Auch Abends in der Bar war die Dame immer sehr zuvorkommend, auch wenn wir erst kurz vor Schließung der Bar ankamen.

This is a lovely hotel that stands out in an otherwise shabby part of Baixa. You have to walk a couple of minutes to get to the better part of Baixa. Also there is the problem of the sound of the underground metro. Nevertheless the staff are really lovely and dedicated. So it really depends on what you’re used to.

This hotel is quite gorgeous but staying here caused a lot of inexplicable anxiety. And I hope I can leave here in good health and one piece tomorrow. Front desk : Need improvement. When that piece of solid wood came crashing down their attitude was oh well sorry tough luck. Your room is locked and not ready for you on the second night oh well tough luck sorry. Location: Convenient but sketchyRoom: Rumbles with every tram, that is 1x/15 minutes and it's not just the noise you can physically feel the ground vibrate. Slippery bathroom not suitable for those under 5’6Amenities: This is the only 4 star hotel I've been in (and I've been in quite a few) that does not offer tea or coffee in the room without a charge..and no water except the first night Housekeeping: My changed room was promised to me at 2PM and it was not ready at 5PM so while I was adjusting jet lag. I had no room. In room safety: A piece of solid wood came crashing down from 6 ft above almost on my person. Staff said could be maintenance person forgot to lock the panel... panel was fine last night and I've had no maintenance requests which warrants the unlocking of the panel. The good: Bed is comfy. Breakfast was amazing with wonderful dining room staff. And honey served from a real honey comb. It's beautiful but just.... feels very uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to get out of the hotel. Would not stay again.

Me alojé una semana en este hotel en Junio de 2017. Es un hotel boutique pequeño y con un gran encanto, ubicado en un antiguo edificio en el centro del barrio de La Baixa de Lisboa, al lado de la Praça da Figueira y con la estación de metro de Rossio a un paso. Excelente situación para moverse por la zona histórica de Lisboa sin problemas y bien comunicado con transporte público como metro, autobús y tranvías. Las habitaciones no son grandes pero lo tienen todo y son cómodas y confortables. Y el servicio del hotel es muy cordial y profesional. Absolutamente recomendable, de hecho cuando regrese por tercera vez a Lisboa volveré a alojarme en este 4 estrellas con encanto y perfectamente ubicado.
Actualizado a Julio 2018: He vuelto a alojarme en este hotel en Junio 2018, y mantengo los buenos comentarios anteriores.

3天。第一天，3楼有类似装修的刺鼻味道，开窗后，地下窗外吵的厉害。早晨，头痛厉害。第二天，换房，1楼，有一点味道，地铁运行时，感觉房子在抖，吵的非常厉害，无法睡觉。第三天，换房，4楼，能感觉到地铁，吵得声音小了，也没有味道了！酒店前台第一天不愿意换房，说没有房间。

Das bisher beste Hotel in dem ich auf meinen Reisen war. Mit dem besten Service, super freundlichem Personal und einem außergewöhnlich tollen Frühstück bis 11.00 Uhr, mit einer riesigen Auswahl! Wir sind 7 Tage dort gewesen und waren jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert! Es hat zudem die beste Lage direkt in der Altstadt und trotzdem in einer leisen Seitenstraße!
Ich wendete mich mit einer medizinischen Notlage an die Rezeption und sogar dabei half man mir und telefonierte für mich die umliegenden Apotheken ab!

The hotel is nice and centrally located, personnel friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are noisy, the underneath metro line and the central air conditioning system are responsible for the noise. If you have light sleep, you definitely need hear plugs

Exceptional service from staff. Excellent reception staff who spoke good English and went the extra mile to help and dining room staff who made sure everything was as we liked it. The deluxe room was worth the extra money and was well cleaned. We felt welcome by all staff including the doormen.

The staff in this hotel are outstanding. So friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel.The room was great, we got put into an uograded room, which seems to be fairly common judging by other reviews but regardless was amazing value for money. Great location. Short walk from Rossio Metro and overground stations should you want to get a train to Sintra like we did. The starting point for the famous number 28 tram Is also a short walk away.Rooftop bar in the adjourning hotel owned by the same people (across the car park at the back) is well worth a visit for a great view.The only slight negative for me was no kettle to be able to make tea and coffees. Clearly the hotel wanted us to buy capsules for the machine in the room at €1.50 a pop after a complimentary 2 per stay (not day..per stay). This is fair enough i guess as the stay was great value for money regardless just as tea loving brits we would have liked to be able to make a brew.Overall I would highly reccomend and will definitely come back should I return to Lisbon.

The location was perfect... closest to most tourists areas... the hotel was excellent, cleanliness was perfect. Very impressive!!!!! However my husband and I noticed that on our few last days.... staff just disregarded you if you still have coffee or either collect the plates in the small breakfast table even it’s filling up... it’s understandable if they’re busy, but busy gossiping infront of the guest... I think needs to stop their attitude like this and treat you the same from the day you arrived till your last day.. other than it was almost perfect...

Would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and friendly. After over hearing us wish our friend happy birthday they sent a birthday cake and glass of champagne to us all at breakfast Then left a bottle of champagne and chocolate truffles in their room.

Perfect hotel with excellent service and good location. First, they offered us free upgrade from regular room to deluxe without any reason. The staff are all friendly and professional including reception, security, dining and cleaning. The room is truly spacious with high quality amenities and perfect cleanliness. The bathroom is also spacious and equipped with everything you need. For the breakfast, although the area is limited, the options are plenty and the food taste really good. Chocolate and battle of water as welcoming gift was a nice touch

Beautiful Hotel with funky stylish rooms and clean crisp lines in the heart of Lisbon. Within 1minute of the Trams and buses and 15 minute walk from the river. Can be a little noisey due to the Metro which runs under neath the Hotel.

Wer in Zentrum Lissabons ein apartes Hotel sucht, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Schön renoviertes historisches Gebäude. Gute Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal. Es liegt nur wenige Meter von dem Platz Praca da Figueira und somit sind alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel schnell erreichbar. Zu Fuß lässt sich auch die gesamte Altstadt und das Castelo S. Jorge erreichen. Super Ausgangspunkt für jedwede Erkundung. Cool ist auch, dass man die Rooftopbar des Mundial Hotels nutzen kann. Kleines Manko: man hört schon die historische Trambahn vorbeifahren. Allerdings stört es nicht die Nachtruhe, da die Bahnen dann nicht fahren. Ein perfektes Stadthotel.

From first moment staff so friendly and helpful at this charming hotel. 3 mins walk from Rossio metro in Praca Figueria or 5 mins from Aerobus 1 stop.Uninspiring street but as soon as inside this very modern hotel everything delightful. As well as its small bar area you can use much larger bar /lounges of adjacent Hotel Mundial, definitely a bonus.Buffet breakfast extensive - lots of fresh fruit,numerous hot and cold items, breads and pastries so good for vegans/vegetarians.Only complaints ( mentioned to staff) coffee machine in room where its 2 free capsules per stay not per night.Also despite hanging up towels they were changed daily.Even in top (4th) floor bedroom rumble of metro noticeable but not disruptive.Will stay here on next visit to this vegan friendly city.

It is a small boutique hotel with an excellent location. It is within walking distance to all major areas. Two minutes walk to city tours buses and trams. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If arriving at the airport, the taxi ride is pretty inexpensive, less than $ 15, however, the hotel offers transport to the airport for $ 20. We took the tour to Sintra (50 Euros -highly recommended) which was arranged by the hotel concierge.

这个酒店建在地铁上面，地下正好是地铁穿过，特别特别吵，还有震动的感觉…关键是每隔1分钟就感觉地震一次…只是吵的话还可以忍受，但是感受到像地震一样的感觉就很不美妙了，跟前台说过这个问题，前台说是晚上 11点半地铁会停，早上6点地铁会开，其实不是这样的，我受到了欺骗！这是最不可以接受的事情…其实到凌晨1点半之后地铁才停，早上 6点地铁就开了…每天只能睡5个小时，太影响旅游了…我一般不评价，但是这个酒店真是我欧洲之行体验最糟糕的了，而且同等4星酒店，这个比其他酒店贵一倍价格，真心不推荐过来旅游的朋友

El hotel está muy bien si decides viajar a Lisboa sin coche y dispuesto a coger el metro. Lo comento porque aunque anuncian parking gratis, éste se comparte con el Hotel Mundial. Debe haber unas 25 plazas para un total de 408 habitaciones (las que suman los dos hoteles), por lo que el parking siempre está ocupado...
Lo del metro lo comento porque pasa por debajo del hotel y las habitaciones, tiemblan cada vez que pasa (acompañado del ruido que hasta la 1.00 de la mañana no te deja dormir). La sensación es que puedes subirte al vagón desde la habitación.
El desayuno está bien y el personal del hotel es muy amable.

El parking gratuito es una ESTAFA. Lo que tiene este hotel son 10 plazas en un parking de un hotel colindante. 10 plazas para más de 100 habitaciones , ya se pueden imaginar que lo normal es no tener sitio. Tuve que pagar un parking por mi cuenta las 3 noches que me alojé en este hotel. Su respuesta es que hay que entender que hay mucha gente (!!). En definitiva, se ofrece un servicio que en la realidad no lo pueden dar. Si se viaja sin coche, no tendría este problema, aún así, el metro pasa por debajo del inmueble, con lo que dependiendo de la habitación, el temblor es brutal, te despiertas a primera hora de la mañana. Exigid una habitación que no tenga este problema. Por último, el buffet de desayuno súper incomodo, meten todo en un pequeño habitáculo en el que hay que hacer colas interminables para servirse un croissant. Como han hecho para tener un 4,5 en google?? Ni idea...

Cet hôtel 4* est une pépite qui en vaut bien 5! Dès que vous entrez ça sent délicieusement bon, le personnel (tous très gentils et très souriants) est aux petits soins vous avez même des petites attentions en chambre, la chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes, modernes, la literie est très bonne et pour couronner le tout le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux... Bref tout était vraiment parfait pour ce 2e séjour dans cet établissement, merci encore!

This place should warn potential guests, of the Metro noise on one side of the hotel. By noise I mean every time the metro passes underground you feel and sometimes hear the train that is underground. My room was on the third (3rd) level or floor. They did offer to change the room, but not to the other side of the hotel, same side just a different room. That kind of change does not help.

My wife and I traveled to the city from the airport by Airport Bus no. 1 which arrives near the Rossio Metro station just a short walk from the hotel. We found it after a bit of a struggle as Google Maps does not like high buildings and access is down a small side street. Our reception at the hotel was very friendly, all the staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Ricardo on the door who helped us several times with tips and advice.Our room was not quite ready when we arrived but we made use of the free drink vouchers provided by the reception staff and waited for five minutes in the bar. we were then shown to our room (107) and the staff member showed us around its various items including the quirky mirror/television.the room itself was spacious and comfortable. I only have a couple of grumbles over the room 1. The TV only had one English channel (BBC World News which loops every 40 minutes) and despite being a futuristic TV combined with the mirror was not a SMART TV so we could not cast Netflix onto it and had to use my laptop. 2. There was just two free cups of coffee per week! (very cheap!). The bed was very comfortable and there was a very large bath which my wife loved. We were on the first floor so it was not the most quiet room I have ever stayed in but it was not too noisy (we went at the end of November so this may not be the case in peak season). The windows/romeo balcony doors also have wooden doors which reduces noise a little and light a lot.The hote

첫날 배정받읏 방은 도심호텔치고 크고 깨끗하고 친절했다. 그런데 씻고 자려하니 지진이 나는게 아닌가. 계속되는 지진에 잠을 잘 수가 없었는데, 잠시 후 지진이 아닌 지하철 소음이라는걸 알았다. 1시가 되어서야 지진같은 진동은 멈췄으나 2~3분 간격의 격한 진동에 뇌가 흔들려 잠을 잘 수가 없었다. 다음날 방 변경을 요청해 다른방으로 옮겼으나, 진도 8도의 지진이 2도정도로 줄었다고 해야하나. 암튼 비행기에서 받은 귀마개를 하고 이틀밤을 더 자야만 했다.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We were given a complimentary drink ticket, which was nice. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The rooms were clean and bathrooms were large. The best part of the hotel was the location. Extremely close to Rossi’s Station, the Castle, and a lot of restaurants. On our second stay we were given a free upgrade, which was very much appreciated. The rooms were a little hot though. Overall great experience!!! Would recommend.

Ett av de bättre hotellen vi bott på. Utmärkt service, personalen gjorde allt för att hjälpa till och ge en bra tips och råd. Rummet vi bodde på var väldigt rent och fräscht. Stort och riktigt bra badrum. De städade rummen varje dag om man ville det, så en fräsch känsla varje dag.Frukosten var också bra, med bra utbud och fräsch mat. Kort och gott ett riktigt bra hotell som ligger centralt men ändå inte på en jobbig gata där alla går, utan vid ett bra område! Skulle verkligen tipsa alla som frågar att bo på detta underbara hotell!

Die Lage war ideal, man konnte sich sehr viel Fuß anschauen, da alles sehr zentral war. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht und nett, was man von den jüngeren Herren und Damen beim Frühstück nicht behaupten kann! Die waren mehr mit Ihnen selber beschäftigt als dass sie sich um die Gäste kümmern (leere Teller wegräumen, den Kunden nicht erst nach 5 Minuten fragen ob sie einen Kaffee wollen) Die sollten weniger miteinander quatschen sondern sich um die Gäste kümmern !

Stay at hotel Portugal was fantastic experience. I could not recommend it enough. Hotel is very central.. Exit hotel, turn right and walk very short distance and you are on the Rossio square. Rossio is very close to all the landmarks and highlights of the city. ...
From the moment we arrived, greeted by enthusiastic, energetic and friendly staff. Receptionists and porter was especially helpful. It was on their recommendations that we knew where to commence our site seeing endeavor. Room was exceptional, very comfortable. Complementary breakfast following morning was very nice and set us up for our day touring.... Thank you for making our stay so amazing. We will be back soon again..

The location and staff are really fantastic. The hotel is new and posh and the room was very clean and beautiful. The staff went far and beyond to assist us. The downside was that our room was one of the few rooms that the underground train goes under and everything shook like an earthquake. There were no rooms left so they moved us to their sister property next door, that was an older building but we had a larger room with a great view. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating that despite our room I will still rate the hotel as a 5 star because of the overall experience. Both hotels are very nice and the rooftop bar is the best in the city.

Breakfast was good. (We did not eat dinner in the hotel so we can't judge the restaurants) Friendly staff. We even got an upgrade to a suite. (Thank you!) Beds were very comfortable. We did hear the subway where lot of people write about when standing in the lobby however we did not hear anything in our room (4th floor). Our most negative feedback is the bath did only fill very slow. So no real negatives for us. We had a wonderful stay and really loved the hotel.

Wunderschönes Hotel im Herzen Lissabons.
Die Zimmer sind modern und absolut geschmack- und prachtvoll eingerichtet.
Das überwiegend junge Personal ist sehr höflich und aufmerksam.
Das Frühstück ist im Vergleich zum Hotel recht einfach, dafür schmeckt alles sehr lecker und wirkt frisch.
Es gibt eine Terrasse im Innenhof zum verweilen und eine Dachterrasse im Nachbarhotel Mundial die genutzt werden kann. Dort befindet sich auch der kostenlose Parkplatz.
Von der Lage her ist es ideal! Zu Fuß erreicht man zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und hervorragende Restaurants. Wir waren u A im "Jesus e Goes" (indisch) und direkt ums Eck (sehr versteckt und absolut uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert) "a merendinha do arco"

Can not say enough about this hotel - what a find! The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful, its beautiful, the room was amazing, especially for the very reasonable price. The location is great, there is parking in a garage, a grocery very near, the food outstanding!! We only stayed for one night because we were driving to another city, but booked the room for the end of our trip as well.

My man-in-the-house and I stayed at this delightful design hotel on 17-20.3. Why I love this hotel: proximity to Rossio subway station, shopping area, castle de Jorge, excellent service (especially Alexandra at the concierge and Pedro at breakfast [Pedro remembers our coffee with milk and capuccino orders. Splendid!], spacious room (I love the Rituals toiletries and bidet and jacuzzi shower functions and bathtub), and at an affordable price (about 150€ per night; note: we booked it 5 months earlier). Corner room 205 was fabulous. The restaurant Golden Sushi served exquisite sushi at an amazingly affordable price (set lunch for 10.90€; included temaki, miso soup, & sushi & sashimi set [10 pcs]).

Vi blev positivt överraskade trots höga förväntningar efter att ha läst tidigare recensioner. Stora, lyxigt inredda rum i perfekt skick. Oerhört trevlig och tillmötesgående personal.Eftersom vi hade hyrbil uppskattade vi den kostnadsfria parkeringen i garaget. Små överraskningar från room service förstärkte det positiva intrycket ytterligare.Gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter och metro och spårvagn runt hörnet.Allt detta till ett minst sagt överkomligt pris är nästan för bra för att vara sant.

This hotel is beautiful and the service was fantastic. The rooms were so comfortable and beautifully decorated. They have a really cool wine cellar in the basement which is great for a nice class of wine that is complimentary! The breakfast thats included is also really nice. Its located in the downtown area which isnt my favorite part of Lisbon but the hotel is so nice it makes up for the location!

Lovely hotel, really friendly staff with some surprisingly pretty young men too to carry your bags.
The suites are spacious and well equipped, loved the toiletries and the beds are super comfortable.
A good selection (hot and cold) at breakfast, again... with excellent service.
Arrived late so restsurant closed but room service was very good.
Car parking is available but at the hotel next door and (in typical Portuguese fashion) is very, very tight to navigate - not good for the nervous driver.
One thing of note... this place is directly above the main Metro station and (even four floors up) the noise and vibration is incredibly noticeable.
It didn't detract from our stay in any way, but we're both heavy sleepers! Don't book if you're not!!

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Vieles leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr sauber, das Personal ist äußerst freundlich! Frühstück klassisch europäisch ohne wirklich Highlights, aber solide und alles da. Der Kaffee schmeckte mir persönlich nicht. Vor dem Hotel in der Straße gelegentlich etwas "düstere" Gestalten, aber die gibt es auch auf den großen Plätzen. Etwas nervig ständig das Anbieten vom Hash oder Gras.
Dennoch super Hotel, 100% Empfelung!

A experiência de ficar hospedada no Hotel foi fantástica, ficamos no quarto 305. Ao chegarmos já tinha uma pessoas para pegar nossas malas, o hall de entrada é aconchegante e muito bonito, tinha uma árvore de natal linda.
A recepcionista muito simpática e gentil, nos deu as primeiras orientações e nos acompanhou até o quarto para explicar algumas funções basicas no quarto.
O quarto é perfeito... Amplo, aconchegante, cheiroso e muito limpo, a cama e os lençóis são extremamente confortáveis. O design do espelho com a tv é muito interessante, abaixo tem a mesa de apoio com maquina de café. Guarda roupas bem grande, com frigobar e cofre.
O banheiro também é grande, com duas pias no meio e de um lado o chuveiro de teto e do outro lado o vaso sanitário e banheira. Tem kits de banho, toalhas, roupões e chinelos... Completo.
O café da manhã é excelente, grande variedade de pães, presuntos, queijos, sereais, sucos, frutas, cafés... Tudo uma delícia. O hotel possui dois elevadores, com portas na frente e atrás. O wifi é bom.

Wir verbrachten 1 Woche in Lissabon und unternahmen einen Tagesausflug nach Estoril. Man kann in Lissabon alles günstig mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Die Lisboa Card ist viel zu teuer. Am Besten hat uns das Ozeanium gefallen, das sollte man auf keinen Fall auslassen!! Ansonsten sind die Gebäude in der Stadt leider in einem schlechten Zustand. Selbst die Gerüste sind schon am verfallen. Bei der Planung des Aufenthalts, sollte man vorab unbedingt die Öffnungszeiten klären. Belem sollte man nicht montags machen, da ist alles geschlossen!

Un hôtel au top!
L'équipe est d'une extrême gentillesse et très professionnelle. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, propres et très joliment décorées tout comme l'hôtel!
Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très copieux et varié (charcuteries, fromages, pains, viennoiseries, céréales, pancakes, gâteaux, fruits, jus, etc...)
L'emplacement est idéal en plein centre de Lisbonne dans le Baixa-Chiado.
C'est vraiment le meilleur hôtel que j'ai pu faire sur Lisbonne!
Je le recommande donc vivement.

Sono stato 4 notti presso hotel Portugal camere pulite e bagno spazioso oltre che elegante e pulito personale qualificato gentile e premuroso.Noi avevamo solo colazione ovviamente, ma scelta varia e buona poi il personale ci chiedeva se desideravamo ancora delle bevande.Tutto bello e per noi queste sono le stelle che merita.Poi vicino al centro comodo a ristoranti e monumenti stazione ferroviaria per Sintra e Cascais e servizi pubblici

This is a fantastic hotel. It's perfectly located near Rossio station, and within 50 yards of the start of tram routes E15 and E28, which when you see how busy the trams are, is a bonus to be getting on at the beginning of the route. It is also within walking distance off most of the major tourist areas in central Lisbon. Upon arrival at the hotel we were warmly welcomed. When our room was ready we were taken up to it and shown all of the facilities. Our cases were brought up shortly afterwards. Our room was on the top floor and was huge. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and all very fresh. Throughout our stay all of the staff couldn't be more helpful. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Lisbon.

Visited for Web Summit. Was given a very small room the first night but requested to be changed rooms as my company had paid quite a lot for me to be in such a small room. The staff were very friendly and arranged for a very large room to be available to me from the second night onwards. Nice location, easily accessed from the airport €20 for an executive uber. The only fault is that the breakfast does not have fresh orange juice and the quality of the food is not great.

Tem um restaurante taiwanês, Bao, que serve refeições adequadas para um bom descanso no centro de Lisboa.
O "Bao", é uma sandwich criada em Taiwan, que pode levar tudo, desde carne a marisco.

Esperienza incredibile ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro di Lisbona e dalla metropolitana, camera fantastica molto grande con un televisore super a specchio, appena arrivati abbiamo trovato il benvenuto scritto sulla televisione e ottimi dolcetti da gustare assieme a dell'acqua, letto enorme e comodissimo, camere insonorizzate non si sentiva nulla, dormito benissimo, i ragazzi alla reception splendidi sempre gentilissimi e pronti per ogni esigenza, prodotti da bagno profumati e naturali, bellissimo sia l'accapatoio che le ciabatte da camera. Colazione super oltre le aspettative devo dire un esperienza unica consiglio vivamente quest hotel sicuramente le 4 stelle sono piu' che guadagnate. Ci tornero' sicuramente

Hotel ist Teil eines strassenzugumfassenden, riesigen Hotelkomplexes: dieses ist das kleinere, wohl eher 'exklusivere' - ansonsten gibt es noch mind. ein weiteres riesiges hinten dran. ... auf dessen Rückseite man natürlich bei Lage zum Hinterhof sieht. Und dessen Mega-Klimaanlagen ständig laufen...

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Nachdem wir ein Upgrade erhalten hatten, wurde uns das Gepäck aufs Zimmer gebracht und alles gezeigt. Bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Was man evtl. noch beim Frühstück verbessern könnte: Teewasser wird am Tisch serviert, am 1. Tag war dieses lauwarm. Zum Teil wird der Teebeutel direkt ins Wasser gegeben während man noch am Buffet ist. Da aber nicht alle ihren Tee gleich stark trinken, finde ich das eher lästig. Die Ananas war nicht reif, das Brot zu trocken, da schon geschnitten, und die Käseauswahl war klein. Es gibt die Möglichkeit im Hotel diverse Wäsche (Badetücher, -mäntel etc.) sowie Dekoartikel und sogar Mobiliar zu erwerben. Ich finde das eine tolle Idee und so bestellte ich an der Rezeption eine Badematte. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass diese bereits gebraucht war! Nach kurzer, diskussionsloser Reklamation an der Rezeption hatte ich abends eine neue auf dem Zimmer. Ich hoffe sehr, dass das ein Versehen war. Toll wäre, wenn die Pflegeprodukte ebenfalls zum Kauf angeboten würden. Das Duschmittel riecht wunderbar! Auch im Hotel und im Zimmer duftet es immer angenehm dezent.

I booked this hotel as part of a birthday celebration city break. It is on a side street close to Rossio Metro station and on the edge of the old town. A short walk gets you to the Praca de Comercio and the banks of the River Tagus.The hotel is very modern and exceptionally clean. Breakfast is varied and ample enough to set you up for the day if you want to.The staff are excellent. They are polite, extremely helpful and clearly take pride and pleasure in making your stay in their hotel and their city as good as it can be.A crowning touch was finding a bottle of fizz and some truffles in our room when we returned after a meal out on the day of my wifes birthday.

- freundliches Personal- alles sehr sauber und neu- zu Fuß alle Highligts der Stadt erreichbar... Dieses Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen!!!

Mycket tillmötesgående, hjälpsam och fantastiskt trevlig personal! Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell. När vi åker tillbaka kommer vi att bo här.

Übersaus zuvorkommendes und nettes Personal. Schöne gepflegte Zimmer und tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Ich komme wieder.

Lhôtel vient dêtre rénové, il est très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne, les chambres sont impeccables, le personnel est au petit soin.
