Eu e a minha familia adoramos passar as ferias no NH, tinha tudo o que necessitavamos para umas ferias em familia relaxadas, tinha servico de lavandaria, tinha berco para o meu menino, o pequeno almoco variado com produtos para crianca tambem. O pessoal eram responsaveis, carinhosos e simpaticos.
Foi incrivel, o bar servia uns cocktails otimos, a psicina deu para relaxar e esquecer os problemas que é isso que a gente precisa.
Um espaco em que possamos disfrutar os melhores momentos em familia, e esse espaco foi aqui no NH, certamente voltarei aqui todas as nossas ferias. Um beijo grande do brasil para NH Liberdade e muito obrigada pela estadia estava tudo incrivel, 5 estrelas !!

Estou muito satisfeito com a minha estadia no NH Liberdade.
A minha estadia foram de 15 dias em que senti-me como se estivesse na minha propria casa, tem uma otima localizacao, varios servicos disponiveis desde lazer a trabalho.
o pessoal da recepcao, profissionais, atenciosos, e muito simpaticos, ajudaram-nos com as duvidas que tinhamos.
O pequeno almoco com grande variedade de produtos e muito bom, os empregados sempre disponiveis e cuidadosos.
O quarto limpinho e uma vista super agradavel, para alem da piscina que se aproveitou com esses dias de calor.
Certamente irei voltar com a familia toda e irao adorar como eu e a minha mulher adoramos.

Tem um pequeno almoco com grandes variedades de produtos , o espaco requintado.
O pessoal muito simpatico e acolhedores.
Foi uma experiencia incrivel e tive uma estadia muito agradavel, certamente irei voltar aqui para as minhas ferias mais prolongadas.
E alias, estou muito satisfeita com a comida, de um gosto indiscutivel.

Estubimos cinco días en Lisboa y el hotel es excelente. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias y la cama es muy comoda. El desayuno es espectacular! Es lo que más nos gustó del hotel! Había mucha variedad.. repostería clásica y portuguesa, varias piezas de fruta, iogurts con trocitos de fruta y semillas, varios tipos de pan, embutido, podías pedir una tortilla con los ingredientes a tu gusto y también podías pedir un zumo “heatlhy” con fresas, kiwi, manzana, etcetera. Era fantástico!

Great hotel, and a great location. Located on Avenida Liberdade, it is right in the heart of upscale shopping in Lisbon. The Metro station is a across the street...very convenient. The hotel is in a kind of shopping plaza with a small food court one level down. Cozy bar area is right up front. Room was quite nice and the staff English fluent and quite professional. Definitely will stay here next time in Lisbon.

Der concierge service war sehr nett und hat uns die reservation von restaurants gemacht. Das frühstücksbuffet liess keine wünsche offen. Ob super gesund oder doch währschaft mit scrambled eggs , alles war da. Sogar eine regional ecke gabs mit spezialitäten aus portugal. Das hotel ist top gelegen.

Excellent hotel in an amazing location of Lisbon for a very affordable price. Rooms are pretty big, mine had a balcony and a great living area. Toiletries were great. Included breakfast was really good and service was superb. Highly recommend it

Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, die Möbel wirken noch recht neu und modern. Leider war es in unserem Zimmer sehr dunkel, da es Richtung Innenhof lag, sodass sogar tagsüber immer Licht aufgedreht werden musste. Auf Nachfrage nach einem anderen Zimmer wurde nur die Möglichkeit eines kostenpflichtigen Upgrades angeboten, da die anderen Zimmer mit Aussicht waren. Etwas schade, wenn die Zimmer sowieso frei sind! (USB)-Steckdosen sind direkt am Bett. Das Wifi funktionierte am Handy sogut wie gar nicht. Die Sauberkeit war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, nur im Bad ließ diese etwas zu wünschen übrig (Haare klebten an der Decke usw.). An Tag 2-3 wurde offenbar auch nicht mehr staubgewischt. Die Lage ist gut, direkt vor dem Hotel liegt eine metro station. Zum Rossio sind es zu Fuss ca 10 min. Vieles ist fussläufig erreichbar! Das Personal war freundlich.

Hemos pasado 4 noches en el hotel. La ubicación es inmejorable en la zona de las tiendas de lujo de Lisboa.
El servicio tanto de recepción como de habitaciones es genial, atentos pero sin invadir la intimidad del cliente.
El desayuno es tipo buffet, muy completo.
Un acierto sin duda!!!

Really nice hotel and if you can source a good deal even better the included breakfast was amazing and generous the staff very helpful and inviting.

I simply loved the location, so central, walking distance to all the great landmarks, plazas, furnicular train, and squares. Right behind the hotel are amazing cobbled walking streets, restaurants serving portuguese cuisine.
The hotel is ensconced in Tivoli Forum right next to Tivoli Theatre. These are great landmarks. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, absolutely delightful staying here. Special mention to Yasmin, Carlos who were so helpful.

Perfecto. La ubicación no podía ser mejor, en la avenida Liberdade, a 5 minutos andando de la plaza Marqués de Pombal. Puedes ir andando al barrio alto si coges el funicular da Gloria, que está a otros 5 minutos del hotel. La plaza del Comercio está a 10 - 15 minutos... El hotel es perfecto, con una maravillosa piscina en la azotea, gimnasio 24 horas y un servicio excelente. El personal siempre atento y la comida fabulosa.

Depuis notre arrivée,que l'ont le veuille ou non reveil à 8h á cause de travaux, percement, et j'en passe.
Petit dejeûner á 20 euro par personne pour te servir de la boulangerie industrielle, de la charcuterie industrielle, du pain industriel. Sauf les fruits et quelques bricoles sont frais.
Pour un 4 étoile ça laisse sérieusement á désirer.

Lovely boutique hotel very centrally situated, quiet, clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the roof top pool and bar, beautiful views.There is a food court underneath the hotel and a Laduree on the same level. The staff were very helpful, all round very pleasant stay.

We were there for a few nights and had a great time! The service was fantastic from all departments. They even welcomed us with some pastries that were delicious and typical.
They also helped us plan out stay so that we could enjoy every minute! Their restaurant at the rooftop is just yummmy! Our home is Lisbon for sure!

During my stay a £355 worth of ring went missing from my locked room after housekeeping cleaned the room. The ring was left on my evening table with some of my other belongings. All my belongings were moved to another table apart from the one ring that went missing. I was told by management it is general policy that hotels only take responsibility after valuables left in the safe. Since then I checked it with other hotels and it is not the case!
NH Collection Lisboa Liberdade did not offer any kind of compensation and refused to take any responsibility after the missing ring.
I am very disappointed by poor handling of this issue by the management and would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this hotel!!!
I would rather stay somewhere where I don’t have to squeeze all my valuables in to a tiny safe and worry about things despairing from my room.
The case has been reported to the police!

La terraza Atico espectaculares vistas, y una oferta de cocteles y tapas exquisita, no te puedes ir de Lisboa sin probar los cocteles y tapas, con la mejores vistas de Lisboa. La comida de calidad superior.

En recepción son gentiles , simpaticos , siempre dispuesto ayudar, a disposición del.cliente en cualquier momento, son unos magníficos profesionales.

The most wonderful part of this hotel is the impressively helpful and kind staff at the front desk. Location of the hotel is great: arriving at Avenida station and get out from the north gate and you're there. One notable defect would be the cleaning staff. We had to wait for hours for the room to be cleaned (after 3 pm the only part that was done was the collecting of the tips) and then to find that lots of things were not refurbished(toilet papers, tissues, bottle of water to make tea and coffe)... and I left a note asking to change linens with tips but it was not done...

Wir hatten uns auf eine schöne Woche in Lissabon gefreut. Und für den Preis sollte es wirklich gut werden. Die Bilder vom Hotel sahen vielversprechend aus. Genau das was wir gesucht hatten: Helle Zimmer mit einem schönen Blick über die Stadt, eine Dachterrasse mit Pool und Bar, ein leckeres Frühstückbuffet, eine Hotelbar an der man sich niederlassen und den Abend ausklingeln lassen kann.
Weit gefehlt! Die einzigen Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick sind sehr rar gesät. Der Rest schaut auf Hauswände mit Blick in die anderen Zimmer und den zugestellten Innenhof. Unser Zimmer hatte nur ein einiziges kleines Fenster, was es sehr dunkel gemacht hat. Dies sollte eigentlich für einen geruhsamen Schlaf sorgen, da es dunkel ist. Leider blinkt die ganze Nacht der Feueralarm über dem Bett und Licht kommt durch die Mottenlöcher im Vorhang.
Leider ist das Gebäude etwas älter und hat eine sehr alte Lüftungsanlage. Im Übrigen gehören zu diesem Hotel noch mehr Gebäude, die gleich am Komplex mitangebaut sind. Der Ansaugstutzen für die Lüftungsanlage befindet sich in der Nähe der Fenster, was es unmöglich macht, nachts das Fenster offenzulassen. Leider kann man die Lüftung auch nicht ausstellen, weswegen stetig kalte Luft über dem Bett weht.
Die Pool-Bilder spiegeln es nicht ganz wieder, alles ist etwas abgewohnt. Die Wege im Hotel, also Zimmer zum Pool usw. wirkt lieblos und eher wie im Krankenhaus.
Der Frühstücksraum liegt in den unteren Geschossen und hat zwar Fenster, aber diese führen in einen Schacht und bieten keinen Ausblick. Der Raum wirkt trotz Beleuchtung düster und eingeengt. Das Personal wirkt ungelernt, stehen sich selbst im Weg und wissen nicht was Sie machen sollen. Es wird kaum nachgelegt, sowohl Essen als auch Geschirr. Es stehen z.B. keine Gläser für die Frühstücksgäste bereit. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage wird ein Glas gebracht. Die anderen Gäste können erneut nachfragen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig, aber dem Preis nicht angemessen (40 Euro für uns beide pro Tag!)
Der Bar-Bereich hat Blick auf die Einkaufspassage und liegt im Eingangsbereich des Hotels. De Rezeption im selben Raum. Man fühl sich sehr präsent und exponiert zu den vorbeiziehenden Passanten.
Wir haben uns in unserem Zimmer als auch im gesamten Hotel nicht wohlgefühlt und sind darauf hin früher abgereist, obwohl wir länger reserviert hatten. Dafür haben Sie uns zusätzlich eine Nacht ab gerecht. Als ich Rückfragen zur Rechnung hatte, wurde mir gesagt das ich auch die gesamte reservierte Reisezeit bezahlen könnte, wenn ich noch Fragen hätte.
Ich habe selten so ein Hotel zu so einem Preis erlebt. Wer Erholung, Entspannung und ein Maß an Klasse sucht, ist in diesem Haus völlig falsch!

Good hotel, great location, nice staff. We enjoyed the cold swimming pool on the roof which is the way we like it, as people from Northen Europe. Breakfast gave mixed feelings: all food was great but sometimes even beans were not available. Omlettes were not great at all even though made by chef. We stopped eating them after 2 days. Good stable wifi. Tiny gym open 24/7 with cold water and green apples. Our suit was very enjoyable.

We were very happy with our stay in your hotel for six nights, the location is great, the receptionists were friendly, the room is clean, the only thing wasn’t perfect was the shower door which didn’t prevent the water from seeping out. Your breakfast buffet offered enough varieties to please.

Everyone seem so happy, kind and helpful, it was such a great pleasure for us as guests. All of them helped us so much to have the perfect holiday in Lisbon. All of them!
Everyone was absolutely amazing but Paula was so special. I'm vegan and she took care of me like a mother. Every morning she was making sure that we are happy and satisfied with the food. Even when she wasn't around she asked the other amazing staff members to take care of us. She is really special.
Thank you so much, and on the next time we will be at Lisbon we are definitely going to come back to this great hotel :)

Hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff we’re friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately the hotel is very small. The rooftop pool and bar help but unfortunately both were closed during our stay. We had to visit other hotel roof top bars. The only bar they had was very small and stuck beside the check in desk and often never manned so it could be a long time before getting served. We booked rooms side by side as we were a family of two adults, 2 children (unfortunately no connecting rooms could be provided). The rooms were tucked away in the corner of the hotel, unfortunately next to their extraction system. This made for a noisy, not very relaxing stay. We stayed for 9 nights so it wasn’t fun. I was particularly disappointed as we had considered many other hotels on the same street at the same price.....felt a little sad to see what I could,and should have got for mymoney.

Este hotel tiene como punto fuerte su ubicación. Se encuentra en una zona suficientemente céntrica pero a la vez tranquila. Die Lage des Hotels ist für einen Städtetrip hervorragend. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist die Haltestelle für den Airportbus. Leider war die Klimaanlage auf Heizbetrieb eingestellt und die Temperatur ließ sich nicht auf kühleres Raumklima einstellen und das Fenster nicht auf Kipp stellen. Ausserdem hatten wir ein Superior Zimmer 6. Etage mit sehr wenig Tageslicht, da das Zimmer zum Innenhof lag. Vorteil dadurch, es war sehr ruhig.

If you want to shop and then relax in the room and then hang-out again afterward, this is the best hotel to stay in. It is located in the middle of the branded goods shopping district. Also, the other touristic spots are still in walking distance area.

The hotel is located in the center of the shopping district, so it is very convenient if you want to shop and relax afterward. The lobby might look a bit small, but the room is decent actually. I did really enjoy staying in the hotel since it is close to the train and metro station as well. We'll stay here again next time I am visiting Lisbon.

O café da manhã é sublime, minimalistas aos detalhes, apresentação, os pães todos (dezenas de tipos) crocantes e frescos, faz se ovos de acordo com o seu pedido, e muito rápidos.

quartos muito bem equipa com ótimo chuveiro, bidê, iluminação, secador de cabelo potente, kits de higiene pessoal;
Quarto com cama king muito boa, máquina de cápsula de café, frigobar, Tv grande de LCD, janelas grandes, aquecedor central que funciona...
tudo muito bom mesmo... ah... e maçã verde, balinha na recepção pra qdo bater uma fominha...
Academia pequena mas suficiente e de ótima qualidade... tudo funciona e muito bem... com água fresca disponível todo o tempo e maçã verde também ...

Stay in Suite with View Terrace and room were spacious except for the bathing space which is quite cramp. Rooms has no complimentary bottled water. Wifi were good. Breakfast and in-room dining were good although not much choices are available. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent and quiet location. Just beside Gucci. Walking distance to all tourists site and shopping area. Just 2 minutes walk away, there is a Delta Q cafe which serves good food and coffee at low price. Gym and Rooftop pool were small. But the rooftop view were fantastic. There were complimentary drinks, fruits and cookies available in the lobby daily as well.

We stayed in the NH Liberada and it was in a fantastic location. The room was nice and big and the bathroom was lovely with a great shower, the rooftop bar has some spectacular views.
The breakfast is way overpriced, there is a lovely cafe down stairs that does unbelievable breakfast and is very reasonable “kaffeine” is its name so maybe go there instead. Drinks are also grossly overpriced - go to the banana street bar located across from Mango on the avenue for better prices, atmosphere and overall customer service.
In conclusion ,I’d recommend for the room/location and rooftop view but if you can find a reasonable rate on a well reviewed room in a nearby location it may be better value.

Excellent city centre hotel. Service was friendly, professional and efficient and breakfast had a great choice with every option covered. Rooftop pool and bar provided great views and useful chance to grab some sunshine. Perfectly placed along the main Avenue just close enough to the main area but far enough away from the crowds. Only negative was the bed being very firm - made it uncomfortable at first.

A wonderful hotel on a tree- lined Avenue in the heart of Lisbon. 10 minute walk to the Chiado, 20 min to Alfama. Pool and poolside bar on the ninth floor. Can see the mountainsides and the valley all the way to the river. Clean, rooms, nicely appointed, good showers, a bidet in the bathroom-- don't see that pleasure very often anymore, in the heart of the fashion area. Good restaurants nearby.

È l'hotel a quattro stelle, situato lungo l'Avenida Palace, in cui soggiornai nel precedente viaggio a Lisbona. Non ho saputo resistere alla tentazione di tornare a vederlo. Ne conservo un ottimo ricordo: struttura eccellente, servizio ineccepibile, grande cortesia e disponibilità del personale, colazione a buffet abbondante e di buona qualità. Non l'ho scelto per questa vacanza soltanto perché i prezzi, con l'inserimento dell'albergo nel gruppo "Collection", sono aumentati troppo e ho trovato addirittura più conveniente un soggiorno in un elegante hotel a cinque stelle in posizione ancora più centrale.

The hotel is nice, but way overpriced.
The room was clean, the view from the rooftop bar was nice. The rooftop pool is a nice addition, even though it's tiny.
BUT
- the ventilation in the bathroom wasn't working
- the bathroom floor would get wet EVERY time you took a shower due to water leaking
- we didn't even get a welcome complimentary water bottle - for a hotel charging this much per night, this would definitely be a gesture making you feel more welcomed
- to further deepen that feeling of "we don't care about you as our customers"... At checkout there was no attempt to even acknowledge we've stayed there for a few nights. No question about how our stay was, or if everything was ok, or if there's anything that could be improved. This might seem like a small detail, but it does say a lot about the hotel culture.
- energy saving/care for the environment = zero. We'd switch all the lights and AC off when leaving the room, only to find everything back on when we returned in the evening. What is the point of ask the lights being on and AC on full power when we were out for the whole day! And we intentionally switch everything of when leaving the room!
Overall, ok facilities. But they are definitely not oriented towards making guests feeling welcomed and valued. Nor do they give a damn about the environment.
Would not come back here! Nor would I recommend it

Hospedei-me neste hotel durante 5 dias, tendo muita facilidade para aceder ao centro das cidades. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom, com produtos de qualidade e uma equipa muito atenciosa e fantastica.
Tem um terraço com uma vista incrivel e uma boa piscina. Os quartos são super confortaveis e muito espaçosos. Adorei esta estadia e recomendo este hotel.

Waren im NH Collection in Rom begeistert und haben uns daher auch in Lissabon für diese Hotelkette entschieden, war aber dort nicht so toll .Obwohl früh gebucht, hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Hinterhof.Superior Zimmer war auch eher mickrig. Frühstück war sehr gut und Personal zuvorkommend.

NH Collection Lisboa Liberdade is located on Avenida da Liberdade an affluent area of Lisbon and walking distance from the Avenida subway (metro) station. The lobby prioritises guest space in a sophisticated but simple style featuring a bar area that is used interchangeably throughout the day. Below the hotel is a food court that offer a variety of options including a coffee shop and healthy food chain serving fresh juices and salads.
The hotel features 12 floors that served by two glass elevators that take you to a spacious rooftop bar and swimming pool on the top floor. The views from the rooftop are amazing, providing an eagles eye view of the city.
Since my last visit last year a fitness room has been added in the second floor which is basic but features three machine, free weights and a multi functional unit.
The room I stayed in was on the second floor and while concerned by the possible noise at the ground level, the room was very quiet. The room featured all the amenities expected from a top hotel including a large bed, highest quality linen, a bathroom with a large spa like shower, modern coffee maker and small fridge, plenty of wardrobe storage and a 50 inch television.
The rate I purchased included breakfast served in the first floor. The breakfast featured a buffet style with a great quality selection of pasties, yogurt, cold meat cuts, juices and cheeses. There is also the option to order eggs in a variety of options. As for the WiFi, there is free basic WiFi provided and a faster option for streaming at an additional cost per night.
Throughout the hotel the service was warm and open including the bar staff in the rooftop managed by Rui. I stayed at the hotel as part of a group booking and the catering ordered was very good and tasty. Highly recommended hotel in the centre of town.

Terrible experience... We stayed for the weekend and it was so disappointed, the first night we went to a CLub, so we arrived at the Hotel around 2:30AM, and we stayed outside for almost 30 minutes because didn´t have no one in the reception to open the door! We got a suite, and it wasn´t cleaned for an entire weekend! And the bed wasn´t comfortable at all!!
I don´t recommend and I would never go back for sure!

Un hôtel Très très bien placé, devant le métro (ligne rouge) et à 10 min à pied de lhyper centre ville. Très calme. Accueil très chaleureux et à lécoute.Petit déjeuner très complet et excellent. Chambre spacieuse. Lit très confortable et grand. Quelques petits points négatifs :douche et pas baignoire, manque daération dans la salle de bain. Dommage que certains petits travaux dentretien quotidien ne soient pas effectués dans la chambre :double rideau déchiré, coup dans le mur pas réparé, joints de la salle de bain noircis par endroit, bonde de lévier qui ne fonctionne pas.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, en un centro comercial sobre una ancha avenida rodeado de tiendas de prestigiosas marcas, pero sin embargo bastante tranquila. Hay una estación de metro (Avenida) justo en la puerta.
Desde esa ubicación se pude acceder caminando a los principales lugares de interés como, por ejemplo, la Plaza del Comercio el barrio alto, etc.
La habitación confortable y completamente equipada como todos los nh collection.
El personal muy atento.
Tiene un estacionamiento de pago, bastante caro por cierto.
También hay en el centro comercial locales de comida que pueden resultar una opción cómoda y económica.

Really nice hotel! Good rooms, friendly staff, really good breakfast and lovely roof terrace and pool with great views over Lisbon. Easy to walk to the centre of town and close to public transport. There is underground parking (at a cost).

Wifi doesn't work at all, no assistance offered with luggage, housekeeping entered room without knocking, bad room service, General Manager of hotel was rude, condescending and lacking any diplomacy.

Gorgeous, quirky hotel nestled in the Tivoli shopping centre. Suite no 801 is spacious and stunning. Rooftop pool/bar/restaurant lovely.

Desayuno excelente y un personal muy cálido y atento.
El ático con su piscina y bar son impresionantes y las vistas merecen la pena.

Solid 4 star with excellent location. Nice breakfast but not outstanding. Lovely breakfast staff makes up for it. Nice front desk people. Waitress at pool was snarky and rude and I almost put one less star for her because of it as she ruined our first night on the rooftop bar. Nice view btw.

Övernattade i en svit med balkong. Balkongen vette mot trist innergård. Stort rum, men något naggad i kanterna. Hotellet har en takpool med bar, men poolen är mycket liten. Bra utsikt från taket. Trång lobby.

Very good Hotel, but our Room (10th floor) was never really quiet, even when the air conditioner was turned off it sounded like a big refrigerator in the middle of our room. But the service was top, the view from the rooftop bar is very cool, and the room was clean and modern.
We haven't tried the breakfast, because there are so many nice places in Lisbon where you can find a good breakfast for half of the price.

Incredible view, hotel and room was clean, staff were polite and helpful. Beds were a little firmer then I prefer. We had a great balcony view, but our room was connecting and not sealed well so we could hear our 'room neighbors' talking as if they were in the same room. Front desk was unable to move us to another room. They also only have 1 iron for the entire hotel so if you need to iron a shirt, request it far in advance. Water pressure and shower temp was good as well.
They have a really great location for being close to tons of restaurants, shops and public transit so the city is at your finger tips.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The suite is not worth the price. Bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. Woke up with a terrible back pain; The cleaning ladies walk in the room even when you have the sign at the door saying not to come in and after asking the front desk many times to respect the sign. The first day that I arrived, the room wasnt ready until about 3:30 pm. Once we were in the room relaxing after a 7 hour flight the cleaning lady decided to come in to update the mini bar after we said we were not ready for her to come in. The bathroom is very dangerous , as it has a step to get in and can be dangerous at night. No ventilation in the Bathroom. They dont clean the rooms! They come in and simply change towels and make the bed. Not to mention , there is no rooftop!!!! It is under renovation and this was the big reason o booked this place to oversee the city ! False advertisement!You pay for the location. The hotel is not the greatest!The front desk staff is very friendly.Good luck

The location is great, at the Avenida Liberdade, with a lot of taxis, near to the Praça do Rossio. The service is excellent, the employees were helpful full-time. The view from the rooftop is very beautiful and the breakfast is delicious with a huge variety. My experience there was incredible.

Ficamos 7 noites no hotel. Os pontos altos são a localização, em uma avenida bonita, com lojas de grife, próximo do centro, cerca de 15 minutos a pé, próximo de restaurantes, e o conforto dos quartos, bem equipados, com bom espaço e muito bom banheiro. O pessoal da recepção e concierge são muito atenciosos. A única pequena restrição que faço é em relação à entrada do hotel, meia escondida, que quando a gente chega não dá a impressão do hotel ser bom como é. Senti também a falta de uma sala de fitness. Concluindo, recomendo este hotel, que é totalmente condizente com um hotel de 4 estrelas.

Un cuatro estrellas más que aceptable. Bien situado, buen trato, limpio y buen aparcamiento. Hay que evitar habitaciones en pisos altos, ruido aire acondicionado en habitaciones de la maquinaria en azotea...Esto deberían cuidarlo más...el resto, muy bien, volvería...

L'atenció rebuda en aquest hotel ha estat perfecte. Vam reservar dues habitacions i els hi vam demanar una amb llit gran i l'altre amb dos llits, i no va haver-hi cap problema.
El servei d'habitacions impecable.
L'esmorzar ha estat magnífic.
El wifi funciona perfectament.
Hem estat 4 dies d'aquesta setmana.

Para ser honesto, el hotel no me ha gustado demasiado. La verdad es que con 3 estrellas tienen de sobra. Me parecio mas bien escasito. "cutre". La gente de recepcion bien, pero nada especial. Conexion a Internet regular y habitaciones minimas.. pequeñas y poco acojedoras. He estado en hoteles mucho mejores.. De verdad. no os lo recomiento. No tengo nada en contra pero no es nada del otro mundo

Got a really nice bedroom in the top floor. Service was top quality.
Had food service twice and it was good. Breakfast was great, lots of variety in the sweet side, not that much on the cooked side though (only eggs and bacon).

Sólo puedo decir que ha sido una estancia PERFECTA. No ha faltado de nada, limpieza, exquisita atención, personal atento y cualificado. Una gozada la verdad. La piscina, a pesar de estar el agua helada, está limpísima, y las vistas desde allí son alucinantes. La ubicación es inmejorable. Si vuelvo a Lisboa repetiré en este NH. Un 10!.
