Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man kann viel zu Fuß machen, überall Restaurants, zur Metro 2 min. Hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer, das sehr schnell jeden Tag gereinigt wurde und sehr sauber war. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Innenpool klein, aber fein.

Fantastic hotel in central Lisbon. Location is perfect! Close to everything! Safe and quiet area at night. Spa, gym were great. Nice view on the roof top. Breakfast was delicious and a great variety of food. Car park on site ! The staff and the service were exquisite! Will definitely go back!

Sehr schönes Hotel nicht so groß aber sehr fein. Liegt sehr Nah im Zentrum von Lissabon. In der Nähe super feine Restaurants. Hat eine super super Ausicht über Lissabon zu bieten. Beherbergt auch ein ganz tolles Restaurant mit dem Namen Mensagem. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Hat einen schönen Spa Bereich mit Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum und Sauna und Hamam. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel.

Bom hotel, mas peca nos detalhes. O café, por exemplo, é ralo e morno. Não há máquina de café expresso, como em outros de sua categoria. Não tem ducha higiênica nem bidê. O box não tem onde pendurar a toalha nem barras de apoio. Os quartos são pequenos para o preço pago. Há outros hotéis na região com melhor custo benefício.

Estuve 5 días con mi hija en Enero de 2019. Está emplazado en una decadente y empedrada del Chiado de Lisboa. Nos dieron una han ración luminosa y cuidada. La limpieza exquisita. Los profesional es amables y entregados. Hicimos mucha vida en el spa que es muy completo, coqueto gimnasio, saunas seca y húmeda y piscina caliente. Podían tenerlo aviento una hora más por la noche que es cuanto más demanda tiene. Tiene un restaurante con muy buenas vistas y buenísima comida. Si vuelvo repetiré seguro. Precio extraordinario para la calidad ofrecida.

Nous venons de la Suisse dans cet Hôtel pour 3 nuit, l’emplacement est très bien, pleine centre. Le personnel à la réception est très aimable et serviable. Par contre, dès le 1er jour, nous avons perdu dans notre chambre Frs 400 sur Frs 1000 laissé dans la chambre, pendant que nous prenons le petit déjeuner à 3 étage plus haut. Nous avons aussi déjà parlé cet accident avec la police sans déposer plainte. Il nous reste encore 2 nuits dans cet hôtel !!!

Leider wurden die Bademäntel vom Boden wieder aufgehängt anstatt diese auszutauschen. Die Massagen bzw Spa Bereich ist sehr gut. Frühstück auch gut. Die Lage ist super und von dort kann man alles gut erreichen.

조식도 깔끔하고 맛있어요.
식당 뷰가 진짜 최고에요.
가격도 여타 유럽국가에 비하면 저렴하고 강추입니다.
스탠다드 더블방은 조금 작은데 침대가 엄청커요.
침대가 너무 편해서 어느제품인지 들춰봤다는
...아. 뜨거운 물도 콸콸 잘나와요.
공용 사우나도 있으니 수영복 필수로 챙기세요.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Gepflegt, sauber und ruhig. Wir haben bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen können. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, modern und durchdacht. Kleinigkeiten wie Minibar und Wasser im Zimmer inkludiert.
Die Lage ist ein Traum und das Hotelpersonal sehr aufmerksam. Auch das Spa und die Massagen sind sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super leuk hotel! Mooie kamers: unique room logeerden wij! Airco, heating, jacuzzi bad en mooie open dressing master met masterbathroom. Mogelijkheid om spa, zwembad te gebruiken alsook de fitness. Ontbijten op het dakverdieping met vergezicht! Ga zeker in de nisjes zitten: intiem privé en gezellig! Rooftop heeft 2 terrassen waar je lekker kan genieten van de panorama van de stad!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Lisboa Pessoa Hotel. Très bien situé, l'hôtel est en plein centre et vous permettra de visiter à pied un grand nombre de monuments. Le personnel est à l'écoute, toujours prêt à rendre service et vraiment agréable. Vivement recommandé !

Staff are unhelpful,sheets were dirty,no water left in room,instead clearner left clearning detergents,clearners took my key from room and there is no swimming pool.Spa had a very cold water and Jacuzzi was broken.

Hotel is ideally located, but that is the only positive. Excessive noises from surrounding rooms and restaurant. Repeated complaints were disregarded by hotel staff. Breakfast is meager with limited offerings and not worth the price. Several local restaurants have better variety and offers. Would not recommend.

Nous avons dîné en famille dans le restaurant de cet hôtel.
L'accueil est bon et la vue est belle.
En revanche les portions servies sont très légères. Le tournedos sauce morilles n'avait pratiquement pas de sauce, et le steak du menu enfant était beaucoup trop cuit (donc très sec) et sans aucune sauce.

Hôtel très bien placé dans le plein centre de Lisbonne. Personnel extrêmement sympathique. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et variés. La terrasse est très agréable offrant une très belle vue sur Lisbonne. Le parking est accessible directement par l'hôtel sans qu'on ait besoin de sortir avec les bagages. Sanitaires spacieux notamment la douche. Seul petit bémol, l'organisation des chambres avec juste une toute petite table ronde, une chaise bistrot et un tabouret et un sol en lino ce qui est dommage pour un 4 étoiles

Subimos a la terraza del hotel a tomar algo y fue increíble descubrir las vistas que tienen. Merece muchísimo la pena ir a verlo!
La trato de la camarera fue de 10! Encantadora y muy atenta.

Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle, coffre fort, lit confortable, propre, bien isolée contre les bruits extérieurs mais très mal isolée des bruits intérieurs (chambre à côté, au dessus, en dessus, bruits du restaurant du 5ème, couloirs, ascenseur ...) on entend chaque bruit.
Une bouteille d’eau pour deux et mini bar vide.
Personnel sur roof top pas réactif.

This was a really lovely hotel. Very tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. Not a huge room but that was fine. I do regret not booking a room with a view of the city though (I peeked when the maid was cleaning one of those rooms) so if you have a little extra cash I'd say go for it. If not, you can soak up the views from the bar/restaurant on the 5th floor. Good selection at breakfast and the free mini bar was a treat. Staff were friendly and helpful and I really loved my special birthday surprise. One thing to be mindful of - not all the spa treatments are available at the weekend so I missed out. Make sure you book those in advance. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Loved this place, perfectly situated for central Lisbon. Good breakfast, nice terrace to have a drink outside the bar. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby and a welcome port on arrival . Nice little pool and sauna area as well! Will go again.

L'hotel si trova nel centro storico di Lisbona, a pochi metri dalla Chiesa do Carmo. L'atrio è "minimal" ma l'hotel è veramente ampio ed elegante: le camere sono moderne, rinnovate e, soprattutto, pulite. Bellissima la Spa con zona relax e piccola piscina, il personale è cordiale e pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Trovandosi in una zona in pendenza è consigliabile scegliere camere ai piani più alti per poter aprire le finestre.

Posizione centrale e parcheggio sotto l'hotel, comoda Spa e colazione in fifth floor .. roof garden, con vista impagabile .. purtroppo la camera al secondo piano .. stesso della reception, non era granché .. troppo piccola niente privacy al bagno.. niente frigorifero ... anche il prezzo del parcheggio non è proporzionale al costo della camera .. Peccato che il prezzo della camera venduta all'ultimo minuto, ... tarda serata non goda di riduzioni .. una maggiore attenzione al prezzo di fine giornata, stimolerebbe l'avventore a tornare e prenotare anzi tempo .. l'hotel con la prenotazione diretta risparmia la commissione dei siti .. booking, opodo, hotel, Trivago, ecc. Quindi potrebbe agevolare il cliente. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante .. ma gode di ottima fama. Alla reception abbiamo trovato tanta competenza e gentilezza.

Great hotel. We stayed as two adults two children in the family interconnected rooms which were fabulous. Bed large and comfortable. Shower hot and large. Lovely pool area and v good breakfast. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Good location for all the sights. Mini at pleasant bonus. Lovely surprise of bubbles and cake on my birthday.

I stayed at this hotel with my father last October. A beautiful boutique hotel, very central location. You can easily do most of the walk around by foot. Breakfast is served on the last floor with amazing view of the city. There is a small indoor pool and sauna which I used even when it was frozen outside. A free port wine and traditional patisserie are served free in the small lobby. The stuff was very nice and helpful.
I will definitely come back.

This hotel is in a perfect location. 5 min to the elevator, 10 min to the 28 Tram, 10 min to the Metro and Bario Alto is across the street. The rooms very clean, beds comfortable and service is outstanding. Breakfast is worth the handful of Euros. Perfect place to stay when visiting Lisboa. We'll be back.

Per il momento giudizio negativo. Fatto il pre check indicando l'ora di arrivo (con il primo volo), alle 11 la camera non era disponibile. Comprensibile, molto meno che non sia disponibile prima delle 15. Avendo un impegno alle 16 al momento non so nemmeno se farò in tempo a cambiarmi. Richiesto di accorciare i tempi. Risposta vaga...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while on vacation in Lisbon. We highly-recommend this hotel. Service throughout our stay was great and everyone was super helpful. The rooftop terrace had great views and was a good spot to get a drink or espresso before we went out. The room was comfortable and clean with good closet space. The bathroom included a large shower and plenty of shelf space. The in-room mini bar had free daily snacks which was a nice amenity.The only downside was that we were in a room that aligned with the sidewalk outside so we didnt feel comfortable leaving our shutters or windows open.

Stunning hotel. Ticked every box for our mini-moon trip away. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is the bathroom. Despite booking a larger room, the bathroom is essentially in the bedroom. Separated by a large vanity unit. Common place in Lisbon but something we were hoping to avoid. Rooftop bar is private and offers stunning views of Lisbon. Better than ‘The Garden’ which more people have heard of.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione ottimale, tra il quartiere Baixa ed il Bairro alto e ti consente di raggiungere i vari luoghi di interesse a piedi, nonostante ci sia la fermata della metro appena fuori dall'Hotel.
Hotel pulito, camere piccoline ma piacevoli. Funzionale e rilassante la Spa. Nei dintorni numerose opzioni di ristoranti e cocktail bar per tutte le esigenze e tasche.
Personale gentile e disponibile, nel giorno del mio compleanno mi hanno omaggiato con una bottiglia ed un dolce in camera.

I expected more for the price, but in all I'm quite happy with my stay here. The Spa facilities were a bit of a let down and close early (8pm).
Coffee is not good, instant coffee in the room and at breakfast.
The Rooms are nice though and staff is very friendly. Location is also superb!

We stayed for a long weekend at this hotel and had a very enjoyable time. The staff could not be more helpful. A very good breakfast, kind staff and perfect location attributes to full customer satisfaction. The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable. We would certainly return.

We found this to be a very clean friendly well run hotel that was located. A short, walk to Lisbon famous elevator that would, take us down to the main Plaza.
A room was compact but fully equipped with a nice shower and toilet stop.

Reception staff great.
Very comfortable room albeit a little small. Complimentary Tea/ coffee making facilities and mini bar a welcome bonus.
Excellent breakfast on terrace floor though Lacking in ambience.
Really disappointed that the jacuzzi and steam room were not functioning.
Excellent location great pre Christmas atmosphere.
Would have liked to have been able to take part in the guided tour but not there on Friday. Hope to go to Lisbon again and will definitely stay at the Pessoa.

Great hotel, staff were very friendly and kind. Amazing breakfast service with great views. Thge hotel has an extra ordinary feel about it, unique and characteristic based on the author, complete with themed rooms. Its different and I was impressed with the "free mini bar". I have stayed in many hotel all around the world and this is the first time I have come across this.

Thank you for upgrading us to a bigger room! Free tarts in the lobby, complimentary bottled water, free mini bar replenished every day... we were surprised with all the free stuff! Room was lovely and very clean! Had amenities like robe and slippers too! Location is great but not for people with mobility issues. Location is up on a hill, we had no problems walking abt 5 mins to the main square but some people may find it hard to walk uphill and it’s steep. Rooftop viewing area is under renovation so no access to castle viewing point. no noise issues for us but we were told construction is til 5pm everyday.

Beautiful hotel with spa facilities. The restaurant and bar on the top floor had lovely views across Lisbon although occasionally there would be the odd cheeky seagull. Breakfasts were good, staff were attentive. Rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again

In diesem Hotel wirst Du mal schnell in eine Falle gelockt.
Wenn du ein Taxi benötigst, wird dir verschwiegen, dass das Hotel für die Bestellung des Taxis 20 € bekommt. Also lieber selber ein taxi bestellen.
Bei Abreise wirst du dann erst informiert, dass dich diese kleine Selbstverständlichkeit so wie kostet wie ein ganzes Frühstück.
Nicht mal kulanterweise wurde darauf verzichtet. Ich bin in sehr vielen Hotels auch beruflich und privat unterwegs und so etwas ist mir noch nie vorgekommen. Wenn man mich darauf hinweist dass diese kleine Mühe nicht kostenfrei ist habe ich damit ja kein Problem. Aber den Gast in die Falle tappen zu lassen oder davon auszugehen, dass er ahnt, dass dies das Hotel ist, das 20 € dafür nimmt und es wird das einzige auf der Welt sein, macht für mich den Eindruck als ob das Geschäft nicht so gut läuft. Das Frühstück war auch eher dürftig. Und ein Duschgel im Bad ist doch eigentlich Standard, oder? Aber gut, es gibt noch andere Hotels in Lissabon.

Super Hotel mitten in der (Alt-) Stadt. Direkt an der Ubahn und am Bahnhof. Dennoch sehr ruhig. Wunderschönes Haus von Aussen und innen. Tolle Zimmer und tolle Terrasse. Beim Frühstück wünscht man sich hier und da noch mehr Personal zu Stosszeiten. Auch bei der Auswahl der Speisen (z.B. lokaler Käse) könnte man noch viel mehr machen. Ansonsten ein super Ausgangspunkt, weil alles zu Fuss erreichbar ist. War hier schon 2x und würde immer wieder kommen.

This property is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Not only is the location perfect in Lisbon but the staff , from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast help were outstanding. But, it is so much more...they have thought of everything. The room lighting is perfect..one can actually read and put on make up...but also make the lighting attractive if you want it softer.The shower is perfect. The bath has a wonderful jacuzzi, the bed is wonderfully comfortable,..with great linens....the mini bar is stocked daily and it is available to the guest..for free...The hair dryer is like one I have at home...not the typical crap, that hangs on the wall at most places and barely does anything but leave your hair looking awful ...did I mention the shower is also great..real water pressure and controllable hot water.They also provide an adaptor for your electronics...!Breakfast, another win..everything one could ask for..and more...there is also a beautiful view. Also, let me mention that the rooms are sound proof...it is so quiet at night...the location is on a quiet street, but, it does make a difference...I would not ever stay at any other place in Lisbon but this hotel. It was perfect in every way. I actually was there a total of 7 nights although this shows only one because I took the room a day early due to my flight arriving and made two reservations for a total of seven nights. Bravo Lisboa Pessoa!

Great hotel. The staff were super friendly. Free minibar which is refilled daily - brilliant!

A great hotel. What a find. Out of the really busy area, but so easy to walk to the Barra Alto area and the water.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was great. Bar was nice. Outside would be lovely when warm.
Room was really well equipped and bed so comfortable. Would highly recommend and I am very fussy!
No views, but that's Lisbon hotels.
Enjoy the bustle.

Posizione ottima, 5 min da tutto : stazione , tram storici, zone centrali di interesse. Camera piccola ma molto curata e pulitissima. Via tranquilla si dorme senza sentire rumori esterni. Colazione ottima e abbondante adatta sia a chi ama il dolce e il salato. La location per la colazione è all 'ultimo piano con vista su Lisbona. Personale gentilissimo. Assolutamente da provare.

We stayed at Lisboa Pessoa hotel for 5 nights and would highly recommend it for tourists. We had a wonderful holiday stay in November. The room was surprisingly spacious with a luxurious big bathroom and shower, not the typical small European bathroom you would expect.The service was excellent and they surprised us with a room delivery of bottle of wine and dessert on our anniversary.The breakfast buffet was very good. There were plenty of vegetarian breakfast items and delicious fruit. Since we were eating breakfast there so many days in a row, the staff remembered us and brought me soy milk since Im vegan. The location is excellent and every tour guide we had commented on the perfect location in Chiado where we could walk everywhere but it was still on a quiet street.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und für einen Städte-Trip optimal.Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber und absolut zweckdienlich eingerichtet.Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist sehr gut.Wir werden beim nächsten Besuch in Lissabon wieder in diesem Hotel einchecken.

Excelente .Accesible a los puntos de interés. Imperdibles vistas desde el lugar de desayuno , que además es muy completo .Buena pileta para relajarse al final del día. Algo pequeñas las habitaciones (por mencionar algo negativo) .Muy buena atención en la recepción.
Párrafo aparte para la sala de lectura y ambientación en honor al poeta Pessoa , inolvidable . Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

המיקום מעולה, מרכזי מאוד, כמה דקות הליכה מהכל אבל עם זאת רחוב שקט! שינה שקטה בלילה בלי שום רעשים:).
יש חניון פרטי בקומות התחתונות של המלון, ולמי שבא עם רכב זה יתרון גדול בליסבון. החניה עולה 20€ ליום.
הצוות נחמד ומסביר פנים.
ארוחת הבוקר סבירה ונעימה, במרפסת בקומה העליונה של המלון, עם נוף לכל גגות ליסבון:) אומנם אין ירקות (רגיל באירופה) אבל יש מגוון סביר, טעים ומשביע.
החדר היה בגודל מצוין! יפה ומעוצב בטוב בטעם, המקלחת נעימה, המתקנים חדשים לגמרי.
בחדר היה מיני בר עם משקאות וחטיפים לשימוש חופשי וללא עלות נוספת. החדר קצת חשוך (לבנות שמתאפרות) אבל אפשר להסתדר!
בחדר יש חלוקים מפנקים, מזגן מעולה, טלויזיה עם מגוון ערוצים באנגלית, מראה ענקית, מיטה ממש גדולה ונוחה בטירוף, מלא שקעים לחשמל (לא מובן מאליו), ארון גדול. בקיצור כל מה שצריך לחופשה מפנקת ומרכזית במלון שלא היינו מתפלאים אם הוא היה 5 כוכבים!

Accueil et service impeccable
Magnifique chambre, propre, quoiqu’un petite peu petite.
Le déjeuner (inclus!) est complètement délicieux et varié. Nous avons mangé sur la terrasse au dernier étage et la vue a rendu notre expérience incroyable!
Le centre de spa est très bien, mais le
Jacuzzi était indisponible. Le gym est petit mais peu occupé et suffisant pour faire un entraînement de base.
Les breuvages et collations dans la chambre étaient fournies, ce qui était fort apprécié.
Stationnement payant... 20€ par nuit, mais sécuritaire, sous l’hôtel, accessible par l’ascenseur.
Bien situé, au cœur de Lisbonne.

Es un hotel sobre Pessoa, delicado, las habitaciones muy agogedoras, el piso, la cama, los detalles, la decoración, la presencia de la Lisboa de Fernando Pessoa, y el lugar donde esta el hotel es maravilloso, en el corazón de Lisboa pero lejos del ruido turístico, hay silencio. Si eres un lector de Pessoa, vas a encontrarte con el allí.

Location superb. You can walk to virtually everything you would want to in Lisbon. Spa is a real delight, though could do with a bit more care (jacuzzi not open, water jet and steam room lightbulb not working, sauna inaccessible). In house chiropractor gives it 5 stars, who was thorough and expert. I can see why locals would go there for treatment. Noisy at night, but not enough to knock a star off.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit hilfsbereitem und sehr freundlichem Personal. Unsere Zimmer war eher klein, doch sauber und gemütlich. Ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk erwartete uns auf dem Zimmer. Auch täglich eine Flasche Wasser stand bereit. Das Frühstück war gut, die Bedienung nett, obwohl ein wenig unkoordiniert. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Hotel ist zentral in der Altstadt gelegen (Chiado - Oberstadt), und man kann gut zu Fuss die Altstadtgebiete erkunden, das lohnt sich auch. Das letzte Stück ins Hotel geht es aber nochmal richtig den Buckel hoch und das gilt auch wenn man mit Bus oder U-Bahn unterwegs ist. Das war für mich aber der einzige kleine Abstrich beim Hotel. Mit geschlossenen Fenster kann man auch im Ausgehviertel gut schlafen und die Betten sind sehr bequem.Für den öffentlichen Verkehr sollte man sich in einer Metrostation eine Via Viagem Karte besorgen und darauf nach Bedarf Tageskarten buchen. Zapping (freier Betrag, von dem die Fahrten laufend abgezogen werden) lohnt sich nur, wenn man pro Tag maximal 3 Fahrten unternimmt, alle weiteren würden den Wert der Tageskarte überschreiten.Bei schlechtem Wetter oder wem es draussen zu heiss wird: Lissabon hat viele tolle Museen.

Graat location, and very very quiet rolms. Really helpful reception staff. Excellent beds. We did not use the spa, but it looked very nice. There is a nice lounge in the ground floor, great if you need to work or study. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The views from the restaurant were very good. Bad points: room sizes were a little small, no desk in the room, quite pricey given we stayed in low season.

The hotel staff was wonderful. I received a message from management after booking our 3-night stay. I mentioned that it was an anniversary trip and on the first day of the trip, they sent champagne, strawberries and sweets to the room. It was a very nice gesture. I also mistakenly booked two twin beds (awesome idea on a romantic trip) and they worked to find a better room without charging more. The food at the restaurant and the views from the terrace are great and a huge perk. I really appreciated how nice the front desk and the rest of the staff were and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We enjoyed our time there and will be back in the future!

Fantastic Hotel! Staff are friendly and helpful and choose great recommendations for places to eat.
The room was clean and spotless. Simple and modern design. You also get use of the spa facilities which include a very small pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room. Exactly what you need after hours of walking to castles and back, amazing!
The views from breakfast are breathtaking, breakfast itself was simple but delicious. You can choose the usual eggs, mushrooms, sausage etc.. Or you have cereals, fruits and yogurt drinks.. but you have to try the cakes and pastries. Just Yum!
Would definitely recommend to anyone that's looking for a great location in Lisbon.

Superbe hôtel. Idéalement placé, à 5mn à pied du métro. Les chambres sont correctement insonorisées, propres et modernes. La literie est de bonne qualité et les produits mis à dispositions (gel douche, shampoing, crème pour le corps, coton tige, etc) sont aussi de bonne facture. La salle de sport est aussi à la hauteur avec un vélo, un vélo elliptique, un tapis de course ainsi que des altères, tapis etc. Le spa est aussi très sympa avec piscine sauna et hammam. Seul regret pour ma part le jaccuzi en panne.
Le petit déjeuner se présente sous la forme d’un buffet sucrée, salé, de quoi faire un premier repas copieux ! Les cocktails servis au bar sont divins !
Merci pour le service offert par l’équipe (prêt d’un chargeur iPhone, bagages stockés en attendant de partir à l’aéroport, etc...).

We loved our stay here.The stafff were lovely and welcming, and helped us with any questions or queries. The room was comfortable, with lovely amenities. The gym was also great.Loved the rooftop bar and restaurant too.And, of course, the location was perfect.Thanks to the staff for a great stay - I’d happily stay here again next time I’m in Lisbon!

Une horreur !
Je ne comprends pas la note attribuée à cet hôtel.
Une réceptionniste a considéré que nous avions fumé dans la chambre alors qu'il n'en est rien. Cette dame a fermé la porte de notre chambre d'office avant de s'excuser maladroitement. La douche de la chambre était défectueuse, aucune pression d'eau, la porte ne fermait pas et cela a créé une flaque d'eau dans la sdb. Enfin alors que nous avions réservé au restaurant de l'hôtel, nous avons reçu une lettre dans notre chambre pour nous dire que le restaurant avait été privatisé. Résultat pas de restaurant et du bruit. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. Pour la même qualité, une auberge de jeunesse fera l'affaire.

super comfy bed, blackout shutters and smart modern decor makes this a pleasant place to stay in Lisbon. Niggles include pushy serving staff at breakfast inexplicably wanting the bill signed when you’re still eating, lack of gym equipment, a leaky shower head, and over aggressive replacement of toiletries (we didn’t need a new bar of soap every day!). Staff in lobby were very helpful.

Das Bett war sehr bequem, selten so gut geschlafen. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage des Hauses. Das Frühstück war ausreichend gut. Das Personal ist professionell und engagiert. Haben selbst Erfahrung in der Hotellerie und können das Haus empfehlen.
Die Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffets war zwar besser als im Allgemeinen auf der iberischen Halbinsel, könnte aber gern noch vielfältiger sein.

O hotel é bonito e bem localizado, mas tem uma péssima acústica a partir das 8 da manhã as camareiras começam a fazer um barulho surreal nos corredores e outros quartos, arrastando moveis e falando alto, é impossível dormir. Se vc esta em lisboa para descansar, fuja dessa opção.

die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, - zentral, dennoch ruhig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant im Dachgeschoss speziell, die Dachterrasse toll, das Frühstücksbuffet tiptop! Das Zimmer zweckmässig eingerichtet, gute Betten grosszügige Dusche, Klimaanlage, keine Teppiche.Täglich frisches Wasser im Zimmer zur freien Verfügung, auch eine Flasche Wein und portugiesische Spezialität zur Begrüssung - sehr sympathisch! Gerne wieder mal :-)

Nice hotel with amazing views however i booked a double room and they gave me 2 single beds pushed together. Which i didnt realise until i actually get into bed. Wasnt comfortable at all. After the first night i speak to reception who was very helpful and changed my room. But wasnt impressed at all for the hotel to even think its ok for people to sleep in a bed like that. Very cheeky and that was a disappointment. Also my first room had a broken shower head which should have been reported and fixed before the room was occupied. The restaurant staff are hot and cold. Some staff were really lovely and friendly. Some just didnt know how to smile and be inviting. Poor customer service from those staff. Limited options for breakfast..wasnt great but did the job. Dinner menu very limited again but didnt enjoy dinner on first night so i didnt revisit their restaurant for dinner again. Spa staff were such lovely people and very good customer service. Happy with the service and cleanliness of the area. The massage was great!

Great spot. Very friendly staff. Awesome pool/spa area. We were there for our honeymoon, and they hooked us up with champagne and cake in a room on the 4th floor with a great view over the city. Best feature is the location - right in Barrio Alto which makes it perfect for exploring the city.

Unser Aufenthalt im Lisboa Pessoa Hotel hat uns generell sehr gut gefallen (4 Personen, 3 Nächte). Die Lage des Hotels hätte für uns nicht besser sein können. Zum Aufzug Santa Justa sind es knapp 80 Meter (oberer Einstieg). Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und doch sehr ruhig und man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Unterstadt. Je nach Lage der Zimmer ist die Aufteilung etwas anders. Das Zimmer meiner Kollegen hatte im Badezimmer sehr viel Ablagefläche, eine separate Toilette und eine separate Dusche, dafür war der Raum rund um die Betten etwas kleiner. Wir hatten ein etwas grosszügigeren Raum dafür fehlte der Platz im Badezimmer. Ansichtssache :-)Die Zimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet, es sind viele Schränke vorhanden und jeden Tag wird eine Flasche Mineralwasser offeriert. MiniSafe und Minibar (leer) ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Reinigung der Zimmer ist ebenfalls gut.Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit uns zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns täglich für das Abendessen ein Restaurant empfehlen lassen und kamen jedes Mal begeistert vom Essen zurück.Das Restaurant mit Bar und Dachterrassen im 5. Stock ist ein tolles Plus für das Hotel. Das Frühstück findet ebenfalls hier statt und man kann bereits morgens den Ausblick geniessen. Bei grossem Gäste-Ansturm erscheint die Aufgabenverteilung im Restaurant unter den Mitarbeitenden etwas unkoordiniert. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Spa-Bereich in dem gewisse Angebote kostenlos nutzbar sind (Sauna, Mini-Pool etc.)

Location was beautiful, bed and pillows comfy. A downside would be that a kettle was not in the room and had to be asked for, and that no tea/coffee/milk was provided with the kettle.

Mon mari et moi avons été très déçus par le Lisbon Pessoa Hotel et ne comprenons toujours pas les éloges faits sur cet établissement et leur note si élevée sur les sites de réservation.
Nous avons réservé une chambre double standard avec petits-déjeuners compris via Booking pour le mercredi 17 août.
Bon accueil de la réceptionniste à notre arrivée mais une fois dans la chambre, nous avons vite déchanté!
Chambre et salle de bains très petite et très mal insonorisée. Nous avons été réveillés très tôt dans la matinée par des travaux à l'extérieur de l'établissement. Nous avons contacté la réception pour leur signaler le problème mais aucune réaction de leur part!
Le lendemain matin, nous nous rendons au 5e étage pour déjeuner.
Une des employées, pas sympathique pour un sou, nous indique que la terrasse est pleine suite à une demande de notre part pour y déjeuner. En effet, la vue sur la ville et le fleuve de cette terrasse est bel et bien l'unique point positif cet établissement!
Or, nous avions bien vu que des places étaient vides, des tables pas débarrassées et qu'une de ses collègues accueillaient d'autres clients et leur demandaient s'ils souhaitaient déjeuner en terrasse ou à l'intérieur! Nous avons donc décidé de nous y installer.
Pour le petit-déjeuner, Buffet assez varié mais service ridicule... de petites assiettes (équivalentes à des sous-tasses de café expression) en guise d'assiette, pas le droit à du café en machine... même des gens à côté de nous se sont plaints!
Nous avons discuté avec d'autres clients résidants dans cet hôtel deux nuits de suite qui nous ont également fait part de leur mécontentement suite à la gêne occasionnée par les travaux (mais pour eux nuit et jour!) et par les services de l'hôtel.
À notre check-out, nous avons signalé une nouvelle fois notre mécontentement à une autre réceptionniste qui a tenu nous montrer une autre chambre standard pour nous prouver que la nôtre était similaire. Or, force était de constater que cela n'était pas le cas puisque notre salle de bains était minuscule et cette dernière l'a reconnu.
Un geste commercial a été fait puisque le parking pour une nuit nous a été offert.
Cependant, je ne recommande tout de même pas cet hôtel pudique nous étions bien mieux dans d'autres hôtels de même standing voire supérieurs!

Excellent position, very close to Roxio, Pessoa Hotel has luxury and big rooms. The breakfast is super, and the restaurant is in the top floor with a wonderful view of Lisbona.

Pro: posizione strategica, colazione servita su una terrazza da cui si gode uno splendido panorama, dotato di parcheggio sotterraneo (al costo di 20 euro al giorno).
Contro: avendo prenotato con Booking ci hanno dato una camera di qualità inferiore, non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la SPA in quanto in manutenzione, il frigobar della camera era rotto e nonostante averlo segnalato appena arrivati non è mai stato riparato, il personale non riusciva a gestire i momenti di maggior afflusso durante la colazione.
Rapporto qualità prezzo non coerente.

WHAT A PLACE!!! Perfect hotel, amazing Concierge (Louisa was amazing - helping with child care and tourist attractions), Fantastic location, beautiful bedding, bathroom and design and all at the heart of Lisboa!! Price is unique and everything was phenomenal. You can't go wrong with this hotel and it is recommended by ANY fancy or casual traveler. Thank you Pessoa!!!

¡Sencillamente insuperable! Las instalaciones son nuevas, muy cómodas, la decoración sencilla y bien cuidada, con muy buen gusto.
Dispone de una impresionante biblioteca, además de una exposición de libros antiguos y artículos relacionados con Pessoa. También spa, un gimnasio bien equipado, garaje privado y un restaurante panorámico en la azotea que es una maravilla: por las mañanas sirven un desayuno buffet muy bien surtido, por las tardes sirven copas y un DJ pincha música, y la comida (almuerzo y cena) es extraordinaria. Mantequillas aderezadas y exquisitos postres de elaboración propia, un menú que ganaría cualquier consurso. Afortunadamente lo descubrimos la última noche, de otra manera no habríamos salido mucho en los cuatro días que pasamos aquí.
La limpieza y el trato al cliente son excelentes. Todo el personal (recepción, limpieza, camareros, chef, responsable del gym...) son absolutamente encantadores, muy atentos y detallistas. Nos hicieron acertadas recomendaciones sobre los transportes urbanos, visitas recomendadas, lugares para cenar con fado en vivo...
En definitiva, difícilmente nos vamos a olvidar de la estancia y del trato que nos dieron.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The rooms were immaculate. The staff was wonderful. The location is excellent. My wife and I just went there on our honeymoon. They sent us up a complimentary bottle of champagne and pastries that were phenomenal. The restaurant/ bar on the rooftop has pretty good food at reasonable prices. The views are fantastic. I do recommend bringing a dinner jacket because the temperature can drop rapidly there at night. 90 degrees F during daytime. 65 F at night with a little wind off the harbor. Take the staff's recommendations for eating out. They know the area very well and will direct you to amazing places at reasonable prices.

Although they did not have an available room for the night when we walked in around 1AM, the - I have to press, most excellent hospitality staff member we ever met - got us a room for a great price in another nearby hotel and also a taxi from door to door. He spent about twenty minutes helping us without a stop, asking other hotels on the phone, explaining everything and even giving us tips what to visit in the city. Best experience about accomodations for sure, absolutely recommended!

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man im Herzen von Lissabon. Restaurants, Metro und sogar das Tram Nr. 28 sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Service war super. Leider war die Dachterasse mit dem traumhaften Ausblick über die Altstadt und Sicht auf die Burg nicht in Betrieb. Ein Unwetter hat Schäden hinterlassen und es wurde gerade restauriert. Sonst geniesst man von dort oben während dem Frühstück den Blick über die Stadt.Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Auf Wunsch gab es einen leckeren Espresso.Wir hatten ein super Familienzimmer, welches wir nur empfehlen können. Durch die Haupttüre kam man in einen kleinen Vorraum, von da zweigten die beiden Zimmertüren ab. So hatten wir unsere Ruhe und die Kinder trotzdem direkten Zugang zu uns. Einfach super. Das Hotel können wir nur empfehlen.

Elección perfecta para ir en pareja. El hotel es cómodo, con instalaciones nuevas, algunas habitaciones con terraza y muy céntrico. El desayuno es variado y abundante (e incluye los maravillosos pasteis de Belem!) Y además, los empleados son amabilísimos!!! Volveré!

Sehr, sehr freundlicher Empfang. Danach wurde uns alles sehr ausführlich erklärt, was man in der Stadt besuchen könnte und als Sahnehäubchen obendrauf, gabs noch gratis ein Upgrade beim Zimmer mit Balkon und direkter Aussicht auf das Schloss. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Sehr gepflegt und saubere neue Zimmer!

This is an outstanding hotel. All new (2016). Really clean, nice sheets and toiletries. Wonderful wonderful staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us after a trip cancellation that wasn't their fault. Rui, the GM, made sure we were settled in and taken care of. The rooftop restaurant was not open yet for lunch or dinner but the hotel breakfast was served there and was delicious - awesome pastries, soft scrambled eggs, delicious selections! Highly recommended.
