Nice comfy clean hotel for those on a moderate budget. Not in the main tourist area, but friendly staff and acceptable food. Plus point.. the reception staff were willing to charge my phone when I forgot my charger. Good restaurants within short walk. Breakfast was ok, but selection could be better, hence 4 stars.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Lisbon. The rooms are nice and clean. With some luck, you have a nice view over the city center and bay.
Bar was nice as well and the service good.
Breakfast could have had a bit more of everything but nothing crucial.

Clean room , good breakfast , friendly staff but the person who checked us in told us free breakfast for 2 included on our room reservation but when we checked out , another guy told us we have to pay for the breakfast we eat because it was not free . He let me pay 40 euro which I did inorder to checked us out . In other words wrong info was given to us during our checked in process .

Accueil très agréable et hôtel bien situé.
Petit déjeuner avec du choix.

Seul bémol la personne de l'accueil ne parlez pas français ce qui était un peu compliqué.

The hotel Is not in a good location if you want to visit the city. The rooms are good and clean. The bathroom is amazing. The breakfast is not so "fresh". It seems that most of the stuff you can eat is something bought from the supermarket and warmed in the morning. No fresh yogurt, no fresh drinks.

The Turim Alameda hotel is conveniently located near the Alanada and Saldanha metro stations. The 4* hotel is rather old, but comfortable. We liked big rooms. The only reservation we had concerned WiFi. It did not worked at all. The TV sets were rather dated.
We very much liked friendly young receptionist with glasses. He was both polite and helpful. He called airport taxi upon request and printed our boarding passes free of charge. Many thanks!

O hotel situa-se num local priviligiado de Lisboa, com boa vista nos andares superiores, com acesso fácil ao metro e outros transportes públicos.
Os quartos são limpos e de área suficiente.
A rede wifi tem qualidade e permite o acesso em qualquer parte.
Tem muito bom aspecto, quer o lobby, quer o bar, na piso de entrada, quer o mobiliário dos quartos.
O pessoal... a simpatia e disponibilidade sempre presentes.

Não gostei! Em primeiro lugar fiquei neste hotel pois o Turim Iberia através do booking cancelou a minha reserva (tinha sido realizada e confirmada Há 5 meses atrás) na semana anterior à minha estadia. O quarto onde fiquei cheirava a humidade!!

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der touristischen Bereiche von Lissabon, ist aber mit etwas Fußweg und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem Taxi / Uber sehr gut zu erreichen.In der Umgebung gibt es auch viele sehr gute Cafes und Restaurants die nicht nur auf Touristen ausgelegt sind. Der gebotene Service ist super!Zu jeder Zeit wird einem kompetent geholfen :-)Der Internetzugang (WiFi) hat ohne Probleme und mit guter Geschwindigkeit funktioniert. Das Zimmer war ausreichend geräumig und sehr sauber.Die Geräuschdämmung zu den Nachbarzimmern und zum Gang nicht besonders gut. (Gespräche können wahrgenommen werden)Somit ist man etwas auf leise Zimmernachbarn oder Ohrstöpsel angewiesen.Von der Straße vor dem Hotel bekommt man Nachts wenig mit, diese scheint sehr ruhig zu sein, auch wenn es im und um den nahe gelegenen Park durchaus ein Nachtleben gibt.

Sehr gutes Hotel, etwas ausserhalb dafür Flughafennähe. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal an der Bar und Reception. Sauber geputzte Zimmer und ruhiges Quartier. Die UBER Taxi bringen einen für 5Euro sicher von der Stadtmitte bis zum Hotel...UBER gibts zur genügeund sind nett!

Fizemos uma reserva para o Turim Iberia e mandaram-nos para outro hotel do grupo turim, sem justificação e aviso prévio, soubemos no momento a que chegamos ao hotel. Serviço de reserva péssimo e não resolveram o problema nem nos deram uma justificação. Ficámos muito desiludidos com o que aconteceu e certamente não voltaremos a escolher nenhum dos hotéis deste grupo. Péssimo

Nous avons passé trois beaux jours à l'hôtel. Un personnel très très agréable, une très belle chambre, très propre. Un petit-déjeuner varié, qui va du sucré au salé. Un restaurant avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Le seul bémol, l'isolation côté route.

On arrival , our first double room was shoddy and in need of an update . The air conditioning didn’t work and the bed was a small double .The following day , the staff moved us to a note soacious twin room which was better in terms of cleanliness and decor. The air conditioning was still not working and there was a distinct smell of drains - again we were told the settings were in winter mode !!The staff were all pleasant and listened to the issues which were logged . Overall , great accommodating staff but the hotel needs some attention .

Lamentable!!!! sin duda la peor experiencia en una habitacion de hotel. Cuando entré el calor de la habitación era insoportable y el olor a humedad y a otras cosas era muy desagradable.
Pedí que me regulasen la temperatura un par de veces y el personal me trató muy mal y no lo hicieron.
Lo peor de todo estaba por venir..... habia una cucaracha en el baño por la noche y otra cucaracha a la mañana siguiente a la entrada de la habitación.
Fué una experiencia horrible....

Absolut furchtbare und heruntergekommene Zimmer.
Fenster sind mit einer alten zerrissenen Folie beklebt.
Fernseher aus dem Mittelalter.
Das Bett war unbequem und ist so neimand zumutbar.
Für uns gehört das Hotel nicht einmal zur zwei Sterne Kategorie.

The room was nice with comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast well worth 10 Euros. Now in January the lobby, bar and restaurant is cold. The room is also cold when airco/heating is off. 10 min walk to subway with only a few stops to the Lisbon city centre.

Hotel cómodo para una estancia de trabajo, sobre todo si es al Instituto Superior Técnico, que está en frente. El servicio es muy amable. Las habitaciones pequeñas pero correctas y el baño muy pequeño, sobre todo la ducha, que es minúscula. El desayuno está bien, aunque podrían mejorar el cafe, que en este país es muy bueno pero en el restaurante donde se sirve el desayuno es bastante malo.

Altes, heruntergekommenes Hotel, das keineswegs 4 Sterne verdient hat. Das erste Zimmer im 7.Stock hatte Schimmel an der Wand sowie oben an der Gardinenleiste und die Fenster sind mit einer zerrissenen Folie beklebt, sodass man kaum nach draußen schauen kann. Haben ein neues Zimmer erhalten, was wir jedoch erst zur Check In Zeit beziehen konnten. Dieses war genauso abgewohnt und muffig, hatte jedoch keinen Schimmel an der Wand.
Dieses Hotel müsste komplett saniert werden, denn so ist es eine Zumutung für die Gäste!!!
Den einen Stern gibt es noch, weil das Personal freundlich war.

Eigentlich gut, aber an zwei von drei Tagen gab es keinen Schwarztee mehr am Frühstücksbuffet. Mir waren die Matratzen etwas zu hart.Das WLAN war für das Handy ausreichend, mit dem Laptop war es aber etwas schwach.

Dormire con cimici da letto?
Mi spiace davvero dare un cattivo giudizio ad un hotel che tutto sommato non è così male come comfort della camera e qualità della colazione, ma l'essermi svegliato con i segni di qualche insetto non lo tollero. Una delle due camere 107 o 602 vanno seriamente disinfestate anche per soli tre morsi che ho ricevuto. Un'altra cosa da aggiornare è la mancanza di una presa elettrica accanto ai comodini.

Ho alloggiato presso l'hotel per cinque giorni, ma l'esperienza non è stata affatto soddisfacente. La piccola camera non consentiva di muoversi senza inciampare fra letto e poggio per la valigia. Al fianco del letto non erano disponibili prese, per cui i cellulari erano in carica lontano da esso. Le tende erano in plastica dura e in nessun modo si coprivano del tutto l'ampia vetrata (bella la vista dal terrazzino). La televisione, per quanto possa essere superflua, era davvero ridicola: un 22''-24'' (vado ad occhio) che avrà avuto almeno 10 anni. La pulizia della camera è forse il punto più sfavorevole: in cinque giorni abbiamo motivo di credere che in stanza non sia mai stato spazzato. Le asciugamani, cambiate dopo due giorni, erano sporche al punto di lamentarci con la reception. Per la verità, il giorno seguente hanno provveduto a cambiarcele. L'aria condizionata era così debole, benché correttamente settata tramite termostato presente in stanza, che la notte abbiamo preferito l'aria fresca di Lisbona. Per fortuna il quartiere è tranquillo e i rumori non ci hanno disturbato più di tanto. Infine, il bagno emetteva un tanfo percepibile sin dal corridoio.

Le camere dell hotel sono molto piccole, in una matrimoniale non c era il posto fisico per aprire una valigia e muoversi nella stanza. La pulizia delle camere è molto approssimativa, in 5giorni non è mai stato spazzato a terra. Il bagno emanava cattivo odore, pervadendo tutta la camera. L'esperienza è stata negativa sotto molti aspetti. Punto positivo è solo la posizione.

Hotel bello e sicuramente moderno, personale tutto sommato cordiale. Ci sono però dei problemini. Innanzitutto quando prenoti il quartiere in cui si trova viene segnalato come centro della città, non é così, il centro si trova infatti nei dintorni di piazza del commercio (ben lontana dal turim alameda), tuttavia a favore dell'hotel si può dire che é bel collegato con tutto grazie alla metro (linea verde e rossa), ma sicuramente il fatto di non essere proprio in centro quando così mi aspettavo mi ha turbato. Altro punto a sfavore: la salita per arrivare all'hotel, veramente massacrante, io ho 20 anni ma ci assicuro che dopo una giornata di camminata fitta la salita é proprio il colpo di grazia finale, così come quando arrivi con tutte le valige. Altro punto dolente: la colazione, non compresa nel prezzo e fattibile a 10 euro al giorno a testa. Una vera follia dal momento che era pieno di cose salate ma per noi abituati alla colazione dolce c'erano solo 2/3 brioches. Quindi era assurdo spendere 10 euro a testa (20 in 2 e 140 in due per una settimana) quando si poteva andare a fare colazione nel bar ad angolo in fondo alla discesa dove con 4 euro a testa prendevi un bel té caldo e una brioches molto grossa, oppure alla stazione di rossio dove c'è un bar che fa delle brioches eccezionali. Infine un merito per me notevole dell'albergo: c'era il BIDET!!!!

I booked a 5 night stay at the Turim while on a visit to the Instituto Superior Tecnico (IST), the university across the street from the Turim. This was a business trip for which internet service at the hotel was absolutely necessary to my business. When I arrived, the internet was functionally not operating. You could not connect to the internet at all on the upper floors. On the lower floors, even the lobby, the internet was intermittent, would not accept the proper password, or could not be connected to. When you could connect, the signal was extremely weak, and then would fade away, resulting in your internet session terminating. I notified the front-desk clerks. They said something like Oh, the internet has problems. I asked them to notify their IT (information technology) people to fix the internet. The clerks then chatted between themselves, and then told me to check back. There was no improvement in the internet the second day - if anything it was worse. I spoke to the front desk clerks again, and they said something like Oh, the internet has problems. Since I had to have internet for my business, I had to leave the Turim 3 nights early and check into a different hotel. If you need reliable internet, do NOT book the Turim. On the plus side, the breakfast was very good, and the hotel is centrally located, a short walk from the Alameda Metro station. On the negative side, the television screens in the room are tiny and mounted high on the wall.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel! I’m not sure how it got that rating at all. It is basic on every level. The rooms are small but adequate. There’s not much around the neighborhood but the metro is a close walk. Staff was friendly. The WiFi as everyone has mentioned before is essentially non existent. Whether it be in your room or in the lobby it’s horrible and slow. Do not take the tour bus that they recommend - Diana Tours - there’s like one bus all day. Total rip off. Stay at the nearby Neya Lisboa Hotel which I checked into after for the rest of my stay which is a 4 Star hotel. Omg I was thrilled when I walked into it. Modern and in a much nicer neighborhood.

good location, clean and nice, friendly staff, couple things need to explain such as, some rooms, such room #310, was very small, hard to move around, plus, the beds not just in room #310, also in room #508, the beds looks like are cover with leather under the bed sheets, which make sleeping uncomfortable.

Uma experiência a repetir sem duvidas. Atendimento bom , quartos agradáveis. A única coisa que não me agradou foi o serviço de bar. Pedimos dois cocktails que não foram bem executados porque a funcionária não sabia fazer , tivemos que optar por outro mais simples, o que supostamente era o cocktail da casa mas o resultado também foi péssimo. Foi um desperdício de dinheiro literalmente ter ido usufruir e/ou tentar relaxar um pouco para o bar. Tirando isso . Recomendo

J’ai réservé 1 chambre pour 2 jours dont le 31/12/19 et j’ai donc demandé si il avait un menu de la St Sylvestre. On m’a répondu oui au tarif de 60€/personne et il fallait annoncer l’horaire souhaité. 21h m’a semblé correct et donc avec mon épouse nous nous sommes rendus dans la salle à manger où il y avait 2 couples qui étaient déjà à la moitié du repas.
On nous a installé à part et le repas nous a été servi:
-1er plat (soupe d’asperges)ok
-second plat (cataplana)servi dans une assiette ébréchée !!
-le sorbet citron avec espumante prévu n’était plus disponible en cuisine
-le veau aux champignons ressemblait plus à du porc !!
-un sorbet arrive : un yaourt fraise avec espumante indigérable
-le moelleux au chocolat surmonté d’une boule de glace framboise arrive en vrac
Pour finir on se retrouve que 2 dans la salle à 23h15 et on nous fait attendre minuit pour avoir une coupe de champagne comprise dans le menu qui n’est autre que du mousseux du pays.
Bref 60€ par personne pour un menu qui m’a fait passer la moitié de la nuit aux toilettes (le sorbet yaourt voulait sortir mais je ne savais pas par où donc dans le doute) j’estime que c’est honteux et pas digne d’un hôtel de ce standing.

Very bad smelly old hotel. Everything was uncomfortable. All handles were broken. The door is not closing correctly, the ceiling was awful, smelly carpet and a very disgusting odor in the room. I changed it the next day because I couldnt support that. I was trapped because I paid all the money at the check-in so I couldnt move to a new hotel.Thats a shame to consider that as 4-star hotel ...

El hotel está bien, buen desayuno, personal muy amable, aunque cuando llegamos el recepcionista nos dijo que metieramos el coche en el parking, cuando la zona de pago en la calle no se paga sábados y domingos, por no entender el idioma, y el estrés de la llegada, pagamos 3 dias de parking, él mira por el hotel evidentemente. Buena limpieza, lo peor el ruido, se escucha bastante la calle, hasta roncar al de al lado y las camas.. para ser de 4 estrellas vendría bien una renovación de colchones y almohadas, aun así lo recomiendo.

My wife and I stayed here during our trip to Lisbon. The location of this property was perfect. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough that we were able to walk around the entire city and explore. The room was very nice. The bathroom was clean. I wished the TV in the room was a nice large screen like other hotels, instead they have a small maybe 25 inch TV mounted.
The staff was super friendly, from the front desk, to the housekeeping, to the bar staff. They were kind enough to surprise us with a bottle of wine and some dessert for my wife's birthday. I thought that was a very nice personal touch to our stay.
I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Lisbon.

The staff especially the girl on Reception this morning (never found out her name unfortunately) was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Quiet, clean hotel. Only drawback was the distance it was walking from it to the Centre of Lisbon. Although the metro had you there in 10 minutes. Another positive was the Italian restaurant Italy Caffe nearby. Food was amazing! Would highly recommend!

Schlimm. Der Hotel ist alt und sieht auch so aus. Kalt in Zimmer und es gibt keine Möglichkeiten es warm zu machen, wasser ist kalt und es gibt klar keine warmes Wasser. Wlan funktioniert nicht und keine macht etwas daran. Sehr laut in Zimmer als wäre das Fenster geöffnet usw. Es befindet sich noch nicht mal in Zentrum so derm genau 40 Minuten davon entfernt. Nicht zum empfehlen.

So perhaps prices were higher than normal when I was there but I payed approximately the same as I had at many other hotels around Portugal. At all of the other hotels the room was much better and more up to date. There was little in terms of ammendities (such as coffee) in the room. The interesting part to me was a week earlier I was at a different Turin hotel in Lisbon and the room was much better and the same exact price. Totally felt overcharged.

Staff very friendly. Good variety for breakfast. Comfortable clean rooms. Location is perfect with Metro almost at the door, taxi line just outside of hotel and supermarket in walking distance. I gave 4 stars because the wash basins are a bad design but functional. Not all rooms have a bathtub so if you want one, make sure you request at time of booking. The shower only rooms are also smaller.

The hotel is pretty well kept, clean and modern. The staff are friendly. However, I asked for new batteries for the tv remote and two days later this still hadn't been done - perhaps due to a busy spell, but attention to detail lacking slightly. Cleaners forgot to refill toilet roll, leaving us without for a day, another miss on detail.
Saying that, everything else was fine-breakfast was great, with lots of options and barman takes a great deal of attention and care into his cocktails. Perhaps out of season (february) the hotel was very quiet.

Poor service, especially at the breakfast we were treated like culprits for full 4 days.. only at the last day of our stay we were treated like guests. Several emails in advance before our stay that we want to change our reservation to "with breakfast" remained unanswered. The breakfast itself was totally not worth the money and was rather poor, also only instant coffee was served. The room itself was clean, the lady at the reception was friendly. I overall didn't enjoy my five day stay too much at this overpriced hotel (for the offered service).

Ante todo decir, que escogimos este hotel porque tenía un buen precio. Pero ya se sabe que si vas a lo barato... Te arriesgas.
Lo primero que vimos al llegar al hotel es que el chico de recepción no hablaba muy bien castellano, las demás personas de recepción si lo hablaban, pero la primera impresión fue mala.
La habitación no era para nada buena. No teníamos wifi, llegaba con muy poca intensidad y ni siquiera teníamos el ancho de banda suficiente para acceder al correo electronico, hacer busquedas en internet, etc... La solución que nos facilitó el hotel era bajar a recepción a una zona que tienen habilitada para ordenadores y conectarnos por cable. Con una sola toma, solo podíamos conectar un ordenador a la vez, los otros tenían que sufrir el suplicio de la baja velocidad. En la habitación, la pantalla era muy pequeña, y la caja fuerte estaba cerrada y no se podía utilizar.
Las ventanas de la habitación dan asco. Si la abres, hay una chimenea de gasoil que apesta todo. Las cortinas estaban rajadas, y no tapaban lo suficiente la ventana como para que no entrara el sol por la mañana. Podéis ver las imagenes adjuntas.
El colchón es demasiado blando, es de muelles y está dado de si. Y como ponía en otro comentario, las sabanas no eran del tamaño del colchon y se movian mucho hasta que acababamos tumbados sobre el plastico protector del colchon que sonaba una barbaridad.
En el baño había dos problemas importantes. El primero es que la puerta no tenía pestillo, y el segundo es que en la ducha el agua salia en muy poca cantidad, y la bañera resbalaba mucho, podrían poner un plato de ducha.
Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas deja bastante que desear.

We booked this hotel through Orbitz. The difficulty started when we entered our numbers of 5 guests (3 adults and 2 children total) in various combinations. There are no suites so we had to book 2 rooms. When entering only one room, I noticed a choice of rooms with 2 double beds but when I requested 2 rooms (fearing if I booked independently, I may get shut out, as the website was warning limited availability), the option of 2 double beds was gone and only 1 double bed showed up in each room! In the end, we had to go with one double per room and requested an upgrade/another bed if possible upon our arrival. When we reached the hotel, they only found one room booked in their records despite reading my confirmation on my cell phone. 20 minutes later, they discovered, as I suggested, the second room was in another adults name. 30 minutes later, the manager agreed to put in a chaise lounge as an extra bed in one of the rooms as no room was available with 2 double beds. I dont think you could be in this hotel if you have more than one child! Unless, they were really all out of rooms with 2 double beds or they dont want to give them to people who do not book directly. We then waited for the extra bed to be made up. After travelling all day with 2 young children, this wait was not a good way to start. Rooms were clean. One rooms view was awful but we were too tired to care (though my very cranky child be this point did!). If you are staying, try to get the main street view.

Buena ubicación ,camas incómoda y aire acondicionado deficiente, lo peor viene ahora la seguridad es pésima me robaron 1500 bl que tenía en la caja fuerte, lo peor es que a otras 2 familias también les robaron esa misma noche y también de su caja fuertemente. Lo irónico que no había cámaras de seguridad en los pasillos para determinar los culpables que no sólo tenían acceso a los cuartos sino también a las cajas de seguridad,sino quieren pasar un mal rato eviten ese hotel.

The noise from traffic is a problem. Car horns and busses. The cooked breakfast options are cold. Cold beans not good. You can walk to the centre but it's about 30 minutes. There are a couple of metro stations about 10 mins walk. Not much around the hotel. A few places to eat down the road. The hotel is very clean.

Hôtel et chambre propres. Personnel serviable et très agréable. Petit déjeuner varié. L'hôtel est situé entre trois métros offrant donc la possibilité de rejoindre tous les lieux facilement et rapidement. Un bus est également à deux pas de l'hôtel

Tivemos uma estadia muito agradavel. A simpatia e profissionalismo da funcionaria Raquel fizeram nos fazer deste hotel o hotel de eleição , e certamente iremos voltar, pois é um hotel simples mas acolhedor onde nos sentimos quase como em casa, acrescentando a tudo isto um optimo e variado pequeno almoço.

Depois da minha estadia e ressalvando que também trabalho num hotel de 4*,posso dizer que fui muito bem atendida via telefone e na chegada pela mesma funcionária,mas depois estranhei e muito a falta de cuidado e atençao dos restantes,ao ponto de uma das vezes ao entrar no hotel a rececionista praticamente ignorou nos e virou nos as costas dirigindo se á parte de trás da receçao
Nunca em momento algum perguntaram se estavamos a gostar ou se precisávamos de algo
E no check out,nem perguntaram pelo contribuinte ou deram fatura
O Hotel em si é agradável por fora,as areas de serviço bonitas,limpeza do quarto,nada a reclamar,só peca por nao ter uma piscina,ginásio e uma área de lazer ou vista no topo do hotel
Enfim deixa muito a desejar para um hotel de 4* em Lisboa
Mas será sempre pra mim um sitio especial sendo que foi uma espécie de lua de mel

This hotel is nicely decorated. The spa like feel when you enter room as they have music flowing in the overhead speakers in your room and bathroom is a nice touch. The bed is one of the most comfortable I stayed in in Portugal and the bathrooms slightly larger than many others.

Buen hotel relativamente alejado de la zona turística de Lisboa. No obstante a menos de 5 minutos hy una parada de metro que conecta con el centro de Lisboa en apenas cinco paradas.
Habitaciones amplías y bien cuidadas. Buena insonorización de las habitaciones. Limpieza correcta.
El desayuno es muy correcto.
El hotel cuenta con aparcamiento de pago por 15 euros. En los alrededores es fácil aparcar pero es zona azul de lunes a viernes de 9 a 19 horas.

Dobry hotel. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko metra z dobrym dojazdem do centrum, na dworzec Oriente i na lotnisko. Drogie śniadania i zdecydowanie lepszym rozwiązaniem jest zjeść na mieście-będzie i taniej i smaczniej. Dużym minusem jest kiepskie wifi.

Zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Zimmer und Bad lassen, für diese Preislage, keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Schlechte WLAN Verbindung auf dem Zimmer (möglicherweise von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich?).

Originally booked at a different hotel from the same group (Iberia Turim), I have to say that while I don't know what I missed for not having stayed there, I was not at all dissapointed for the choice they offered.
Timidly inviting from the outise, the feel is completely different on the inside. The Iberia Alameda is very modern and comforting. Check-in was hassle free, as was check-out the next day.
When I walked into the room I was surprised by the - once again - moderness of the room. The room was well organized and offered a lot of space. Good size TV, good lighting and comfy bed. The only dissapointment was the view. But then again, the hotel's location doesn't really offer any great views. The bathroom was equipped with what you'd expect: big tub, towels and the gels/soaps.
As for breakfast, I found everything that you'd normally find: bread, croissants, ham and cheese, butters and jams, fruit and your good ol' fashioned eggs and bacon.
As for its location, it's not located in a central spot in Lisbon. However, the 'Alameda' metro station is about 300m away.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Tolles Hotel mit modernen klimatisierten Zimmern. Etwa 20 Fahrtminuten zum Rossio. Die UBahn befindet sich ca 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Hotel.

Quality is decent, breakfast is good enough
You are able to park overnight with no additional charge and have the option to park in the garage (for a price)
Surroundings (at night) are not the best, but would not consider to be a security risk!

An der Rezeption würden wir nicht nett empfangen. Der Sachbearbeiter war sehr unfreundlich und nicht nett. Aber alles andere war super. Super nette Personal in anderen Bereichen. Super tolles und reichliches Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Für Urlauber in Lissabon sehr zu empfehlen. Ruhige Lage unweit der Metro Alameda (ca. 5min zu Fuß), bis ins Zentrum ca. 25min zu Fuß! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ansprechend, aber nicht zu groß! Das Badezimmer war sehr ordentlich! Frühstückbufett sehr reichlich incl. Snacks und Allerlei Früchten. WLAN Wat sehr gut im Zimmer! Für Lissabonerkunder zu empfehlen. PS: 4 Sterne sind etwas hoch gegriffen, max 3.5 ;-).

Hôtel en dehors du centre mais facilement accessible en métro 5 min à pieds pour descendre et env. 10 pour monter, ça grimpe! A 20 min de l aéroport en métro. Buffet petit déjeuner correct. Chambre propre avec climatisation. Un peu bruyant côté route.

nous navons utilisé que le service de chambre, pas de restauration.Notre chambre était côté rue et lisolation phonique extérieure étant trés moyenne nous avons été sensible au bruit de la circulation.Dautre part, lhôtel se situe en haut dune rue pentue, la station de métro et les bus pour se rendre au centre ville sont en bas de celle-ci.Le matin, reposé, ca va mais le soir , fatigué , cest vraiment pénible.

Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet lässt zu wünschen übrig: Viele Gedecke sind unvollständig, mal fehlt Besteck, mal die Tasse usw.; die Platten werden nur sehr zögerlich nachgefüllt, sind oft sehr unansehnlich.

Insgesamt zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht zu anspruchsvoll ist oder strenge 4-Sterne-Ansprüche stellt: Fußbodenlaminat stellenweise rissig und aufgebrochen (209), Stöpsel in Waschbecken und Bidet fehlen, W-Lan im Zimmer schwankend, Doppelliege mit gemeinsamen Decken gewöhnungsbedürftig.Dafür aber: sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, hoher Frühstücksstandard.

Cet hôtel référencé dans la catégorie 4 étoiles correspond en fait à un hôtel de catégorie 2 à 3 étoiles maximum : chambres très étroites et dans un état qui mériterait un peu de rafraichissement, personnel ne portant très peu de considération à ses clients, petit déjeuner médiocre, accès à internet ne fonctionnant pas, ... cet hôtel ne correspond nullement à la description prétentieuse qui en faite sur le site. Un point positif cependant la propreté des chambres et de létablissement en général. Par ailleurs il nest pas très bien situé par rapport au centre historique.

Hotellet och rummet var rent, bekvämt och tillräckligt på alla sätt. Bra frukost med ok utbud, dock är kaffet rätt svagt och det finns inga grönsaker, däremot mycket kakor! Enda nackdelen var att det inte finns någon pool. Varma sommardagar i Lissabon där det tydligen inte finns många allmänna badplatser (framförallt utomhus) är det skönt att få svalka sig med ett dopp. Området har mycket bra kommunikationer med metro direkt från flygplatsen och ytterligare en annan linje. Men det känns lite tråkigt med få restauranger och butiker i dess direkta närhet. Men bara 5-10 min promenad därifrån erbjuder bättre möjligheter.

We booked this hotel as a base to work from as we planned side trips to other parts of the country. We needed a place to store the bulk of our luggage and spend a few nights in between trips (4 nights total stay).Pros, the rooms and common areas are very clean. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Free wi-fi.Cons, Tiny uncomfortable room. Tiny toddler size everything. No emenities, gym or business center.Hotel has one restaurant/ Bar with a limited menu.The location is obscure. Even taxi drivers needed GPS to find.Bottom line, if its within your budget go for a 5-star hotel. Its worth the extra cost for the comfort and enjoyment of your vacation.
