Beautiful apartments and grounds. The whole complex is stunning. Lovely welcome pack when you arrive . It’s quiet as there’s not a lot of apartments so it doesn’t feel overcrowded. Perfect for people who don’t like it too busy, if you want entertainment etc it’s not the place for you. There’s a shuttle which runs to take you to the marina , the supermarket and the beach. Maybe a bit more information could be provided in the rooms about the service as it has to be booked. You do need either a car or taxi to get anywhere as there aren’t pavements in certain areas. We used Uber with no problems. We will certainly return, one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in with the best air con we’ve ever had.

Just back from a fantastic week in Pinehills, Vilamoura! This is our second visit to Pinehills and we will be back again next year. The apartments are super, beautiful modern accommodation with everything you could possibly need. The welcome basket is a lovely touch especially the 2 bottles of wine! We travelled with a 5 month old and the pretty much set up camp in Pinehills. The pool is stunning and the addition kids pool was perfect for baby to have a splash. They are in the process of adding a snack bar / restaurant which will be a welcome addition. We ventured to the Marina for dinner on a few occasions which is a 5 minute drive from the apartments but we were happy to sit on the balcony of the apartment to watch the sun set and enjoy some wine! Highly recommend and looking forward to next year already!

This place is fantastic. The complex is beautifully maintained and the apartments are huge and extremely well equipped. It was fairly quiet during our stay and we enjoyed the tranquility. Everything was spotlessly clean, the swimming pool and fitness facilities were great. On our arrival the kitchen was stocked with a welcome basket of food and wine and there was milk and water in the fridge which was a lovely touch. The apartments are geared for self catering and contain every kitchen appliance imaginable. There is a very good supermarket close by for provisions.I would recommend a car if staying here, it is fairly close to Vilamoura but not really walkable due to lack of paved areas but it is a lovely area.

Beautiful large modern apartment with a huge wrap around terrace. The kitchen lacked some basic tools (no tool to get eggs out of frying pan) and no supplies to do dishes either by hand or dishwasher. It was advertised as having a washer and dryer but only has a washing machine with no instructions and a drying rack. The underground parking is appreciated EXCEPT for the very tight stalls and closely spaced pillars and not much turning radius.Our Mercedes B class just fit with patience.The staff were very friendly and helpful with all requests.As of April 2019 they are still constructing the pool bar area.The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We were disappointed to discover that they wanted to charge 2 euros a day to use the in room safe.An 18 hole golf club and two tennis courts are available for a reasonable price across the road at another hotel.In our opinion the Algarve’s best walking beach (Falésia) is a short drive away.We would definitely stay here again if back in the Algarve.

The property is outstanding. Rooms were amazing - spacious and modern. The grounds immaculate and beautiful. And the service from Reuben, Christian and Miguel outstanding. Location is very quiet - car ideal. Only negative really is that the pool would be better heated

Espaço muito bonito, casas limpas, com lugar de garagem, staff muito simpático e bastante acessível. Apesar de termos que usar o carro tudo fica perto, diversas praias, Marina de Vilamoura e outros acessos. Local lindíssimos digno de visitar

Résidence fantastique l acceuil des l arrivé possibilité d avoir 2 jeu de clef le garage est compris dans le tarif sans supplément un panier de bienvenue avec des orange du jus de fruit de la confiture et j'en oublie l appartement exceptionnel avec la vu la terrasse le jardin la piscine tout est magnifique mais hélas tout les séjour ont une fin et je compte bien y retourner merci a toute l equipe du pinehills même les personne de l l'ombre. A bientôt.

We stayed here late September and we couldn't believe what we paid! Such good value considering what it has to offer and the high standard of accommodation. The whole resort is excellent. The apartments are spacious with everything you need. You cannot fault the cleanliness of the apartments. Decent on site bar/shop which serves a good range of alcohol, snacks, soft drinks and ice creams. Reception are very attentive. You receive a professional service from them. Pool was spotless. We were there for 4 days and it was cleaned every day we were there. Really chilled out atmosphere about the place. They offer a free shuttle bus into Vilamoura until 5.30pm every day. Recommend you use it, it's a very long walk to the marina. Its the nicest place I've stayed in so far in Vilamoura. Will definately go back to Pinehills. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent accommodation and very helpful staff. The only slight problem is the location. They have a free shuttle bus but this only runs until 17:30, after which you are reliant on taxis unless you have rented a car. Another bonus is due to the small resort it never felt crowded unlike are other stays at the Hilton and Tivoli hotels in the past.

Óptimas condições para famílias com amplas piscinas e jardins cuidadosamente tratados

Ho visitato alcuni appartamenti di questa meravigliosa struttura (recuperata dopo un fallimento). Tutti gli appartamenti sono "fully equipped" con gusto pronti per essere vissuti immediatamente. Ospitalità molto ben orientata al cliente. Servizi di manutenzione, pulizia e sicurezza al massimo livello. Unica pecca a mio avviso è dovuta al turismo di transito che per sua natura non ha particolar cura della struttura e dello stile comportamentale di alto livello.

Lovely hotel! I don't onderstand how the "hottub" in the pool goes on. Also the Times of cleaning are unclear.

We stayed there late May, 2018. One word : " Fantastic". I would like to recommend a rental car when you are in the Algarve.

Fantastic place to stay, staff couldn’t do enough for you. Accommodation was 5*. The free shuttle bus was a great use and drivers very helpful. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a short break last weekend and must say the apartment was fantastic. Could not fault it in the slightest. We arrived around 9pm and were met with the security guard (apologies can’t remember his name). He was very helpful in getting us to our apartment safely and couldn’t have been a nicer guy. When we arrived at the apartment we were stunned to find how clean and modern the place was. 10/10 would come back and stay here again!

Overall this is a nice property, clean and nice pool. Its not really close to the beach or many restaurants. We did rent a car but due to the gas strike we were limited on where we could go. The resort offers a shuttle bus but there seemed to be lack of communication the couple of times we used it from having to wait extra time while driver took other people first to being not picked up at place and time as requested. If it had a shop on the resort and recommended near by restaurants that we found on day 5 it would be ideal

Property was spotless and very well equipped, staff very helpful. Only few negatives, sliding door to balcony didn’t lock, kettle very temperamental and fridge door very difficult to open .

The whole resort is as lovely as it looks in the pictures. On arrival a quick check in by staff who explained the rules etc of the complex then showed us our apartment. A lovely two bedroom unit on the ground floor. One bed room with a king size bed and the other a twin room. Ideal for families there is also a sofabed in the lounge, which is open plan to the dining space The fully equipped kitchen was good though we only used it for snacks and cold lunches it would suit someone wanting to cook all their meals whilst staying. The pool is really nice with plenty of sun loungers and parasols, only one day did we struggle to find space. I’d recommend this resort to anyone and will look to return in the future.

This really is an excellent property. Amenities are also first class. Only slight criticism - shuttle bus could perhaps operate after 5.00PM to facilitate returns from Marina etc.

We found the staff to be friendly and professional. The property was top class and the shuttle bus service was essential as the taxi fares range from 8 euro to 15 euro for the same journey. The pool was lovely but lacking a hand rail at the steps to assist older guests. The steps could also have edge marking. We were a large family group and all enjoyed our stay.

Had a fantastic week’s stay in a 2 bedroom apartment at Pine Hills. The apartment itself was huge with all amenities (washing machine, outside terrace area, bathroom for each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, TV with some English channels, etc.) you would need for a short or long term stay. There was also a nice welcome basket with some food essentials and snacks left in the apartment when we arrived. The resort was peaceful, secure, family friendly and had relaxed atmosphere with many facilities (pool, gym, spa services, 24 hour reception/security, small shop, etc.) and a new bar near the pool, called Lily’s, had just opened when we arrived. Definitely worth trying for a reasonably priced drink or two by the pool! The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming from arrival until the day we left. The resort is some distance from Vilamoura/Quarteira (around 5km), however a free shuttle bus is provided on site until 5pm, which was very useful, to take you to various drop off points in the centre of Vilamoura/Quarteira. There are also plenty of Uber drivers around, who from our experiences were all very friendly. We also hired a rental car for travelling to and from Faro airport and further afield in Algarve or into Spain. There is free secure, on site parking next to each apartment block on the resort. I would highly recommend staying at Pine Hills and would definitely stay again myself if we visited the Algarve again. Thank you for our stay!

pela primeira vez em alguns anos que vou de férias passei pelo que passei aqui neste apartamento, dono super arrogante e super mal educado, que nos vem tocar a porta para nós advertir sobre uma situação, fala o que quer e vira as costas e deixa me a falar com o funcionário, muito mau, que imagem terrível que o superior passa, até porque sou portuguesa no máximo deveria ter entendido que língua falava é só depois se dirigir a mim, estamos em Portugal não em Inglaterra, é muito menos tem direito de me virar as costas e não me deixar falar! pouco indicado para jovens, pois as 16h da tarde não se pode fazer barulho, muito mau.. de resto, as senhoras da limpeza são top super simpáticas, e as duas senhoras da recepção igual! experiência para não voltar a repetir, apenas por causa do dono e da pressão de não se poder fazer barulho..

Top Anlage mit hervorragendem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis! Mietwagen unbedingt nötig - Strand, Autobahnauffahrt und Flughafen in unmittelbarer Nähe.... Sehr ruhige, gepflegte und gehobene Anlage - absolut nicht zu empfehlen für Partyurlauber!

Appartements très confortable, résidence calme et personnel trés accueillant. La piscine est très sympa également, cest un bon endroit pour passer des vacances au calme et profiter du soleil. Proche de Vilamoura, mais voiture obligée! Pas loin de Faro également.

Had a super holiday here with 3 friends, apartment was fabulous. Beautiful pool and well maintained gardens. We hired a car and there were loads of fabulous restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

We moved to Pines Hills due to a very disappointing stay at another resort. The contrast could not be greater. Pine Hills put us in one villa but unfortunately the heater was not working - no problem they moved us immediately- carrying our bags and ensuring we were happy. I had already booked another resort. They phoned ahead for me and arranged the heating to be on. I will definitely return as the resort is currently being upgraded but mainly for the thoughtfulness of the staff. Well done Pine Hills!

Beautiful accommodation, but a bit remote and no bar or cafe on site. Need to get a car or take taxis into Vilamoura marina for shopping, bars and restaurants.

Very secure, modern and clean with cleaning service twice a week and good pool facilities but lacks a Bar and Shop facilities which due to its remote location is a real problem.

Bar or restaurant on site would have been nice. Long way from town. If Jacuzzi in pool worked too would have been blinding.

Super location for holiday at the beach or golf. Quiet and secure. Super clean ( they change your towels every second day), spacious and modern. Staff is helpful and friendly( good English). Swimming pool is well looked after and the atmosphere is friendly and peaceful.mixed crowd ( families, couples all various age), but you don't feel overcrowded or disturbed. The apartment had everything we would need : super fast internet,Tv, washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen. Lovely local ( not overpriced ) restaurants and if you miss tourists place Marina is only few kilometres away. stayed in August 2017

Sowohl die Anlage als auch unser Apartment waren wirklich top. Einziger Haken man braucht ein Auto bzw ist auf Taxis angewiesen, wussten wir allerdings natürlich vorher.
