Service médiocre, prix élevés et confort sommaire

We ordered a fish and an octopus dish. They came back and were offering prawns instead of the fish as they were out of fish. At the end they wanted to charge me the fish AND the prawns, which were double the price. If you offer something instead of a dish you are out of, then it should be in the same price range or you inform the guest about the high price. I was not informed about the double price, so I refused to pay that. He called his lady boss and she was worse and threatened to call the police. I was okay with that. So she called only the security and not the police, but even the security said I was right. That is how they try to sell you really expensive dishes to you. The starters were also offered without ordering any and were charged with high prices at the end. It is a complete TOURIST TRAP!!!

AVOID! Dishonest and portions are ridiculously small for an overly price. As other customers said, it's a big tourist trap. Response to owner: Dishonest because we had order the seafood platter at 80euros. But the waiter later came and said they didn’t have all of the seafood so he suggested to replace some parts with something else. He didn’t tell us that he was making us pay every seafood individually instead as the platter as initially ordered. Plus he kept bringing us food ‘to try’ he said, without asking us. So at the end, the bill was 200 euros with even some food we didn’t received. We did speak to the lady boss on site who was not helpful at all and made things worse by threatening us that she would call the police if we didn’t pay! So yes, very dishonest.

Repas plutôt correct et rapport qualité prix un peu cher ou acceptable selon le plat choisit. Il est préférable de manger à l'extérieur quand le temps le permet. Des améliorations sont à faire sur l'accueil et la qualité du service en dépit de la gentillesse de notre serveur. S'il y a un trop de monde au Time Out, c'est un restaurant qui peut dépanner.

Very good if you're lucky and find a spot. Fresh seafood and variety. Staff is attentive and able to help you with the choices among all the crabs and prawns.

Service was fine. However the food was ridiculous and disgusting (We had the octopus). The price is also a terrible joke, too expensive for such a poor quality.

Muy recomendable, calidad muy buena a genial precio, claro que la cuenta será alta pero estás comiendo marisco del bueno. Lo recomiendo en todos nuestros viajes a Lisboa pasamos por aquí y siempre salimos muy satisfechos !!!... Y eso no siempre es fácil en nosotros .

Marisqueria nel mercato, aperto anche la sera. Ci si siede al bancone si sceglie dal menù o dai crostacei e molluschi esposti sul banco del giaccio. Un po' turistica, ma molti avventori portoghesi. Molto consigliata!

Ordered octopus salad, octopus lagareiro and fried squid. The total check is comparable to the one you get in other stalls in the Time Out market but the quality is NOT. The salad was extremely small and not particularly fresh. The octopus too salty and drown in butter. The squids were too salty too be eaten and we had to leave them almost untouched. There are many very good places in the market, I strongly recommend to choose any other restaurant. Riassunto in italiano: qualità pessima, prezzi alti per il Portogallo, in media per il mercato in cui si trova. Da evitare assolutamente!

Fresh seafood, Portuguesas razor clams and grilled tiger prawn is really taste. Oyster is fresh with reasonable price, it is the “must order” for most customer who visit here.

If you order only fresh seafood you can do no better. Outside 75 degrees. Perfect. And October is scarlet shrimp season. We ate them everywhere.

Abbiamo pranzato assaggiando diversi cose dai gamberi al polpo. Tutto buono cucinato in maniera semplice. Un po' affollato come tutto il mercato. Offrono un abbondante scelta di gamberi di diversa provenienza. Buona la carta dei vini

Ottimo, davvero ottimo! Ristorantino informale nel famoso mercato di lisbona (Time Out), pesce e crostacei buonissimi, cucinati con rapidità e ottime fritture. La scelta è davvero ampia, dalle aragoste alle ostriche, cannolicchi, scampi, vongole insomma di tutto e molto buono! Non perdetelo!

Way too expensive for the quality of food you get. Not organised. We couldn’t get the food we wanted since they didn’t have most of the stuff (like bread)??? Not worth the money

THE BEST!! Knowledgeable staff and chef! Amazing food! Super fresh! The scarlet shrimps were amazing! Oysters were great too! And it was just an amazing experience! You see the food in front of you and if you like it, they pick it up and cook it. SO FRESH!

Whenever you have cravings of seafood and you are in the surroundings of mercado da ribeira definitely go to marisqueira Azul and you won't be disappointed. The shop is quite small but you can have a seat in short time even though it is overcrowded as there is a high turnover of patrons. Here you can have all sorts of seafood. From the simple Razor clams to the beautiful King crabs and Lobsters. The Oysters are really good and fresh as well as the tiger prawn that was really huge (almost 400 g) and cooked really well. Definitely a spot to consider for dining.

Como restaurante conocido, se recomienda el menú español. En primer lugar, el personal de servicio son en su mayoría clientes sin rostro a los que no les gusta ver asiáticos. Necesitamos proporcionar servicios en español. El camarero sugirió que nadie entienda el español. Sin embargo, escuchamos que el mesero de la mesa de al lado hablaba español con el cliente. Intercambio! Como resultado, pedimos unos pocos platos y no pudimos llenarlos. En segundo lugar, pedí otras patatas comunes, ¡y no se sirvieron platos de ensalada! ¡Solo se sirven dos mariscos! ¡Coma muy poco para dar comida para evaluar! ¡Es solo una cuestión de actitud de servicio!

Platos con mucho sabor y calidad. Pedimos 4 ostras deliciosas (a 2.20€ cada una) , almejas (14€) y gambas al ajillo (13€). Acompañado de cerveza imperial (2€) y un vino blanco (4.5€). En total alrededor de 45€ entre dos personas. Lo normal cuando se trata de comida de este calibre. Repetiremos y caerá alguna otra más :). Pd: como suele ser habitual en Portugal te preguntan por si quieres pan(que lo cobran). Nosotros dijimos que no pero acabamos pidiendo para mojar en la salsa de las gambas. Nos bastó con pan para una persona (2.5€)

Spent 2 hours here and tried a number of dishes on the menu. The soft shell crab was especially good, as was the dressed crab. Excellent white wine at a reasonable price also. Helpful friendly service. This place offers excellent value for money. Really enjoyed my time here and will come back if I'm in Lisbon again.

Let them take care of your seafood cravings... they know what they’re going. It is busy.. but just be there early and have an open appetite.

Been here before 3 years ago (twice for lunch). Came back now to see if it's still as good as we remember it. And it was! Had lunch here twice. One time we went for the Softshell Crab, Oysters, Jamon, garlic butter bread (yummy) and a whole fish. All was nicely cooked and prepared and most of all: it was all so fresh, great quality and ingredients. The softshell crab here is just the best we've ever had....none came close to this restaurant yet. Had a bottle of white wine with the meal (with a cooling coat and once with a bucket). Our Bulldog was welcome as well on the outside tables. Since it was still fantastic, we came back the other day and ordered some more softshell crabs, Baby Squid, a whole crab and some more oysters. Baby Squids are hard to find....and these here were fantastic. Fresh, hot and crunchy. You got to try this dish! The whole crab was a seafood lovers dream. Fresh, the taste of the sea! Nice presentation, great flavours. And to crack your own crab legs is always a fun part of the meal. Again we were extremely happy with our meals this year. Service was friendly and fast. Prices here are a bit higher. But you get best quality fish and seafood here....so for us the prices were really fair. 4-5 plates of fish and seafood and a bottle of wine for about 70 Euros all in all. It's a good deal. We will definitely be back here.

We went for a fried soft shell crab and baby squid. All you can taste is burnt batter. What a disappointing experience. Better take your money elsewhere. White wine was okay, therefore, 2 stars.

Essen war in Ordnung, aber unser Kellner war sehr unfreundlich... Er hat überhaupt keinen Lust zum arbeiten gehabt. Erstmals bringte uns sehr schmutzige Weingläsern. Flasche Rose würde beim über 30•c ohne Eisbehälter serviert und als wir ihm darüm gebeten, ist er einfach 10 min. verschwunden. Dann läufte er mehrmals an unserem Tisch vorbei und hat uns weiter ignoriert, bis wir ihm nochmal angesprochen haben. Als wir unsere Essen bekommen haben, haben wir nach Brot gebetet, hatten wir fast bis Ende keines bekommen, bis wir ein anderen Kellner darum gebetet. Beim aufräumen hat er uns nicht mal gefragt, ob uns gut geschmeckt hat. Wo wir ordentlich für Speisen bezahlen, möchten wir auch gut bedient werden, freundlichen und kompetent. Schade ...

Un peu plus cher mais la qualité est clairement au rdv ! Fruits de mer au top, "pica-pau" traditionnel délicieux viande cuite parfaitement. Le service est également au top. Je recommande vivement !

Funcionários desorientados, cadeiras e bancos bastante desconfortáveis, moscas aos milhares a devorarem as pessoas. Não temperam a comida com sal nem especiarias o marisco todo muito sensaborão tipo comida de hospital para doentes.

Apenas había una mesa de dos y se apañaron para hacernos hueco para cuatro. Personal muy amable. Mariscada muy buena todo en su punto. Muy recomendable!.

We have returned after 3 years and went for a crab. It was delicious, we had a blast with getting the meat out. Our experience was definitely a 5 star one. I can easily recommend this place if you feel like spending some time with a hook and a hammer to get the money out. Salad mixed in crabs head was great

Good food and friendly staff, very nice seating around the restaurant, you watch your food Bering made, fresh and tasty, try one of the wines with your meal and enjoy the atmosphere, dishes look very nice, the chef and team prepare it very, well go try it yourself, :)))))))))))))), we like it therefore we recommend it

Goose neck barnacles! They were pretty cool and actually quite delicious. I can’t say for sure for anything else they serve but I’d go back for more barnacles.

A little pricey, but the seafood was outstanding. There the goose neck barnacles were the highlight for me.

Very fesh and tasty seafood. I had half a lobster with some salt and lemon. It was perfectly prepared and very good. I hope I will have the chance to go there again.
