Hotel liegt auf der cityfernen Seite des Tejo. Den Trubel der Metropole kann man hier gut hinter sich lassen. Allerdings ist auch sonst in diesem Stadtteil nicht viel los. Das Hotel ist mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr sehr gut erreichbar. Allerdings muss man mehrmals umsteigen und insbesondere die Züge sind immer gut gefüllt. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind in Ordnung. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt vermisst man einen Balkon oder eine gemütliche Bar. Das Restaurant im Hotel wirkt nur halbherzig eingerichtet und geführt. Es werden keine alkoholischen Getränke angeboten. Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Keine Wellness-Einrichtungen. Der Shuttle-Service den ich vom Hotel angefordert hatte, sollte 30 Euro kosten in der Tat wollte der Fahrer wegen parken usw. 50 Euro von uns! Kein schöner Start!

Excelente hotel. Atendimento impecàvel, limpo, comida excelente. A localização é boa, mesmo ae você vai ver Lisboa. Aproveita, conhece Almada( cidade linda de excelente gastronomia) e atravessa de barco para Lisboa.

Höfliches Personal, leidrr sind die Zimmer nicht mehr in so einem guten Zustand. In der Nähe keine Möglichkeit Zigaretten zu kaufen. Sie Autobahn ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und bei offenem Fenster laut.

Credible free WiFi. Polite staff. Spacious rooms with bathtub, TV, nice beds, free water, telephone and desk. Good variety of choices in the breakfast buffet. The restaurant plates a bit too fancy for my tasting. Bad meeting room; in floor - 1, not that spacious, problematic air conditioning.

Its a little isolated from restaurants for walking, but a 5 minute, 6-euro cab ride took us to the waterfront and a whole street of choices. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The drive to the airport from here was effortless and quick (at 10:30 AM). Rooms were comfortable and we could open the window for fresh air. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel operates under the same name as Mercure hotel Av. J Malhoa in Lisbon. We booked that one as we had stayed there previously.We called Expedia, asked for a refund but never got a call back.

Eu não dou 5 estrelas a este hotel por uma simples razão.
Os computadores têm um windows muito antigo que é o Windows Vista, esse windows não se consegue fazer praticamente nada como por exemplo instalar o iTunes.
Eu só dou a 5 estrela quando esses computadores tiverem minimamente o windows 7 profissional.

buen hotel de paso, lo único malo es que tienen llaves para subir en ascensor a cada planta, si vas con amigos no puedes ir a otras plantas que no no sean la tuya... un poco incomodo fuimos en familia y esa fue la mayor pega, pero por lo demás buen trato, limpio, comodo y sin ruidos.

Я не впервый раз останавливаюсь в этой сети, и всегда Mercure соответсвовал ожиданиям. Об этом отеле я такого сказать не могу. По моему мнению, этот отель максимум 3*, а не 4*. Номер выглядис изношеным: ламинат исцарапат и ободран, углы мебели ободраны. В ванной стоят диспенсеры с жидким мылом. Где прекрасные индивидуальные принодлежности от Mercure? Завышена стоимость доп. кровати для ребенка (30 евро за ночь). Поверьте, даже если это цена с затраком, то все равно это дорого. Местоположение так себе. Брали лишь из-за близкого расположения в Монументу, но в итоге еще и за обратную дорогу через мост пришлось платить. Считаю, что лучше останавливаться в Mercure, который ближе к аэрорту. Да, еще одно, В отеле новая концепция - безалкогольная, т.е. ничего алкогольного в отеле не продают (даже пиво).

It’s a lovely Hotel with very friendly and acccomodating staff. My room was great, very spacious with a very comfortable bed. Not the best location but that’s reflected in the price as it was great value for a 4-star. One quibble was that it’s apparently an alcohol-free Hotel although maybe that was because it was a Sunday when’s i stayed there. I searched the Hotel info. and could find no reference to this.

Penso que consoante os valores o pequeno almoço poderia vir incluido no preço. .pois mais 20euros por dois pequenos almoços acho que nao se justidica.

Amazing hotel, staff are very welcoming and helpful. Has all the facilities needed & beds are very comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Breakfast in the mornings was superb. Great location, highly recommend, parking onsite so perfect for those with a car.

Es un hotel q sin más....
Normal. Nada especialmente reseñable.
Nos alojamos en la planta privilege (que se supone q es la superior) y no tiene nada sorprendente, o diferente. El tamaño de la habitación es normal tirando a pequeña, el baño aceptable, camas algo blandas para mi gusto, separadas y pequeñas. Almohadas también bajitas y muy blandas (acabé con dolor de cuello)
Si que te ponen bebidas y detalle de bienvenida (aunque sinceramente no me es tan positivo porque antes valoro otras cosas)
Wifi iba fatal
Puedo decir q el personal es amable y que a mí en el desayuno me informaron de lo q podía comer y me sacaron pan sin gluten (ya que no puedo comer gluten)
Me gustó q tuviera parking cubierto gratuito del hotel y acceso a planta por el mismo ascensor del parking
Por lo demás, lo valoraría como hotel de paso para un par de noches

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel au 7ème étage. Chambre privilège. Qu'il est bi' d'avoir sa propre cafetière Nespresso dans sa chambre, de l'espace, un grand lit, une baignoire, un étage réservé avec à la sortie de l'ascenseur des petits fours du café des croissants des bouteilles d'eau etc... Un parking gratuit. En voiture à 5 minutes du centre de Lisbonne. Au calme avec vu sur le Christ de Rei. Bref un superbe occasion à 71€la nuit.

Hotel de cuatro estrellas situado al norte de Almada, en la orilla sur del rio Tajo ( el lado contrario de la ciudadanía de Lisboa ). Cuenta con aparcamiento subterráneo gratuito con acceso privado y directo a las habitaciones del hotel, además en las inmediaciones hay aparcamiento fácil y gratuito. A 300 metros, hay una parada de tranvía MTS ( Metro Transportes do Sul), llamada Ramalha, cuya línea 3 conecta en 10 minutos con Calcilhas, donde hay una estación fluvial , que conecta mediante ferry en 10 minutos con Lisboa en la estación de Cais Do Sodré ( ultima estación de la línea verde del metro de Lisboa). El tranvía vale 0,85€ ( con validez de una hora para moverte por todas las líneas de tranvía , repitiendo incluso línea y trayecto ), y el barco 1,25€/trayecto. Hay un billete de 24 horas que permite tomar ilimitadamente todas las líneas de metro de Lisboa , sus autobuses , funiculares , elevadores , tranvías y ascensores así como el barco en los citados puertos , tantas veces como se quiera , por 10€ cada 24h.
Para llegar en coche hay que pagar el peaje del congestionado puente del 25 Abril.
Junto al hotel hay un supermercado Lidl y una tienda de ofimatica, que abren todos los días.
El edificio de estilo moderno, cuenta con una amplia recepción , y un salón que hace las veces de comedor y bar , donde se sirven los destinos tipo bufé y servicio de restaurante a la carta , así como bebidas no alcoholicas. También hay un punto de acceso a internet y un pequeño córner de venta de souvenirs. Cuenta con servicio gratuito de guarda equipajes.
El acceso a las habitaciones se realiza a través de dos ascensores con acceso privado para huéspedes mediante la tarjeta magnética de nuestra habitación; las habitaciones superiores se distribuyen desde la primera a la penúltima planta; quedando la última planta reservada a las habitaciones Privilege, cuyas algunas de sus ventajas son : cama extra grande , mini bar gratuito, zapatillas , acceso privado a los clientes de esa planta , etc.
Las habitaciones superiores cuentan con baño con secador de pelo, bidet, bañera , amenities varios y dispensadores de jabón , gel y champú respectivamente. El dormitorio cuenta con climatización con regulación individual, tv LCD de 32” HD con canales internacionales ( incluido uno en español : tve internacional), mini bar ( de pago ), hervidor de agua con cafés , descafeinados y tés gratuitos, caja fuerte gratuita, escritorio así como conexión wifi gratuita y de calidad disponible además en el resto del hotel.
Las camas son cómodas , y la habitación y el hotel en general limpios , modernos y bien conservados.
El personal del hotel es amable y servicial , y en nuestro caso , todos hablaban español e inglés ( aparte de portugués claro ).
No permiten el acceso a las habitaciones hasta las 15h.
Es sin duda el mejor hotel de la zona norte del distrito de Setubal.

見た目には普通のちょっと新しいMercureといった感じだったが、設備を使うにつれ、水回り、シャワー、トイレといった設備が実に適切にメンテされており全て大変快適に使用できた。これまで多くのMercureや系列に泊まった経験があるが、間違いなくピカイチであった。唯一の欠点は都心等への利便性である。足が確保されていれば、間違いなくお勧めする。なお、チェックイン当日にタクシーのストライキがあり、ホテルへのアプローチに大層不安を感じたが、ホテルに電話すると30ユーロで空港へピックアップに来てくれた。大感謝！

Odpowiednie miejsce na wyjazd służbowy, jeśli część spotkań odbywa się w sali konferencyjnej w hotelu. Na wyjazd prywatny żeby pozwiedzać i poczuć klimat Lizbony zbyt daleko od centrum.
Pokoje czyste, wygodne łóżka, łazienka w pokoju. Obsługa pomocna. W restauracji hotelowej smaczne jedzenie.

Отель неплохой. Расположен не очень для тех, кто хочет знакомиться с городом. Но зато есть б/пл парковка. Плюс для тех, кто на машине. Номер стандарт, тапочек нет, есть чайник и чай с кофе. Завтрак не очень разнообразный, но если пару дней жить, то вполне.

Tuvimos un problema con la reserva, ya que la página donde la habíamos reservado no había realizado tal reserva en el hotel, el personal del hotel se mostró muy colaborador nos ayudó a llamar por teléfono para poder solucionar el asunto.
Al final tuvimos que volver a realizar la reserva y nos facilitaron una habitación superior a un precio inferior del de nuestra reserva.
Habitaciones limpísimas, bañera muy amplia un desayuno espectacular acompañado todo de un personal de 10.
Volveremos!!!!!

Muy tranquilo, tanto la zona como el hotel en sí. Cama buena, habitación pequeñita pero suficiente, detalle en la tv. volumen limitado. Baño amplio y limpio, no me gustan los dispensadores de jabón y gel, pero bueno.
Desayuno variado, fruta, bollería, huevos, beicon, judías.......
Aparqué en la calle sin pagar y a 30 metros de la puerta del hotel.

Room clean, comfortable. Parking big bonus. Proximity to tram stop great. HOWEVER, I don't like having 'Healthy Eating' forced on me, especially your No Alcohol Served rule nor the impossibility of finding a meal nearby without getting the car out or catching the tram. Lucky that Lidl is next door. Incidentally your meanness in providing tea bags etc could be rethought!

La estancia ha sido muy buena, el personal tanto de recepción como de restaurante genial. La ubicación muy buena, no queríamos alojarnos en Lisboa capital y el quedarnos allí lo mejor. Buen acceso a transportes, el parking bien, no movimos el coche de allí en los 4 días que hemos estado.

I checked bin at 3pm had booked a privilege room which I knew had a coffee station I checked out at 12 the following day nothing and I mean nothing had been changed in all the time I had stayed at that 7th floor coffee area.My breakfast of scrambled eggs and beans were cold I stay at a lot of hotels this should not be regarded as a 4 star Hotel

Hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Personnel au comptoir sympathique. Les chambres sont propres, bien isolé. Les lits sont confortables, pas de soucis de plomberie. Le buffet du matin est bien garni, on peut se faire plaisir. Il manque juste à cet hôtel un peu de cachet et une localisation plus touristique. L'hôtel n'est pas à Lisbonne même. Il est situé à côté d'un tram qui pourra vous emmener prendre le bateau pour rejoindre Lisbonne. Petit conseil prenez la navette de l hôtel ou un Uber pour votre transfert aéroport. Fuyez les taxis de Lisbonne sous peine de payer le tarif touriste...

De bons conseils pour passer la soirée du réveillon du 31/12 à Lisbonne... un restaurant avec du Fado.
Dommage que pour une chambre dite Prestige la surface soit un peu petite et que l’équipement de repassage ne soit pas en bon état.
3 jours de brouillard le matin ce qui ne nous a pas permis d'admirer la vue de notre chambre située au 7ème, dernier étage de l'hôtel.

Absolutely amazing! I was a little hesitant about booking a hotel not IN Lisbon proper but just across the bridge and it was totally worth it. When we checked in they had seen that we were traveling with a toddler and took the liberty to put a crib in the room for us, they put us up on the 6th floor which had 24 hr snacks and drinks put out on a table near the elevator. The room was amazing the shower was perfect! I will be returning every time I come back to Lisbon area!

Have to say, was a bit disappointed coming here after our tour guide said it was a 4-star hotel.
Given the price and its description as a business hotel, you should change your expectations from 4-star hotel to a decent night's stay.
The room itself was decently sized for two people, I've certainly seen smaller. But, the amenities in the bathroom was pretty disappointing. Prepare for a lack of basics such as toothpaste or conditioner.
The WiFi card had the incorrect casing for the password so ask the staff for the proper password and user login.
The breakfast buffet was pretty average, charcuterie, cheese, eggs, and fruit. Nothing impressive, enough to fill yourself, and on your way out.
The location isn't particularly great either. There's a wide park next to it, but nothing in the surrounding area is interesting. The nearest public transportation to the main plazas of Lisbon is about a 10 minute walk away, so not particularly convenient either.
Definitely taught me that 4-star hotel meant something different in Portugal.

Bed is comfortable. AC is quite. Room is clean. The front desk staff and cleaning staff I interacted with were super nice.
Downtown is about 35 minutes away with about 6 stops by tram and then take the ferry to cross the river.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I didnt know where the parking lot .So I had to stop the car for a while and ask the female staff at the front. Later I noticed that the parking lot uses the name of the parking lot, abc business center, which is a bit far from the hotel. The first person to come to this hotel cant know this, and the front staff cant find it unless they come out and teach it directly. There was no directions and the guidance of the staff was very unfaithful. It was a very bad start from the first impression.

Mi pareja y yo nos hemos hospedado en este hotel ocho noches durante nuestra visita a Lisboa y alrededores. La experiencia ha sido satisfactoria. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado en la zona de Almada, con parking interior gratuito. Para visitar toda la zona de Caparica es perfecto ya que no sufres retenciones típicas del puente de Lisboa. Para visitar Lisboa puedes desplazarte en coche hasta la estación de Pragal y dejarlo allí en parking gratuitos que hay en la calle. Desde allí con la combinación de dos trenes te pones en la estación de Rossio en 50 min. Otra opción es contratar Uber que por 9 euros también te deja en el centro. Nosotros quedamos muy contentos con la ubicación del hotel. El desayuno no lo contratamos, nos pareció caro (12 euros). Lo que si utilizamos fue 2 veces el restaurante para cenar. Los platos están muy ricos y bien preparados, quedamos satisfechos para salir del paso 2 veces. Como nota salientable es que en el restaurante no sirven alcohol(no vino, no cerveza). Justo debajo del hotel, hay un Lidl, el cual puede ser de mucho servicio para cualquier compra necesaria. La limpieza de las habitaciones es muy buena y el personal del hotel es muy amable además de hablar español lo cual es de ayuda siempre para solventar dudas. Sin duda repetiríamos en el hotel en otra visita a Lisboa.

Уже останавливался в этом отеле несколько лет назад, тогда понравилось, поэтому решил снова поселиться здесь. С годами стало хуже (см. минусы), но в целом все еще приемлемо, хотя при таком качестве цена могла бы быть ниже. Номера просторные, есть холодильник, чайник, набор чая и кофе. В целом сетевое заведение с ожидаемым уровнем номеров. В 50 метрах большой супермаркет Lidl. Удобная бесплатная подземная парковка, с которой можно подняться лифте прямо на свой этаж. Хорошая звукоизоляция в номерах. Недалеко Статуя Христа (5 мин на машине или 10-12 минут пешком). Минут за 15 можно доехать до океана и погулять по широченным песчаным пляжам и поесть свежих морепродуктов в прибрежных ресторанчиках.
Минусы:
1. Номерам нужен ремонт и обновление мебели, все поцарапанное и основательно потертое. Ламинат на полу у входа в номер вообще стерся до основания. В отелях такого уровня этого быть точно не должно.
2. Душ в номере был сломан (тоже видимо износился от старости), протекал во все стороны, приходилось зажимать трубку рукой, чтобы не залить всю ванную комнату.

Buenas conexiones con Lisboa en coche, tranvía y ferry.
Si vas en tranvía, la estación de Ramalha se encuentra a 300 m del hotel destino Cacilhas donde se toma el ferri a Lisboa.
Para pagar el transporte es necesario comprar en la estación una tarjeta de transporte que te servirá para tren, tranvía, Ferry, bus de Lisboa. Es de cartón pero se puede recargar 3, 5, 10 €.
Muy cerca del hotel "en coche 5 minutos"se encuentra Fórum Almada, un centro comercial espectacular, por su diseño y calidad, no le falta nada están representadas todas las marcas.

Definitely not worth the price this hotel is asking for.
Breakfast with only the most basic choices, scrambled eggs of weird and watery consistency, low cost sausages.
Hotel rooms are rather small but very clean (if they get cleaned)
Room service made the bed and cleaned the room at 1pm. Thats too late.
I booked privilege floor with free coffee bar service, containing pastries, teas, mineral water coffees and such but it lacks coffee and pastries constantly and it seems nobody cares for refills.
For the hefty extra charge it takes to get a privilege room it's also not worth the price.
Most annoying thing is the air vent of the air condition in front of my window. The exhaust fans are very very noisy and still noticeable when the windows are closed.
The hotel bar and restaurant does NOT sell any alcoholic beverages. No beer, no wine, no liqueurs, no nothing!
This is not a healthy gastronomy style, this is just bad service and an absolute no go in hotel business.
The staff is nice though and very helpful but for close to 200eur/night you surely will find something better.

Was disappointed however that after a long day we were unable to enjoy a glass of wine or beer with our meal, especially as it was not mentioned in any advertising or hotel booking information that it was a free alcohol zone. Nisan 2016 yılında da otelinizde konaklamıştım. İlk konaklamamda cidden çok memnun kalmıştım. Bu ikinci konaklamamdı. Otelin temizliği, konumu, vs. cidden çok güzel. Fakat personeliniz bu sefer biraz hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Sabahları kahvaltıya sırayla alınmamız (yoğun olduğu durumlarda oldu bu olay ama Çinliler sağolun otel sabah kahvaltısında hep yoğundu), asansörün hemen yanında sehpa da D. taksi levhası ve broşürlerinde yazan fiyat ile son gece resepsiyonist arkadaşların verdiği hizmet ile fiyat arasında ciddi bir fark vardı. 6 farklı ülkeden gelen insanlardık, hepimiz itiraz ettik ama personel farklı bahaneler arkasına sığınarak el ilanlarını YÖK etti. El ilanlarında 30-35 Avro taksi ücreti yazarken gelen araba, ki üzerinde taksi bile yazmıyor bizden 70 avro aldı ve fiş veya fatura bile veremedi.

The hotel is clean, and staffs are kinds and friendly (can speak English and Spanish). It is far from the city, but there is the supermarket next to the hotel. So to just to stay is not bad.

I stayed a week for my business. Since I had a business in the center of the city, it's far from the hotel. But using with the ship, you can access the city, and it was a great experience. However, there is no information how to get the hotel in the website, you have to check it before .

Ótimo hotel, bom atendimento e café da manhã. Deslocamento para Lisboa fácil, porém um pouco demorado, tem que se pegar um metro de Almada, descer, pegar uma barca e depois outro metrô em Lisboa

Muy buen hotel, en una zona tranquila. Esta cerca de la autopista y del tren, por lo que es facil ir a cualquier sitio. Se come bien en el restaurante. Parece mas bien enfocado a gente que viaja por trabajo.

I like this hotel very much, just 60€ a night, free parking ( not too much places around 4 to 6).
The location I don't like too much, is not so close to Lisbon center, you have to cross the bridge.
A good thing is that is very close to the Cristo Redentor.
Free wifi, the parking it's a little confuse because it's inside of an shopping mall so you gotta enter there and get around to find the parking of the hotel, but it doesn't have security and the place around doesn't seems very safe.
I see a lot of visitors I guess is because it has a good price, breakfast buffet was about 8€

Hôtel magnifique ! Personnel très gentil et compétent. Parking gratuit en sous-sol avec accès direct aux étages. Chambres spacieuses, modernes et confortable ! Je recommande à 100 % !

Já estive em vários hotéis em Portugal e noutros países da Europa e tendo em conta o valor que paguei e o serviço prestado devo dizer que fiquei encantada. Desde a limpeza do quarto ao atendimento do staff. O restaurante tem um empratamento muito bonito, o único aspecto negativo é não haver álcool no hotel mas há o Lidl ao lado para quem quiser uma garrafa de vinho.

Personalen var väldigt vänligt och hjälpsam. Rummet var rent och servicen var suveränt. Diego och Carlos var två av de bästa i receptionen. 2 killar jobbade i restaurangen som jag kommer inte i håg namnen, var också väldigt vänliga och artiga.

Très calme, des pâtisseries à volonté à l'étage privilège, un petit déjeuner varié salé, sucré, fruits, muesli et compagnie ! Un tout petit hic, transports vers Lisbonne centre compliqué le weekend du jour de l'an.

Ótimo custo benefício. Localização é perto de Lisboa com custos muito menores. Funcionários foram muito atenciosos desde a chegada, com ótimas dicas e toda atenção para nós ajudar. Ganhamos upgrade de quarto e no andar havia café, água, suco e pães doces e salgados a disposição. O café da manhã também muito bom, com ótimos pães. Recomendo.

Stayed here for a 3 night city break in Lisbon. The hotel is modern and clean. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished, and maintained to a high standard. Daily cleaning was good too. The staff here were excellent, the receptionists were friendly and efficient, their knowledge of the the city was very helpful and allowed us to better plan our trip. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and was of a decent quality. The location of the city is fine, to get into Lisbon you can use public transport and it takes about 20 minutes; you get the tram from the end of the road to Cacilhas and then the ferry across the river to Cais Do Sobre. It is very cheap and runs between 06:00-01:00 so you can easily get around all day. The hotel is also near the enjoyable Peace Park and the big statue of Jesus. I would recommend staying here and would probably visit again the next time I am in Lisbon.

O hotel é muito bom , quartos confortáveis, boa segurança interna , atendentes educados e gentis , café da manhã bom . A dificuldade que senti é que fica um pouco afastado do centro e pontos turísticos e o trânsito no final da tarde e noite fica complicado. Restaurantes no centro com comida boa bom atendimento e inclusive muitos garçons brasileiros , amei conhecer Lisboa !

No geral, este Mercure pode ser clasificado como bom. O atendimento é gentil, os quartos são confortáveis e o restaurante é satisfatório. Ele fica um pouco isolado do comércio, embora esteja ao lado de um supermercado e de uma loja de material de escritorio. Ponto positivo para o estacionamento gratuito.

El desayuno tiene una sala minuscula y con los grupos no tienes lugar para desayunar. Esta lejos del centro. Hay transporte en metro hasta casilhas y luego un barco, unos 20 min. 5 euros ida y vuelta

Para grupos, é o pior hotel onde já estive. Comida de fraca qualidade e quantidade, não há copos suficientes, nem talheres, nem pratos... tanto ao pequeno- almoço como ao jantar, havia sempre falhas e atrasos.
Não é digno de um 4 estrelas. Staff atencioso e preocupado, merecem trabalhar num hotel melhor. Único ponto positivo: o conforto das camas. No quarto, vidro mas sem janela. Espero não voltar.
