this hotel need to make good when the room is available we check early the room is not available until 2:00 pm we came back exactly the time they told me its available but we have to wait until its ready so when we finally got the key we stay for 3 hrs and check out

This is a great hotel. Staff is gracious and efficient. Rooms are clean and well stocked. Bathroom is white marble and has typical bidet. Shower is update and modern. Room is a little small,but larger than many European (or NYC) rooms we have stayed in. Great little restaurants/bakeries all around. Close walk to shopping/busstands/taxis. Highly recommend.

The major reasons I decided with this hotel were its location and available parking garage. But I must say the so-called self parking was misleading because the parking is actually located in a close by garage about 50 yards away but getting there was another issue since the traffic in Porto was maddening at times especially on Holy week holidays.Once we settled in with the parking, the rest turned out to be just fine. The room was very compact and we might have assigned the smallest room although they are all similar in layout. The relatively new hotel has pretty much everything well laid out, nice beds, good shower and nice spacious bath and good lighting.Since we arrived at the shoulder season, it did get quite warm in the afternoon but cool down at night. Yet the air conditioning was controlled by the reception and until they turned it on, we had no control of the temperature of the room and the window was not operable.Breakfast on the rooftop was nice and bright which makes it a very pleasant way to start the day.The Portuguese need to learn how to design nicer , more tasteful and more welcoming hotel lobbies like the Spaniards!!!

Bonito hotel, bien situado cerca del río, zona tranquila y con la posibilidad de ir andando a cualquier sitio. Buen desayuno continental, el restaurante se encuentra en el ático y las vistas son impresionantes. Importante tiene una terraza donde sirven unas copas estupendas con vistas recomendables. Un saludo

Great Hotel
Stayed here for four nights in March 2019, the hotel is well situated for shops the river and some great restaurants
The staff are lovely and cant do enough to help. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it.

Todo genial. A 15m del centro y hotel moderno, limpio, habitaciones amplias y muy cómoda la cama. El desayuno escaso pero todo buenísimo, y las vistas en la planta del restaurante preciosas. La unica pega, es la de muchos sitios, los geles de ducha muy escasos y que en el restaurante si abren un vino espumoso un día, no lo cambian hasta acabarlo, pese a perder el gas, con el agua con gas pasó lo mismo.

Location was not the best, but was very close walking distance to the main areas. We heard the main areas could be noisy at night, so were looking for a quieter place. The rooms were spacious but the closet space was very small. The bathrooms were a good size but not much counter space and the sink faucet were automatic which was annoying since you could not control timing and temperature (cold only). The breakfast on the rooftop was great! Fresh and nice service and ambiance. The reception desk was helpful and nice. Blackout blinds in room were great and the hotel wasnt noisy.

ACHTUNG! VORSICHT! Durchgehend feuchte Luft (siehe Foto) und schlechte Luft in den kleinen Zimmern, da nicht mal im Bad ein Abzug existiert. Fenster sind verschlossen, da bodentief und außen keine Schutzvorrichtung angebracht ist. Klimaanlage nicht selbst regulierbar. Es gibt Heiz- und Kühlzeiten, auf die angeblich auch das Personal keinen Einfluss nehmen kann. Wir sind nach 3 von 5 Tagen aus dem Hotel ausgezogen, da es für uns nicht mehr erträglich war. Man erstattet uns jedoch nur eine statt der zwei nicht in Anspruch genommenen Nächte (Entscheidung der Front Desk Managerin Liliana, die zur Problemlösung jedoch nicht anwesend war). Man wird für drei unerträgliche Tage also auch noch mit Abzocke belohnt. Danke für nichts!

Buen hotel, habitaciones no muy grandes pero de alta calidad en los acabados y cama muy cómoda. Mesa suficiente para trabajar y enchufes bien situados. La conexión wifi funciona correctamente para trabajar y algo lenta para streaming. El parking 10€ está al lado pero hay que dar una vuelta muy grande para acceder. El trato fantástico. Tiene una terraza muy bonita con vistas. El desayuno bueno con visión de la ciudad. Me ha gustado.

A group of friends stayed a few nights while on a trip through Portugal. The hotel is close to city center, a number of restaurants and a mini-mart. The location is within easy waking distance of the hop on- hop off busses and other mass transit options. Many interesting sights as well as the river walk are a short (inexpensive) uber/taxi away. I would definitely stay there again as would other members of our traveling group.

Overrated! The hotel might be rated three stars OK, but falls quite short of the four stars they boast! The rooms are just right, but on the smallish side. The staff at the front desk was quite unpolite. Pitty, because Porto is a lovely city!

Calidad precio mal el armario pequeñísimo, el personal no se enteraba de nada nos dieron la habitación a las 4 de la tarde y encima se confundieron y nos dieron la llave de una habitación ocupada y lo peor es que se podía abrir y nos encontramos con las pertenencias de los señores ,imaginaros el susto que nos podíamos haber dado todos menos mal que no estaban y despues tubimos que esperar a que terminaran de hacer la que nos dieron finalmente, los desayunos escasos y pesimos ,yo desde luego no volvere a ir y no lo recomiendo

El hotel está muy bueno el baño es bastante lindo grande la habitación era pequeña ese fue un problema poco espacio para guardar ropa o sea que la ropa quedaron en la valija el desayuno era variado pero en pequeñas raciones igual te podía servir todo lo que querías el desayuno se sirve en el octavo piso que tiene una vista espectacular la atención con la parte de recepción muy buena y amable coloco 13 estrellas solo por el hecho de que tenía poco lugar en el armario

Aufenthalt 3 Tage. Sehr sauberes Hotel!! Wenn man Probleme/Ekel mit fremden Haaren usw. im Bett und Bad hat dann muss man in dieses Hotel, jeden Tag wird gereinigt, wirklich perfekt sauber. Sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal. 24h besetzte Rezeption. Mit der Klimaanlage gab es Probleme, wurde aber sofort auf Wunsch geändert so das es angenehm warm war. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick über Porto. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Fenster sind verschlossen können auf Wunsch geöffnet werden, steht auf einem Schild am Fenster. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme mit Geräuschpegel jeglicher Art. War wirklich sehr ruhig. Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Wenn nochmals Porto dann wieder in diesem Hotel.

מזגן לא פועל בטענה או עובד קירור או חימום ולא ניתן לפתוח חלונות זה החוק כך שאתה משלם מחיר מלא ומקבל פחות למחרת פנינו להנהלה בקשנו לשוחח עם המנהל ההגיע מנהל בשם ארתור שחחנו ארוכות הסברנו את הבעיה ובקשנו לקבל פיצויי בשום פנים לא הסכימו והיחס הוחמר וסגרו לנו את הדלת החדר , טענו כי חל טעות מיד בקשנו לצאת מהמלון המחיר יקר מאוד ביחס למלון ברזים רופפים כיור שבור חדר קטן מאוד מזרון לא נוח שקוע יחס מזלזל מצד ההנהלה בקיצור ממליץ לא להגיע שירות גרוע ולא מקבלים שירות עבור התשלום האוכל כפי שרואים בתמונה

Average hotel, decent location. The hotel was stingy and customer service was not a priority. Hot food options in the breakfast were minimal and ran out fairly quickly. They also charged for basic things that most hotels don't charge for and didn't provide a heads up either. Decent rooms, but for the same price there are better rated hotels located close to the Riberria square.

It was within walking distance to the river and several your pick up locations. I really liked the rooftop bar and the breakfast was good value. The room is kinda tight but that is only an issue if you like to chill in your room. I would recommend as the price to quality ratio is great.

A very welcoming hotel from the moment I arrived. Reception staff were kind and professional. Pablo and his colleagues in the restaurant were excellent. Hotel is very well located, convenient to the intereting parts of town and just a 15-20 minute walk to the river. I would stay at this hotel again in a flash!

Hotel is a 1.5 star at most! Room is tiny, telephone in room doesn’t work, shower is a disaster and mine was broken so the shower head wouldn’t go high (had to bow to wash my hair), and it goes on and on.
When I checked in I was offered a port wine except they poured maybe 5-10 ml. It was an insult.
Worst is the price of that crappy hotel who is more like a hostel!!!!! Don’t ever stay there, there are tons of better options in that area. Total rip off for the most insulting room I’ve ever stayed in Porto

There are good things and bad things about this hotel.
Among the good things are its location and the breakfast (except when they ran out of the crusty bread an hour before the end of service). The rooftop terrace is a nice place to relax.
But the hotel is so impersonal. No pictures anywhere; football on the lobby TV all day and night; apart from breakfast, no one mentioned the restaurant, and I never saw a dinner menu that might have led me to making a booking; the rooms are quite small and seem to cater for people with clothes for one or two nights (the extra hangers we asked for never materialised!); our room was not made up till late afternoon (4 - 5 pm) so, after a day walking in 30 degrees we couldn't just return to the room to relax without getting up for housekeeping or missing out.

Es una pena, es un establecimiento bien situado. Fue desepcionante que un establecimiento de 4 estrellas dejasen sin limpiar la habitacion uno de los dias de nuestra estancia. Y mas aún, no solo no recibimos ni siquiera una disculpa del personal sino que posterior a nuestra queja dejaron una nota en nuestra habotacion indicando que no habian realizado la limpieza de la misma por indicación del huesped. Sinceramente, Una actitud muy desepcionante.

Chambre tres propre mais tres petite. J avais choisi la formule romantique : Les brochettes de fraise au chocolat sont restees 2 jours sur le bureau..bof..Restaurant avec tres peu de choix et assez cher pour la ville. Nous n avons pas eu acces au bar de la terrasse qui etait toujours fermé (fin d après midi et nuit). Attention pas de station de métro a proximité. Par contre, travaille avec une société de navettes qui permet les A/R a l aéroport.

The hotel is in a convenient location near Praça da Batalha (good for the tram and funicular, metro station Bolhão is about 10 minutes’ walk away), shops, cafés and restaurants.It is slightly nondescript but modern and comfortable enough. Breakfast was quite good though a bit of a rip-off at €10,90 per person. The only real irritation was that on the night we arrived, we wanted to have a light meal with a drink in the rooftop terrace. At reception we were told the terrace was open and light snacks available until midnight, but in the bar-restaurant at 22:30 we were told the terrace was closed and no food was available.

El estado general del establecimiento es muy agradable,igual que la habitación.De todas formas,en ésta sería de agradecer la presencia de algún asidero en la ducha (para no hacer equilibrios peligrosos cuando te enjabonas) y SOBRETODO unos armarios de mayor capacidad (apenas teníamos sitio para una pequeña parte de la ropa traída,y no somos de llevar mucho vestuario...y no es invierno,que se suele necesitar más).

The people at the front desk were great. They made reservations for us before we got there. Also, the location is great. A short walk to the water and local restaurants. Very nice rooftop terrace.

- lo que no nos gusto fue que al subir al bar la terraza estaba a oscuras y nos cobraron por un cubalibre 10,50 cada uno, y de paso en vasos pequeños que con una coca cola hicieron 2 tragos. Me pareció exagerado el precio para tomarlo en sus instalaciones

Small, friendly hotel. Staff very helpful. Room was clean and adequate size for a few days. Breakfast room with views was nice, and selection for breakfast was good. Didn't use the rooftop bar. Location was very convenient for centre/downtown - only a 10-15 minute walk. Would stay again.

Das Hotel ist modern und neu, die Zimmer sehr schoen. Nachteil: Man kann die Fenster noch nicht mal kippen. Die Dachterrasse ist modern möbliert allerdings darf man nicht den super Ausblick erwarten, schoen um sich am Nachmittag auszuruhen, wenn der Baukran direkt nebenan mal weg ist und somit auch der Baulaerm. Zur Ponte Don Luis läuft man schon 20 Minuten, Geschaeft sind in der Naehe des Hotels. Ob ich zu später Stunde als Frau alleine durch die Straßen zu diesem Hotel laufen moechte bin ich mir nicht sicher, da doch von der Waterfront etwas weiter entfernt und abgelegen.

Front desk staff were rude - "Can I see your passports, here's your room keys. Bye" we were not happy, given this is our honeymoon which we mentioned prior, after driving 4 hours to Porto. Room is nice but standard hotel quality for the high price. Bathroom ceiling has mold, right above the bidet - someone must've shot it a little high....

Das Hotel ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen. Etwas ganz besonderes ist das Frühstück im 8. Stock mit umwerfender Ausicht und die Dachterasse. Das Hotelteam war sehr bemüht und aufmerksam.Das Zimmer war etwas muffig, aber ansonsten von Größe und Einrichtung in Ordnung, wobei das Badezimmer wirklich großzügig war.Die Lage war zentral zu Altstadt und Einkausmöglichkeiten..

Das Hotel war an sich gut. Weniger gut das Frühstück, das war nur basic und jeden Tag genau das gleiche. Es war genug aber nur wenig Auswahl. Das Zimmer eher klein und vor allem die Betten waren viel zu weich. Ich hatte am Morgen immer Rückenschmerzen. Badezimmer war gut mit einer gut funktionierenden Dusche. Sehr schnell war das WIFI. Outstanding war das Personal, immer sehr hilfsbereit und hilfreich bei Tips. Lage war gut, etwa knapp 10 Minuten von S. Bento Station entfernt . Alles in allem würde ich dem Hotel 3* geben.

Schönes, modernes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Rooftopbar war Jahreszeit und Wetter bedingt geschlossen, man kann die Terrasse aber trotzdem nutzen um den tollen Blick zu genießen. Das Restaurant im 8. Stock ist guter Durchschnitt, es gibt aber auch zahlreiche sehr gute Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Durch die Lage sind die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar (15min bis zum Ufer des Duro, 5-10min bis Sao Bento, 15min bis zur zentralen Metro Station).

Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße und schaut auf den ersten Blick nicht sehr einladend aus. Einige verlassene Häuser die zur Zeit neu ausgebaut werden. Von den Baustellen bekamen wir aber keinen Lärm mit. Wenn man um den Straßenblock geht ist man mitten in der Altstadt. Die ganze Stadt ist von hier aus zu Fuß zu erkunden.Die Zimmer sind sehr klein neu renoviert. Es ist an alles gedacht, leider nicht immer praktisch. Nur eine Sitzgelegenheit im Raum. Das Bad ist ebenfalls klein und nicht sehr sinnvoll angeordnet. Kloobürste ist nicht zu benutzen ohne dass man diese vorher über die Kloorollenhalter zieht. Es gibt keinen Vergrößerungsspiegel.Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Serviert im 8. Stock mit herrlicher Aussicht auf Porto.Für einen kurzen Städtetripp ist das Haus ok.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, in wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum und in der Nähe des Hotels befinden sich alle wesentlichen Einrichtungen, die man braucht (Supermarkt, Restaurants, etc.).Einzig die Zimmergröße ist grenzwertig und der fehlende Stauraum, bzw. das gänzliche Fehlen einer Garderobe ist lästig. Kleider, Jacken, Koffer, Taschen, etc. müssen so teilweise am Boden gelagert werden.Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt.Positiv zu erwähnen ist der Frühstücksraum, der einen wunderbaren Blick über die Stadt ermöglicht. Der Raum befindet sich im 8ten Stockwerk.Ebenso vorhanden ist eine Dachterrasse, die ebenso einen tollen Rundumblick ermöglicht und bei schönem Wetter ein idealer Platz ist, einen Kaffee oder sonstiges zu genießen.

Sauberes, gutes Hotel mit super Frühstück. Haben leider schlechtes Wetter gehabt, trotzdem ist die Aussicht von der Dachterasse einfach nur geil!
Modern,sauber,Personal freundlich. Leider kein Spa und dgl, aber für einen Citytrip übers Wochenende haben wir das ja eh nicht gebraucht und hätten auch keine Zeit dafür.

Chambre propre et personnel aimable. Trop de bruit dans la chambre et malgré une literie confortable impossibles dormir car il faisait 26 degrés dans notre chambre ! Impossible de baisser la température car à l’accueil on nous annonce que cela mettrait en route la climatisation pour tout l’hôtel.... le pire hôtel que j’ai fait de Porto et pourtant il est 4 étoiles....

This hotel doesn't worse its money and not eq to 4 stars. very small rooms, bad equiped, with poor breakfast, and low service. There are problems with air in the rooms - it is not fresh and you cannot open the windows. When we did check-out, they tried to charge extra breakfast, and charge higher rate for night, totally 80 euros more and it took a lot of time get right amount.

infelizmente comprei a ceia de Natal para o casal....neste hotel.
Não nos forneceram o cardápio e não tive a perspicácia de pedir...
chegando no horário tratado, nos colocaram ao lado de uma família com. crianças terríveis....
alegando que não tínhamos combinado, nada serviram para minha mulher que não come carne, embora ela tenha dito que bastaria uma porção de arros e fritas.
reclamei com o gerente que não tomou nenhuma providência.
neste hotel não volto mais.

I loved everything of this hotel, truly recommend!
- Location: the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main square. Consider also Porto is a city which you can easily visit by feet, so the hotels location is not so important;
- Rooms: very conformable and well provided with all your needs: the boiler, the minibar, different bathroom products. I loved the bathroom because the shower and the overall bathroom is very big;
- Staff: awesome! All the staff is very kind and pleased to help you with any information you need;

El hotel está bien ubicado, se puede ir andando a cualquier punto de interés de la ciudad y al río Duero. Las habitaciones están bien!! Tiene parking 9 € por noche, el desayuno a 10.90 €.

Das ‚Premium‘ im Namen ist leider nicht wirklich wieder zu finden... Alles sauber und Personal freundlich, jedoch einfache Einrichtung, die schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Restaurant mit Ausblick über Porto ganz schick. Auswahl beim Frühstück echt gut und alles frisch. Lage ist echt gut und zentral. Service ganz gut. Garage um die Ecke nicht optimal aber besser als keine ♂️

Para ser un 4 estrellas el personal es seco y poco amable. Las instalaciones están bien. El parking no está en el mismo edificio, tienes que llamar por teléfono a la recepción para que abran la puerta. Cobran 9 euros por día. La ropa de baño está muy usada y estropeada, para lo que se espera de un hotel de esta categoría

La hall non è troppo grande (sembra una costante degli alberghi portoghesi, anche se a 4 stelle) e disadorna.
Il servizio colazione lascia un po' a desiderare, per la inesperienza dei giovani camerieri.
La posizione è un poco decentrata, ma tranquilla, con molti locali nei dintorni.
Nella camera non troppo spazio per i bagagli.

Confortevole e pulito. Bellissima la terrazza panoramica, anche se le piante tolgono la vista. Camere un po' ristrette. Bagno comodo, anche se qualche dettaglio è da sistemare, come per esempio l'anta della doccia. Soffione spettacolare, in compenso. Il neo più grande è il letto, che non ho trovato comodo, perché si sprofondava.

We found this hotel to be perfect for our needs. It is clean and modern. The rooms are a good size with a lovely comfortable big bed and good size bathroom. We found it very well located to walk to pretty much everywhere and there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. We only had breakfast in the hotel and it was a typical buffet style but again, good enough for us. We liked this hotel a lot and would be very happy to come back again.

Enjoyable stay. However the e-bookers confirmation stated the hotel operated an airport shuttle transfer at 9 euros per person which turned out to be completely false. This needs removing from your documents.I sent a total of four e mails to the hotel, who finally said we would be met at the airport, but there was no taxi. After phoning we waited 20 mins and were charged 30 euros for two. Reception had never heard of the 9 euro fare.They booked us a taxi for the return which again was just under 30 euros.This is the normal fare, so my best recommendation is to simply take a taxi from the airport and forget about the non existent shuttle!

Very nice hotel and staff. If you are driving to Porto I recommend parking right in front of the hotel, stepping out and asking them where their garage is...it's not far from it but they need to open the door for you. It will be easier so you don't have to find street parking. The location was great we walked everywhere. The hotel was nicely well kept and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Most of the main attractions are at 10-20 min walk away. Plan on wearing comfy shoes the whole time because there are a lot of hills and stairs in Porto. Overall a great stay! You should check a place called Retiro do Fado for some authentic Fado Music and Portuguese food. The place is just about a 5 min walk from the hotel, almost hard to find but it is a gem! It's a small place, so arrive early or make reservations. Someone at the front desk recommended to us and it did not disappoint!

Das Hotel liegt nah an den wichtigsten Hotspots im Nachtleben. Nachts dauert es manchmal etwas bis der Portier die Tür öffnet aber ansonsten ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Vor allem ein gutes Frühstück mit einem schönen Ausblick über Porto mit extrem zuvorkommendem Personal im Frühstücksraum.

Péssima experiência, qualidade preço muito aquém do expectável por um hotel 3 estrelas.
Ar condicionado não funcionava, troquei de quarto aconteceu o mesmo, janelas não fecham adequadamente e deixavam barulho e frio entrar.
Minibar sem nada.
Não tem maquina de cafe, nem chá..

El hotel esta muy bien no esta en el centro pero se puede ir andando en 15 minutos apox. internet no existe, siempre esta averiado y el wifi no funciona nunca, las cenas algo escasas sobre todo para las persnas que son de buen comer, el personal en general muy amable en especial Diana .

We were looking forward to a nice vacation in Porto and Lisbon. However due to the air controller strike in Spain in Nov 2010 our fligt was cancelled. All hotels and the airline gave us a refund but this hotel.
