Apesar de o hotel ter excelentes infra-estruturas e a maioria dos funcionários apresentar uma boa formação, não posso ficar indiferente ao comentário de um recepcionista que me diz, quando eu pergunto se posso ir ao rooftop para trabalhar enquanto aguardo pela hora de check-in, "pode, mas o pequeno-almoço é um bocadinho caro."
Nada a apontar dos restantes funcionários, bem pelo contrário: muito simpáticos e adequados.

The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The internet is fast and free. The breakfast was very complete and with a friendly good service. It has a complete gym with a good variety of machines. The only “bad” point I will say is the location. Locationwise is far from the city center and port (better take a taxi to go there and back because is not too expensive) but on the other hand, is very close to market of Bom sucesso and the house of music.

Struggle to give here more than 3stars...rooms decent, but dated, food not great, sparkling wine and water offered at dinner was flat, staff are courteous, health club hours very limited on weekends so unable to use, dissapointing!

Hatte extra hotel mit Fitnessstudio gebucht. Studio öffnet erst 9.00, schließt jedoch schon 20.00. ganz schlechte lift drin. Da es Frühstück nur bis 11.00 gibt, kann man 9.00 zum sport gehen, dann geht kein Frühstück mehr odet nacj dem Frühstück mit vollem Magen trainieren.Für den pool ist badekappe pflicht, die hat ja jeder urlauber immer parat!!Das frühstück ist nicht 5 sterne wert, höchstens 3 sterne und irrsinnig überteuert. Davon rate ich dringend ab. Für 25€, so ein schlechtes ind geschmackloses Frühstück hatten wir nirgends.

Muy bien la gente que trabaja en el hotel, desde la recepción hasta la señora de la limpieza.
El spa mal, no finciona la mitad de los servicios de la piscina; duchas y, por no funcionar ni una sola cama de agua. Para un hotel de este nivel y precio, lo veo demasiado descuidado.
El desayuno deja bastante que desear.

Es que no hotel de 5 estrellas con muy buenas instalaciones y un servicio a tono. Caro y con un parking mucho más caro ( 28 € por día) (abril de 2019). Gym, terraza y piscinas climatizadas muy bien. Gran atención.

Superbe hôtel très spacieux et classe, chambre propre et magnifique. La terrasse ai dernier étage est la plus belle de Porto. Petit bémol l'accès à la piscine est ouvert à d'autres de l'hôtel et donc port du bonnet obligatoire, il ne s'agit pas d'une piscine privée à noter

Fui almoçar....uma desilusão. Caro ( 18 euros) para o que é servido..
A comida era regular, nada demais, sem muito tempero, sem muito sabor...
As saladas, básicas e parecia que tinham sido preparadas o dia anterior ( a maionese está a meio cristalizada), folhas murchas, tomate passado....
As sobremesas eram melhores, mas, pouca quantidade. Ou seja....não volto mais p comer nesse lugar. Por esse dinheiro já comi bem melhor na Casa da Música ou no Palácio da Bolsa.

O hotel está em obras de modernização que bem precisava. Não gostei do almoço servido. A sopa era uma amostra, no prato principal vinha a carne seca apesar de saborosa e a sobremesa leite creme acompanhado de fruta não gostei.

Hotel muy amplio, con mucho espacio, algo que ya empieza a faltar en muchos hoteles incluso de 5 estrellas. Transporte público y taxis casi delante del hotel. Variedad de comercios, bares y restaurantes en las cercanías. Mucho personal de recepción, incluyendo una persona para información turística, de las posibilidades del Hotel, etc. Así que en recepción te atienden siempre sin espera, algo que también se ha convertido en poco habitual. Yo creo que eso es lo que más disfruté del Hotel, que siempre tratas con personas, sea al llegar, desayunando, o simplemente cuando llegas después del trabajo y tienes una sonrisa y una bienvenida

Un paseíllo hasta el centro la verdad, pero está genial..cómodo , espacioso ,buen Buffet de desayuno..ofrece una piscina interior de uso gratuito y te reciben con una Copita de Porto en la terraza superior con vistas sobre la ciudad

Hotel de 5 estrellas con todo lo necesario, habitaciones grandes baño amplio y con detalles, el desayuno buffet estupendo de todo, el club de salud bien una Pena que el spa estuviera cerrado por fechas de Navidad, las camas muy grandes pero las almohadas un poco regulares te hacen daño en el cuello, por lo demás la atención de todo el personal hay que destacarla por supuesto, y gracias a la chica que nos dio información de la ciudad

Hôtel assez bien placé, entre bord de mer et centre ville. Les bus passent devant, et le métro est à 10 minutes à pied. Si vous comptez prendre les transports en communs, prenez la carte andante tour 3 jours (15 euros/pers), elle est valable en illimité pour le bus, le tram et le métro; elle est à vendre à loffice du tourisme dans laéroport. Lhôtel était en travaux, mais cela na pas engendré de nuisances sonores. Nous avons pris une chambre familiale et en fait cétait 2 chambres qui communiquaient donc cétait vraiment bien. La déco est un peu vieillissante mais cest bien quand même. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner est vraiment sympa, il y a beaucoup de choix. La piscine est gratuite et cest sympa den profiter tous les soirs après une journée de visites.

Hôtel au top en terme de service, le personnel est au petit soin (la femme de chambre a même pliée nos affaires qui traînées)... Le bar en roof top est spendide. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. Etant en chambre Delux, j'ai eu droit à l'accès gratuit au SPA qui est magnifique, le personnel du SPA très professionnel aussi, les massages sont divins.

Superbe hôtel, très propre, vue magnifique depuis la terrasse au dernier étage. Petit déjeuner très varié avec d'excellents produits. Nous ne parlons même pas de la piscine et du spa qui sont très agréables. Personnel disponible et très serviable.
Un merci tout particulier à Rui et Samuel qui de par leur sympathie et leur professionnalisme ont rendu notre séjour dans cet hotel d'autant plus agréable. Hotel à recommander à tous points de vue, nous reviendrons dès que possible.

Very disappointed. In my opinion this is not a 5 star hotel. I’ve stayed in 4 star hotels in Porto that are way much better.
Very small lobby with a carpet horribly stained and worst of all they offer plastic cups near the jar of water. Not so good for the environment.
When I made the reservation online, I asked for a king size bed and they gave us 2 separate beds. Also not so good for a married couple.
Check-out day - The cleaning lady woke us up at 9:00, entering the room and finding us in bed! Why would they want to clean a room at 9:00 am when the checkout is at 12:00?? Doesn’t make sense at all and shows lack of organization.
Breakfast - Poor decoration, small space and the food was mediocre. The eggs were done most certainly by a person that doesn’t even know how to cook!
We also didn’t feel well after eating.
I forgot my toothbrush at home but thought that as this is a 5 star hotel they will have that in the bathroom. I was wrong, no travel toothbrush.
The only positive thing is that the room is great and they put us on the 18th floor which was nice.
I’m sorry to say that I won’t be booking this hotel in the future.

Superbe hôtel en travaux lors de notre séjour ce qu’il a occasionné quelques bruits mais minimes. Grande chambre luxueuse très bien équipée. Un peu loin à pied du centre de Porto mais le bus se prend à deux pas.

A cinco minutos a pie de la parada de metro Casa de Música, la mayor parte de las linea de metro paran aqui. Zona tranquila. Algun bar y restaurante, pero poca oferta en general, mejor por el centro y con más ambiente. Pillamos conciertos al aire libre que hacian en el auditorio. Alquiler de coches al lado del hotel

Recebido com profissionalismo e simpatia. As acomodações são do melhor bem como as mordomias caracteristicas de um hotel com cinco estrelas. Um dos pontos negativos é a garagem é inadmissível não estar incluída na estadia e ser paga á parte, sinceramente não o esperava nem nunca me aconteceu, contudo não sou um cliente habitual desde tipo de serviços. Por vezes sentia-me um pouco perdido, para frequentar o ginásio tive de falar com umas cinco pessoas diferentes, a informação deveria estar mais disponível. No geral achei a experiência positiva.

L hotel è meraviglioso.con i suoi 18 piani offre una vista a 360 gradi di tutta la città. Offre servizi di ogni genere colazione pranzo cena palestra sala riunioni. Le stanze sono enormi come pure il bagno fornito di ogni genere di confort. C e anche lo scalda asciugamani, il ferro da stito e le grucce. Ottimo in tutti i versanti.Personale cordiale e preparato. Buen hotel, no está muy céntrico pero se accede bien a la zona monumental. El parking es algo caro y lo peor es el Bufet del desayuno. No es de recibo que en un hotel de 5 estrellas haya que hacer cola todos los días para entrar y sobre todo que la mitad de las cosas falten: en muchos momentos prácticamente sólo había cereales y galletas. La piscina es cubierta.

Terraza en la última planta desde la que se ve todo Oporto.
Las habitaciones estupendas pero lo mejor sin duda es su equipo. Absolutamente entregados al cliente desde el minuto 1.

Stayed there already a couple of Time. Nice rooms. The plus is the small but nice wooden terrace on the top of the hotel for a late night drink enjoying the view and the music. Only 4 stars because the breakfast is not that great compared to surrounding hotels.

I was impressed with this hotel the second I walked in. For the quality and price of the rooms, it is totally worth it. My room had an awesome view and was extremely clean. The staff, especially João and Tania, were exceptionally helpful and professional. Nothing better than complimentary port wine(or two ;) ) and a free session in the spa. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and would stay here again.

El hotel es muy agradable en general, pero cabe destacar al personal de recepción, que es excepcionalmente amable. Todos hablan español y si no, se esfuerzan en entender y hacerse entender.La habitación es lo que se puede esperar de un hotel de 5 estrellas, o sea, amplia, cómoda y muy limpia.El hotel no está exactamente en el centro histórico de Oporto y hay que desplazarse en taxi, pero no es un problema grave porque este medio es muy barato allí.

Muy buen hotel en Oporto situado en la Avda de Boavista. Tiene una terraza mirador en la planta19 que es espectacular.
Las habitaciones estan muy bien y el personal atento y amable.
Los taxis al centro y a la ribera cuestan de 7 a 8 euros.
El autobus turistico tiene parada a 2 manzanas del hotel.

La experiencia en este hotel ha sido increíble. Servicio 10. Tuvimos que pagar un suplemento de 10€/persona para acceder al spa "bien". Las instalaciones en el hotel estaban al nivel de un cinco estrellas. Las habitaciones muy bien equipadas y muy bien insonorizadas. Recomendamos cenar en el restaurante de la planta 19. Además de las vistas queremos destacar el buen servicio que nos atendió. Si volemos a Oporto sin duda nos volveremos a alojar en este hotel.

Stayed there for two nights, and besides the location and rooms I have no idea why this place is a 5 star hotel.
All the facilities are really poor and badly kept.
Only the foyer was extravagant and the rooms were pritty nice aswell, the VIP area on the roof deck including the restaurant was nothing spectacular and and everything was pretty dull.
The service was great and people were very friendly except in the pool area, the people working there had a great lack of respect.
All in all a fine experience but not worth the cost.

The hotel is located just 30-40 minute walk from the centre of porto town and there is the option to get a taxi. The coast is also a (45 minutes) walk or taxi (7 minutes), where you can enjoy the pleasant beach. A comida servida no bar do hotel é de muito fraca qualidade, comi hambúrguer no prato com salada, em que o hambúrguer era idêntico ao de supermercado da zona dos congelados e de marca branca quer pelo sabor, apresentação e textura. A salada mais parecia que tinham aberto o pacote e atirado para o prato sem mínima apresentação. Tivemos que pedir temperos e acrescentamos frutos secos ao menu para tornar o prato mais interessante. Demoraram uma eternidade a servir. Uma desilusão. Experiência a não repetir..

Rooms are really amazing- huge and total luxury and breakfast great loads of choice. Staff are very attentive. Bar area bit strange and very expensive. A latte is €7. Evening meals don’t start until 7.30 and no menus to look at? Pool area looked very scruffy and tatty beds so didn’t use - a shame as was one of the reasons we picked girl. Hotel is not in the centre- about 50 minutes to walk but is on bus tour route. Stop is right outside the door.

The hotel is not properly maintained and not up to 5 star as rated. Rooms need proper maintainance and cleaning. The room I was given had a foul and dusty smell. The heating system wasn’t working, carpets were not properly cleaned and were stained. Despite rooms being changed the difference in the foul dusty smell wasn’t much guess due to accumulative dirt and poor cleaning. All in all it’s not worth the high rate that is charged, and surely doesn’t feel like a 5 star. They need to put in a lot of work in Maintaining the property as a whole Including the outdated decor.

Je reviens sur mon avis pour développer la chambre était propre car les femmes de ménages nettoie parfaitement bien par contre le mobilier est abîmé par le temps et surtout l'usage moquette qui devrait en théorie être beige ,la c'est tâché ( chambre 511 et 1406 idem)
Autre grande surprise l'accès à la piscine et au spa c'est juste du rêve car il n'y a en vérité une seul petite piscine ouverte et du coût il faut prendre rendez vous et trouvé un créneau limité .
La cerise sur la gâteaux c'est le soir de la St Sylvestre le restaurant était fermée alors là ,je n'avais jamais vu ça pour un hôtel 5 étoiles
Et je ne comprends pas car a Lisbonne nous avons réservé un hôtel 4 étoiles et franchement c'était autre chose donc c'est vraiment une grosse déception

One of the worst experiences we have had till date. First they said hotel reserves the right to offer any kind of bed though we booked for a room with king size bed. After much conversations they allotted us a room. The carpets were extremely dirty - room was dark, broken mirror and very unkempt. On complaining, the reservation team showed us other rooms which were equally bad but we settled for a slightly better experience room. Upon settling down we realized that the AC was not working. On calling up room service we were advised to open the window if AC is not working. We went down to the reception and requested a mechanic to come but no one turned up. Ordered food at around 9.30pm and got the food (a soup and sandwich) delivered to room at 10.45pm. This hotel does not deserve a 5 star rating in any case with untrained and unprofessional service and completely worn out rooms. PS: we found another family with exactly similar and worse complaints. Also found the mini bar with stale drinks :(!!!

Le résumé parlant de chambres vétustes ne correspond pas à celle que nous avons eu au 12ème étage. Le niveau est tout à fait bon si on ramène le prix de ce 5* à la prestation.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Check in was easy. We arrived late and there was a really nice bar/restaurant available on the top floor. The room was comfortable but a bit dated (the carpet looked worn). It was extremely quiet which we appreciated. The location was perfect for us since we were meeting a group close by; however, it is a bit off the beaten path (close to the soccer stadium but not close to downtown or the water).

Este hotel precisa de uma renovação ou de uma reavaliação.
Para começar reservei o quarto através do site do hotel e deu tudo perfeitamente até receber um e-mail passado uns dias a relatar que o mesmo foi cancelado devido ao cartão de crédito não ter sido válido. (Antes disso enviaram um e-mail que foi para o spam para eu fornecer novamente os dados, podiam ter ligado para o número que foi facultado durante a reserva e não simplesmente cancelarem a reserva por não obterem resposta por e-mail) quando eu vejo o e-mail no domingo contacto o hotel e dizem que não podem ver nada relacionado com a reserva visto que o departamento de reservas só abre segunda feira as 9h. Segunda feira telefono forneço novamente os mesmos dados e já funciona, chego ao hotel dizem que tenho dois quartos reservados. (Resolvido sem problemas) mas não deixa de ser um momento desagradável.
O quarto, como podem ver pelas fotografias, colchão sem capa, lençol roto, chao em péssimo estado, (5 estrelas em 10).
Spa, dizem que tem piscina e jacuzi gratuito no -2 (mas não destacam que é do ginásio e não do hotel) e que tem o spa do hotel para se quiser desfrutar com custo adicional (não referem que também tem piscina e jacuzi) o que vem nas fotografias é o pago. Não me importava de ter pago se me informassem melhor desta questão, mas já que indicam aquele como também um serviço do hotel que tomem responsabilidades pelo mesmo, antiquado, jacuzi frio, espreguiçadeiras que nem se quer tocar.
Parking (10 euros das 20h-10h ou 15 euros diário, o que é um pouco caro mas admite-se num hotel de 5 estrelas).
Quanto ao hotel, mal consigo justificar 4 estrelas quanto mais 5 e acreditem que tenho um vasto leque de comparação. Aconselho a verem melhor a oferta que a cidade oferece.

Nice hotel, good location, rooftop restaurant and outside bar area on 19th floor with great views. Dinner choice was buffet which was not what I wanted but the buffet was actually really good with lots of choice, prawns, steaks etc. €27. I had 2x small beers in the bar and was charged €18, €9 a beer, super bock is good but not that good, felt ripped off to be honest. May stay at Crowne Plaza or Sheraton next visit due to this.

The property is a very good location. A person can easy take public transportation for any part of the city. I liked the STAFF ALL Extremely nice and helpful. At the front desk Rosario was outstanding from the moment of check-in to any question that I had she always tried to help and satisfied my concerns, At the Restaurant Lurdes, Adika and Eduardo also very very nice and before I asked they will have the coffee ready to serve and a table always ready with a lot of courtesy. Regarding the room was also very clean, Bruna was always very nice aand helpful to any needs and questions, It was indeed a very pleasant stay and Ill go back again when I have a chance.

· Der Parkservice ! Und die lage waren gut! Beim Einchecken wurde uns eine Bus und Bootstour Kombination angeboten diese war Super man konnte so Porto erkunden!! auf dem Rundkurs konnte man an den ca 12haltepunkten aus und einsteigen wie man wollte!! der Bus hielt gegenüber dem Hotel ca.20min Rhythmus!!
· Die Sauberkeit und deren Kontrolle war schlecht! Das Zimmer hatte ein riesiges Spiegelelement was man zu schieben konnte um den Eingangsbereich mit Toilette vom Schlafzimmer zu trennen! wenn man diese Schloß sah man den Dreck in der Ecke dort war seit Wochen nicht geputzt worden!! Man hatte einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer dort war noch Wasser vom Vorgänger drin!! in jedem Raum waren Deckenlautsprecher der im Bad war Defekt! Das Frühstück war OK aber ich muss sagen es war keine 5 Sterne ich habe bei 4Sterne schon besser gegessen!! Die Terrasse in der 19 Etage war schön! Es wäre noch schöner gewesen wenn die Sitzmöbel Polsterauflagen gehabt Hätten!! (Rattan Imitation)auf diesem nackten Plastik zu sitzen war nicht angenehm!!Das Hauseigene Schwimmbad ist Renovierungs bedürftig.Als wir den Pool besuchen wollten sind wir mit dem Fahrstuhl in den Spa Bereich gefahren dort wurde uns dann mitgeteilt das wir eine Badekappe benötigen und wurden an die Rezeption verwiesen im Bademantel!!.Warum kann man diese nicht unten im Spar-Bereich hinterlegen .

One of the pools was not working and the beverages were never stacked properly in the room. but the reception staff were excellent. The rooftop bar was also excellent. The hotel is not located near enough to the centre for our purposes as it was at least a 45 minute walk in to the centre.

Excelente. El hotel está muy bien ambientado, las instalaciones muy buenas y en perfecto estado. Cuenta con todas las comodidades de un hotel de cinco estrellas.
Nos alojamos en una habitación en la planta 11 y nos encantaron las vistas. La estancia está dividida en entrada, dormitorio, aseo y baño; lo que la hace muy práctica. La cama era muy cómoda y era una cama doble real, no dos camas unidas. El suelo enmoquetado, lo que lo hacía calentito y agradable.
El spa nos gustó mucho y nos pareció muy completo.
El hotel cuenta también con una preciosa terraza en la última planta, donde pudimos disfrutar a nuestra llegada de una copa de vino de bienvenida con las impresionantes vistas.
Lo único que mejoraría son las indicaciones para el parking. El hotel tiene convenio con los dos parkings que hay debajo pero que no pertenecen al mismo. Al llegar no sabíamos muy bien donde podíamos dejar el coche. Y es una pena que no haya un ascensor que conecte directamente los parkings con la recepción del hotel.

No que me foi permitido aceder e desfrutar, sublinho a simpatia dos colaboradores na Entrada, a simpatia e o profissionalismo delicado da Recepção e o Bom e atento e simpático serviço de Bar, mesmo tratando-se de um período compreendido entre o final da manhã e o início da tarde.
Acrescente-se que durante a minha curta estadia no hall, Entrada e Bar, senti como notório, também, por observar, um "ar de bem-estar servido" na clientela vasta que ciculava no espaço, de acordo com as suas direcções.
WC Masculino da entrada, rés do chão, pequeno, não adequado a uma afluência maior, suponha-se numa hora em que o Bar esteja com um elevado número de hóspedes/clientes. Contudo, impecavelmente limpo e com um bom cesto de toalhetes de felpo para uso de ocasião.

Probably the worse "5 stars" hotel I have ever been too, it is very far behind its stars - I have been better welcomed in hostels! 1. The elevator will upset you big time 2. It takes ages at the reception (the poor ladies are only two..) 3. Some of the staff were not very polite and respectful 4. The food at the rooftop restaurant was absolutely disgusting (I could honestly elaborate but I'd need to write more) 5. If breakfast isn't included it costs 15 euros. They have an "express breakfast" at 6 euros but very poor and starting at 8 am so quite late 6. They charge you 15 euros for 1 night at the parking (and 10 sometimes I didn't understand) 7. They make you pay for the swimming pool cap. I could go on but basically: they will try to scam you in every possible way they can having you paying for everything without delivering a good quality in exchange (whether it's a service or hardware or food...). Super bad experience. Will never return there.

It's a nice hotel. But the location is a bit far off the center and one of the staff was extremely rude and we can assume she was being racist because she was nice to anyone that was white or Portuguese

This is a top class hotel with a superb bar area, great roof-top restaurant and stylish decor throughout. One of the best hotels in the region. It was one of the highlights during our trip to Porto. Would highly recommend.

Right from the time we arrived at the hotel, the staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The hotel is in a good location with local bus stops and taxis near by. There is a super market and a Mcdonalds restaurant close by too. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks for the good and friendly service all round.

Los empleados son muy atentos y amables. Las habitaciones están genial, son muy cómodas y grandes, pero me llama la atención que, siendo un hotel de tal categoría, el papel higiénico de los baños sea de tan mala calidad, muy áspero. La limpieza de las habitaciones es aceptable pero, me sorprende que no se limpien bien los espejos y no se cambien las sábanas siendo la estancia de varios días. Por otro lado, el desayuno es fabuloso, pero el spa deja mucho que desear. Por último, la ubicación es muy buena. Repetiría la estancia.

We stayed for a few time, it was a year ago since our last visit. The room condition was very unpleasant. The hotel did a facelift in the lobby which is nice but all we didn’t see any friendly staffs that we are familiar with this time.

Rooms are nice, quiet and clean.
Wonderful housekeeping ladies, helpful and always with smile on their faces.
Unfortunetly me and my partner cant say same about receptionists. At night when we arrived (21/22.08) my partner kindly ask if we can get higher floor (as we asked while booking) and receptionist answer in sarcastic way that we get 16th floor but „i dont know if its enough for you”. No, it wasnt said as funny joke, it was sarcastic way.
At afternoon 24.08 i asked one of two ladies which where present at reception, can she help me or advise how to get tickets for train to Lisbon. Lady even didnt look at me and just said „train station”. After i asked if its gonna be open (in my country usually they are not in saturdays) and i didnt receive any answer. I can understand a lot of things, but i was working as receptionist as well, and if someone from foreign country asking me about tickets to anywhere for sure im not gonna say „train station”. Of course its obvious! Untill you are not in foreign country. Im just kindly asking why you have written on your booking page „concierge” and „touristic information” if you cant give me simple advise.
Fortunetly at same night guy from reception when we asked again give us adress of train station and website where we can check all trains and buy tickets. He even propose that he may help us if we just want to :) easy? Easy.

The hotel was very relaxing and enjoyable. I booked a standard room, which was very spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful; always answering questions with a smile! It was my birthday on one of the days I stayed, and the hotel staff surprised me with cake and a lovely note in my room. I absolutely loved the surprise, and it was a very nice touch! One of the best things there was an unlimited use of the jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam room, Swimming Pool, and the Gym, which were for free! I only needed to pay for a swimming hat which cost 3 Euros. The breakfast was superb, with a variety of choices! The location was perfect and ideal! For the city centre, and the beach, you could use a public transport, which costs 2 euros per person, or you could get a taxi. There's plenty of public transports that were nearby, and there was a supermarket right next to the hotel, with a currency exchange inside the supermarket.
Strongly recommend this hotel, as it's very family friendly!

Hôtel convivial et propre. Personnel accueillant. On peut profiter du spa, jacuzzi et massage pour des prix abordables mais cher pour les massages. Salle de sport et piscine inclu dans le tarif de l'hôtel.

No és pot entrat abans de l'hora que et diuen. Si el check in és a les 15h, no pots entrar a les 14h, a més a més ens van fer esperar 20 minuts per que no tenien les habitacions llestes, havent-hi gent amb demores més grans. Això si, vam arribar a les 9h allà i ens van donar la possibilitat de guardar les maletes i poder anar a visitar.
L'SPA s'ha de pagar a part i són 15€/persona, nosaltres ens vam confondre pensant que la piscina era la del SPA.
Per tota la resta, hem passat una bona estància

Fantástico hotel con todas las comodidades de su categoría. Habitaciones amplias y perfectamente equipadas, totalmente insonorizadas. Nos dieron una habitación de categoría superior a la contratada. Piscina cubierta y spa espectacular. El sitio ideal para relajarse y desconectar después de visitar la bonita ciudad de Oporto. Todo el personal del hotel fue súper amable con nosotros y trataron en todo de momento de que nos sintiéramos como en casa.
Tiene una piscina muy agradable y un spa espectacular en el sótano que es un regalo para los sentidos.Encantados con la estancia!!

I could not recommend this spa highly enough. For me it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable spa experiences I have ever had! The staff have incredible attentiveness and attention to detail. The facilities are 5 star from the moment you arrive through the spa door. The pool, which is heated, has power jets with different levels of water intensity for your back, which is something I have not seen before. They also have 2 heated stone chairs for lying on which are fabulous. A few people mentioned the fact you have to wear a swim cap as a negative, however personally I find this much more hygienic. To the spa therapists themselves Louisa (and of course my boyfriend can’t remember the name of his ) thank you so much for a wonderful massage and facial. The care and attention is second to none. I didn’t feel imposed on or ignored and this is a very fine line which many don’t get right so Obrigada! We left feeling so relaxed we had to go home for a nap. Don’t hesitate to book this spa if you want to de stress. It is worth it. I am looking forward to returning again in a few months!!

Óptimo local, muito bem situado, staff 5*, sempre disponível e pronto a ajudar!
O pequeno almoço tem muita variedade de escolha, o restaurante/bar tem uma vista magnífica sobre a bonita cidade do Porto, onde podemos ver o por do sol e deliciar um óptimo cocktail!
A parte do SPA é optima: desde a piscina, jacuzzi, banho turco, até ao simples facto de os funcionários terem em atencao o número de entradas para que os utilizadores consigam mesmo relaxar. Recomendo vivamente, a repetir!!

O rooftop do Porto Palácio é, sem dúvida, um dos melhores espaços do Porto para ter uma vista panorâmica e ainda curtir um belo e aconchegante espaço, seja para um cafezinho logo a tarde, um drink ou então para almoço ou jantar, com um buffet incrível, com uma incrível variedade de saladas, pratos quentes, queijos e doces diversos. O atendimento é tambem todo especial. Super recomendado!

Hotel is good and clean. Breakfast is ok, the scrambled eggs are not tasty but the omlet you can order is very good. In the pool you need a swim cap which is no more very common, you have to buy one at reception otherwise you are not allowed to enter. Big bottle of water which is placed outside minibar is not for free and costs as much as 5€

Bar planta 19 un poco caro. Habitación muy grande. Pocos enchufes y poco acertados. Baño genial. Buen colchón. Buena TV. El súper cercano va de perlas. Lejos del centro. Buena presencia.

Definitely not a 5 start hotel!
Inconfortable pillows. You have to pay for absolutely all services, as well as the beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast very expensive for the quality.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Gepäck wurde ins Zimmer gebracht und es wurde alles erklärt. Die Zimmer sind gross, schön und hochwertig. Leider war in unserem Zimmer der Teppich an vielen Stellen fleckig, daher der Abzug. Ansonsten wunderschönes Hotel. Der Ausblick von der Rooftop Bar ist super und das Frühstück äusserst lecker.

An ok hotel but definitely not worthy of five star status. Four at most. Lots of small things that add up. Non-existant WiFi, a half an hour wait on room service, drink splashes up the wall, no hotel information in the room, no numbers for the reception, housekeeping etc on the phones, uncomfortable pillows, a long wait for the lifts. To be fair the staff seem generally quite nice and it has a massive gym. An adequate place for a night's sleep, just not a five star hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The reception is very helpful and the hotel rooms are great with an amazing view. The location is also quite strategic. It is located near to Pingo Doce (conveniece store), McDonald, and a bus stop. It is also not so far away from Casa da Musica, which I think is worth to visit if you are interested in performing arts and architecture. Would definitely suggest others to stay here.
