Espetacular Hotel, situado nas margens de Vila Nova de Gaia. Com excelentes vistas sobre a cidade do Porto. Hotel bastante luxuoso e extremamente caro (eu nunca fiquei lá, mas gostaria). Posso apenas descrever o que conheço por fora (mas estou aberto à possibilidade da administração me oferecer uma estadia :) ). Local paradisíaco paredes meias com as caves de vinho do Porto. De fácil acesso por automóvel. Se tem possibilidades economicas não perca a oportunidade, pois certamente não ficará desapontado.

미슐렝 투스타 식당만을 위해 찾아갔습니다. 다소 까다로운 주문 요구에도 친절히 응대하는 서비스는 매우 훌륭했고, 음식의 데코레이션 또한 좋았습니다. 하지만 좋은 재료나 데코레이션에 비해 '맛있는' 음식은 몇가지 기억나는 게 없는 점이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 거품을 이용한 소스나 색감이 화려한 소스 등 비쥬얼은 좋았는데 무언가를 맛있게 먹은 기억이 없는게 아쉬웠던 식당입니다.

Lovely room, comfortable bed, indoor and outdoor infinity pools. Excellent service, including in the bars and restaurants. Don't always pick up the phone, but very accommodating once you get through to someone. My parents-in-law had one of there accessible rooms, with a slightly tweaked bathroom, which was excellent. Remember that you need to book if you want to eat at The Restaurant or the Orangerie. There is some food available at the main bar though, if there are no spaces in the restaurants. There are also excellent restaurants nearby and the concierge was happy to arrange tables for us.

Gostei pela vista, ambiente e simpática de todos os funcionários. Esperava muito mais na excelência dos quartos. A suíte onde fiquei algumas coisas eram impensáveis para um hotel de renome como o The Yeatman. Sofá com manchas, chão da zona de refeições também com manchas escuras. Infelizmente se não fossem esses detalhes seria uma fantástica estadia. A melhor nesses aspectos. Será para mim um preço elevado para não reparar em todos esses pormenores. Outra observação. Com uma vista para a Ribeira , mais precisamente para a ponte Dom Luís, fabulosa, como é possível a mesma estar cortada com 3 ciprestes plantados pela administração do espaço? Era a vista da suite onde fiquei na segunda noite.
Luxo exige excelência.
Mas recomendo.

Je précise que j'y ais déjeuné en été et donc pu profiter de la terrasse avec vue "dislumbrante" (en portugais) sur les quais de Porto.
C'est un restaurant gastronomique avec une qualité des plats répondant à ce standard.
Personnel souriant et de bons conseils. Présents sans être invasif.

Very nice hotel very luxury. 5 stars. Service is good, food is great. Location is not the best but the view is amazing. Very expensive . Lobby is on the upper 9 floor. The spa is very good. Great outdoor pool. Very recommended .

We have been to a wine dinner, as we were offered a voucher to a Yeatman Event.
In general the food was good, and so was the wine, but in my opinion, it is not worth 90€/person... and all these wine dinners are on thursdays, so people who have to work on the next day do not enjoy as they could! The room seemed like a circus tent... I was expecting more glamour...

Came here for the famed view of Porto and the setting sun. Service is very slow and short staffed. Expect to wait for everything so if you must go, order everything you want at once. The view is impressive.

O Yeatman faz parte da coleção Relais & Chateaux e tem um padrão de qualidade superior ao que nós esperavamos, a localização na colina de V N de Gaia proporciona uma vista perfeita do Rio Douro e suas margens. O restaurante é elegante, o bar é tranquilo, o Spa atende bem e o quarto perfeito. O preço é flutuante, nesta primavera pagamos em torno de E$ 400. Perto só as vinicolas e a alameda que margeia o Douro. Fácil travessia para o Cais da Ribeira no Porto pela parte inferior da Ponte Dom Luiz.

We got a nice room but it was close to the street and we asked if we could get a different, quieter one. Promptly we were placed in a new room - great. I'm not sure what was up with the new room but it didn't seem to have been cleaned in a while. Even in a 5-star hotel these things can happen, so I made a list of problems and gave them to the reception desk to please take care of while we went to have dinner.
When we came back, most of the things were not fixed. There were bundles of hair all over the carpet. The pictures I posted are from *after* housekeeping went in to fix these issues, and the hairs are not ours. This, I find unacceptable. The next day I went to the reception again and showed the pictures. I was referred to a manager who excused profusely and offered to take over 50% of the restaurant bill from last night, that's why I'm upgrading this to a 2-star review.
There were a handful of unrelated snafus as well, however, like our table getting cleared at breakfast as we were getting a second round at the buffet, despite the handbag of my wife still hanging over the chair and the napkin placed on the cushion. I could go on but won't list everything here.
The staff in general was friendly, but in a very formal and somewhat condescending way.
The 2-star restaurant was also a huge let-down. While the courses all sounded exquisite and were very well presented they were almost all lackluster taste-wise. Maybe 3 out of the 15 or so were really great (like the suckling pig), even though still not amazing.
So overall this was quite disappointing on multiple fronts. I have had way better stays at hotels without any stars. They clearly want to provide a high-class experience and it all looks great but then they fail at the very basics, like leaving bundles of hairs on carpets, or not having great-tasting food. It's a real shame for all the effort they do put in.

We did a wine tasting on the terrace over an amazing sunset. The Yeatman offers the best view over porto and has a great selection of wines and an incredibly friendly staff. Highly recommend

서비스가 좋고 공간이 넓고 조용하여 편하고 즐겁게 저녁을 먹을 수 있습니다. 다만 발렛이 안되고 주차하고 호텔을 찾아 올라가는 길이 조금 애매했던 기억이 있습니다. 식사는 코스만 있는데 시간이 길어서 시간을 길게 가지고 가는 것이 좋습니다. 보통 저녁의 경우 7시에서 7시반에 시작하는데 끝나는 시간이 12시에 가까웠던 기억이 있습니다. 제가 갔을때는 호텔 앞쪽에 공사를 해서 뷰가 약간 가리긴 했지만 여전히 뷰가 아주 멋집니다. 와인 리스트도 아주 훌륭합니다. 페어링을 한다면 포르투갈 와인들을 좀 더 잘 이해할 수 있는 기회인 것 같습니다. 음식은 포루투갈 전통음식이라기보다는 퓨전으로 보이고 일본느낌이 조금 있습니다.

식사만 하러 갔었는데 7,6,4가지의 요리 코스를 고를 수 있고 각각 6,5,4가지의 페어링된 와인을 추가할 수 있습니다. 와인 페어링은 정말 신기한게 와인이 음식을 더 맛있게 해주는게 아니라 음식이 와인을 더 맛있게 해줍니다. 6가지 요리 코스에 와인은 많이 못 마셔서 4가지 와인 페어링 추가했는데 배터질 정도로 양은 많고 3시간30분 걸렸습니다. 중요한 맛은 나쁘지는 않았는데 그리 뛰어나지는 않아서 돈 아깝기는 했습니다. 포르토 식당들이 워낙 저렴한 가격에 뛰어난 곳들이 많아서 더 그렇게 느껴지기도 한 듯합니다. 뷰는 정말 환상적이라 분위기있는 식사를 원하신다면 한 번 경험해볼만 하지만 엄청난 맛을 원하신다면 여기는 아닌 듯 합니다.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very family friendly with room for kids to hang out in during the day. View of the river and bridge is wonderful. Quick cab ride to the city or you can brave the stairs and hills for a 30 min walk to most places. Nice breakfast in the Orangerie and enjoyed the special Easter lunch here as well.

Such a beautiful place. The view for porto and Douro River is breathtaking. The view from the swimming pool is also so beautiful and you are able to take a photo with D. Luis bridge in the background.

Diner in het restaurant. Absolute topkwaliteit in keuken en bediening. Er wordt licht en origineel gekookt. Het gastronomisch menu met vele amuses en gangen laat een voldaan maar geen vol gevoel over. Bijbehorend prijskaartje maar gezien het geboden niet overdreven duur. Prachtig uitzicht over de rivier en stad.

Unfortunately very poor service. We arrived late to lack lustre reception. Our bags were left outside and we actually had to request that they be brought into the building. No warm welcome up on checking in. Generally found the service lacking. Great views though of Porto

이틀 숙박했는데 이 가격에는 어울리지 않는 것 같아요. 리셉션에 영어가 미숙한 직원이 있어서 가끔 불편했고 매일 오후 8시40분경에 수건 갈아주겠다고 문을 두드렸습니다. 방청소 후에는 첫날 사용한 가운을 바꾸어 놓지 않았어요. 마지막날에는 조식 먹고 왔더 룸키가 작동을 하지 않더라구요. 전화했더니 직원이 올라와서 교체해주는데 원인을 물어보니 룸키가 디스커넥티드된 거 같다나 머래나...뷰는 아주 좋습니다만 그만큼 교통접근성이 떨어집니다. 그리고 좀 불편했던게...수영장이나 리셉션 등 어딜 가든 엘베 2번 타고 대략 5분간 복도를 걸어야하는 이상한 구조에요...아. 샹그리아 글라스로 한잔 룸서비스 시켰는데 1리터 넘는 병으로 들고 와서는 나중에 45유로인가 받더이다. 글라스로 안 팔면 미리 알려주던가...참고로 얘네들 영어 잘 못해요. 직원들 영어 복불복입니다. 참 세면대에 찬물 뜨거운물 표시도 잘못돼 있었어요.

Para mim o melhor local da cidade para beber um copo de vinho e desfrutar da vista da cidade. O local não é dos mais baratos mas a vista e o sossego num hotel de 5 estrelas vale e bem. É sem dúvida um dos meus locais preferidos para beber um copo de vinho a meio da tarde.

The Yeatman is on the Gaia side of the river, so you face Porto. It’s a short walk (though very hilly) to Porto or all downhill to the tasting rooms along the water.
The hotel is large - the walk to the new section involves two elevators. Not a big deal, good way to get steps in. Nice wine based decor throughout the hotel.
The rooms are also quite spacious. I was surprised that there was not a coffee maker in the room. I liked the Caudalie products in the bathroom. Good water pressure in the shower.
Our package included breakfast. There were eggs, breakfast meats, bread options, charcuterie choices, juices, and fruit and pastries. They had a sweetbread with coconut that was delicious.
Service was great throughout. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

This is one of the most beautiful properties I have stayed at. I travel pretty extensively and would have to say The Yeatman is one of the most impressive properties all the way across the board. The beds were heaven, rooms large, design element was impressive. The staff is fabulous and the Spa was fantastic. I wish the weather would have permitted a swim in the infinity pool.

Everything just as nice as possible. Naturally... Expensive as a 2 stars restaurant. The staff makes you feel welcome and is very helpful friendly and competent . We had a very nice place near the window with an amazing view over the Douro's Valley and Porto's Ribeira. Food? No not food! An explosion of different tastes. They served small portions but 11 times and some in two or three parts (at least 17 different tastes). I don't even count my special birthday cake! Thank you guys. If they don't serve their bread with butter at the fifth service; ask for it!! The called "butter" should be called "mousse de beurre légère délicieuse" {my best French}. Thanks again to all the staff for making this evening to an happening.

I had the multi-course chef's tasting menu at the gastronomic restaurant and I'm pretty sure that will be the best meal I will ever have in my life. Each dish complimented the others perfectly and the wine pairings were equally outstanding. Everything was beautifully presented in a very nice location overlooking the river. The service was terrific.

식사만 했습니다. 직원들이 지나치게 친절합니다. 미슐랭2스타라는데 음식 실험적?이고 맛도 괜찮습니다. 다만 가격이 쎈편입니다. 둘이 먹으면 팁까지해서 50만원정도 나올것 같아요. 인테리어가 조금 낡았던데 19년 2월부터 리모델링들어간다고 한것 같아요.

Fim de semana único e na companhia da namorada, passamos um dia inesquecível. Desde o chegar ao hotel, da piscina interior com uma vista deslumbrante sobre o Porto, a sauna, banho turco, se excelente qualidade. Quarto impecável, confortável, e com vista tambem magnífica sobre a ribeira do Porto. Empregados super atenciosos e simpacticos. Serviço 5 estrelas a altura do hotel. Recomendo sem hesitações a estadia neste hotel. Muito bom mesmo. Adoramos!

Experiência no Yeatman:

Nos hospedamos e fomos jantar. Pedimos Indicacao de um vinho encorpado e nos foi indicado o Quinta da Lagoalva de 2009. Notamos um cheiro e aroma não muito agradável e pedimos que o sommelier provasse para ver se o vinho estava de fato bom. Ele falou que era o cheiro de terra que era normal daquele vinho. Pagamos 68 euros em um vinho que não consegui nem beber um copo. Vi na luz que a garrafa tinha muita borra dentro e que se tratando de um vinho antigo deveria ficar um dia em pé para a borra descer e depois quando aberto ser filtrado em um decanter para que essa borra saísse e não deixasse o vinho com cheiro desagradável e nem amargo. Quanto a comida, achei meu prato, um peixe do dia que custou 37 euros com um sabor bom, porem uma quantidade de comida muito pouca. Meu esposo comeu um Chateaubriand o qual não aprovou e teve um custo de 45 euros. As entradas, bem como o atendimento são excelente e o ambiente também. O chef oferece 2 cortesias na entrada e 1 doce ao final. Se não fosse a experiência negativa do vinho, poderia ter dado uma nota melhor, mas no conjunto, a quantidade de comida x o preço e o incidente do vinho tornaram o custo x benefício ruim, o que não valeu os 174,00 euros que gastamos. Não recomendo!!! Há com certeza melhores opções no Porto aonde se come melhor pagando-se menos.
2) o café da manhã é de fato muito bom, há varios sucos, uma mesa de frutas, uma de pães, uma com queijos, fiambre etc, uma com leite, cereais, manteigas, 4 tipos de iogurte, etc. Há uma específica com pratos orientais e um balcão aonde há café nespresso que achei muito bom também. Há também uma com doces. Os funcionários são atenciosos, há uma vista boa e os doces excelentes. O quarto é bem confortável, e o que ficamos havia uma vista panorâmica pro Rio Douro. É possível também se escolher os travesseiros. Pagamos 440 pela diária, logo acho que apesar de ser um hotel muito bom, nao há nada de excepcional que valha esses preço.

슈페리어더블룸으로 했는데 테라스뷰 정말 끝내줘요
이그제큐티브룸 보다 조금 더 써서 슈페리어더블룸으로 한게 신의한수였고 일찍 도착해서 13시에 얼리체크인 해줬어요

It's all about the view at the Yeatman, Large comfortable rooms with big terraces have views of old town Porto and the bridge. The views are good after sunset when Porto lights up. The hotel has a beautiful indoor pool and relaxing bar both with views. The breakfast is unmissable and the dining room also has a good view. The hotel is opposite Taylors Wine Lodge which has a good bar, terrace and shop. Yes, the hotel is a short very steep walk up from the Duoro river in Vila Nova de Gaia, but you can also take a more level walk into central Vila Nova de Gaia where you can visit El Corte Ingles for shopping or get the tram into Porto city itself. Guests can use the side entrances to the property, justbuzz and security will let you through. Ideal place to stay if you want to take the train to Aveiro, just go from General Torres station a short walk down the road.

De todos os hotéis onde já estive, é bem capaz de ser o melhor ou dos melhores na minha lista...
O serviço é incrível, o staff é excecional e o hotel em si, quer seja pelo espaço, pela decoração ou pelo ambiente, é algo de espetacular.
O quarto era muito bom, com uma área gigante, a cama era muito boa também.
Obviamente que a estadia não fica barata, mas o hotel vale o dinheiro gasto por tudo o que oferece aos hóspedes.
Sem dúvida que voltarei e recomendo a qualquer pessoa.

욕실없는 방으로 배정되어서 좀 아쉽긴 하지만, 테일러 와이너리가 바로 근방에 있어 와이너리 투어하기 좋았습니다. 중심가와 멀기때문에 이동이 쉽지 않지만 우버를 이용했습니다. 하우스 키핑해주시는 분들께서 중간중간 돌아다니시면서 필요한거 없냐고 물어보십니다. 세심히 챙겨주시는 모습이 좋았습니다. 각 방에서 보이는 전망은 최고라고 생각합니다.

The Yeatman ist eine Reise wert.
Von der Einrichtung her war uns das Yeatman zu klassisch (aber noch okay). Ansonsten ist das Hotel das Nonplusultra, einfach großartig. Wir wohnten in einem Superior Room: hell, gigantischer Blick über den Douro und die Stadt Porto, große Terrasse, ganz ruhig (auch von den Nachbarn bekommt man so gut wie nichts mit), supersauber. Zwischen Bad und Schlafraum ist ein großes Innenfenster mit Klappladen. Wenn man den öffnet, hat man von dort aus der Badewanne durch den Raum denselben Blick über Porto wie von der Terrasse.
Die Lage ist toll: In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Fluss, in 15 Minuten im Stadtzentrum.
Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, wir fanden jeden Tag eine neue, nette Überraschung auf dem Zimmer, am Neujahrsmorgen gab es z.B. einen von der Hotelbäckerei gebackenen, für Portugal typischen Neujahrskuchen.
Frühstück ganz oben mit Panoramablick. Natürlich ist alles frisch, natürlich kann man sich ein Omelett oder Kaffeespezialitäten machen lassen, und wer den Tag mit Kaviar beginnen will, beginnt den Tag hier mit Kaviar.
Wer seine Decken und Kissen individuell zusammenstellen will, kann aus einem Kissenmenü auswählen. Ansonsten gibt es hier so ziemlich alles, was es in einem Hotel geben kann: Infinity-Pools drinnen und draußen, 2-Sterne-Restaurant, Kinderbetreuung etc. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich eine Reise wert.

The Yeatman is a resort property located across the Douro River from the city of Porto. It is surrounded by port wine warehouses, and while it looks industrial the area is lovely. Unfortunately there is construction going on right outside of the hotel (a new museum being built) but inside the rooms it was very quiet.While it was raining cats and dogs during our stay the hotel has both an inside and outside pool and a spa, so there are recreational opportunities year round and no matter what the conditions. I just wish we could have used our lovely terrace to dine out at night overlooking the lights of Porto.Service was spectacular although housekeeping forgot to come one day. The staff was extremely helpful and not only arranged tours for us but held our bags for three days while we toured the wine region.What really distinguished the Yeatman was the food. The Michelin star restaurant was spectacular with impeccable service, lovely views, a fantastic wine list and out of the world (albeit expensive) food. The tasting menu cannot be beat. This carried over to the other restaurants and the spectacular breakfasts.The Yeatman is a great hotel and a fantastic way to start a visit to the port wine region of Portugal.

The room we had was amazing. Incredible view over Porto and the Douro river. However it was all the staff in the hotel that made it.My wife became ill whilst we were there and we had to go to hospital. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful- even collecting her prescriptions from the chemists for me. I cannot thank them enough. Hopefully we can return when she is better. Thank you so much.

近隣に商店などがない分、ホテルだけで用を済ませる必要がありますが、ゲートを出て右折し河岸に降りれば小洒落た商店が多くありさほど不便でもありません。
ポルトの街並みの景色を一日中のんびり眺められるベランダは最高だと思います。

Das Hotel liegt auf der gegenüberliegenden Flussseite von Porto und hat deshalb eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Altstadt. Nach einem kurzen Fussmarsch ist man unten am Fluss und kann mit der Fähre in die Altstadt von Porto gelangen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und der Service freundlich. Die Küche ist sehr excellent. Das Hotel kann in jeder Hinsicht empfohlen werden.

Hemos llegado a las 14h y tuvimos que esperar 30 min. a que estuviera lista la habitacion. El hotel tiene vistas muy bonitas, pero si quieres ir a ver la ciudad andando, para bajar muy bien, pero para subir mejor un taxi, es una pena que un hotel de esa categoria no disponga de un transfer a la ciudad. Las habitaciones muy amplias, pero con olor a humedad y con mucha humedad, en verano quizas este bien pero cuando hace frio las ventanas no aislan bien.

Not up to the expectations. Very dull service and food. The dinner was tasty, but nothing special. The staff never smiled and it seemed they were rushing to go home. We loved the hotel - it had a fabulous view and great location. The staff and rooms were great and the food was worthy of a 5 star hotel. Even the room service meals were excellent. We had dinner at their Michelin rated restaurant one night and it was a fabulous experience. The food and wine pairing was perfect. I would definitely recommend the hotel and restaurant and hope to make it back someday.

Experiência decepcionante a muitos níveis... da vista para o Porto, entre cedros enormes que impedem ver e gruas que também desfeiam a vista, começaram as decepções. o jantar foi simplesmente horrível.... recebidos por uma empregada muito jovem e simpática, mas claramente inexperiente, por não termos reserva , embora sendo hospedes, teve de ir perguntar ao chefe de sala se podíamos ser servidos ( primeira vez que nos aconteceu num hotel de 5 estrelas). esperámos mais de 10 minutos pelo menu nos ser entregue pelo chefe de sala, que nem se apresentou nem pediu desculpa pela demora.... esperámos 25 minutos pelo couvert, que não passava de pão pre congelado, que nem morno vinha e gressinos, azeitonas e manteiga...nada que justificasse a espera. pedimos salada de lavagante que era uma tigela de folhas de alface com fatias de lavagante e manga e nenhum tempero... de seguida pedimos cataplana de peixe galo onde o peixe estava cozinhado demais, o molho completamente sem sabor ou apuramento e as batatas encruadas. o meu prato ficou cheio de comida e a segunda cataplana nem foi encetada ( serviram-nos aos dois da mesma cataplana ficando a outra por servir) . avisámos a funcionaria que deu conhecimento ao chefe de sala, que, mais uma vez, nem se aproximou da mesa... a petulancia do senhor nao tem fim... apenas entrega menus e contas aos clientes do hotel. no fim pagámos 190€ por um jantar que não comemos ( ofereceram na conta um prato misto de queijos que o meu marido pediu)...será um local a não repetir essencialmente por ter sentido que aqui os clientes não interessam muito.... estive em locais fantasticos no Norte de Portugal a preços muito acessiveis e em cozinhas com estrela Michelin... nada justifica o preço praticado tanto na estadia quanto na refeição

Best view of Porto, room was spacious with huge terrace, we upgraded our room from Dulex to Master suite, actually the Dulex room was nicer, master suite was a little bit weried, it was Taylor’s Port type. Service was excellent, I would come back again!

No dia de hoje 6 de Outubro pelas 16:30 dirigi me ao vosso hotel de forma a conhecer as vossas instalações, sendo a primeira vez, estacionei o carro a entrada não sabendo que não o podia fazer! Fui extremamente mal recebida por um funcionário vosso que estava vestido de forma diferente dos outros. Foi muito desagradável da forma como falou comigo e com o meu marido dando a informar que não podíamos estacionar o carro ali, compreendi e aceitei mas da forma como falou para além da agorrancia senti um enorme juízo de valores por parte dele, talvez por ter um volvo de 2006. Foi muito constrangedor senti me pessimamente mal. Tirei dali o carro mas perdi a vontade toda de voltar a entrar para vos conhecer, apesar da excelente nota que tem atribuída e das óptimas fotos das instalações não tenho mais curiosidade de regressar. É de lamentar que tenham uma pessoa assim a receber os clientes.

Hotel espetacular na beira do Douro. Localizado na Vila Nova de Gaia, tem vista de tirar o fôlego para o Douro. Os quartos são excelentes e a área comum muito boa, com destaque para a piscina externa e o SPA. Tem ótimo restaurante estrelado dentro e, por ser dos mesmos donos de várias marcas do vinho do Porto, convém marcar uma visita à cave da Taylor’s, colada com o hotel.

Beautiful resort with stunning views and lovely spa facilities. I would have rated it much higher but the housekeeping was well below standard. I have seen much better in a 3 star hotel. Tea and coffee making facilites were provided in the room, however, when we ordered extra creamer and sugar, it took over 50mins to deliver. What was worse was that dirty cups were taken away when the room was cleaned but never replaced!! So next time you wanted a coffee, there were no cups. We were travelling in a group of 6 and had booked 3 rooms as we were celebrating some milestone birthdays. The hotel left some complimentary champagne in the rooms, but hoisekeepong never took the empty bottle or dirty glasses away when they came in the evening for a turn down service. I do not expect such sub standard housekeeping in a 5 star hotel.

It is a 5 star place indeed. It has great views of the river and the city. The food is tasty and drinks in good quality. I personally recommend to try the rose and of course the port wine. Proper luxurious experience. If I have an opportunity to go to Porto in the future, The Yeatman is the place.

サービスは良かったのですが、世界基準で考えると五つ星とまではいかない気がします。あくまでポルトガルの中では良いという感じです。

Je suis passé 4 jours dans cette hotel et j'ai juste une ramarque à faire
Le 21/09 à partir de 17h00 l'accés spa et piscine intérieur à été fermé suite à un evenement qui a eu dans l'hotel. Je trouve un manque de respect vis à vis de leur clients !

Terraced on a hillside across from the city of Porto, this former port warehouse shines as a premier luxury destination. The astounding range of wines on offer, and th truly stunning restaurant well deserves its two Michelin stars. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, comfortable yet not overdone. I was in a newer room on the lowest level of the hotel, which made it quite a trek to the lobby, but on holiday it was fine. The indoor and outdoor pools are lovely. My only reservations are with the inconsistent service - a bit of a wait and a disorganized check-in, a turndown service that didn't fully refresh the room, and not particularly attentive service at the regular restaurant and bar. It was quite a busy summer weekend, but for a truly five star property com***ding such prices, I would expect better, if not approaching impeccable.

Had a great experience at The Yeatman. If you can request a table with a view near the window. Located inside a hotel, it's a very elegant restaurant with top notch service. It's a tasting menu but they will accommodate your requests and will note any diet restrictions you sent in advance. That said, if you are a picky eater you probably won't enjoy the experience that much. It's a lot of food and very rich. As you might expect in the Douro, there is also a suggested wine pairing and the sommelier was also happy to make recommendations for by the glass or by the bottle wines and they had some more inexpensive options. (Such as even $7 a glass) If you are celebrating something special or are really into food experiences it's not too miss in Porto.

The Yeatman, este hotel pratica preços exorbitantes, concerteza que aproveitando o cenário de que a sua varanda dispõe, só ao alcance da classe alta, mas o que é facto, segundo sei, não há camas disponíveis, de qualquer forma é de louvar que assim seja, sou dos que pensa que as elites tem todo o direito à melhor escolha, pena é que só um número restrito de pessoas façam parte da mesma elite.

El lugar con las mejores vistas de la ciudad de Oporto. No hay nada mejor como sentarte en su terraza, al aire libre, con una copa de vino de Oporto y ver el atardecer. Su SPA también es espectacular y se puede reservar aunque no estés hospedado en el hotel.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever had the privilege to stay in. Amazing location with great views over Porto and the river. Right next to some of the best Port Houses in the world. You couldn't ask for better staff, i spent a decade working in Hospitality and this was absolutely perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

You really need to enjoy a sunset drink at Dick’s Bar, overlooking the river. Gorgeous view and great service. Yes, the prices are easily twice the price of a regular bar. But it’s worth it if you can get a good seat.

Absolutely incredible hotel that has the best views of Porto. Rooms are super. Easy walk to riverside bars, restaurants and to the cable station that runs along the river. I have to rate this as the best hotel in Portugal. Must visit while staying in Porto. Ohh and check out the wine cellars in the hotel

Acho que não haverá muito mais a adicionar a favor deste espaço! Faço a review no sentido aluguer de espaço de eventos, pois foi essa a ocasião. É possível alugar o terraço com esta vista maravilhosa para um after-work. A comida estava boa, mas os petiscos e a frequência com que nos traziam Porto tónico convenceram-me só achei pena servirem um vintage demasiado gelado (para o meu gosto). Senão está top ⚡

I stayed here on7/8 and7/9 2019,while I checked in with my 2 friends, the reception kept reminding me that my room type is 2 grade down ,compare to my friends,who booked the same type of room through AE,but mine is through local travel agent. My room was at the 1st floor, which needs to transfer 2 elevators and creepy hallway to get to the room from lobby . Outside of my room there are 2 men at work right in front of me, with a tower crane looking at me from above. Because of fully booked, they changed my room the other day. The view didn't get any better.

7 of us Came here for lunch, rude staff (especially the hostess) and horrible service. They forgot 2 of our orders and then added extra to the bill. The only good thing about the restaurant is the waiter with the shaved head and glasses. The rest are incompetent at best. Bar menu was on par with Burger King.

I brought my fiancé here for her birthday, and let me just say that the Yeatman did not disappoint. The tasting menu, along with the wine selection was phenomenal are well worth it. The menu was a celebration of Portuguese cuisine with several foreign twists, paying homage to the trading history of Portugal. The food highlighted the subtle flavours of each ingredient brilliantly.
It also has to be said that the suckling pig is the best pork I've ever had in my life. Hands down.

This hotel is in a stunning location. It has gorgeous views of the city of Puerto. The staff is incredibly professional and kind. The spa is wonderful and I highly recommend a visit. Unfortunately there is a bit of construction in front of the property right now so there are many cranes that scar the view a bit. Hopefully this is just temporary. Otherwise it’s a very intimate boutique like hotel. They even have their own Michelin two to star restaurant.
