Staff was rude to us from
beginning to end. Waiter kept leaning over our table to take pictures of other guests that bribed him with 20 EUR to get seats by the window even though they didn't reserve anything, while we were still eating. Really distracting and annoying. Additionally, one of the waiters had a cold and kept making weird sounds with his nose. Once he had to sneeze really badly while carrying food. He tried to sneeze next to the plates. I was still happy that this was not our plates he carried to the tables. Food was overcooked even though we ordered medium. Really disappointing experience. They seem to treat some people better than others. Not professional.

Almocei lá vários dias e tive sempre boa receptividade e atenção dos empregados. Comida agradável e preços em linha. Gostei.

die grösste Katastrophe die Kellner sind blind und sehen nur Bekannte der Wirt verweist dich aus dem Restaurant > mit anderen Worten du bekommst nichts > nicht mal bestellen kannst du..... hier rate ich niemandem einzukehren
a maior catástrofe os garçons são cegos e vêem apenas conhecidos o anfitrião te encaminha do restaurante> em outras palavras você não ganha nada> nem ao menos ordena você ..... aqui aconselho ninguém a parar

Primeiras impressões excelentes até vir a conta. Pedi um gin tónico (a 4,5euros na carta e perguntei quais os gins que tinham. Nenhum dos gins era nacional. Cobraram um Bombay como um gin importado e a água tónica á parte. Não é pela diferença de valor, mas por princípio quando pergunto que gins têm (na carta não aparece gin importado) deveriam ter explicado que não estão a vender um gin tónico como pedi. Resultado... Menos um cliente, que de certeza voltaria várias vezes para ganharem mais... 1,7euros. Lol excelente gestão!

Típico bar de playa. Hemos pasado 6 días en Alvor y hemos ido 4 veces.
Su calidad, precio y raciones aceptables.

Very nice place in the beach to enjoy a lovely dinner with fresh fish and a good selection of wines.
I had bacalhau grilled and It was very juicy on top of the good quality there was one of the waiter that was extremely friendly and pleasant.

One of the best in Alvor. Do not leave Alvor without eating at Tropico. Rui and the Ricardo's are great hosts. Chicken piri piri and any of the freshest fish are amazing.

Man sitzt total schön beim Sonnenuntergang am Strand. Der Kellner war sehr nett und ist auf unsere Späße eingegangen. Das Porco Alentejana war eines der Besten das ich bisher hatte. Die anderen Gerichte waren auch sehr gut. Preis-Leistung war auch sehr gut.

Típico restaurante de Praia bem apresentado. Bom peixe e carne, quantidade e qualidade acima da média. Excelente a sopa de peixe e a massada de peixe, corvina, a não perder. Atendimento superior.

Von unserem Hotel spazierten wir zum Mittagessen hier hin. Gleich am Strand konnten wir super lecker Fisch essen und uns gut gehen lassen. Alles sehr lecker

Llegamos a las 21.00 y nos presionaron constantemente porque la cocina cerraba a las 21.30. Nos sentimos tan incómodos que nos fuimos de ahí. En fin, un pésimo servicio.

Lo único que me ha gustado que está muy bien situado! Tuvimos que esperar mucho para cuatro gambas bañadas en aceite. El bacalao estaba rico pero también demasiado aceite los platos y los camareros no muy simpáticos!!

Restaurante situado na Praia dos Três irmãos em Alvor com uma excelente esplanada com grande vista para a praia.
O atendimento foi rápido e atencioso, já pouco depois da hora de almoço.
Pedimos Carne de Porco à Alentejana, as doses não foram propriamente grandes, mas a comida estava saborosa e bem confeccionada.
Pão, manteiga e um queijo para entrada, duas Sagres e duas 7 Up's, dois pratos de Carne de Porco à Alentejana e dois cafés, 39,10€.
Preço razoável para uma refeição na praia a meio de Setembro.

Food takes an extremely LONG time to arrive (over an hour) but we had one of the tastiest fish- the golden bream. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed no frill meal by the beach

Tiene vistas a la playa. Servicio atento pero algo lento. La comida nos gustó bastante más que la media de los lugares que probamos por Algarve. Tanto el atún, las almejas, como los calamarcitos estaban en su punto y eran de calidad. La comodidad de su ubicación hace que sea muy recomendable para el día de playa.

We waited at the door for someone to take us to a table but we had to do it ourselves. When we sat, we had to wait over 20 minutos for someone to take our order. Currently waiting for my steak for over 40 minutes. Terrible service, they take way to long to do service

Tried this beach restaurant on my last day in Praia do Alvor for lunch. Friendly welcome and the space is divided into tables for drinks and the restaurant. Chose the grilled tuna steak with a green sauce, chips and a small salad. Food arrived promptly and good presentation. For me the tuna was just slightly over cooked but the chips were very good. The green sauce was effectively pesto, only looser. Generous portion. Worth a visit.

We had 2 wonderful dinners at this beachfront restaurant. Wonderful tuna, golden bream, and monk fish kabobs. Wild berry cheesecake to die for. They finished our meal with complimentary port or a honey Meade type liquor. Great place and great service.

Excellent, great prices, lovely sangria, perfect venue, lovely owner. Note: when ordering calamares, even though the picture on the bar is of "traditional" calamari, you will receive whole squid, which is still thoroughly delicious, if a bit of a surprise! Well worth the trip.

Service was really slow and it wasn't the warmest of welcomes but food was nice and waiters were quite friendly but we did waitvages for food. Maybe they didn't expect it to be busy this time of year.

Chiringuito de playa normal, la comida muy buena aunque nos pareció algo caro para la cantidad. Pedimos hamburguesa y nos resultó algo pequeña, las patatas se pide como ración aparte. Eso sí, la carne a la portuguesa estaba buenísima.

Nette schnelle Bedienung - zumindest bei Getränken. Das Essen dauert etwas länger, wird aber absolut frisch zubereitet. Sardinen gebraten - und Dorade wurde am Tresen ausgewählt. Und es schmeckt sehr lecker. Nachtisch - Algarver Torte. Gehaltvoll und süß. Ein Stück zum. Teilen reicht für 2. Als Getränk Sangria. Dazu ein schöner Blick auf den Strand und Atlantik. Was will man mehr?

Location perfect on the beach... Staff friendly and warming and most of the catch of the day caught by staff/locals themselves... I recommend the tapas, as that's what I had, followed by a main of fresh caught sea bream... Cooked to perfection, served with variety of vegetables cooked seamlessly... Nutrients packed and atmosphere laid back and friendly with great crashing waves as background sound... views...

Ein Restaurant in traumhafter Lage direkt am Strand. Die Küche ist spitze und bietet täglich frischen Fisch der mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet wird.
Man spürt die Leidenschaft für Gast,Beruf und Fußball.

Been there back in 2015 therefore don't remeber many things except for this: cataplana we had was amazing!!! I tried a few other places afterwards but none left such an impression. I believe prices were ok, we may have had some complains about stuff but since the food was awesome I'll let it's worth to let it go.

Prices were decent compared to other places. But service was agonizingly slow. Over 45 minutes to get the grilled cod and vegetarian spaghetti? Ugh. Staff is friendly. Bathroom is neat and clean. The food may have been ok if it wasn't floating in a sea of oil.
