The room, facilities and the breakfast were incredible. Absolutely stunning views. What was disappointing was the service that was provided. The staff were not very helpful when it came to organising transport to and from various vineyards. There were also minimal options, wineries, offered or explained to us. When requesting assistance with some of the facilities in the room it took the staff an hour and a half and multiple phone calls to front desk before we received any assistance. Minor hiccups in what was a great stay.

A fantastic hotel, all around. Second stay in a few years, both equally outstanding. High quality and comfort without the excessive fuss of most luxury hotels. Focus on fundamental things, like excellent room (the bed is one of the best ever seen), delicious food and wine (focus on regional riches), spa (excellent facilities, quality massage and other treatments), beautiful gardens amd pool area, and a very welcoming, soothing, beautiful design in all ambients. The staff is very charming and ürofessional. This is a place to truly enjoy serenity, comfort and quality. Highl recommend.

We were disapppointed with the quality of the meals, not up to the standard of the hotel and surely below the quality of other restaurants in the area (not to speak about the outrageous price of the meal given it is average) The hotel renovation "killed" the authenticity of the old farmhouse. Anyhow, the rooms are excellent and the staff is superb
