I have owned a NEXX XT1 helmet for over a year, the one I got from a local motorcycle store and it was on clearance. At the beginning the only issue I had was the Bluetooth speakers holes , they were to small for the Sena. Great fit and the 3 D view is one of the best. Now the reason I gave it one star is because for the last few months it is been falling apart: first the face shield came loose, had to replaced a screw, and now it has a lot of vibration, causing the helmet to shake, and that is annoying going over a hundred miles per hour. Now, I did drop the helmet from the bikes seat, less than 3’, and I thought it was fine , but it didn’t take long for having problems. I owned cheeper helmets, dropped them and nothing bad happened after that and never had issues either in the event that got to buy another one. I have called the dealer where purchased, and the salesman told me that yes there were problems with this particular helmet from NEXX but it was nothing that he could do about, and contact the manufacturer, well I did and as soon I told them that I dropped it they said sorry about what happened but again it is nothing we can do. Well I expected a different aswer and here is your review. I don’t recommend this Helmet to anyone that ride hard and experience what it is happening to me now.

Capacete com muita qualidade. Lamentável falta de capacidade para resolver problema de fabrico com a presilha. Nexx, nunca mais.

Comprei um Nexx Vilitur que custou 350€, o capacete faz muito ruído a partir dos 40km/h o que se torna insuportável usá-lo. Reclamei, foi à fábrica e 30 dias depois voltou e o relatório diz que o capacete não têm nenhum problema. Liguei para a nexx de Águeda, porque o revendedor Caparica Peles descartou-se do problema, e a resposta foi esta: "A NEXX Helmets não poderá considerar defeitos cobertos pela garantia situações subjectivas, tais como: nuances estéticas, problemas com o conforto, tamanho, ruídos ou pequenas ressonâncias, aerodinâmica, etc." Resumindo, gastei o dinheiro num capacete que não consigo usar. Muito obrigado NEXX. C

Excelentes capacetes, excelente qualidade, empresa portuguesa de referência. Atenção que na fabrica não atendem ao público, isso deverá ser nos revendedores.

I crashed in na overtake, due to an head on crash which launched me off my bike and made me skid on the asphalt for several meters. Ended up with some bruises a broken ankle and 2 ribs. However my head is fine thanks to my XR2, the front is scratched up pretty bad but didn’t break. Thanks for producing such a good helmet!

Qualidade do produtos boa, serviço péssimo! Precisaram de um mês e ser contactados pelo revendedor para informar que o capacete que estava encomendado não poderia ser entregue por falta de elementos decorativos para o fabrico do mesmo! Demoram 1 semana para colocar um produto em stock de armazem (Anadia) numa loja revendedora no porto. Hoje em dia encomendo produtos de barcelona e chegam em 24h! Já cheguei a encomendar da Australia e receber em menos de 48H... Acho vergonhoso deixar o cliente final a espera tanto tempo quando o mesmo é obrigado a pagar sinal visto que a NEXX nao aceita devoluções dos revendedores.
