Ha quase 30 anos que sou cliente. E gosto sempre de voltar. No entanto ja precisava de um refresh principalmente no que toca a conforto . As camas sao do pior. Pensem em muda las pois sao as mesma ha mais de 15 anos. Saiu de la todos os anos com uma dor de costas.

Loved my stay here. From the moment I arrived everything couldnt have been better. They arranged for my room to be ready prior to check in time and were so helpful. decent sized apartment with a large balcony with free fruit and water waiting. Pool area is very clean with plenty of loungers and also seats outside by the restaurant. 2 supermarkets only a couple of minutes away and the marina is literally on your doorstep. I will definitely stay here again.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the food and service provided .First Carlos greeted us as we approached the restaurants front door. We were asked where we preferred to sit .We chose the front veranda,as it was a lovely evening ..Their menu was varied with decent prices and good descriptions.For starters we chose creamy vegetable soup for myself ,and a mixed greens salad with feta cheese for my boyfriend .Both were fresh and delicious. We selected fresh caught ocean bream with mixed grilled vegetables for my boyfriend's main course ,while I selected the lasagna Bolognese with grated parmesagna cheese on top .This entree came with a tasty side salad .We totally enjoyed our epicurean delighted. Water was our choice of beverage to enjoy with our dinners. Our waiter invited us to enjoy our dessert on the back veranda by the pool.So after we settled in...we chose Limon sorbet for me and a caramel crusted custard cake with peach ice cream..Absolutely delicious...Left us with no room for coffee and tea .Probably the best meal we have enjoyed this entire trip . The hotel was review by mistake and the is the Restaurant called Rafael.

Dom Pedro Portobello is very well positioned. Staff are very helpful and courteous. The hotel is a little dated and an upgrade would turn this into an excellent property within Vilamoura. Good breakfast with lots of choice and no rush to be out of the room like some hotels. Pool area is ok, again dated but there were plenty of chairs. Very close to the beach and marina so perfect location to explore the town

I'me not quite demanding regarding hotel for working purpose. I would easily rate this hotel with 5 stars even several details are just ok. But there are some imperative requirements such as security and health support. This hotel does not has a body temperature thermometer. For me, it's completely unacceptable. I was with high fever but it was impossible to quantify it and have a correct support over the National Health Line. Once requested there wasn't any interest by the staff to resolve the situation.

Não sou particularmente exigente quando falamos de um hotel que se utiliza durante uma deslocação em trabalho. Facilmente avaliaria este hotel com 5 estrelas, mesmo havendo vários pormenores que cumprem, apenas, os mínimos. No entanto, considero haver requisitos que são obrigatórios : segurança e apoio à saúde. Este hotel, quando solicitado, não dispunha de termómetro para medição de febre o que considero inaceitável. Estive com febres altíssimas, mas foi-me impossível quantificar e receber um apoio acertado por parte da Linha de Saúde 24.
E o colaborador da recepção não se mostrou minimamente preocupado em solucionar a situação.

Horrible! En las fotos parece súper nuevo y precioso, y la verdad que está exactamente igual que N las fotos, pero está parecen haber sido sacadas hace 50 años! Los trabajadores son bordes e antipáticos, las habitaciones estaban sucias y no las limpiaban de un día para otro, y sobre todo en la piscina hay muy pocos hamacas y la piscina por la mañana muy limpia, pero al medio día ya estaba asquerosa, el agua blanca y llena de pelos... Asqueroso!

Apartment with microwave, 2 electric rings, cooking and dining equipment. Our room had great views. Bathroom tiles were very tired and floor stained. All was clean. Breakfast was excellent, cold and hot choices.

The restaurant was fantastic and staff fantastic but I don't recommend anybody try the ramp up to the restaurant with a mobility scooter as it is too steep. I nearly came off

Отель вполне приличный в зоне ресепшен и лобби, но старая мебель и соответственный запах старого дерева в номере неприятно удивили. Сервис на уровне, но в 4-звездочном отеле в Москве уровень сервиса был выше. Уборка ежедневно. Принадлежности для индивидуального использвания не выдают - при заезде были флакончик шампуня на двоих, шапочка для душа, губка для обуви и швейный набор . Кухня старая, решетка вытяжки грязная (побоялась даже включить ее). Полок для одежды в шкафу нет, только выдвижные ящики и платяной шкаф. Скрипучий старый диванчик . Центральное кондиционирование - на стене пульт, не поняли как работает, но нам не пригодилось, в сентябре тут очень комфортная погода. Бассейном мы не пользовались, но он есть (и детский тоже), и судя по количеству купающихся - неплох (не люблю хлорированную воду - а океан в 3 минутах ходьбы). Завтрак отличный, вкусно и без ограничения кол-ва, разнообразия блюд на неделю хватило. Wi-Fi есть, персонал отзывчивый. Сейф есть, но за дополнительную плату. Картины в номере немножко угнетающие, но зато оригинально . В общем и целом, отель понравился. Минус только в интерьере номера, но всё остальное нивелировало эту неприятность (в России, в деревне у бабушки жили, нам долго привыкать не приходится ).

We stay at the DOM PEDRO MARINA which is great but one of our favourite places to eat lunch is at Resturant Rafael which is in the Portobelo and can be accessed through the hotel or direct from Avenida Tivoli the staff, food and service are as good as anywhere, not just the Algarve but anywhere I have ever eaten.

Great location near the Marina and the beach and very well stocked with crockery/cutlery, etc. Breakfast was amazing catering for all tastes and included in the price. Free parking was a bit difficult to find this trip but not a problem when we stayed there in the past. Comfortable beds and a;together great value. Pity about the noise from men leaving the bars late at night though!

Edifício já com alguns anos e a necessitar urgentemente de caixilhos novos, o resto das melhorias a fazer logo a seguir à colocação dos caixilhos. Excelente área para um T2. Tem TV Cabo e WI FI.

We had an amazing 6 nights here. We were in Room 208 which is above the restaurant. From here there is a view of the pools and a partial sea view. The room was incredible. A bedroom with twin beds and a small TV and a lounge with sofas and a large TV. Attached to the lounge there is a kitchenette with everything you could want to cook your own meals and a complete set of utensils and crockery---even a small bar area.

I enjoyed this hotel/apartment. We were on the ocean side of the building on the 5th floor and had a good view. Enjoyed siting on the balcony in the evenings eating olives, Jamon Cerrano and drinking some port wine. The prices are reasonable. Our unit had a kitchen, living room and one bedroom. We enjoyed our week stay here in the area.

The hotel is in a near perfect location. The hotel itself is very dated it's like stepping back into the 1970s. Our room was large and clean, WiFi is good and it has free parking. The most disappointing thing about the hotel is the breakfast, the hotel claims to be a 4 Star but I've had better breakfasts in 3 Star and B&B. Thier coffee machine in the breakfast room makes the worst coffee in Portugal, plus it has a nasty habit is spraying coffee and milk at you.

Appartement-hôtel pour golfeurs uniquement pour son service de réservations de golf dans la série Dom Pedro. Cet établissement construit dans les années 60, je crois, n'a jamais été rénové, le système de ventilation antique oblige de garder les portes-fenêtres ouvertes sur le casino excessivement bruyant. La plaque chauffante dans la cuisinette est antique, les planchers de la salle de bain et de la cuisinette sont tâchés malgré une demande de nettoyage. Le petit déjeuner est toujours le même avec ses oeufs froids et trop cuits ect..

El lugar está muy bien bastante limpio y el personal es muy atento y amable. Por otro lado creo que las habitaciones necesitan una remodelación se ven un poco viejas pero todo funciona perfecto , excepto el aire acondicionado , nunca enfrió el cuarto. Está equipado con una pequeña cocina aunque hay muchos restaurantes bastante buenos muy cerca.

We had four days in vilamoura. There are three Dom Pedro hotels two which are mainly hotels with ours for self catering. We ended up visiting each of them due to getting confused which one we where in. Obviously you can see the difference in each hotel as much posher. Our hotel was very clean, quite and the staff where extremely helped and pleasant. We paid for B&b and the breakfast was great. Full English, fruit, croissants, yogurts which, is all self service. Our room was huge and had everything and more you needed for self catering. There was one bedroom with 2 beds. In the living room there was 2 sofa beds which were ready made for beds. All very comfortable. We had a huge balcony and the view was amazing. There are several shops 2 mins from the hotel. The marine was a 5 min walk and the beach 10 at tops. The pool area was very clean, tidy and the pool was too. Sun beds where decent and each day staff cleaned the area and made everything straight. The hotel is a place where golfers go as their up early in the mornings and back around the pool in the afternoon. The hotel was great and I would definitely go back. My only moan is the shower wall. The paint was coming off the wall. Just a bit if DIY to tidy it up would make a difference. Otherwise a bug thank you to all the staff and cleaners as the rooms were cleaned everyday and the beds made. Great hotel.

Gosto da localização e da simpatia dos colaboradores. Mas é um hotel a não voltar! 0 ar condicionado funciona mal, o quarto nunca aqueceu. A porta da varanda não fechava e, e como tal, deixava entrar frio. As toalhas são castanhas e aparentam um ar de desgaste. As paredes tanto do quarto como do WC apresentam riscos/ marcas de frestas remendadas, mas não terminadas. Fizeram um upgrade para um quarto com vista mar. Ou seja, um quarto no 3 piso só tem mesmo vista para as árvores. Pois disseram que não tinham mais nenhum outro quarto disponível. Recomendo que modernizem e que fechem o hotel para recuperação. Pois julgo valer a pena!

Boa localização, áreas espaçosas, funcionários simpáticos. O que me desagradou foi mesmo o aspeto de desgaste das coisas, principalmente a casa de banho que por mais que limpem tem sempre um aspeto desagradável devido às manchas, ao elevado uso que tem e materiais antigos.
A decoração realmente está parada nos anos 80, necessita de uma atualização.

Our first time in Vilamoura and enjoyed it very much.The hotel location was excellent, great view from our room (618) but I think most of the rooms would have a good view.All staff were very helpful, attentive & friendly. Must leave a special thank you to Savyata & Anil, they both looked after us (& everyone else) fantastically, nothing was any trouble. I must add that all the waiting on/dining room staff were a credit to your hotel, I personally do not think they get the praise they should. Along with the cleaners etc they are the backbone of the establishment.Every part of the hotel we used was very clean, amenities good but everything looks a little dated. Décor, furniture, sun loungers etcOverall, we really enjoyed our stay & would not hesitate to stay again & have recommended to friends and family.4Thank you

O hotel ja pede uma remodelação, mas para o preço e adequado, se fosse tudo do mais recente certamente nao eram estes os valores. O pequeno almoço tem qualidade mas e pouco variado. A piscina e boa mas tem algumas espreguiçadeiras degradadas. A lista continua, tem sempre um aspeto bom a contrabalançar um menos bom. Mas posso dizer que correu tudo bem e que fui bem recebido e nao tenho qualquer problema em voltar para uma proxima estadia. Desde que seja bem limpo, boa TV e boa piscina esta optimo.

We went to Dom Pedro as we were attending a wedding nearby. Apparently it was the weekend of Portugal day. The room prices had all spiked to approximately £140 a night. The hotel is trapped in a time warp. It's quite clean but everything is brown. The beds are really uncomfortable and the towels were old-fashioned and not fluffy. It was an expensive stay and it didn't match the price tag. I wouldn't return. It needs a bit of TLC. If nothing else throw out the brown towels and buy fluffy white towels that show the guest it's clean. If you love the 80s it's worth a visit.

A lovely hotel. Very good value for money There are three hotels in the Dom Pedro Group locally, and you can use the facilities in any of the hotels if you are a guest in one. The rooms are nor massive, but spacious enough and the hotel is clean and comfortable with happy and helpful staff. There is a nice restaurant and bar with lots of inside and outside seating. There is also a nice pool if you just want to relax. All very nice

Las habitaciones son viejas, la cocineta es muy antigua, las tinas de las 2 habitaciones estaban mugrientas. No lavan los trastes que utilizas en la habitación, si al final de la estancia los dejas ahí sucios te cobran 20 euros. Las toallas son café oscuro. El desayuon es demasiado sensible pero el restaurante para la cena es muy bueno y con muy bueno servicio. Nos quedamos 10 días ahí , solomo nos cambiamos porque tendría que pedir a expida para hacer la cancelación y para dormir la primera noche tuvimos que pagar todas anticipadamente.

Para mim parece mais uma residencial que um hotel.
A casa de banho com o chão cheio de manchas negras não é propriamente agradável.

Loved the location and my room overlooking the ocean. One of the few resort areas in the Algarve without steep hills to climb. 24 hour reception. Check in and out was a breeze. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tried the optional breakfast. Freshly prepared and lots of choices. The Portobelo is an aparthotel so all rooms have cooking facilities. It is located a very short walk from both the marina and from the beach.

After my flight from Faro Airport was cancelled by Ryanair, I was booked in at the Dom Pedro Portobelo in a 1 bedroom apartment which was really large. The apartment was very clean, the staff courteous and very kind. I ate at Rafael's Restaurant where the food was excellent and the chef and waiters were very good. I will certainly go back to Dom Pedro Portobelo again.

First and foremost staff extremely good people particularly on desk ,the rooms are nice but i hate the brown woodwork it makes them very old fashioned , bathrooms are ok but could be modernised , breakfast lovely not a huge choice none the less perfectly acceptable pool area spacious and well kept , depending on room some amazing views all in all a really nice place to stay will be back again

Local simpático para fazer férias em frente à praia, mas genericamente para um público com idades mais altas.

Very pleasant family apartment hotel (a bit oldy). Staff very helpful though they seem overworked. Large apartments with good balconies and great sea view. Swimming pool is very good but pool chairs really need to be renewed. Restaurant has a very good chef and would merit a better "support" by the hotel!

Quite pleasant apartment hotel. Great view from 3rd floor upwards. Very nice pool - some broken chairs! Restaurant has a very good chef but furnishings are poor - three different types just in the pool terrace !!! Good drinks too ! Rooms are well serviced every day. Reception staff polite and helpful.
Some night entertainment would be pleasant!

A qualidade esta a baixar nos apartamentos de timesharing.Os investimentos nas TVs foram realizados mas há um conjunto de coisas que necessitam de melhoria rápida. Vale pelos profissionais que se esforçam para que tudo corra bem.

Like many other reviews, the Portobelo is situated in a good location, most apartments have a decent view. It's WiFi has been upgraded so can use in the rooms and the TV's are now decent flat screen ones. However the decor hasn't changed for sometime and is dated. It's clean, spacious and the balcony's are large which is great for sitting out on. We have a large apartment and the outdoor space is huge circa 10/11 metres in length!!!

O Hotel está numa excelente localização, mesmo em frente à praia de Vilamoura. No entanto, o mobiliário e as roupas são de há 20 ou 30 anos atrás. O mesmo se pode dizer do aspeto do quarto de banho. Os apartamentos são excepcionais em termos de espaço. Estive num T1 com um quarto e uma sala enormes e uma varanda sobre a piscina e a praia também extremamente grande. No entanto aquilo que podia ser um apartamento de luxo está tão mal tratado que dá dó. Será que os donos do hotel não vêm isso?

Boa localização. Quanto a tudo o resto, não entendemos como é possível der classificado de 4 estrelas, o que denota que o organismo responsável pela classificação destes estabelecimentos é uma balda.
As instalações estão obsoletas e o pessoal é péssimo, até pela maneira com se apresentam, parece mais uma tasca de província.
O pequeno almoço não é digno desse nome, é uma verdadeira vergonha.
Falta de equipamentos tais como secador de cabelo, tomadas para ligação do mesmo, e falta de reposição dos produtos de higiene.
Bem diferente, embora da mesma cadeia, é o D. Pedro Marina, que apesar de antigo, tem pessoal competente, e simpático, refeições variadas e bem confeccionadas, onde se nota preocupação pelo bem estar dos clientes.

Está na altura de renovações... A uns anos foi a pintura, agora falta o interior. É mobiliário de praia, mas 4* pedem mais.
A falta de Wi-Fi nos quartos nos dias de hoje é inadmissível.

Very friendly staff who did everything to help. Restraunt was excellent with quality food and a varied menu.Nothing too much trouble. Ladyserving breakfast was working very hard and so very friendly.
Very clean throughout with excellent views.
If the lady in the black hat by the pool on the 29th 30th would kindly get in touch it would be very nice.
I will definately visit again and recommend to others.

Nice apartment hotel with all the infrastructure necessary for a pleasant stay. The apartment was spacious with a huge balcony. The hotel location is close to the marina, many restaurants and not far from the beach. Good internet connection is in the lobby.

insgesamt ordentlich mit gutem Preis / LeistungsverhältnisKlimaanlage funktionierte nur eingecshränkt (keine Wirkung) Lage realativ laut da im Vorfeld das Casino, welches wohl die ganze Nacht geöffnet hat..

Wir waren im Nov. 08 für 11 Nächte dort und hatten ein Appartmnt. mit extra Schlafzimmer in der 3. Etage. Allgemein sehen die Zimmer genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Auf Sauberkeit wird großen Wert gelegt. Allerdings sollte das Mobiliar mal ausgetauscht und die Badezimmer erneuert werden. Die Armaturen, die Küchenzeile und die Kochutensilien sind schon recht antik. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend. Es gibt fr. Obst, Müsli, versch. Brotsorten und heisse Speisen (Eier, Beans ..) SEHR NETTES PERSONAL, vorallem im Frühstücksraum. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, kann im Sommer aber auch mal laut werden. Super große Balkone. Ausreichend kostenl. Parkpl. In Deutschl. hätte dieses Hotel sicher keine 4 Sterne, aufgrund der abgenutzten Zimmer/Einrichtung, dennoch würde ich ausserhalb der Saison gerne wiederkommen,da der Preis in der Nachsaison absolut in Ordnung ist. Im Sommer wäre es uns zu heiss,da Zi. alle den ganzen Tag zur Sonnenseite (trotz Klimaanl.), zu laut, viel Strassenverk./Party im Kasino ggü./VIELE junge trinkfreudige Engländer, und in der Sommersaiason in der Relation gesehen zu teuer. Ansonsten zu empfehlen und unbed. Auto mieten!

Lhôtel est un peu vieillot, mais lappartement est vaste. Salon avec TV OK (mais rien que TV5 en français). Coin cuisine un peu simple (pas de micro-ondes). Grand balcon reliant les deux portes-fenêtres de la chambre et du salon. Situé à 100m dune supérette et à 200m du port avec ses restaurants et de la plage.
