Análise: We submitted 2 macbooks for repair to this business 3 weeks ago, havent' heard anything from them, they haven't contacted us. We have sent countless of emails, we have tried calling them, we have had external people calling them, no answer. We called up Apple Europe to investigate, but even they are not able to get in touch with them.
