Análise: During the covid-19 crisis they stuck their head in the sand and refused to answer my several emails about my booking. I wished to reschedule but was ignored. I tried to reschedule via the booking.com app. There was an option for it but with every date until may 2021 it said date unavailable so they havent opend any dates so people could reschedule and not lose all their money. 1/10 would not do business with them again. Análise: Este hotel é um favorito nosso. Já lá ficámos duas vezes hospedados em família. Tem uma ótima localização e excelentes instalações. É um sítio onde nos sentimos sempre muito bem acolhidos pelos funcionários, o atendente ao cliente é excelente!
