Only comment is they could pay more attention to sustainability with the very frequent refresh of plastic bottles and towel changes - great on the service front, but many customers may want to reduce their waste impact. Análise: No início do ano fiz uma reserva de 1 semana para o mês de Julho e paguei um valor equivalente a 3 noites para finalizar a reserva. Agora com isto tudo desta pandemia, sem se saber como vão ser os próximos meses no dia 16 deste mês mandei um email a cancelar a reserva e a pedir reembolso do valor que já tinha pago uma vez que a minha reserva era reembolsável.
