Análise: Crooked business. I was charged 190 euros as deposit for road toll and was told they would refunded the balance of toll charges. I never received a refund and on top of it I received a notice from Euro Parking Collecion to pay 106.03 euros for the use of Via Verde. I was in Portugal for one week.
