Jeri Barry: After spending 2 weeks in Portugal I can honestly say that our unplanned visit to this magical place was the highlight of our trip. Although we had no reservation and had not called ahead Francisco welcomed us with open arms. His kindness and the time he took with us were truly indescribable especially given that it was late in the day, we showed up unannounced, and he was starting his 2018 harvest early the following morning. We spent time in the vineyard learning about the varieties of grapes and tasting them all. The information and history Francisco shared was fascinating. Following this we toured the wine cave and learned about the aging process. We then shared a fabulous bottle of sparkling wine with Franscisco and he shared his history and love of winemaking with us. When we parted ways, he felt like a lifelong friend and I truly hope that our paths cross again. The following quote appears on the website. "The amazing reality of things is my daily discovery. Everything is what it is, and it's hard to tell anyone how much that makes me happy." Believe me when I say that Francisco is speaking from the heart here and his love of wine, his country, American visitors and his family proves this. What an incredible human being. There could be no better ambassador for Portugal. The wine is as it is described...truly sublime!

Comprei uma troca de propano e disseram-me para usar o quiosque de auto-atendimento de propano para completar a troca. O associado disse que se não estivesse funcionando para voltar e pedir à equipe de atendimento ao cliente para desbloquear a gaiola de propano para realizar a troca. Este cenário já gritava de mau treino do associado já que o caixa parecia inseguro se o quiosque estava sequer a funcionar. Tentei usar o quiosque e descobri que estava fora de serviço e parecia ter sido isto por algumas vezes devido a restrições da Covid. Voltei a entrar na loja e visitei o serviço de atendimento ao cliente para lhes dizer que tinha o pid para a troca e o quiosque indicava que estava fora de serviço. O agente verificou o registo e disse-me que estava completamente esgotado de propano e depois deu-me um olhar em branco quando lhe lembrei que 'já tinha pago e agora precisava de um reembolso. Isso ainda não desculpa o mau atendimento ao cliente e a venda de artigos que estão claramente fora de estoque.

Eu comprei um novo pote de 8 quart instantaneamente aqui mais vários outros itens. A caixa da senhora mais nova foi muito útil com a minha pilha de cupões que trouxe. Além disso, um senhor mais velho descreveu-me o uso geral do pote instantâneo. Eles foram muito úteis & como mãe solteira foi muito apreciado! Eu gosto de fazer compras aqui!
