Maybe we got them on an off day based on the reviews we read in selecting this restaurant but the service was not so good and the food was a disappointment. First mediocre meal we had while visiting Portugal.

Great food, service top notch from this family fun restaurant and now with the young lady serving as well. She is so attentive, friendly, polite and always smiling. Can't beat it.

Tolles Essen vom Holzkohlegrill neben dem Restaurant.
Leider oft überfüllt, eng und zu kleine Tische.
Lohnt sich dennoch in jedem Fall!

Lovely restaurant. Do book so you wont be disappointed when you cant get in. Very popular with locals too. Great food and service

Geen leuke ervaring. Wij hadden gereserveerd voor 4 personen om 19.00 uur. Hebben ons gehaast en verheugd op etentje. Restaurant heeft onze reservering geannuleerd. Wij konden niet terecht. Ook werd er geen alternatief aangeboden.

Maten ok, beställde tonfisk medium-rare var helt genomgången och även för dom övriga i sällskapet som tog samma. Reklamerade och fick en perfekt bit men det var sista de hade för dagen och så kan det vara att man bara kan beställa 1st även om flera vill äta samma.
Övriga beställda menyer ok.

C'est bon et pas trop cher. Par exemple le poulet piri piri à 8€50 est très bon. J'enlève deux étoiles d'une part pour les sides qui ne sont pas très convaincants (fade et sans sauce, heureusement qu'on m'a donné de l'huile) et d'autre pour le service qui n'est pas au standard Portugais. Le cadre est sympa par ailleurs ce n'est pas loin de randos connues avec des supers plages.

One of the more expensive restaurant in the street. Ordered a spaghetti bolognese and it did not have much taste sadly. The dessert on the other hand was superior (tiramisu).

Buena calidad de los productos con su correspondiente elaboracion en directo a la brasa. El pollo piri piri espectacular y lo mismo las sardinas! Relacion calidad precio correcta y el servicio atento y amable.

Disappointed. Ordered tuna that I believe was frozen and dethawed. Stick with only the freshest ingredients that are on display and you should be ok.

Two takeaway dishes: medium read grilled steak and local cheese. Taste of steak like a boiled shoe sole. Cheese, so, you can see... dried up with sticker

Ich habe ein Stück Steak bestellt ohne Ei danach wollte er es mit servieren ich wollte es nicht dann gab er es einfach das Fleisch hat danach nicht geschmekt (keine empfelung)

Waren heute dort zum Abendessen. Die Speisen waren allesamt sehr gut und grosszügig portioniert.
Jedoch sind wir heute auf den unfreundlichsten Kellner (Mann mit Rosen-Tatoo am Hals) gestossen den wir seit langem begegnet sind.
Er war sehr unmotiviert, machte blöde Sprüche und am schlimmsten war das er bei Wünschen keine Lösung finden wollte.
Deswegen leider nur 2 Sterne.

Went back here after enjoying it last year.Wasnt impressed .Seemed like staff had an argument .Table for 2 at the front was a bit cramped.But my dinner was the biggest let down ,I ordered red snapper fish,well that's what I got +3 boiled potatoes half a carrot and some peas .Very healthy but I'd expect more in a restaurant .And my lemon meringue pie definitely one from the freezer.

The food is fine but it's a bit of a tourist rip off. I chose the specials (clams to start) and red snapper for the main course. The clams were 16.50 euros for a small plate and the red snapper was 25 euros. We ate in O Algar in Benagil the next evening - the setting is amazing, the food very good, and the bill much less painful.

Serveur très avenant et sympatique qui te donne envie de rentrer dans son restaurant d'une part. D'autre part, la qualité des plats excellent j'ai trouvė . Puis le décor n'en parlin même pas j'adore asiatique avec des têtes de boudda de l'entrée du restaurant vers les toilettes, tu arrive ds un lieu serein je vous le recommande

Nos ha encantado el sitio. Reservamos, es necesario, ya q es un restaurante pequeño y acogedor. Camareros agradables y comida buenísima. El mejor frango piri piri en los 20 años q llevamos viniendo a Portugal. Repetiremos, sin duda.
