The service was ok, car was great! Had to wait a long time for shuttle to arrive from airport to sadorent itself and had to wait a really long time for them to get the papers ready. So you pay less but takes longer.

Difficile à trouver à l'aéroport. Il faut attendre sur le deuxième trottoir un camion van vient vous chercher pour vous emmener au bureau adorent qui se trouve à 5min en voiture.et la seulement vous récupérer votre voiture de location. Nous avons été surclasse et en plus voiture de 3000km quasi neuve.super service.pas de surplus à paye au top !!!

Pas top sur la feuille de livraison du véhicule ils vont même jusqu'à marqué toutes les petites rayures inférieur à 1 cm mais en oublie aussi certaine ce qui fait que à la réception du véhicule nous avons des surprises moi j'ai encore eu de la chance ils m'ont juste marqué 5 mm de rayures sur un enjoliveur alors la réception mais des frais

Boa experiência em aluguer de carros no meu país. Carro limpo, pessoal simpático na recepção e rapidez na recuperação e entrega do carro. Não dou mais estrelas pois deram-me um carro sem gasolina praticamente. Ponto a melhorar talvez, pois com a afluência de turistas no nosso país neste momento e sendo a agência num local sem bombas de gasolina por perto, eu por acaso conheço a zona mas se fosse alguém que não conhece torna-se complicado.

Estoy muy cabreado, no por mis días en Oporto, si no por el engaño, estafa, y robo de esta gentuza que trabaja en esta CLOACA llamada Sado Rent alquiler de coches, NO ALQUILAR EL COCHE en esta guarida de LADRONES, que no tienen ESCRUPULOS. Diciendo que hemos rallado el coche cuando es totalmente FALSO, nos cobraron 147 EUROS, y claro enseguida escondieron el coche, para que no siguiéramos mirando. Desde estas líneas RUEGO que entre todos cerremos esta empresa dedicada al ATRACO DE TURISTAS y al engaño de personas de buena fe. Sin querer escuchar ninguna explicación por nuestra parte, es mas, nos podían haber acusado de mil arañazos, que ya estaban. Nos acusaron de uno en el tapacubos de la rueda del conductor, QUE CUANDO PONIAS EL COCHE EN MARCHA QUEDABA EN LA PARTE DE BAJO Y NO SE APRECIABA NADA.CUANDO NOS LO DIERON YA ESTARIA ASI. Por si quereis saber era un BMW DE 7 PLAZAS NEGRO CON MATRICULA- 96- SU- 22 del año 2017 mes 4, OJO CON ESTA CLASE DE DELINCUENTES.

Wir waren sehr lange dort und waren sehr zu Frieden...doch dieses Jahr änderte sich alles.Bei dieser Autovermietung durften wir einen eiskalten Kreditkartenbetrug zu spüren bekommen.Bei Verhandlungen mit der Vorsitzenden gab es keine sonderlich guten Ergebnisse, denn die bereits erwähnte Vorsitzende resignierte total und sah nicht ein dass dort ein Mitarbeiter ihrer Autovermietung ,,schmu" mit uns getrieben hat.Bin immer noch sehr sehr enttäuscht und würde ihnen auf jeden Fall von dieser Autovermietung abraten ,denn dass was wir hier mit gemacht haben, wünsche ich keinem.

Hello. Avoid this company. It attracts you with low rates but charge you as much as possible. I was charged 350€ for a damage under the car when driving on a small vegetable underneath the car. TAKE AS MUCH PICTURES AS YOU CAN BEFORE TAKING THE CAR. In the end they will tell you that you signed the reception of the car and should have looked deeper.... Not fair at all and also not on a Fair Use Contract and Implicit Trust. Salary in Portugal if 500eur!! To be compared to the charge!!!

The two times my friend Laura and I have used Sado in the past year we have had absolutely no complaints. The cars have been first rate, even though we started off with a two seater then progressed to an economy automatic. Their cars are clean, well maintained and the staff a pleasure to work with. Hugo u r wonderful. Till we rent again in October 2016. C u soon.

DO NOT trust this rental. They charged me €75 for a tiny mark on the rim of an alloy wheel. I know I didn't make the mark, it just wasn't properly recorded on their paperwork from a previous user, so they charged me for it. Scammers.
