Very friendly and efficient service! The car was new and in perfect condition. I had my insurance through other provider so had to provide a deposit, but got that back without problems on the day of return.

Our car did not have air conditioner. We did not even get an apology from the staff. I’m will not book again through them.

Amazing rental company. No problems at all. We had cmpletely new Nissan Micra. They were very quick and didn't cause any issues. I recommend you to take Via verde for travel convenience.

Great experience at Porto airport location, two minute walk from arrival gate, check in was easy and car had less than 2000 km on it. Had my own insurance coverage so they put the €1000 deposit on my credit card but had no issues getting that refunded when I returned the car.

Couple of minutes walk from the airport terminal. No queues. Very quick and on the road within 10 minutes.

Seriöse Autovermietung und ein gutes Preis - Leistung Verhältnis. Obendrein ist Cael gleich nebenan vom Flughafen also empfehlenswert.

Very good company and service. I don't write reviews very often but I had really hard times choosing between numerous rentals in Porto and surprisingly there were a lot of bad reviews on very famous car rental services. I was very happy I end up my research with choosing Cael. Amazing price, friendly crew, very fair full coverage price and they didn't even block any amount on my card since I purchased a full coverage. Thank you guys! Our car was clean and nice with 22.000 km on it.

Easy, fast and efficient service. More expensive than some other companies in the area but no hassle to sell you any add'l insurance options. You get what you have paid for. Easy walk from the airport exit.

Service is extremely bad. The information on the website is misleading and when dealing with the staff, unprofessional and extremely RUDE! Ended up losing >30 Euros due to the miss leading info and the incompetence of the people providing service. Would never book from this company ever again.

Really liked my experience with this company the only reason won’t be giving 4/5is because of the location and the fact the way to airport doesn’t have a straight road and of you walk with kids and bring suitcases it’s hard to take the trolley and do it all with traffic around and cars, actually dangerous that people doesn’t have a transport from one side to another. Apart from that the company has lovely cars to rent and good condition and great value! But again comfort it’s not they’re good!

Very customer oriented service from Juan! :) Great people working here :) good price for what you get. We got Nisan Micra 03/2019, so new car, fully equiped! :) They did not insist on additional insurance or other things which you are normally being pushed to buy when renting a car in different rental companies. I was very satisfied and when we will be back in Porto I will choose them again

Fantastisk god service. Da vi selv havde vores forsikring, skulle vi selvfølgelig lige stille et depositum på vores kreditkort, men dette fik vi omgående frigivet da vi afleverede bilen. Bilen var fin og ren da vi modtog den. Ingen forsøg på at sælge os noget som vi ikke havde brug for.

A little pricey, but at least the cars were good. Go for the medium sized car and you will get a Audi A4 TDI. Cars were clean, however, the instruments were in Russian. Whilst a little pricey, if you book well in advance you can get a good deal.
