Contratos pouco claros e preços altos

Fui tentar saber se um carro vosso tinha passado na via verde, e se havia algo a pagar para um sr americano meu amigo e simplesmente me disseram que era da responsabilidade do cliente tratar disso, nem ao computador foram pesquisar. Qual é a imagem que o meu amigo john vai ficar de Portugal

Lamentavel. Nunca mais. Nao cumprem o que esta na reserva e nao sao confiáveis nem competentes.

Gosto do atendimento e por ser vazio. A opção de carros que não eh das melhores mas fica dentro do corte inglês o que facilita e muito buscar o carro e devolver o carro. O atendimento geralmente é bom, tem uma ou outra menina que atende muito muito bem! Gosto pela facilidade de diálogo que tenho aqui. A agilidade da entrega é muito boa também.

Personnel sympathique. Cependant, c'est la galère pour y aller. C'est dans un parking et il n'y a aucun panneau qui l'indique. :) On a passé une bonne trentaine de minutes à chercher l'endroit et avec le stress...ça n'arrange pas les choses :)

Staff are great, quick and friendly, and the car I rented was ace. This is why I give 5 stars. Some advice for people picking up a car or dropping off: a) Pickup: It's best if you have someone drop you off without parking or take public transport to El Corte Ingles, then take the elevator down to Floor -2 (minus 2) and see them at the desk. b) Drop-off: Find an El Corte Ingles underground parking entrance marked with blue/white P and pointing down, take the ticket (you won't pay), and descend to Level -2 (minus 2). Signs saying Europcar with arrows will show you. Then find the designated spaces marked Europcar against the far wall. Do not go to "Saida" (exit). Spaces are near the Loja (Store) Entrance. This is also where you can find the desk. Staff came out to meet me at the parking space (probably there are cameras) before I could go in.

all staff are very friendly and kind. Europcar is in shopping mall B2. BUT!!!!! It is really really hard to find parkinglot entrance of shopping mall. I attached how to get parkinglot. I lost half hour to find entrance. it was night and to make matters worse it rained ㅠㅠ. when you visit here, do not search Europcar in your google navigation. set your destination to "star marking point" like attached map. if not, you will loose your fuel and fail to do Full-to-Full return.

THIS PLACE IS LOCATED INSIDE THE MALL. Ask someone inside how to get to the top floor with your car, there is no sign to show you the way and when you'll think you will be at the right place, you will exit the interior parking and you'll have to drive another 10 minutes just to come back to the entrance of the parking. A nightmare to find the place BUT THE REASON WHY I GIVE 5 STARS IS : We had no issue with the drop off. It was super quick, the girl looked at the car for 20 seconds ! Also, we didn't got charge anything more than the highway tolls we took. Our experience was great compare to the horror story you can read online about other rentalcompany

Mal localizado serviço razoável

Nickel, on a loué une voiture en last minute sans réservation, l'hôtesse (tres sympathique) nous à trouvé un véhicule sans problème. La voiture (Fiat Tipo wagon diesel) avait 3 mois, et donc nickel pour nos péripétie au Portugal. Tarif pour 5 jours en juin on s'en tire pour 220€ :) notez que l'agence Europcar de l'aéroport nous avait donner 230€ pour une Clio... n'hésitez pas à demander les tarifs :)

Seria necessário os funcionários terem formação de atendimento ao cliente, principalmente quando estão a tratar de assuntos com seguradoras.

Great service from this Europcar. After we found I had booked my car to be picked up at another nearby location, the staff took care of me and had someone bring the car to me. When outside the US I always try to rent with Europcar: they have nice cars and their prices are always lower than the competition.
