Shari Steele: Our trip to Portugal was made even more perfect because of our Douro Valley tour with Douro Exclusive. We found Douro Exclusive through Trip Advisor and, impressed with the ratings, booked a wine tour of the Douro valley with them. I had email communication with Ana, the owner and Douro Valley native, who emailed me prior to the trip to confirm and then again the day before the tour as a reminder. Ana picked up our group of four (two couples) in a spacious Mercedes van and we were joined by another couple. During the 1 ½ hour van ride to the valley, Ana shared tons of interesting historical and factual information with us about the valley, the wines, and answered all of our questions about the country and culture. She was a great storyteller and engaged the entire group. Our first stop was a boat tour up the river with fantastic views. We then headed to a winery where port is made the traditional way, with the grapes being stomped by foot. The wine tasting, accompanied by nuts and cheese was amazing and she shared a special port with us, after the main tasting. Next, we went to lunch at a hip restaurant (DOC) and had an unbelievable gourmet meal along the river – the food rivaled anything we have eaten at top restaurants in NYC and the service was probably the best I've experienced! We sat at lunch, relaxing and chatting for an hour and half, never feeling rushed. Last, we went to another traditional winery where we sat with the owner and learned about his wines in a charming setting. While the wines at this winery were very dry, and not exactly my cup of tea, the owner was very gracious and accommodating and poured me extra Port which I enjoyed. The day was spectacular and the personalized service and information Ana provided were second to none. I would absolutely recommend booking this tour to enhance your trip to Portugal!

Eu ia à Best Buy para ver um suporte para o meu telefone para quando eu usasse o recurso de mapa. O cumprimentador disse olá e perguntou o que eu estava procurando. Eu disse a ele e ele me disse exatamente onde encontrá-lo. O vendedor apontou os diferentes, o que ele gostava neles e eu tomei a minha decisão. Foi fácil entrar, fácil sair em apenas alguns minutos. Adorei.

Foi preciso um cortador de relva novo para que reparassem o saco, pois não estava a encher. Demoraram duas semanas para voltarem para mim. Quando o peguei perguntei o que havia de errado com o saco. Disseram que não sabiam, porque disseram que como eu podia ver, não tinham erva na loja. Comprei-o em casa e duas semanas depois verifiquei o óleo, está muito cheio. Esvazie um pouco e adivinhe o que agora o fumo branco está a sair do motor por excesso de enchimento. Pediu para adicionar fluidos...não há emissões de fumo e o cortador de relva não é o mesmo... Até comprou a garantia. Nós vamos vender mas não podemos reparar é o lema deles. Vamos ver se alguém responde à minha carta ao gerente de serviço.
