Shari Steele: Our trip to Portugal was made even more perfect because of our Douro Valley tour with Douro Exclusive. We found Douro Exclusive through Trip Advisor and, impressed with the ratings, booked a wine tour of the Douro valley with them. I had email communication with Ana, the owner and Douro Valley native, who emailed me prior to the trip to confirm and then again the day before the tour as a reminder. Ana picked up our group of four (two couples) in a spacious Mercedes van and we were joined by another couple. During the 1 ½ hour van ride to the valley, Ana shared tons of interesting historical and factual information with us about the valley, the wines, and answered all of our questions about the country and culture. She was a great storyteller and engaged the entire group. Our first stop was a boat tour up the river with fantastic views. We then headed to a winery where port is made the traditional way, with the grapes being stomped by foot. The wine tasting, accompanied by nuts and cheese was amazing and she shared a special port with us, after the main tasting. Next, we went to lunch at a hip restaurant (DOC) and had an unbelievable gourmet meal along the river – the food rivaled anything we have eaten at top restaurants in NYC and the service was probably the best I've experienced! We sat at lunch, relaxing and chatting for an hour and half, never feeling rushed. Last, we went to another traditional winery where we sat with the owner and learned about his wines in a charming setting. While the wines at this winery were very dry, and not exactly my cup of tea, the owner was very gracious and accommodating and poured me extra Port which I enjoyed. The day was spectacular and the personalized service and information Ana provided were second to none. I would absolutely recommend booking this tour to enhance your trip to Portugal!

Eu nem sabia que este lugar existia até o meu marido me dizer. Fui lá para comprar aço expandido. Eles eram fantásticos. Mostraram-me o que tinham, e ajudaram a carregá-lo no meu carro, sim, aqueles pobres coitados que eu presumi que seriam capazes de cortar e trazer o carro em vez do camião. Mas eles foram super simpáticos. Eu vou voltar. Ps ligar para ver se eles podem cortar o que você precisa, como eles cortam algumas coisas.

O que eu gosto na Best Buy é o layout. Os empregados estão entusiasmados. Na maioria das outras grandes lojas de caixas, eu vagueio sem rumo e mal consigo o que precisava. Na Best Buy, posso ir directamente ao departamento correcto e o stock é fácil de encontrar. Tenho uma TV Roku 43 e Roku Sound a um preço muito bom e os vendedores colocaram-na no carrinho de cama plana e ajudaram a levá-la para dentro do carro. No passado, eu adquiri computadores portáteis da Best Buy com a mesma facilidade. Mais recentemente, comprei computadores da Staples, e eles parecem nunca ter exatamente o que eu realmente quero, mas acabo gastando dinheiro em coisas que não preciso realmente.
