Gerard Fleming: This is a normal carpark on both sides of the Rio Tamega bridge. There are no dedicated parking spaces for motorhomes. The spaces are all car sizes except for 7 larger spaces beside the exit. There is no signage but that's where we parked for the night. During the day it was pretty empty but at night we were the only vehicle. During the day you can park under the bridge for shade but during the late evening it's used for car/people meetings and that's why we moved. There are NO services. There are some small bins in the carpark. The town is 5 minutes down the river path towards the Roman bridge, the oldest bridge in Portugal. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from but most close at 7pm. The old town is interesting especially the old ramparts. We had a quiet and peaceful night eventhough some cars and people were talking in the carpark until 1am. There was also some road noise but it didn't bother us. Bugs/Mosquitoes. (They love us..) We did not encounter any mosquitoes here.

Quase ninguém foi lá às compras. Mas também não havia empregados. Ou talvez não houvesse empregados suficientes que eu não conhecesse, apenas sabia que gastei 40 minutos do meu tempo para que ninguém nos ajudasse, nem sequer reparei que não havia nada que estivesse parado numa secretária com um ar de louco. Então nós saímos. Não vou recomendar esta loja de forma alguma. Vou voltar para a Sears.

O sinal das máscaras obrigatórias não significa nada se não for aplicado. Pessoalmente, sou contra as máscaras e prefiro respirar oxigénio em vez de CO2, mas afixar um sinal fora do seu negócio e ao entrar metade das pessoas que fazem compras estão sem máscaras, faz você parecer um pouco ridículo. Apenas a minha opinião e todos nós sabemos o que isso vale.

Eu encomendei quatro coisas, todas em stock, era para uma campainha e alguns acessórios, mas como a bateria recarregável, eles não tinham isso pronto para a recolha até tarde naquela noite, como se fosse uma corrida para trás e para a frente, três ou quatro vezes.
