Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war noch im Rahmen die Flure hingegen wirkten etwas verwahrlost. MFrühstücksauseahl ist sehr begrenzt. Auf Bedingung beinm Abendessen wartet man oft vergebens. Meiner Meinung nach viel zu teuer für den Gebotenen Service. Portugal gerne wieder aber nicht dort.

Excelente pequeno almoço. Funcionários na generalidade simpáticos. Piscina exterior agradável. Limpeza cuidada. Perto da praia mas longe de todo o resto o que obriga a utilizar o carro mais vezes do que seria desejável. Piscina interior a água podia estar ligeiramente mais quente. Buffet 25 euros mais bebidas.... Restaurante massa fina acessível mas de fraca qualidade. Banheira muito alta o que dificulta a saída e os banhos a crianças. Não houve noite que não tivesse melgas no quarto e apenas abria janelas durante o dia. Árvores de fruto a serem borrifadas por senhor com fato completo e máscara, deduzo que nada muito saudável e biologico.

Just the best. Lovely low rise hotel, huge pool. We stayed B&B and the breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Just across the road from the best 3 miles of beach you'll find anywhere. A 10 minute walk to town. The grounds of this hotel are huge, with a huge choice of activities. Nice and quiet location. The rooms are nicely kitted out, great Aircon. Would very happily stay again.

This is very good resort. Parking is free outside the car park in the resort, basement one is 3 euro per night. Staff is amazing Thanks so much Andre to help us check in, you are very friendly. They all very friendly and helpful. Best seaview on the third floor. 3010 room is great. Breakfast was good, dinner buffet was average. Celebrated husband's birthday there. Gave us a bottle of prosecco and small cake. Thanks so much. Big outdoor swimming pool, lovely spa with indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath. Worth to stay there.

This was a beautiful hotel in a great location central to all major beaches especially if you have a car. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. I definitely would recommend staying here. The parking was free and the hotel has direct access to a lovely beach, and they have many lovely restaurants on site our favourite being Massa Fina.

Super saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes Speisenbuffet-Angebot, schöne Poolanlage. Zimmer und Bad grosszügig geschnitten und praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr nahe zum Strand, ruhige, erholsame Lage. Leider ist der Pool erst ab 8h nutzbar, somit für Geschäftsreisende und Gäste mit festen Abfahrtszeiten (z.B. Bustourer) zu spät. Klimatisierung des Spa-/Innenpoolbereiches wäre wünschenswert. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und eine Empfehlung wert. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben eine Rundreise mit anschließendem Badeaufenthalt im Hotel Vila Gale in Lagos gemacht. Auch auf der Rundreise haben wir in Hotels dieser Kette uebernachtet. Das Hotel in Lagos ist noch neueren Baujahrs, liegt ruhig, jedoch ziemlich weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es eine Tankstelle, dort kann man auch Getränke kaufen. Zum nächsten Supermarkt läuft man noch eine gute Strecke. Den Strand erreicht man, nach Überquerung einer Straße über einen kurzen Fußweg. Das Hotel ist recht groß und hat eine weitläufige Aussenanlage. Es gibt eine riesige Poollandschaft, mit einer ausreichenden Zahl an Liegestühlen. Badetücher erhält man kostenlos. Am Pool gibt es eine Poolbar und ein italienisches Restaurant. Zur Ausstattung gehören noch ein Spa-Bereich und ein Fitnesscenter. Beides haben wir nicht benutzt. Neben dem Restaurant, in dem alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen werden, steht auch noch eine Hotelbar zur Verfügung. In der Bar gab es wohl auch Abendunterhaltung. Auch tagsüber Animation für groß und klein. Beides haben wir nicht genutzt. Unser Zimmer hatte einen möblierten, recht grossen Balkon. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und traf unseren Geschmack. Auch das Badezimmer war ausreichend groß. Das Essen in allen Vila Gale Hotels war gleich und bei einem Aufenthalt von 17 Tagen wiederholten sich die Speisen auch schon mal. Bei allen Mahlzeiten bediente man sich am Buffet. Es gab abends immer gewisse Basics an Salat, Vorspeisen und Beilagen, dazu dann wechselnd Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse. Mehrere Sorten Fleisch und Fisch wurden für die Gäste frisch zubereitet. Das Angebot war sehr groß und man konnte immer etwas finden. Zu Stoßzeiten war auch schon mal eine Schüssel leer, es wurde aber immer nachgelegt. Positiv fand ich, dass man sich abends im Restaurant nach dem Essen einen Espresso am Automaten holen konnte. Sehr lecker war der Hauswein, der auf einem hoteleigenen Weingut hergestellt wurde. Man könnte diesen Wein auch flaschenweise an der Rezeption kaufen und wir haben davon noch ein paar Flaschen mit nach Hause genommen. Im Restaurant war es oft sehr voll und laut. Wir bevorzugten auf der Terrasse zu essen. Diese war leider sehr klein für ein Hotel mit so vielen Gästen. abends versuchten viele Leute vergeblich dort einen Platz zu bekommen. Die Terrasse ließe sich problemlos vergrößern. Das Personal war zum großen Teil aus Brasilien und unterschiedlich freundlich. Die Zimmer oft am Nachmittag noch nicht gereinigt. Dem Personal an der Rezeption fehlte oftmals eine gute Ausbildung. Wir hatten mehrmals in den verschiedenen Hotels Probleme bei der Abrechnung der abends eingenommenen Getränke. Nicht jeder Angestellte kam gut mit dem PC klar. Sehr zu empfehlen ist abends ein Bummel durch Lagos. Zu Fuß erreicht man den Ort nach ca 30minuetigem strammen Gehen. Tagsüber fährt auch eine kleine Bimmelbahn, natürlich kann man auch ein Taxi nehmen. Die meisten Restaurants und Geschäfte haben bis Mitternacht geöffnet und es herrscht in den kopfsteingepflasterten Gässchen ein reges Treiben. Viele Musiker und andere Künstler treten auf den Straßen auf. In einigen Bars spielen auch gute Life Bands. Wir hatten auch viel Spaß in einer Bar am Marinehafen. Dort gab es öfters Karaoke und es war witzig den meist anwesenden Briten zuzuhören.

Localização excelente, mesmo á frente da praia, muito calmo. As piscinas são grandes. Adorei o spa e a piscina interior. Ideal para crianças qd o tempo não ajuda. Estacionamento exterior gratuito e o coberto por 3 € ao dia. Tem dois restaurantes e um bar. Comida muito boa. Um deles serve comida italiana. A 10min de carro do centro de lagos. Aos Domingos tem almoço buffet por 20€. Hotel com excelente condições para crianças. Tem club kids e uma piscina só para eles com escorregas. Adorei!

We spent a nice week with "trendtours" at Vila Galé Lagos from March 10th to March 17th 2017. The pool was under restauration, but in this early season it was no problem. The hotel itself is calm and modern. The sleeping room and the bath room offers enough space, a good choice of German TV channels is available, the TV screen is large. The room service is good, the complete hotel is clean and tidy. The sports studio is good, the indoor pool is a little too small for this hotel size. The bar is good. Always there is someone available at the reception desk, who understands English and little German as well. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant is really good, they offer a large choice of foods and they fill it up quickly. You must tell them your room no. when you enter the restaurant and they must manually find it on a list, which was not complete. This process should be improved, maybe by reading the room card by computer when entering the restaurant and ordering drinks. All staff of the hotel and of the restaurant is very friendly and cooperative. The hotel garden is nice, but the plants are still small and young, that may be better after 10 years ... The hotel offers quick access to the beach, you have to cross a road and the railway line, it takes less than 5 minutes. The beach (Meia Praia) is really large and nice. You can reach Lagos downtown by walking within 20 minutes and the beaches of Ponta da Piedade in about 45 - 60 minutes by walking. Maybe the hotel is not that nice in high season, when it's fully booked, I don't know. But I recommend it for a nice and relaxing holiday and I say "Thank You" for the good time we had there.

Podia ser uma excelente experiência mas não. Quartos e piscinas excelentes. Não vi transfere para Lagos e é sem dúvida necessário pela distância. Acesso à praia muito mau depois de sair do hotel. Mas o pior de tudo são os baldes que têm no restaurante para onde raspam os restos de comida nos pratos. Tudo em plena sala e ao lado de quem come ou se serve. Um nojo. Vejam lá isso. ALGUÉM DA ADMINISTRAÇÃO DO VILA GALÉ DEVE LER TODAS AS RESPOSTAS QUE A DIRECÇÃO DO HOTEL DÁ AOS COMENTÁRIOS... É A MAIS COMPLETA FALTA DE TUDO.

Everything about the hotel is great. The location, room and very ultra modern. My only complaint is the omelette/egg section during breakfast. Breakfast is open at 7:00 AM but there's no staff manning it. We were lined up waiting and nobody showed up till 7:10 AM. Kinda ruins a perfect morning.

Hotel was nice enough and spa was good. nice, friendly and helpful staff. Really disappointed with the breakfast buffet. We went and ate out for breakfast after first morning. It really was that bad! The hotel was lacking a bit of soul and character and could do with some wall art, sculptures, greenery indoors etc. Minimalist decor not really our thing.

Les moins : Dommage que la piscine extérieure ne soit pas chauffée! La piscine intérieure bien trop petite. Il serait super de placer des odeurs huiles essentielles dans tout le complexe spa pour que ce soit plus agréable. L'eau de la piscine intérieure ne sent pas très bon je ne saurais décrire l odeur, est elle bien propre bien filtrée ??? Le hammam ne chauffe pas vraiment... Le snack à éviter absolument : repas peu copieux et très très cher !! Les boissons au bar sont excessives en tarif... On recommande cet hôtel il serait parfait d améliorer ces points ...

Visita no âmbito da rota do petisco. Visitamos o restaurante tendo passado pela receção e bar. Todos muito simpáticos e as instalações apesar de terem cores fortes e escuras combinam numa decoração muito agradável. O atendimento foi fantástico e após análise da carta de ementa constatamos que os preços praticados estão dentro do razoável, contando que estamos num hotel de 4* superior. Ficou em agenda uma visita para provarmos a cataplana que nos foi recomendada.

Nous avions de grandes attentes par les photos et ce qu’on avait vu sur le site pour cet hôtel. Le site est beau et tout est dans la parure. Toutefois, les lits sont inconfortables, le service à la réception minimal, il faut traverser un chemin de fer pour se rendre à la plage et on oblige le casque de bain à la piscine. Par contre, le déjeuner était bon. Je ne conseillerais pas cet hôtel comme un 4 étoiles mais bien un 3. On sent qu’il manque de l’amour et le soucis du détail dans cet établissement.

Nice clean hotel 15-20 mins walk from city centre, with big outdoor pool and ok one indoors, big playground with pool for kids, tennis court, diving school, etc etc Good breakfasts, dinners not so much (in the bufet) Avoid wine tasting, they will give you one ok white and really bad red wine and the guy will just know that it is hotel's production from portugese grapes. Also the music from bar can be heard in hotel rooms. Oh and beach is like 5 mins walk

O resort deixou a desejar nos aspectos de alimentação e no tratamento dos funcionários. Café da manhã com frutas que pareciam estar ultrapassadas. A reposição de alimentos era lenta e por vezes você precisa pedir a algum funcionário o que via faltando. O mal humor dos funcionários é transparente e parece que fazem questão de mostrar isso às pessoas. Que pena que não anotei o nome de um deles que parecia estar fazendo tudo com muita raiva, com uma obrigação tremenda. A recepção do hotel, quando chegamos, nos disseram que não estavam servindo nos quartos em função da lotação. Entendemos. Na última noite da estadia, precisávamos comer um lanche ou uma sopa pois estávamos indispostos para descer nos restaurantes. Eu mesmo fui até o bar para ver o que tinha de opções e o barman disse que eu poderia pedir pelo quarto que havia room-service. Disse a ele que recebemos informação que não havia e ele estranhou e acionou a recepção. Pediu desculpas e disse que deveria ter ocorrido mal entendido. Fui para o quarto e ligamos e disseram que não havia mais nada quente pois já estavam fechando antes das 23h. É uma pena que alguns acontecimentos ocorreram e nos deixaram uma péssima impressão. Nos parece que o Hotel faz distinção de hóspedes. Estranho porque soube que brasileiros sempre eram bem recebidos em Portugal, mas não foi o que encontramos neste hotel. As acomodações estavam muito bem. Dentro do que vimos nas fotografias para reserva e tudo muito bem arrumado e limpo.

Gorgeous property! The pictures do not lie. This hotel is absolutely amazing - the rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, all of the rooms have a balcony with table and chairs. The pool is great and their pool bar is so convenient, fair prices and the food is delicious. It's beachfront, with a gorgeous beach. Dinner is everything one could hope for - buffet style with great quality food, they offered a free bottle of wine with dinner which we enjoyed. The staff were friendly and helpful, they also have a shuttle that picks you up across the street and take you around Lagos. Overall great stay and will definitely be back.

El hotel es excelente, moderno, una piscina excepcional por su construcción, la cercanía del bar/chiringuito, sus combinados... El spa genial, restaurante muy variado. Un gran potencial echado a perder por una pesima gestión. La habitación con telarañas y lagartijas en la terraza, falta de limpieza...falta de animación, mobiliaro deteriorado muy necesitado de renovación. El trato del personal es excelente, pero es evidente que necesitan invertir seriamente en la plantilla, no se le puede pedir más a los trabajadores. Si no cambian la gestión, es un negocio con los días contados. Nada recomendable para padres con niños pequeños debido a la falta de higiene. Una lástima.

Clean rooms, clean, large pool, wide range of food for breakfast available. Often quite difficult to get a sun lounger but no more than any other large hotel and hotel staff have no control over this anyway. Staff are friendly and helpful. A nice view from the balcony of our room too. Drinks are a bit pricey but you expect that from a hotel anyway!

Es ist unser zweiter Urlaub in dieser Anlage. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Frühstücken kann man hier auch draussen. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich. Zum Strand braucht man ca. 5 Minuten und zu Fuss in den Hafen ca. 30 Minuten. Es gibt einen super schönen riesigen Pool mit Poolbar. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen. Einfach eine tolle Anlage und sehr gepflegt.

Habitaciones espaciosas. No es un diseño arquitectónico arriesgado pero es moderno. El personal muy atento y amable. La piscina grande y con sitio para fiesteros, críos y tranquilos. Actividades de noche todos los días. Mucho inglés y alemán. Nada de alborotos. Servicio de limpieza de habitaciones lento (la prioridad es primero las habitaciones con bebés; luego las que van a ser ocupadas de nuevo y finalmente el resto). La animación de piscina es pelín mejorable: sonido distorsionado en algún momento. No hay un líder claro cuyo nombre sepan todos. Quizá les falta ser un ente con más personalidad (ejemplo: hotel Bitácora en Tenerife).

Très bel hôtel 4* la piscine est vraiment très grande et du coup même en plein été on ne se sent pas à l'étroit c'est vraiment agréable. Un grand bravo à l'équipe du restaurant car c'est bien la première fois que nous mangeons aussi bien sur un buffet d'hôtel de chaîne. Le choix est vraiment large et en plus c'est bon. D'autre part il y a des places en terrasse pour les plus chanceux car à l'intérieur du restaurant c'est quand même très bruyant. Il y a même un buffet enfants avec des bonbons ma fille était ravie. Mon seul regret est d'avoir réserver sur roomdy du coup je n'ai pas pu choisir le type de chambre et nous avons eu une vue sur le parking ce qui est vraiment dommage. L'équipe de l'hôtel mais aussi des animations est agréable et souriante. Bravo à vous !

Sehr großer und sauberer Pool. Ruhige Atmosphäre, aber auch Animation. Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Schöner Spa Bereich. Frühstück ist reichhaltig aber man muß anstehen und wird vom Personal zum Tisch geführt. Der Strand ist durch den Ausgang zum Meer in 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Super Strand. Da das Hotel etwas abseits der Stadt liegt, braucht man ein Auto um in die Stadt zu gelangen. Es gibt wohl eine Busverbindung.

I spent one week in summer 2018 there. It's a nice hotel in a good place in Algarve. The 2 missed starts of 5 are due to following issues: There are not enough deck chairs where you can have some shadow to be protected from the sun in the pool area. This makes really difficult to stay there with little with kids. Second issue is the line for the buffet restaurant. In some days we faced a long line and must wait quite a bit to get a free table. There was also only one coffee machine working for hundreds of people willing to get a coffee in the morning (stay in the line again). The last point is if you don't book "all inclusive" you are going to pay a lot for the snacks and drinks.

Szép helyen van, a kertben nagy medencék vannak, elegendő nyugágy áll rendelkezésre. Az ellátás jó, bőséges ételválaszték van. Amit hiányoltam, ahhoz képest hogy ott az óceán, kevés tengeri ételt szolgáltak fel. Az óceántól a szállodát csak egy autóút választja el. A városközpont kb. 1,5 km-re van, gyalog is, dottóval is könnyen elérhető.

Sehr sauber und eine sehr schöne Anlage. Das Personal super freundlich, und zuvorkommend. Der Strand 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Hotel. Leider ist nicht immer gleich ersichtlich ob die Getränke z.B. in der Bar im Leistunkspaket Allinklusive mit abgedeckt ist, hier wäre Z.B. ein AI in der Getränkekarte hinter dem dazugehörigen Getränk eine Super Sache. Ein weiterer aber ein sehr kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Nervige Sache mit dem Band am Handgelenk das musste ich 6mal erneuern lassen. Das Essen ist Top und für alle ist etwas da ob klein oder Groß.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado! Tiene parking gratis y si estas con auto estas muy cerca de la marina y del centro de lagos! Tambien se puede acceder caminando desde la piscina a Meia Praia ( no es una de las playas mas lindas de algarve, pero es muy amplia)Es un hotel MUY familiar, esta lleno de niños. Si lo que buscas es tranquilidad quizas no sea lo mas adecuado. Me pareceria bien si hubiese al menos una piscina o jacuzzi para poder utilizar sin niños.El desayuno esta ok! Lo unico malo es que cuando llegas te advierten sobre no reservar reposeras ni dejar tus pertenencias y luego todo el mundo lo hace. Por lo tanto la gente va a la mañana selecciona las sombrillas de la piscina y luego se van.El staff es amable, salvo una chica del buffet que te echa de mala manera una vez que son las 10:30.

Location disappointing, a long boring walk through apartment complex to get to the city.Rooms are very noisy, the walls are like paper thin.Not very well maintained. The aircon was horrible & the wifi was not worth connecting to.The free buffet breakfast was very ordinary and very busy, had to deal with patrons pushing and shoving to get food.Would not return nor recommend. hôtel au top, du choix au restaurant même au petit dej. Proximité de la mer (dommage que l eau soit aussi froide) et du centre ville à pied. Animation parfait pour les enfants, on a adoré l aquagym à midi. Merci à toutes l équipe de plongée au top deux sorties en mer que du bonheur!!!! Gros point faible, à la réception et au restaurant très peu parle le français, vraiment dommage!!!!!

Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque la primera tenía olor a cañería MUY desagradable, parecía un problema con los sifones y un día no arreglaron la habitación, ni siquiera Disculpas nos dieron, solo mandaron dos toallass y ya, cuando llamamos, la piscina es helada, no es posible que un hotel de ese nivel no tenga calefacción en las piscinas, el desayuno estaba bien, en conclusión no vale lo que cuesta

The hotel could have been so nice. But their focus isnt customer satisfaction. Theyre for some reason very rule driven e.g. can pick beach towels only from the spa - why these arent available pool side was a mystery to me. The decor of the hotel is definitely weird - the reception looks like you have entered a salon with large pictures of models. The outdoor pool is literally unusable because the water is freezing cold. The indoor pool is warmer but has a limit of 25 people which is ridiculous given the large number of rooms they have. The hotel is far (30 mins) walk from the town - they could run shuttles to and from the hotel.

Hotel moderno, situado numa zona ventosa. À chegada uma boa receção com explicação detalhada. Entrega dos cartões do quarto, 2° piso, paguei um familiar, para 2 adultos.e 2 crianças, 12 e 6 anos....qual é o meu espanto quando entro dentro do quarto e quase não tenho espaço para passar entre a cama e o móvel da televisão.... um sofá cama aberto encostado literalmente a cama de casal e sem uma cadeira, uma mesinha...nada. Como fui com um casal amigo que alugou um standard pedi para ver o quarto deles para meu espanto é exatamente igual ao meu(supostamente familiar) mas com a disposição da cama diferente....fui à receção e perguntei qual a diferença entre um quarto familiar e um standart. Resposta.. o familiar é muito maior...explico que o meu familiar é exatamente igual ao standart mas disposto de maneira diferente, a rececionista diz que não eu mostro a planta dos quartos.....não adianta, perguntei.." os vossos quartos familiares são todos iguais?"resposta seca "sim, sim". Não contente ligo para a agente de viagens que imediatamente contacta o hotel. Novamente na receção com outro rececionista que me diz que tem uns quartos familiares maiores no 1° piso e esses sim verdadeiros familiares, o dobro quase do anterior e todos os familiares ficam no 1° piso, no 2° e 3° são standarts adaptados, que eles tentam que passem por familiares.....FICA A DICA. Apesar de tudo se resolver foi preciso chatear. De resto, muita simpatia boas condições no restaurante e bar, piscinas excelentes com muito espaço..Falta um pouco de animação.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist schnell in Lagos Stadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Meer, Aussicht, alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Optisch ist das Hotel auch sehr schön, die Inneneinrichtung des Hotels ist Geschmacksache. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt aber Mitte Mai war es noch sehr windig am Pool. Das Essen ist eher einseitig aber für Fischliebhaber perfekt.. Das kleine Restaurant am Pool war immer super :-) Das Personal war durchgehend immer sehr freundlich! Ein gutes Hotel, aber eher geeignet für Ältere bzw. Rentner.

Muito moderno mas, na minha opinião, está orientado ao contrário! Devia estar virado para a praia e não para a povoação! Como está a vista da frente quase não existe e no futuro, por certo irão aparecer novas construções que a irão estragar ainda mais! Quanto ao resto... bem a Vila Galé já sabia muito bem o que fazer quando construiu o hotel (de raiz) e pouco ou nada falta para ser um excelente hotel de 4 *s.

Hemos ido 2 parejas. La primera vez fuimos sin niños y la segunda con niños. De las dos formas lo hemos pasado super bien, super agusto, el hotel grande y super bonito. Buena limpieza, buen trato, buena comida y zonas de jardines preciosas y muy bien cuidadas. Lo recomendamos. Y gracias le damos al hotel por los detalles que han tenido con nosotros en dejarnos en la habitacion una botella de vino tinto, peras y chuches para los niños. The property was beautiful! The check-in was slow - a lot of people arrived at the same time. The night we were there, the electricity went out for about 15-20 minutes. The morning after that, the water wasn't working.

A insonorização dos quartos é bastante deficiente, ouvindo-se até as palavras que os clientes dos quartos contíguos proferem, a roupa de cama é antiquada, sem existência de um simples edredão, as almofadas de dormir são de má qualidade. No entanto, as instalações são boas, modernas e asseadas, o pessoal é atencioso e os pequenos-almoços têm bastante qualidade. Se colocassem um edredão fininho em cada quarto, para as noites mais frias, e umas almofadas de dormir mais macias, ficava muito melhor.

Empezamos la descripción....... Lentos (llevamos ahora mismo 1.20 minutos esperando la cena .....y kosbtraen una crema o sopa quemada......) cocina deja mucho que desear ....pto gastronómico como se define esta un poco a años luz......es una vergüenza .......cualquier tasca del centro se come mejor y más rápido....... Por la semana el personal.del bar brilla por su ausencia ....se escapan del cliente para no atenderte ....estamos con un todo incluido cuando no se nos dan todas las opciones del mismo ni se informa que por ser temporada baja no las vamos a a tener......es un atraco y un insulto al cliente que venimos en estas condiciones ......... Yo como cliente si me informa.puedo decidir si continuo o no con la reserva .....pero solo lo que hace es engañar..... El problema ses cuando se tiene personal que no quiere trabajar y ests por estar

What a great hotel, close to the biggest beach of Lagos. The staff is very nice and the place itself is wonderful. Just spending a few days there and enjoy their wonderful breakfast with tasty pancakes freshly made. We did walk from the hotel to the beach and it was very refreshing. Oh what a really beautiful and extremely clean hotel! I was there with my friends and we loved our stay. The staff were awesome and they looked after us. They were all very welcoming. Food was great. The view from the balcony was pretty. The pool was well taken care of. I will definitely return to this place. Well done to every staff there.

Great hotel, great food, great service, great view. We loved it here. Great restaurants in walking distance, very clean. The only complaint is that the house cleaning drag the tables and chairs on the ground to clean the upstairs and adjacent rooms, making lots of noise starting at 7 am, making it hard to sleep in.

Da gibt es definitiv nichts zu meckern. Alles perfekt. Parken auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Hotel ist kostenlos. Für den indoor Pool wird eine Bademütze benötigt. Das Frühstück ist völlig ok. Allerdings könnte es für unsere Begriffe mehr landestypisch sein. Abends wurde ein Essen als Buffet angeboten. Auch völlig ok.

Die Architektur, Zimmer und Park sind 4 Sterne aber der Rest lange nicht. Bedienung überwiegend neutral bis unfreundlich, von einigen Ausnahmen abgesehen. Das Essen leider Touristen-Abfertigung, wenn Restaurant voll ist wartet man auch schon mal lange vor der Tür; vorsichtig bei Bestellungen da wird schon mal mehr notiert! Das nachliefern von Gerichten beim Buffet dauert lange oder es wird bei Nachfrage kurz mit no beantwortet. Achtung auch beim upgraden gibt es Unterschiede je nach Bedienung bei der Rezeption. Die Getränke Abrechnung zeigt nur die Summe des Tages an hier nachfragen da gerne teurere Getränke berechnet werden! Aufpassen empfiehlt sich. Swimmingpool und Anlage sonst ok zum Strand kurzer Weg, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.

We had such a fantastic holiday and time in the Vila Gale hotel in Lagos. It is in a spectacular location overlooking the beautiful sandy beaches and Lagos Town. The hotel is the best Ive ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly and courteous. We had breakfast in the dining hall every morning. The experience was amazing., what was laid on with regards to food and drink was varied and would cater for any taste. The quality of the breakfast was excellent, to date, I have not had a better breakfast anywhere. The foyer is majestic, the decor was something to behold, it had an art decor effect, it was plush and luxurious. The ambience of the whole place was warm and captivating. The hotel grounds, swimming pool, grass, shrubbery were immaculately kept, the employees are hard working and dedicated despite the hot weather conditions we experienced. The hotel room was marvellous, it was spotless, very spacious, the beds are so comfortable, and the bathroom facilities plush and modern. The chambermaids provided such a sterling service I tip my hat to them.I would highly recommend this hotel to all interested prospective visitors to Lagos in the Algarve, September is ideal as its not too hot but sufficiently warm and sunny, so suits us perfectly. The location could not be better, the hotel is simply the best. Its a must. Well done Hotel Vila Lagos.

My wife and I spent the second part of our vacation in Lagos and decided to stay at Vila Gale Lagos on the recommendation of our friends that stayed in the past. The hotel itself is really nice from a cosmetic standpoint and great for taking instagram photos for those that are into that. When we checked in I asked the front desk if there was any complimentary upgrade to our room given it was our anniversary. (I just asked, but didn't really expect them to do it, unless they could. A hotel we stayed in Lisbon called Eurostars das letras did this for us, without even asking). The person at the front wasn't very pleasant with her response. She said "if I upgrade you, I have to downgrade someone else that paid for their room." To be honest, a simple, no we cannot accommodate your request would have been sufficient. It was a little embarrassing to hear someone say that in front of other guests. So they gave us our room on the bottom floor and said there will be a surprise waiting for us in the room. Well, we got to our room looked around, and there was nothing. Figured we would wait a bit, but nothing came. I was reluctant to call front desk again, but I did anyway, and the person said, oh we can send that right now. So I guess if we didn't call we wouldn't have gotten that slightly sour sparkling wine. The thought was really appreciated by us both though... The pizza place by the pool had great pizza. That was about it in terms of food that tasted great. We had the pasta for dinner at the Italian place, and the ravioli tasted like it was from a freezer bag, and not fresh at all. We were in room 1092, and it was very noisy. It is close to the bar, and you can expect loud yelling and noises till about 11pm. (We didn't mind as we wouldn't go to bed till about midnight). Although it sounds like there is either a restaurant or conference room or something above us. We heard chairs moving around a lot, from 8am to about 10am every morning. We requested another room , but we were told we could only get another bottom floor room, which means we would have to pack everything up and risk being in another first floor noisy room. Anyways, this is the reason for my review being low.

Stayed here for my friend's wedding. When we first saw the hotel from our car we were immediately blown away. When we arrived we were greeted by the receptionist who gave a very easy check in. The room was amazing on first view. Clean and very well decorated and well set up. Then we opened the balcony door... Wow!!! What a view. Overlooked the courtyard and pool, with the sea on the horizon. We went to breakfast in the restaurant and were seated in seconds. The choice was brilliant. The food was delicious. The pool area was well designed and the pool was spectacular. The staff were all friendly,very helpful and always greeted you with a smile. If I could give this hotel more than five stars I would have. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

Très bel hôtel, dommage que le personnel fasse semblent de ne pas vous voir, ou prend votre commande et puis s'en va et ne vous sert pas, le bar de la piscine extérieure souvent a court de certaines boissons (hors saison) donc moins de personnes à l'extérieur, à la piscine intérieure on m'a fait tourner en rond avant de me dire qu'il fallait une clé pour le casier du vestiaire alors que j'avais posé la question à la personne qui les donne. J'ai vraiment eu l'impression qu'on se moquait de moi. Bref parfois un personnel pas très sérieux, pas tout le temps heureusement.

The bedrooms were basic with no tea/coffee making facilities. The hot food at breakfast buffet only just warm and on one occasion was cold and restaurant area too small for number of guests using it. The bar never had enough staff and seating uncomfortable.

Tylko dwie rzeczy do poprawy. Wentylacja czasem zaciągała dym papierosowy. Może ktoś palił na dachu? Nie wiem, ale to było nieprzyjemne. Generalnie hotel ze świetnym położeniem, cicho, rewelacyjny wystrój i wyśmienite jedzenie. Parking dla gości za darmo. Polecam lokalną wypożyczalnię LUZCAR. Dziwaczna rzecz - w ichnim SPA, do basenu trzeba czepka kąpielowego, a sauna przypomina akwarium. W saunie ludzie zwykle bywają nago, a widać ich z basenu. A przecież wystarczyłoby zrobić do powiedzmy 1,5m dać szkło mleczne. Do 4* trochę nie dorasta łazienka - troszkę mała i brak deszczówki, ale to pikuś. NIESTETY - pokój nie zapewniał intymności. Pokój obok był od naszego oddzielony drzwiami, więc jeśli słychać chrapanie z tamtej strony, to przechodzi ochota. Chciałbym dać wyższą opinię, ale w hotelu nie chcę czuć się jak na stancji. Pokój 3028.

El hotel estaba muy bien. Hermanado con una bodega de vinos a lso que le dan bastante importancia y que estan buenos y no son caros. La verdad destacaria su cercania a la playa y la posibilidad de poder ir a Lagos andando a cenar. La piscina esta muy bien. Aunque no fue mi caso, creo que ir con hijos es muy recomendable, pues hay muchisimas actividades y muchisimos niños apra que jueguen.

Hotel en primera línea de playa con posibilidad de todo incluido y con gran piscina y actividades de ocio. La principal ventaja para mí es su ubicación a 150 metros de Meia Praia en Lagos. Tiene una puerta trasera por la que cruzando una carretera y un paso de tren sin barrera se accede a la playa. Una playa muy larga y cómoda. El hotel dispone además de una gran piscina exterior en la que no cubre más de 1.50m, una piscina infantil y un spa. Restaurante, bar y comedor buffet. Parking en superficie con suficiente espacio y posibilidad de parking subterráneo, este último de pago. La atención por parte del personal del hotel fue excepcional. No es difícil encontrar al director supervisando los servicios del hotel... Todo funciona!! El Hotel está algo alejado de Lagos, si vas sin coche y pretendes hacer vida fuera de las instalaciones del hotel puede ser algo pesado...

It is a nice place to visit, unfortunately not everyone speaks there English. Food in the restaurant is often prepared great, but italian one on the outside is just bad. Food tastes there much worse than in the restaurant inside. Room service always do their job well. In the entertainment room you can play bilard, darts or just relax with a drink listening to the artist of the day. There is also a spa where you can swim in the pool or go to the gym.

Una gran decepción. Estuvimos alojados mi pareja y yo 10 dias y se nos hicieron largos. El bufet.Comida muy repetitiva y de mala calidad especialmente en las noches temáticas..la noche de mar “probamos” unas ostras y unos mejillones y parecia q estabas comiendo chicle..y el pulpo..sin comentarios..sabía a todo menos a pulpo.Además hay una muy mala organización..dos veces q nos levantamos a por el postre ya teniamos la mesa recogida.Las carísimas(un VASO de tuvo de coca cola “cañero”3€. La piscina y el spa.A pesar de tener unas buenas instalaciones hay q dar un par de vueltas a la piscina para encontrar dos hamacas juntas...El bar está siempre con mucha demanada y para pedir un par de refrescos te echas 15 minutos.El spa siempre lleno..los niños tirandose chapoteando todo y como si de la piscina exterior se tratara.El agua de la piscina del spa està fria y el jacuzzi hay q sacar número para meterse en el. El wifi.Deja mucho q desear en cuanto a velocidad y tiene muchos cortes. Las habitaciones.Son amplias con terraza.Faltan tendederos para las toallas y la ropa.La tv solo un canal en español y no tiene acceso para poner un usb.El secador fallaba y se paraba,la limpieza bastante bien en nuestro caso.Dos almohadas..incomodas..una muy grande y otra muy pequeña. El personal de recepción bastante lentos y poco eficientes. En resumen..un hotel con grandes instalaciones pero con muy pocas cosas q hacer en el..grandes carencias y muy muy muy mal organizado.La relación calidad-precio es nefasta.

Really great hotel overall. It's about a 20-30 min walk into town and 3 minutes to the beach! Great activities such as tennis, golf, a great pool and they had a lot of activities for children throughout the day so that parents can relax. One negative would be that the receipts given got a bit confusing. I was in a big group and we were all in different rooms and had different tabs but the staff kept on messing up our rooms and ordering took longer than it should.

Wir hatten auf unserer Reise durch Portugal verschiedene Hotels dieser Preisklasse und Sternebewertung, aber das Vila Gale Lagos war mit Abstand das schlechteste. Check-in war katastrophal, in den Fluren riecht es nach Abwasser, das Frühstück ist einfach nur billig und mit zu geringer Auswahl. Boden dreckig, das Geschirr auch (Tipp: Sollte auch von unten abgespült werden). Die Service-Mitarbeiter haben zudem kein Interesse daran, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten. So eine schlechte Stimmung beim Personal habe ich noch nirgends erlebt. Da stimmt definitiv was nicht mit den Arbeitsbedingungen/Management. Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass beim Frühstücksservice zu viele Aushilfskräfte eingesetzt werden? Hatte zumindest für mich den Anschein. Auf ein Abendessen haben wir entsprechend verzichtet, in der Umgebung gibt es tolle und preiswerte Restaurants. Im Fitnessraum waren die Geräte (10 Jahre alt) entweder defekt oder so rostig, dass man besser zwei Mal darauf achtet, ob alles fest und sicher ist. Hier, wie auch im Innenpool, wird Kindern und Jugendlichen durch die Angestellten kein Einhalt geboten, wenn die Einrichtungen als Spielplatz missbraucht werden. Mütter mussten im Innenpool teilweise Angst um sich und ihre kleinen Babies haben, weil eine Art Bauchklatscher-WM veranstaltet wurde. Aber Hauptsache, die Kids haben eine Badekappe getragen! Zimmer war teilweise bis 17:00 Uhr noch nicht gemacht, eindeutig zu wenig Personal! Müll auf unserer Terrasse und Rasen.

Nowoczesny czysty dobrze położony duże funkcjonalne basenu,dostepne spa i niewielka siłownia z kryt basenem i bardzo dobre i zróżnicowane jedzenie. Obsługa w recepcji i w restauracji bardzo profesjonalna, jedynie sprzątanie w slimaczym tempie co nie ma większego dla gości znaczenia. Całość zachęca do powrotu a wtedy dadzą 10% zniżki również w innych hotelach tej sieci

Ok stayed 2 nights..didn't realize that it was like the all inclusive resorts you'd find in the Caribbean islands..very catered to the mass crowd.the rooms is nice, only thing,the sun blinds had holes in them so lots of light coming in. The Beds were uncomfortable with spring matress and now have to see a cyropractor! Also had those ugly blankets that reminded me of motel rooms.not 4 star rated hotel! No complimentary water bottle either.now the good side, reception was good, well received. Pool was very nice.breakfast was really great. Easy access to the beach.Would be nice if the hotel lent umbrellas for the beach.

The hotel is nice and fairly new and modern. Parking is free which is very helpful in Europe. Our problems started at check in. We arrived at the hotel, checked in and got the keys to our room. As soon as we got the luggage out of the car and started to walk to the room hotel staff informed us that we cannot enter the room until check in time at 2:00 pm. We ended up sitting in the lobby for an hour. This hotel is not close to town. The beach is nice but cold. We did enjoy the hotel pool. Very family friendly with lots of activities for the kids. The room does not get cleaned until well into the late afternoon. Breakfast is ok but we could not get a decent cup of coffee. After our stay when we arrived at our next hotel we discovered that several items were missing. We reached out to the hotel but never heard a back from them. Disappointing.

Gute Strandllage herrlicher Strand zum laufen. Tolles Hotel, allerdings sehr viele Zimmer. Verteilt sich aber durch eine gut durchdachte Architektur. Nur beim Frühstück etwas hektisch. Tip draußen frühstücken. Überwiegend Pauschal Urlauber. Angebot im Bestellrestaurant könnte etwas größer sein. Ort ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.Alles in allem gut für eine Woche Badeurlaub.

Óptimas instalações, mas atendimento pobre, principalmente no restaurante. Os serventes não sabem onde estão as coisas e tentam encaminhar todas as mínimas perguntas para o chefe. Pareceu que não falavam muito português, se é que faz sentido... Não muito afáveis, nem prontos a assistir o cliente. No entanto, o pessoal da limpeza e receção foi óptimo!

Bon hôtel de haut standing Points positifs: - All inclusive au top, boissons de qualité et avec du choix - chambres spacieuses et agréables - Belle piscine et zone enfant avec toboggans ! - cadre de haut standing avec belle décoration et très propre - terrasses restaurants et bars sympas - self globalement bien - plage en face grande et agréable - localisation vraiment bien pour visiter l'ouest de l Algarve. Proche du centre de Lagos en voiture. Points Négatifs : - Équipe d animation pas au niveau. Très peu d'activités proposées. - manque cruellement un petit bassin enfant proche de la grande piscine. - bar piscine ferme a 18h.....un peu tôt quand même, heureusement bar intérieur ouvert ensuite - spectacles et animations le soir vraiment pas terribles Conclusion : Bon hôtel, un bon 5 étoiles si voyage en couple au vue de la qualité de ce club et sa localisation ! Mais quelques améliorations à faire sur l animation....

Hotel położony najlepiej pod względem logistycznym, bliskość pięknych plaż bliskość cudownego miasta Lagos.Jest to Hotel który dba o gości. Plusem jego jest strefa Spa z siłownią, gdzie cały czas jest ruch i strefa saun i jacuzzi z leżakami. A gdy my jeździmy na rowerku widzimy przez okna jak nasze dzieci bawią się pod okiem animatorów w ogródku Jordanowskim. Basen bardzo przyjemny i ciepły. Restauracja hotelowa poprawna i każdego dnia na kolację można zjeść jakąś atrakcje dnia. Choć na śniadania jest mało zieleniny i warzyw ale jest szampan. Minusem może być klimatyzacja na dachu która w nocy nieco przeszkadza.

Estou neste momento alojado no Vila Galé Lagos.
O quarto e espaços comuns do hotel são muito bons, a zona de SPA é também muito boa. A proximidade da praia é outro atrativo. O clube Nep e espaço de diversão para crianças é excelente, mas está muito afastado da zona da piscina dos adultos, portanto é um espaço que não foi pensado de forma a adultos e crianças poderem partilhar o mesmo espaço, logo não foi devidamente pensado para casais com crianças.
O restaurante é bom, apesar de demorarem algum tempo na reposição dos alimentos e da ementa ser um pouco repetitiva. A apontar o facto de servirem o mesmo creme de legumes todos os dias, com um travo amargo e que de creme não tem nada porque está mal passado, logo, nada adequado para crianças. Outra questão que deviam ter em atenção é o facto das bebidas terem um valor excessivo, por exemplo o vinho, para mais quando o vinho servido é produzido pela marca Vila Galé na adega do Vila Galé Clube de Campo em Beja.
