I stayed your hotel for 2 nites from May 23-25, I was extremely disappointed of a staff bad working attitudes. She was a young lady working in the lobby entrance . Her service was not equally to every customer. Also I sent an email to express my experiences and I didn’t get an official reply ..

Hotel renovado à beira mar diante de um cenário deslumbrante e com a qualidade de uma unidade 5 estrelas, dispondo de ótimos quartos, espaços amplos e boa variedade de serviços. Como pontos negativos, a estrutura degradada de acesso à praia e algumas partes do edifício onde se nota a antiguidade não totalmente recuperada do hotel.

Padrão Tivoli renovado, tem na localização o seu destaque, num formato “abraçando” o mar e ao lado um dos cartões postais do Algarve, as falésias e as cavernas. Piscina legal, quarto amplo, roupas de cama e banho limpos e bons. Café da manhã muito bom. O sky bar é imperdível. Atendimento profissional top.

stayed for a week here. fantastic hotel with great staff, service.and food. really enjoyed it and will be back. just a short 10 min walk from some lovely restaurants in the town. nice quiet spot with excellent breakfast in the morn, looking forward to returning.

Hôtel magnifique, cadre incroyable !
Il manque juste quelques informations. Par exemple, j'ai découvert qu'il y avait une salle de sport le dernier jour ! Et j'aurais pu me laisser tenter par un soin au spa si le dépliant avait été un peu détaillé.

Hôtel exceptionnel dans un environnement magique ! Une vue imprenable sur la mer et les falaises.
Prestations luxueuses. Chambres spacieuses, modernes et décorées avec goût avec un grand balcon aménagé, privé, vue mer et piscine. Personnel charmant, très kids friendly - à notre arrivée, on nous a proposé un kit pour enfants avec carnets de gomettes, origami, crayons de couleur, casquette...). Un service personnalisé et attentionné envers les adultes comme les enfants.
Petit-déjeuner au top, du choix, de la qualité, des oeufs préparés à la demande...
Petit bémol sur le bar de l'hôtel (nous étions hors saison), la qualité des mets n'étaient pas à la hauteur des prestations de cet hôtel : des frites maison auraient été appréciées et une salade de quinoa ou la quantité de quinoa était anecdotique, dommage.
Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel pour son cadre, son personnel et ses prestations !

Room was great - big, clean, and comfortable! Breakfast buffet was delicious and they even had mimosas! The views were wonderful and the hotel was in a great location. The staff was very accomodating, i would absolutely stay here again.

Fur uns off-season ein super Hotel, Lage ist super, 1 km vom Ort Zentrum. Hotel is gut kurzen renoviert und in top Zustand, sehr schön eingerichtet. Zimmer sind hervorragend, und auch ein sehr gutes Bett. Personal sehr behilfreich und freundlich. Frühstück hervorragend, ausser der typische hotelcaffee. Verstehe nicht das das das als unwichtig eingeschätzt wird.

We loved everything about this hotel, it is simply outstanding, especially for the off-season price. It's near a small town where you can walk in 5-10 minutes either along the road or along the cliffs - there you will find a dozen good restaurants (more of them seem to be open off-season than even in Portimao) - very convenient!

Einfach perfekt! Hatte sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade Richtung Palmengarten. Frphstücksbuffet unschlagbar gut und vielseitig, da ist wirklich was für jeden dabei!Die Mitarbeiter sind, wie man echt sagen muss, einfach wie gewohnt in Portugal, sehr aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und sehr geduldig. Hut ab! Komme gerne immer wieder!

What a fabulous hotel! We spend Christmas here and loved it! The staff was extremely friendly, the ocean view breathtaking, the food delicious and the entire interior is just so very modern & tasteful. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it! Thank you Tivoli Carvoeriro for making our Christmas perfect! PS: most comfortable bed ever!

LOVE! LOVE LOVE! Everything about my room and this hotel were amazing. From the time we were greeted at the front desk to getting a beautiful sea facing room to checkout was a breeze. They have a lovely rooftop patio which is amazing at sunset. A 5 min walk to Carvoeiro, which was convenient for restaurants and shopping and the beach.

Gorgeous place and stunning views. Amazing breakfast and some very nice staff. Beach in resort is practically inaccessible so don't be fooled by the pictures. However, a short walk through the town and down the hill you will find a very beautiful beach. Town is s short walk away where you will find good restaurants and some pubs. A few cliff walks at rear of property if you like that sort of thing and staff at hand to book adventures for you. For example, we went on a boat trip to the caves and a local swim park called slide and splash. Both were very good. I enjoyed my stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you to all who made our stay wonderful. Only not 5* as the beach is inaccessible and have to state clearly in advertising. X

Wir haben sieben Nächte im Tivoli Carvoeiro verbracht. Es liegt am Hügel, eingebettet in eine Bucht und bietet damit eine traumhafte Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Jedoch mangelt es an allen Ecken und Enden betreffend Sauberkeit und Ordentlichkeit. Schimmel in der Dusche, Türrahmen und Sockelleisten, die nicht ordentlich angebracht sind und bei der täglichen Reinigung wird sehr schlampig vorgegangen.Die Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte auch deutlich besser sein. Gesunde Produkte (Gemüse, Aufstriche) sind kaum vorhanden.Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren zumindest zwei Hochzeiten im Tivoli Carvoeiro. Diese Gesellschaften haben das ganze Hotel eingenommen bzw. wurden diesen Gästen viel Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt.Wir haben uns in dem Hotel nicht gut betreut gefühlt, das Wohlergehen lag gefühlt niemanden am Herzen. Wir finden, dass es keine 5* verdient. Dazu fehlt durchgehend etwas.

Beautiful hotel in Carvoeiro. Junior suites are very roomy. Breakfast buffet was delicious! Quiet location but very convenient to stroll down to beach and town. My daughter just had a wedding and reception there also, it was memorable and lovery. And wedding coordinator was so professional, everything went so well.

The facilities and room looked to be new and very clean. I especially loved the beach right below the hotel, it's accessible by foot. It is also public access but not many people go there. They like to go to the more popular ones like Marinha or Benagil. This beach was secluded and felt private. There's a cave too! Breakfast with a view! Great selection of everything. I would definitely come back!

Um profissional (do pessoal contratado só para esta época) arrogante e incompetente (restaurante da piscina/difícil o contato com a portaria por telefone interno(a maioria das vezes não respondem). O que escrevo servem como sugestões de melhoria . Pessoal da cozinha fantástico.

Loved our stay! We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in a room facing the garden for our honeymoon. Room was cleaned constantly, awesome free breakfast, gorgeous views from the pool, private beach (have to hop off some rocks to get to, not easy, but worth it!), and right off a walking trail along the coast. Every day Id work out in the gym downstairs and we also did a couples massage. Ive already recommended this hotel to multiple friends. I want to go back!

Nice hotel. Wonderful staff. The beach access requires you to channel your inner James Bond to jump down a huge cliff, which is very strange. Food is ok. Location seems to be a bit remote. Will not be going back.

When we walked into this hotel I literally thought I died and was peering down a balcony into heaven. I was actually in talks with the hotel for months to prepare the most perfect surprise engagement for my now fiancée. Ana Godinho was spectacular in arranging many things to be absolutely perfect in an already perfect Hotel. By far the nicest view you can ever find with the hotel overlooking this private beach that is enveloped by gorgeous cliffs. the food and restaurants are spectacular the service is exceptional and everyone is friendly and wanting to help. The Skybar is amazing at night to sit down watch the sunset with some cocktails. Safe to say, she said yes and both of us have never said somewhere as magical as Hotel Tivoli Carvoeiro.

Had a great view and on the whole, the staff were good. A couple of things, the pool staff seem to be mostly absent. Waiters only served drinks to a select few which was disappointing.

This hotel was the most breathtaking place I have ever stayed in. It has a private beach, the famous caves right beside you, the cliffs, the Sky Bar, amazing service and the rooms were beautiful. My fiance proposed to me here and it is a place I will never forget ❤️ we will definitely be back!

O hotel é excelente, localizado em um lugar paradisíaco, vista de tirar o fôlego, um rooftop com lounge e bar de respeito, mas alguns pontos incomodaram e informei o hotel na pesquisa de satisfação. O Wi-Fi muito ruim em diversas áreas do hotel (incluindo no quarto), o restaurante do hotel fechar às 21:30 e não ter informação clara e visível para os hóspedes, folders ou panfletos explicativos sobre o hotel e o que oferece, com plantas baixas dos andares, horários de funcionamento...

Excelente hotel Resort con inmejorables vistas al mar.
Está totalmente reformado de hace menos de un año, lo que se nota en todos los espacios. Decoración minimalista y amplios espacios.
Habitaciones muy cómodas y prácticas. A destacar la enorme ducha abierta con un gran rociador. cama confortable. Tv en frente de la cama, lo cual no es siempre lo habitual, aunque debería serlo.
Buenas piscinas, tanto la exterior con vistas como la interior para nadar.
Desayuno buffet con todo lo imaginable, aunque si vas a pasar muchos días se hace repetitivo. Se podría alternar los alimentos con más frecuencia. Buena calidad.
Personal atento y amable. Tuvimos una pequeña incidencia con la habitación y lo resolvieron rápidamente.
Tiene acceso directo a una pequeña playa con cueva, que no es privada del hotel, pero es una lástima que el acceso esté abandonado por parte del ayuntamiento o la autoridad competente, ya que el hotel no tiene autorización para arreglarlo.
En general, aunque no es barato, vale la pena por la excelente ubicación y por sus instalaciones.

Very disappointing!
We were asked multiple times for our credit card information (at check in, which was fine, but also when we ordered room service...) and following that we were locked out of our room due to confusion with our reservation. Service was very slow, bookmark an hour and a half for a casual poolside lunch. Also, the hotel markets a sky bar that looks beautiful in theory but is open to children, babies etc. Not exactly the vibe that is portrayed.
Additionally, the beach pictured is not easily accessed (be prepared to jump a few feet down to get there and hoist yourself back up on a rope to get out) which was ok for us but not for others who may be immobile or have children in tow.
There were cobwebs on the ceilings in the halls, too. Fortunately, our room was clean.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Staff were courteous and friendly without being overbearing. A few weddings were taking place during our stay and while they did their best not to allow the events to impact the guests there was an impact in being able to use the bars and public areas. A little but out of the resort town which was nice but still within walking distance.

Went to the Sky Bar for pre-dinner drinks! Awesome location and views.........spoilt by very slow service. There appeared to be about 6 staff, only one of whom was making the drinks. Simple advice, serve the drinks promptly, sell more drinks, make more profit.

Localização fantástica, longe da muvuca. Bem aos pés da trilha dos 7 vales suspensos. Café da manhã sensacional, limpeza nota 10. Quartos espaçosos e bem decorados. Isolamento acústico dos quartos poderia ser melhor, pois acordei com pessoas falando no corredor. Internet ruim. A do quarto não funcionou e não conseguiram consertar.

Es war traumhaft. Wir haben hier unsere Flitterwochen verbracht und sind über glücklich, dass wir uns für dieses Hotel an diesem Ort Carvoeiro entschieden haben. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon auf der 4. Etage. Das Essen war super, der Service wahnsinnig zuvorkommend, höflich und freundlich. Sonne satt und die Zimmer immer sauber (Reinigung 2x am Tag, wenn man möchte). Wir hatten außerdem jeweils eine 60 min Relax Massage und die Ocean Sea View für 75 min zu zweit. Beides großartig. Der Spa ist ebenso schön wie der Rest des Hotels. Die Sauna ist ok. :)

From the moment we arrived till the moment we left we had excellent service. The hotel is beautiful, clean. Comfy beds, all the facilities needed. Gym, spa, gardens, rooftop bar, other bars, Beautiful pool with lots of beds and great views. Amazing walks to private beach, gardens or coast walk on your doorstep. Reception would answer any questions and book excurtions with no issue. Room service a little slow.

Hotel claims to be 5 star. It is 4 at best. Refurbishments are a year old and already looking tired. Some staff get it, the others have no clue about customer service. Food is average, limited selection, dry, no sauces. Location great, lovely view out the back, the town centre is OK for a wander and an icecream

Das Frühstück war sehr ansprechend und ließ keine Wünsche offen, Der Pool ist sehr sauber und groß, wir haben ihm jedoch nicht genutzt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist für uns das sehr gute Restaurant One welches exzellenten Service und hochwertige gehobene Küche anbietet und es dennoch schafft den portugiesischen Charakter durch regionale Produkte zu behalten . (Leider keine eigene Website oder instagram page) Ebenso sehr zufrieden waren wir mit der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Zimmers! Die Cocktails in der Bar sind lecker und man kann sie mit grandiosem Ausblick genießen.Gerne kommen wir zeitnah wieder und genießen das tolle Ambiente!

Visité éste hotel el día 20 de Junio de 2018.
Para comenzar me gustaría comentar que el hotel estaba en un lugar que prácticamente tenías que ir en coche o en autobús, ya que no esta cerca de ningún núcleo urbano, lo que conlleva también a que sea un sitio super tranquilo.
Una vez dentro del hotel, te encuentras una instalaciones espectaculares. La recepción es muy acogedora y te tratan de una manera muy amable, sin problema alguno. La parte del comedor también es bastante grande y variada, e incluso tenemos una salón con un bar y terraza para poder tomar algo relajadamente. También otra de las cosas que me sorprendió fueron las vistas desde ésta terraza. Puedes ver un acantilado que está pegado al hotel, e incluso bañarte en la enorme piscina que hay junto al mar y el acantilado.
Una vez dentro de la habitación ésta calidad de fuera sigue estando e incluso mejorando. Todo esta fantásticamente bien cuidado y con una sensación de calidad absoluta. Las camas son comodisimas y no hay ningún tipo de ruido molesto que te impida dormir por la noche. En cuanto al balo también esta perfectamente mantenido y en todo momento te sientes como en casa.
Quizás el único punto negativo podría ponerlo al personal de limpieza, ya que estando en la habitación entraron sin permiso, pero no llegó a mayores, imagino que fue un error puntual.
En definitiva, si quieres un hotel de una calidad exquisita y con una tranquilidad y vistas espectaculares, creo que es una muy buena opción.

This hotel is built on a cliff on one of the best beaches in Algarve. The views from the hotel are spectacular you can see the grotto and the cliffs and beach. Absolutely fantastic. Ubicación, hotel y personal ... todo está a un nivel excepcional. Tienes creo que de todo. Y además cerca de Carvoeiro un buen lugar para pasear, comer, cenar, tomar una copa.... también lo puedes hacer en el restaurante “the one” en el propio hotel y es muy bueno.
Las habitaciones geniales amplias y muy bien decoradas. El desayuno muy bueno y variedad muy bien, y súper bien atendido.

Our winter 4 night experience was one to remember. The restraraunt and bar staff are very welcoming and provided excellent service. The in house spa was a wonderful experience, particularly the hot stone and essence of romance massages. Lastly, everyone should experience having a drink at the bar while watching the sun go down.

From stunning views, multiple pools, amazing breakfast to extremely attentive and friendly staff, Tivoli Carvoeiro Resort is absolutely cream of the crop.
This place is a hikers paradise! Take the left side trail over the cove and watch the sunrise. Take the right side trail into town, over the small “board walk” and watch the sunset.
If you’re looking for a beach, it’s a 10-15min walk into the central town’s one.
Their gym is equipped with dumbbells (up to 25kg), treadmills, stationary bicycles, Erg (rowing machine), and a Smith Squat rack.
Notes to the hotel:
If you want to upgrade to the next-level you should include a heated jacuzzi (like hot hot), a proper squat/bench rack and or a Peloton.

Das Tivoli Hotel liegt zwischen zwei Felsvorsprüngen direkt am Meer. Der Blick auf den Atlantik von dort ist einmalig.
Das Hotel und die Außenanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Im Winter genießt man einen sehr entspannten und ruhigen Aufenthalt, da das Hotel nur zu einem Drittel belegt ist. Zudem haben wir in der Sonne immer noch bis zu 20 Grad genossen. Das ist aber sicherlich nicht immer so ...
Zurück zum Hotel: Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Frisches Obst, gutes Brot, Aufschnitt, Eier in jeder Form sowie Omeletts, Pancakes ... Außerdem ist der Service ausgezeichnet. Besonders Gonçalo, der uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen ablas: Neues Besteck, Kaffee, Cappuccino, Tee, frischer Orangensaft und Kommunikation in bestem Englisch.
Die Zimmer sind modern, hochwertig und gleichzeitig praktisch gestaltet. Viele Spiegel vergrößern optisch den Raum.
Das Bad ist nur durch eine Glaswand abgetrennt (ein Rollo ermöglicht Privatsphäre), es gibt viel Ablagefläche, gute Produkte (Shampoo, Duschgel, etc.) & die Regendusche ist toll. Der Service ist aufmerksam und macht zwei Mal täglich die Betten, tauscht Handtücher und hinterlässt kleine Pralinen für die Gäste.
Einen Abzug möchte ich für den Wellnessbereich geben. Das Indoor Schwimmbad ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, riecht übermäßig nach Chlor und liegt nicht in direkter Nähe zum Rest des Spa-Bereichs. Der Spa-Bereich, Dampfsauna, Sauna, Wellnessdusche sind zwar neu hergerichtet, jedoch nicht richtig funktionsfähig. D.h. die Touch-Displays zum Einschalten funktionieren nicht richtig, es ist eher ein Zufall wenn die Anlage auf Temperatur kommt. Die Sauna war zudem häufig aus, wenn wir den Spa-Bereich betraten und heizte auch nur langsam auf (offensichtlich fehlende Abdichtungen), sodass wir uns mit der Dampf-Sauna abfinden mussten. Die Geräte im Fitnessraum sind neuwertig und gut gepflegt. Auch, wenn wir sie selbst nicht getestet haben.
Schade ist, dass der Wellnessbereich ohne schönen Ausblick Richtung Meer auskommen muss. Das hätte sich doch wunderbar angeboten und wäre ein absolutes Highlight gewesen.
Die beiden Saunen sind extrem klein: Gemütlich ist es mit max. drei Personen, ungemütlich passen immerhin 4 Personen in eine Sauna. Wenn das Hotel im Sommer ausgebucht ist, ist mir unerklärlich wie dieser kleine Spa Bereich ausreicht. Zudem es als Wellnesshotel angeboten wird. In Sachen Wellness ist also noch viel Luft nach oben.
Nichtsdestotrotz: wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub im Dez./Jan.

Amazing views. I don’t understand any complaints about this place. Staff was super kind. Front desk was really nice as was porter. Frankly, I think anyone who stays here is really lucky to have done so. The bedding is exquisite. I slept all night to the sound of the sea and awakened to a view of the cliffs. Nothing could be better. I hope to return!!!!

Ich habe es sehr genossen Wanderungen von hier aus entlang der Küste zu machen. Die Felslandschaften die das Hotel umgeben sind in meinen Augen sehr sehenswert!
Des Weiteren gibt es auch ein sehr leckeres Buffet und eine Tauchbasis mit sehr nettem Personal.
Ich kann einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!

The hotel is excellent location and conditions. Staffs are not so polite. Sauna closes at 1900. They close the sauna without checking if therere someone in it. At 1902, door was locked. I knocked the door for few minutes. The lady come to open the door, angry. She said sauna closes at 1900. So does she expect us to be in the sauna the whole night waiting day time to open the door? Before locking the door she should double check making sure no one is in the sauna. 3 of us were locked in.

Beautiful resort in the heart of Algarve. Beautiful views. Great amenities. Breakfast buffet selection was absolutely amazing. It was a nice mix of couples and a few families at the resort (the kids there were well-behaved) so it was super relaxing. Staff were nice and accommodating. A short walk to town restaurants and shops, plus a great beautiful hike on the boardwalk overlooking the cliffs make for an ideal location!

The room/hotel and location is great, very modern and the view is outstanding. However with that said there are a few things which effected our stay.
On the night we we’re staying there was a wedding at the hotel and for whatever reason they decided to use the room next door to us as a restaurant kitchen or service room for the waiters to serve drinks and dishes out of, all we heard all night up until the early hours was people moving in an out and plates clashing, people standing outside in the hallway talking and outside our balcony talking and moving plates in and out, I honestly don’t know why you would use a hotel room to do this and then send plates out the balcony this really effected our stay as this is the one day where we had to be up at 6am the next day. I complained to reception at the time but it made no difference. If you're going to have a wedding directly outside peoples rooms at least set a curfew and don't use a hotel room as a restaurant kitchen.
Also worth noting that the internet connection is very poor I could not get any signal in my room on my tablet and on my MacBook I had speeds of 0-1 mb/s this was basically unusable, it was the same in the lobby, rooftop bar and restaurant overall poor signal + slow speeds.
There is also very slow service at the bars, you can expect to wait 20-25 minutes to get a drink which was a little frustrating, after going to the bar to order myself I would be told to wait for the server to come.
There was also an ant problem inside our bathroom, on initial arrival there were ants crawling all over the sink and we found a trial of them leading under the sink. This remains throughout our entire stay.
The hallway is also very outdated, dark and grimy stains all over the carpet not a great first impression when making the long walk to our room.
It’s a nice modern hotel in a perfect location however due to the above issues I would not put this at a 5 star hotel and we certainly did not enjoy our stay as much as we could have. There is not much value in this either compared to alternatives in the area, our first time at a tivoli hotel and probably our last.

Hotel hatte ein wundervolles Ambiente, bei ein Missverständnis am Pool wurde dies schnell und professionell beseitigt. Sehr schön gestaltete Barbereich mit einem sehr schönen Blick und sehr entgegenkommenden und freundlichen Personal. Lage des Hotels sehr ruhig, am Kliff, Fußweg in das nahe gelegene Städtchen circa 10 Minuten, hier allerdings durch aus hoch touristisches Ambiente.

Un hotel que hace merecedor de las 5 estrellas, personal muy atento, trato especial y todo organizado y muy limpio. Un desayuno espectacular frente a la una de las calas más bonitas en la zona. Tiene un acceso directo a la cala que hace tener la opción de hacer playa/ snorkel y piscina . Las habitaciones muy espaciosas y completas. Es recomendable obtener una habitación frente al mar. Aunque el resto de habitaciones son buenas aunque no tengas las vistas. Esta muy cercano al pueblo que hace una opción buena para visitarlo. El hotel ofrece servicio de parking y alguna ruta a píe incluida. Muy contento con mi estancia. Felicidades.

There is a lot that is good about this hotel but bearing in mind that it purports to be a five-star hotel they didn't quite demonstrate the edge in service they need when compared with other five-star hotels in Portugal.
I have no complaints about breakfast. Staff were largely polite and helpful throughout the hotel. The room was perfectly acceptable. We chose a deluxe garden room because we wanted peace and quiet and didn't want to be facing the pool. There were a few unfortunate things with this. Firstly there was some children's play equipment opposite our room and screaming children are not conducive relaxing on the terrace. Secondly at some times during the day there was no shade to be had on the terrace making it impossible to sit there. At times some natural shade was afforded by a tree but this depended on the time of day. I asked at reception if some form of shade could be provided but was told fairly bluntly it couldn't. I went out and bought a cheap parasol. They didn't tell us that the garden is used for wedding receptions. And so we had one evening of full-blown celebrations until midnight to contend with.
The Wi-Fi reception in our room was abysmal. This is always important to me when we're travelling. Is just not acceptable to have poor Wi-Fi reception in a five-star hotel.
The outdoor pool was fine. I only used it before breakfast before the crowds arrived because I like to swim lengths. I read someone complained about the temperature but it was perfectly fine. Perhaps they live in the tropics. It was fun to see those sneeking out to reserve sunbeds with their towels and then disappearing. It didn't affect me because I just had my swim and left but for some unknown reason I find the practice really annoying.
We ate in the à la carte restaurant which was excellent. We tried the bar food a few times but felt this was fairly average. The chips were dry and barely edible.
Lots of people have said that it is an easy walk into Carvoeiro. Well it might be if you are young and fit but for the less able it's quite a long way. Anyway who wants a long walk back after a meal in town. Especially tottering on high heels. Having said that a taxi or Uber is cheap enough.
The hotel seems more suitable for young people. As an older couple I don't think we would go there again.

Please dont book a superior room. Its basic, no balcony or sea view, just a view of the car park and road. Anything that could have gone wrong in the room did!!!! Breakfast was the best part of our stay.

This place is great - we were apprehensive about going to such a large hotel but had such a good time. Very good breakfast, lunch and drinks around the pool are very reasonable. The cocktails were delicious. Evening dinner in the restaurant is very formal with a dress code so we went into town, you’ll need to book if you do this, it gets very busy.
The pool is massive, clean and not full of chemicals, there is a kids play area and lots of local bars and beaches to visit.. Highly recommend for a family holiday...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. When we left, we forgot the iphone wireless headset under the pillow. We went to the airport to call the hotel. He said that he would reply to me. Of course, as usual, he didn't give me any calls, then I called again. he said nothing was found! I told him that I was 100% sure that it is in the hotel. He said that nothing was found. The iPhone headset is positioned. The positioning of this headset is always in the hotel. I can't believe what he said. This is not a service for a five-star hotel. Very cold, very unprofessional！
On the first day, the room service cleaned the room and took my second room card, so there was no electricity in the room and no air conditioning. It was very hot at the end of July. When I returned to the room, it was hell. When I called the front desk, she said that she would send it to me，then I was waiting for it, was never comes, until I went to the front desk in person, She remembered this thing, but forgot to do it!

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage. Leider ist der angrenzende Strand nur sehr schwer erreichbar. Mit wenigen baulichen Mittel wäre eine Verbesserung erreichbar. Die Toiletten im Poolbereich sind unzureichend. Das Angebot der Poolbar ist nicht angemessen an die Bedürfnisse und zu teuer. In den letzten beiden Tagen hatten wir zeitweise einen permanenten Piepton im Zimmer (wahrscheinlich von der Klimaanlage auf dem Dach). Es wurde uns angeboten das Zimmer zu tauschen.Generell ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Guter Service, gutes Frühstück, neu renovierte, saubere Zimmer.

Uma falsa ilusão! Você não tem acesso do hotel para a praia! Comprei por causa desse detalhe, mas a escada está destruída, o que impede o acesso com segurança. A piscina do Hotel está com várias pastilhas soltas e com deck sem manutenção. Consegui cortar o meu dedo brincando com a minha filha. Antes eu do que ela. O lugar é lindo, mas você não usufrui plenamente. Outro detalhe: a comida é fraca e cara. O quarto e bonito. O atendimento poderia ser mais rápido. O SPA poderia contar com serviço de cabeleireiro.

Breakfast was one of the best in our life. Good variation of hot and cold breakfast, fruit, gluten free pastries soy and almond milk were also available. We tried their buffet dinner once, that wasn't their best.

An excellent hotel with breathtaking views. Very good service. Breakfast second to none. Half board very good also. Rooms are very modern. No hassle getting a deck chair at the pool. Nice poolside bar and restaurant for mid day snacks. Short walk to the village with over 70 restaurant and bars of all different types. Very good holiday. Have been back 4 times.

Hotel is nice and clean, and the views from the hotel are amazing but it was all let down by the poor service of the staff. When we arrived, myself and my boyfriend we were given a room with two single beds and when we asked reception for a double bed, they were rude and implied that it was our fault for not mentioning we wanted a double bed (even though we booked a double room??) As we had an evening flight, we stayed in the hotel for a few hours after checkout. They told us we could have a shower and get changed in the locker rooms after we used the pool. However, the locker rooms were literally an open shower in the indoor pool area, that had no soap or sockets for a hairdryer or anything. When we asked the reception for a different place to shower, they were rude and unhelpful. It seemed like guests were constantly complaining at the reception desk. I will return to Carvoeiro as it is a lovely area, with lots of nice restaurants but I will not be returning the Tivoli Carvoeiro and I will not be recommending this hotel to anybody

The One restaurant : nourriture vraiment très fade pour l'entrée (soupe) et le plat (poulpe) du coup nous n'avons pas pris de dessert. C'est vraiment très cher pour ce que c'est vous payez surtout la vue et l'endroit...110e à deux pour une soupe un carpaccio une purée de betterave un steak et une bouteille de vin à 30e...
Serveurs trop présent et expédiif.
Skybar :ça rattrape la déception du resto très bon cocktail très peu cher et superbe vue à faire en coucher de soleil.
Vraiment déçu du resto mauvais rapport qualité prix. Je deconseille.

On a pris une chambre avec vue mer en supplement.Nous sommes partis avec ma fille de 9 ans.On sest vu attribué une chambre en angle (la 421).On ne tient pas a trois sur la terrasse .On ne peut pas tous voir la mer et de toute facon,il ny avait que 2 chaises...alors que dautres appartements avaient des transats sur leurs terrasses !!!Ma fille a dormi sur un lit dappoint.Lhôtel propose des cafetiere nespresso (cest bien ca )...mais les cartouches ne sont jamais réapprovisionnées et les tasses sales sont enlevées les matins et ne sont pas remplacées.Il a fallu tous les jours pleurer comme des mendiants pour avoir des tasses et des capsules pour boire un petit décaféiné sur notre petite terrasse le soir avec aperçu mer. Dailleurs,il a fallu aussi pleurer pour que la terrasse pleine de sable soit balayée !!!Bref...le personnel est tres gentil...les femmes de menages ne sont pas au standard 5 etoiles.Au final un peu decu pour le tarif et le service proposé .

Hotel espectacular. Bien situado junto a la cala de Vale Cobo, con una piscina muy buena y ambiente tranquilo y relajado. Evitar las habitaciones que dan a la calle Estrada do Farol, son horribles. Creo que son la 630 a 639. El restaurante de la piscina está bien pero la espera para el servicio es mala y la carta de menús, muy pobre y sencilla.
El desayuno es muy bueno. No se habla español, solo inglés. Los portugueses aquí solo están al servicio de los guiris ingleses. A 10 minutos, andando, se llega a Corvoeiro pueblo costero con todos los servicios.

Para quem está hospedado e com vista da varanda, o Sky Bar fica sem graça. Mas não deixa de ser um atrativo e diferencial.

Hotel is gorgeous. Spotless, modern and amazing views. Reception staff were wonderful. Kids club was cute and the girl working there very welcoming. Restaurant staff were awful. Service was slow- people left because they weren't served and the girl on the till was incredibly rude. Completely ignored me, even when one of the waiters called her out on it.

Das Hotel wurde 2017 komplett umgebaut und stieg somit vom 4 Sterne- zum 5- Sterne Hotel auf. Es ist 27 Jahre alt und befindet sich deshalb an einer exponierten Stelle, eingebettet in eine kleine Bucht. Neue Hotels entstehen in den hinteren Reihen. Es ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, jedoch fehlt es etwas an Dekoration (keine Bilder in den Korridoren, keine Pflanzen). Der Frühstücksraum hat eine riesige Fensterfront mit Blick aufs Meer und einen Aussenbereich. Vielseitiges Frühstück (sogar täglich mit Sekt) bis 11h. Das Personal ist freundlich, jedoch mit Optimierungspotential (Koffertransport ab Rezeption statt gleich aus dem Auto, Omelett aus 1 Pfanne, statt gleichzeitig aus 2). Es gibt Hausschuhe, Bademäntel, Wasser, Nespresso im Zimmer. Leider klappt es mit dem Nachschub nicht immer. Ein Anruf an der Rezeption regelt jedoch alles sofort. Unmengen an Liegen am Pool und auf der Wiese. Leider haben nur 5 Doppelliegen Auflagen. Die anderen sind etwas durchgelegen und somit unbequemer. Jedoch genügend Handtücher zum Kompensieren verfuegbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze.Zu beiden Seiten anspruchsvolle Wanderwege auf den Klippen. Tolle Aussicht. Man kann Bootsfahrten in die Grotten buchen (unbedingt empfehlenswert) - möglich im Hotel oder recht günstig gleich nebenan am Strand (22,50e - 1h). Absolutes Highlight ist die Bar auf der Dachterrasse. Nette Lounge mit neuen Sofas, Sesseln, TV,Viele Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenso Geschäfte, Eisdielen, Bars...

Possivelmente é o melhor hotel em todo o Carvoeiro. Logo ao entrar na recepção ficamos espantados com a vista sobre o mar. A recepção é ampla. O staff vem à rua com um carro para carregar as nossas malas até à recepção, costumam usar uma cartola de cor clara nem engraçada. O hotel é fácil de encontrar pois ele fica na estrada do Farol, a cerca de 10 minutos a pé da praia do Carvoeiro. O hotel está muito bem equipado.

This is one of the best hotels I've been at. The rooms are stylish and clean. The hotel has been recently refurbished so it's all very nicely decorated. The service is just amazing here. Everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful. We've booked directly on their website and got the half board that I can only recommend. The food is different every day (we've stayed 9 nights). The breakfast is top aswell. I'd only suggest a little bit more kinds of fruit (I miss strawberries, watermelon, cantaloupe melone). Oh my, but their pastry for breakfast. My husband is French so he can be a bit picky when it comes to croissant but here they know how to make it ♡. We've been here woth our 11 months old baby. They provided a cute wooden crib (not a travel one as hotels usually do). There's also a cool kids room with nice ladies who are there to play with kids. He loved to spend some time there. I and my husband had a massage too. That was a very lovely experience! Actually one massage was free with our stay! You also get free access to the sauna and other spa facilities. We are deffinetly coming back! ♡♡

Better to select sea facing room and then you get a lovely view of sea and cave. Down side there is a small beach private kinda, where one can swim. Awesome breakfast. This location is not very far from Portimao or Lagos or Faro. If low tide then you can even entry inside the cave. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. Best location for relaxing or to enjoy algarve.
Great Swimming pool, Separate children room. Overall best location, food.
