Stayed in October. Gorgeous pool views from the bar. Most of staff were pleasant. Rooms and general decor need updating and brightening however. Outside needs a repaint, the hotel looks tired. But other than that it wasn't too bad for the price. Just be sure to book a higher floor to avoid having a dark room underneath a car park and facing a filthy wall and road. We all like a view, not a room that faces no sunlight.

Slecht Hotel, stinkt, oud, vies, vraag je voor een betere kamer en eventueel bij betalen is voor ons geen probleem , de receptie medewerkers zijn ook niet vriendelijk dus manager Jaime Bentes gesproken wil ook niks oplossen, dus we gaan een ander hotel zoeken, hier dus niet boeken is ons advies !!!

The accommodation is fine although dated. Good size apartment & useable kitchen. Beds were ok although no bed for our daughter who used the sofa. Pool area is good, although areas of shade come at a cost, which I personally think is not ideal. Although this was advertised as family hotel, it seems that pretty much take anyone, including stag/hen groups so be prepared for that. We didn't sample any good at all as we were self catering, there was a handy shop in the hotel & a super market close by, which was excellent. We are out at the Veggie Cafe, ideal for any vegan & veggie folks. Also the Big Shanghai Chinese which was just a short walk from the hotel, great food & well priced. The entertainment staff were excellent & Gwen very much enjoyed kids club & mini disco. Lucas, who seemed to be head of the ents team was fantastic, friendly & consciousness in his work, great with the kids. The bar area is in need of some serious improvement, bar was dirty, chairs very uncomfortable, whole room was unbearably hot so some Aircon needed. There were issues with the electrics also as the PA/sound equipment kept tripping out during mini disco. Also the prices were outrageous 6.50 for house gig & tonic.

Great hotel in a good location. The rooms have aircon and tv included at no extra cost. The beds are comfy and the room is clean but could do with being updated. Plenty of lifts, 2 bars by the pool and 2 snack bars by the pool. The evening entertainment is really good and the staff are friendly. Great check in service and a good hotel for families. The hotel felt secure and it's a 20 minute walk to the old town and the strip. The only down points is the hotels own taxi service is overpriced. You also have to pay €5 each a day for the sunbed which adjust and are not plastic on the grass. This is a bit unfair and is not explained. I would still recommend this hotel tho and would go back again.

A very large and busy hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff in a very central position. My apartment was clean and the kitchen adequately stocked with crockery and utensils etc if you did want to cook a full meal. The public areas are clean and well maintained. The apartment could have done with a bit of updating and a lick of paint but it really isn't bad at all.
I did find it noisy at night but that was down to other residents being inconsiderate. The hotel appears to attract a lot of hen and stag parties especially at the weekends and they are lively! The children's entertainment in the evening was hit and miss but in fairness its not the real holiday season in May. I would return to the hotel again, after all a holiday is what you make it.

This place is more than what I expected. Just back, stayed with my Husband &-our 8 year old son. Its absolutely amazing. Staff are so so nice (except the girls that work in the shop within the complex...ignorant is an understatement & I mean very rude)
The pool area is massive never a shorted of a place to relax, it has an poolside bar with seats in the pool so if u fancy sippin a cocktail or whatever you like its pretty cool. It also has an outdoor snack bar food not great though burgers mostly. It has a huge soccer pitch mini club tennis court & mini golf area. The reception area is amazing also it has 2 shops a cafe a hairdressers and massage area. Also on the bottom floor there is a games room for the kids.Its in a great location when u walk out reception doors turn left and your in the old town within 10mins walking. If you turn right and walk you are in the strip after 15mins walkin. The beach in the old town is beautiful & town has many shops restaurants and bars. Prices are good enough I wouldnt say cheap. If you are looking for a brilliant holiday id highly advice this to anyone families couples elderly etc. I'll definitely be going back.Oh and forgot to mention they have an indoor pool and the whole place is spotless clean. The house keepers come every day. The bathrooms are well equipped no need to bring soap or shower gell they have dispensers in the toilets of the rooms & also hairdryer too. There is entertainment every night &-the kids entertainment staff are so so nice

The hotel was fantastic clean well kept. However no notices in corridors asking clients to respect other guests when coming in at night the noise was horrendous every night with guests making noise singing fighting along corridors waking guests and there children. The atmosphere in and around the hotel was fantastic well worth a stay.

Too many stag and hen parties they weren’t young in their 40s and 50s shouting and screaming from 3.30 till 5 in the morning complained but staff were not at all friendly quite rude actually rooms were dated but very clean fresh towels every day 2 pool bars blaring different music if you could call it music all rap with disgusting words and language not a hotel for families won’t be back

We stayed as a middle age couple and had a great relaxed week with leisurely strolls to oldtown & the strip. Nice staff, probably perfect staff. Yes the hotel is a bit dated,but great spacious grounds with great pool area, tennis courts and more. The apartments facing the back of the hotel have a great view of the grounds & more. No issues with bugs, cleanliness, or staff. Really comfortable beds(I've never slept so much), great little balcony to watch (sparrows, gulls, Robins, the odd blackbird and starling and one more I can't name (looks like a bird of prey) . The lounge is spacious and nice and reasonably priced. The entertainment is as good as YOU make it. Lucas&lucas do karaoke some nights. Good laugh and likeable lads. But with karaoke it's only as good as the croud(we had a good night & a night with only kids singing) .also I found WiFi difficult, stayed for a week in mid May 2019.looking forward to coming back (hopefully with a rear facing apartment). We'll situated with the strip&oldtown about 15 mins stroll away. And almost all you need local. For cheap grocery check out(PINGO DOCE).only reason for not (5 star) is wifi let me down.

Great place, but I was not told of the many things the hotel had, indoor pool ect, the list goes on, but, on flip side, the hotel is very well equipped, the 4 star was noise from apartment above, moving beds, and one morning so much noise was made, litterally thought the walks was crashing, but that is due to the hotel quest,
I will be booking to stay there again, great location

The staff are very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is in desperate need of renovation. The smell that came from the corridors made us feel ill and you can here everything from the room upstairs making sleeping in impossible. The bar is a complete rip off, we where charged €30 for 2 spirits with mixers. The hotel does have good facilities with two salons and a Bank machine, which is good because nowhere in the hotel accepts cards (€4 fee to withdraw cash). The pool ares is nice with entertainment during the day but the sun loungers at the pool have no back to raise on them do you need to pay €5pppd to use comfortable one's. The bathrooms are good be beware there is a stopper in the floor beside the toilet that you will hit and hurt your foot. We covered it up with the bath math to prevent any more injuries. Location is excellent, right between the old and new town but I would not stay in this hotel again.

Creo que es de los peores hoteles en los que estuve, he reservado para una semana y solo estaré una noche.Vengo en plan familia por que me lo recomendaron en una agencia española pero desde luego no vengáis a no ser que queráis botellón y habitaciones mediocres y con casi todo estropeado.Todo super anticuado,el mobiliario de pésimo gusto y de los 80,los pasillos huelen que apestan,y estoy escribiendo esto aquí mismo a las 0:00 de la noche con un ruido increíble (música,voces,gente arrastrando muebles...) Bueno,voy un segundo al baño (con la cisterna rota) y me iré luego para cama (con los cierres de las ventanas rotas también con acceso a la terraza,con el peligro que supone para los niños) a ver si logro dormir,patético,evitadlo por favor!

Everything we needed for our holiday as just myself and my husband . Rooms clean and adequate for what we wanted. Plenty of restaurants and bars at either end of Albufeira both within a short walk. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Pool area has plenty of seating /sunbeds with reasonable prices at the bar/ snack bar. Would definitely recommend to both couples and families as plenty to do for all. Sightseeing hop on hop off bus stops just outside the hotel and mini train also to take you local.. All in all a great value for money holiday. Would definitely return.

Groot hotel, wel wat gedateerd. Keukentje is aardig maar wel oud. Lawaaierig, vooral als de Engelse thuiskomen midden in de nacht. Wel leuk zwembad met bar, daarachter minigolf en een trapveldje. Ook is er een binnenbad, wel badmuts op! Bar is elke avond minidisco voor de kleintjes en aanvankelijk live muziek of karaoke. Personeel is wel aardig en behulpzaam, behalve mischien de schoonmaaksters. Ligt wel lekker centraal, het is ongeveer even ver lopen naar de strip als old town.

Lo mejor del hotel, para mí, las habitaciones. Son grandes, con baño amplio una estupenda terraza y la limpieza muy bien. Además tienes una pequeña cocina, con nevera y microondas.
Tiene espacios amplios, varios salones para estar y la piscina tiene bastante espacio. Al menos en estas fechas que no hay excesivo turismo.
Lo peor la comida, muy repetitiva y algo aburrida aunque no escasa. Que solo haya dos máquinas de café para ciento y pico de personas es de risa, y si encima de estropea una ya te puedes morir.

First time to Portugal I would highly recommend the place because it's lovely inside and very spacious plus it's inbetween the old and new town so it's a perfect location. Lots of restaurants near by including a pizza place McDonald's and KFC also Angela's who does the best hotdogs ever regretted now booking this the second time on my visit to Portugal in all honesty because the location was perfect and I like my nightly walks plus being so close to everything saves money when it comes to taxis.i would stay here again no doubt about it as the apartment was very nice. Staff were lovely couldn't be more helpful. Just don't go in January as it's freezing I can remember being wrapped so tightly in bed under the duvet it would all depend upon what you like for me location ia important and this is a main aspect I look for within a holiday personally.

COMIDA escasa, repetitiva..... bebidas abonadas, pides agua y no hay, mandan beber jarra grifo,así 3 dias, leches celíacos y gluten no existe, sólo sin lactosa. Recomiendan compres tú y llevar y retirar personalmente del comedor. Situación comedor muy complicado,recorrido inaudito sin ventanas, poca luz. No microondas. Ojo, el aceite servido en ensaladera grande cristal a granel, sin tapar y la sirves con cacillos. La habitación sin armar camas al completo, restos sobres gel/champu no retiran de aseo.

Only having one star as there is no other option.
This hotel is very dated and Not a 4 star hotel in our opinion. Most of the staff are very rude, while we were trying to get a refund 4 other people made complaint. The hotel was so grubby we didnt even check in.
Following this, we made a complaint as they will not refund.
The response off them is awfwul!! Throwing all sort of accusations!

Nada recomendable, lo cogí por precio pero la comida muy muy escasa y de baja calidad( solo come bien el "patrón"), la piscina con entorno climatizado pero el agua no, la tele con 2 canales solo. Un pro cabe destacar los empleados una maravilla que si no fuera por ellos creo que estaría cerrado. Escoger otro que no será por falta de lugares

Would never recommend this hotel dirty smells damp musky and crawling with cochcoachs. We stay October 2018. When we complained the receptionist tutted at me i showed her picture's of the cochcoachs and she sniggered at me. We paid for upgrade £65 room was just as bad steer clear of this hotel

Solo el mantenimiento es el que faya.hay luces en la habitación qué. No funcionan poca iluminación a mí me ha tocado un colchón con bultos más desgastado.y actividades estan cerradas la mayoría y volveria a venir los sillones del comedor muy estropeados. Le hace falta llevar un mantenimiento mejor.

Passer 2nuits en janvier 2019 qui devait être dans un bungalow qui est très bien mais pas de chauffage donc il nous ont proposé un appartement assez spacieux mais très vetuste et ils ont pas accepter un geste commercial.... car ce n'est pas un hôtel 4 la literie est dure et pas de couette.. chauffage ne fonctionne pas que dans les chambres , la piscine intérieure est a refaire et je parle pas du jacuzzi c'était pire l'eau assez froide et sale .... Je recommande pas a fuir+++ hôtel 2etoiles pas plus..... .

Personal de recepción , la mayoría , muuuuy borde, rayando la mala educación.
Tuvimos problemas con la wifi, (no había en la habitación) en lugar de aceptar que no hay (en algunas habitaciones, cuñado menos) intentan hacerte pasar por tonta, te dicen que es el teléfono, que eres tu que no sabes....)en toda 1 semana no fue posible había con el técnico
Problemas con la calefacción, tuvimos que ponernos tan bordes como ellos para, el segundo día, solucionalo
Piscina interior, supuestamente climatizada, con el agua fría, el recinto frío... pero, lo peor, el agua sucia, además de estar revuelta, te deja como grasilla en lá piel... asqueroso....
Lá limpeza, en ganeral, deja bastante que desar

Nosotros hemos venido en un viaje x mundo senior desde Barcelona y no nos a gustado nada el hotel
Esta Súper anticuado ,las luces de las habitaciones son pobres y escasas no se ve casi nada .

Really a great hotel so good we went back 3 years in a row to the same hotel.
Perfectly located between old town and the main strip.
The staff have become my friends as they are among the best people I have met. The rooms are quite large a self contained. Fantastic range of food every day. The poolside bar and out door area host a lot of entertainment to keep everyone amused and stock a really nice snack area. I am considering making it 4 years in a row

Hotel is in desperate need of an update . Walking into our room was like walking back in time . Sockets not working . Shower just pours out. Sink plug broken. No double beds. When we complained to the staff they just laughed . Would never stay here again.

Average at best....
- Location is reasonable.
- Main pool and general area is good but the kids pool is too small
- If your on the North side of the building the room is like a dungeon as you get no daylight and look over a busy road.
- Food and drink prices at the hotel are extortionate as you pay half the price 2 mins down the road.

stayed here with my family in September for 9 nights we all got bed bugs and we all slept in 6 different beds which means our apartment was infested, this seems to be a common occurrence from reading previous reviews! hotel where of no help rude even and did not care do not stay here!!

To be honest it was ok but it is in serious need of a paint job and kitchen unit upgrade in the self catering rooms. The corridors are dull and our view from the veranda was of a flat pitched roof! Horrible. The TV reception in the room was the worst I have ever seen. Ever watched Sky News for an entire week? Not recommended,but that was all we had. The free Wi Fi is free for a reason I guess. It was so intermittant and constantly dropped out. Never ate at the place. Looked a bit expensive to me. I give it 3 stars for its location. Equi-distant from the strips and in the other direction the Old Town. Right on the main drag for bus service as well. COME ON Paraiso! Spend some money on the place!!!!!!

Gostei bastante. Hotel moderno, apartamentos bem conservados apesar dos anos.
Limpeza impecável, toalhas trocadas praticamente todos os dias. Todo o staff super simpático e muito prestável quando solicitado! Refeições saborosas e variadas, especialmente ao jantar, que é servido numa sala muito agradável com música ao vivo de um pianista.
A apontar de menos positivo apenas a climatização insuficiente noa espaços comuns (refeições e bar) e a falta de variedade do Tudo Incluído, no que diz respeito a opções saudáveis para os mais pequenos (poderia haver iogurtes e fruta) e falta de cocktails, nem que fossem os mais básicos (pinacoladas e margueritas, por exemplo).
No geral gostei e voltaria a repetir a experiência!

I stayed at the Parisio de Albufeira 2 weeks ago with my 3 children I found everything I could possibly require here. Room was immaculate. Pool area is stunning. Entertainment is excellent. If I was holidaying in Portugal again I would certainly stay here.

Excelente atendimento, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Só necessita alguma manutenção ao nível de pintura e mobiliário. Surpreendeu pela positiva, tanto na localização como nós serviços existentes no hotel.

Falta de nadador salvador na piscina. Imensas pessoas "externas" ao hotel, a frequentar as piscinas. Vidros dos elevadores panorâmicos cheios de verdete. Ornamentaçoes de Natal, expostas há vários anos, etc...

- PESSOAL-
Primaram pela simpatia na grande maioria dos casos, e são a eles que atribuo a estrela.
- PISCINA -
Apesar de ter um espaço envolvente muito grande, de haver quase sempre disponibilidade de espreguiçadeiras e chapéus de sol, a piscina necessita de obras de reparação. Não dispõe de vigilância, o que oferece aos hóspedes com menos civismo a oportunidade de fazertudo o que não devem nem é permitido.
- QUARTOS -
Os quartos apesar de espaçosos, são demasiado velhos e com bastantes sinais dessa idade.
- LIMPEZA -
Em paralelo com a atenção e simpatia dos funcionários, do melhor que encontramos neste hotel.
- ALIMENTAÇÃO -
Do pior que já encontramos, sendo que éramos clientes TI, andar com a pulseira era sinónimo de cliente bem enganado.
O buffet era excecionalmente reduzido (no máximo 3 pratos diferentes por refeição e repetidos ao longo da semana), o pequeno-almoço e o almoço eram servidos em cantina(?!?!?!?) estando apenas um espaço digno de hotel de 4 estrelas, reservado para o jantar. Apesar de termos pago o adicional para TI, na alimentação esse adicional apenas nos garantia um desconto de 20% na carta de opções, para além das reduzidas opções mencionadas.
Durante a manhã e tarde, os snacks disponibilizados restringiam-se a umas batatas fritas, uns aros de cebola, pizzas ressequidas do almoço e nuggets.
Durante a estadia o adicional para TI apenas nos garante água da torneira, nunca nos foi servida água engarrafada.
Para culminar o nosso mau estar às refeições, fomos presentados com a companhia da família do proprietário do hotel que mesmo no meio do salão proporcionou à sua família um jantar com tudo o que de melhor se faz naquele hotel...

T2 com 2 suites, vista de piscina e 180° de vista de mar, animação noturna, piscina com várias profundidades e prancha de saltos, lojas, vários restaurantes no hotel e à volta... Foi uma estadia absolutamente espetacular! Pena o Wi-Fi fraquinho e a TV só com 3 canais...

Rooms are dated but otherwise it's a nice hotel and we enjoyed staying there. The only bad thing I would say is the hotel bar is way too expensive compared to other pubs and restaurants in Albufaria.

Poor management!!! Laughed at us when approaching about issues at our room, pushed two single beds together and when we asked to be moved they just put a sheet over the two mattresses! I’m pregnant and there is no WiFi or tv as advertised! We rented a car and the hotel did not give the keys back to the provider when we gave them back so we now are held accountable for further charges! On the beach did nothing to help either will never book with onthebeach or this hotel EVER again never had such a bad experience and we go away twice a year! Bulbs and switches in hotel did not work! freezer melted and fridge iced up? Have to deposit for everything even a deposit for a iron?! Depo box and iron board!! Staff are really rude even laughed at me when I told them I was unhappy!

Back from a fabulous family holiday. Reception staff Eliana and Pedro so friendly and nice. Pool lovely and plenty of sun loungers. Pool staff and entertainers lovely. Our large apartment was pool view and cleaned every day by a lovely lady. Will definitely return. Old town lovely flavours and el rancho was lovely to eat in.

I have never been spoken to as negatively by a member of hotel staff in my life, the way I was tonight by the bar maid Anna who works in the hotel bar beside the reception at the Paraiso Hotel.
I have came to Albufeira on holiday for the past 3 years and stayed in different hotels each time. Real Bella Vista, Eden Resort and this time I'm currently staying in this hotel Paraiso du Albufeira and will never be staying here again. I asked for 4 plastic cups with ice cubes in them to take to my room, as the glasses which are in the rooms are quite small.
one of the bar staff was going to get me what I asked for but was stopped from doing this by Anna who said that I am only allowed them if I am a buying customer. I explained I was a guest in the hotel therefore I was a paying customer but she refused saying just because I was staying here did not mean I was a paying customer at the bar.
I then purchased a drink at the bar, 1 sprite, which I had no intentions of drinking just to get plastic cups with ice. I was charged for my lemonade and served it but then still refused plastic cups with Ice and shouted at for being demanding and told no I would not be getting any plastic cups or ice. (I'm thinking, is this not me being obstructed my human right to water? (in it's solid state of matter))
I complained about this terrible service to other staff members at the hotel reception who agreed with me that my request was very minor but they said the duty manager had already gone home and I would need to complain to him in the morning. A member of staff at the reception did walk with me over to another member of staff in the hotel and explained to him what I wanted and asked him to get it for me but when he tried to, the bar maid Anna stopped him and he did not challenge her on behaviour for being obstructive, instead he came back to me and apologised saying I would not be getting them.
Any other hotel I have ever stayed at I have asked for glasses with Ice and always been given them by polite and friendly staff.
I feel very offended by the way I was treated tonight and am still in shock at the whole incident and I am looking forward to meeting the duty manager tomorrow to air my grievances.
Apart from that the hotel is clean, comfortable enough and the rest of the staff have been fine, some have been very nice but my lasting impression will be of the rude bar maid Anna who needs to be relieved of her post and given responsibilities somewhere where she doesn't need to interact with other people. It was unbelievable!

It's hotel is very basic and very old. It's in need of a makeover. It's deffinatly not a 4 star hotel. It's a 2.5 at best. The rooms were big, with a massive balcony. We did have 2 cockroaches in our room that came out of a little door under the bathroom sink. The kids club is for over 4 so no good for younger children. The hotel has a playground that is about to fall down, so I wouldn't bother letting your kids in there. There is a lovely public playground at the rear of the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment on the food. Over all the hotel is ok but I won't be returning.

I recently stayed at the paraiso for the second time, the location suits my needs for the beach, old town and the strip of its your thing! The staff were all really helpful, courteous and informative.
The studio I had was clean and sufficient.
I'm not really a pool person but it looked clean with plenty of loungers, although it did look very busy around the pool.
Id stay at the paraiso again and recommend it.

Por la noche se llenaba de esos bichos raros., llamabas a recepción y no hacían ni caso. La piscina exterior bastante bien, la interior deja mucho que desear, no cambiaron el agua en una semana.
Las instalaciones por dentro muy deterioradas, sobre todo los dormitorios y la pensión completa no muy buena.

Um Hotel acolhedor, com quartos simpáticos, cozinha e todos os equipamentos que ajudam uma familia ou grupo a ficar uma semana no Hotel, sem ter de recorrer a restaurantes. Bem localizado em Albufeira, fica perto de varios pontos interessantes da cidade. Piscina enorme, que ajudam a disfrutar de mementos unicos em familia. Não consegui disfrutar de todos os espaços e animações, visto que a visita foi efectuada no pós Covid-19, onde estava muita coisa por reabrir.

Os quartos velhos, com móveis partidos, tomadas que não funcionam, colchões velhos, sem Insonorização. Limpeza inexistente! Não existiam cuidados de distanciamento social, só um dispensador de álcool gel na receção.
A piscina interior estava fechada e a exterior tinha um piso extremamente escorregadio, inadequado para crianças. As fotos que estão no Booking já são antigas e desactualizadas. Não devia ter 4 estrelas. Muito mau!

Hôtel encore dans les années 80 avec sa déco mais sympa pour un séjour accueil et personnel sympa et au petit soin. Les chambres studios sont bien agencé. Bel établissement avec pas mal d'activités. Situé au milieu de l'Algarve permet de visiter cette belle région. A faire.

Hotel ne mérite absolument pas ses 4 étoiles. Aucun effort pour parler autre langues que le portugais et l'anglais. Même pas l'espagnol alors que beaucoup de portugais le parlent ou font des efforts. L'accueil est très limite. Chambres disponibles à partir de 14h00 pour nous qui sommes arrivés à 09h00 mais libres de suite pour les anglais et allemands. A 15h00 toujours pas de chambre mais bon "c'est à partir de...". Peu importe que vous soyez debout depuis 03h00 du matin. Serviettes changées tous les 2 jours, draps 1 fois en 7 jours. Ménage laisse à désirer fortement. L'eau de la piscine très froide donc personne n'y va ! Installations vétustes et dangereuses au niveau du jacuzzi, mon mari a glisser et s'est fait mal au coude mais au vu de l'accueil n'a pas voulu le signaler. Bonnet de bain soi disant obligatoire les 2 blonds n'en portaient pas le personnel a vu mais n'a rien dit. Idem pour le reste de l'hôtel qui mérite un bon rafraîchissement. Le point positif 'c'est le petit déjeuner, copieux et pour tous les goûts. Dommage de ne pas avoir du vrai jus d'orange dans cette région où les orangers ne manquent pas. Bien situé par rapport à la plage. 10mn à pieds. Je conseille de voir Lucie pour les excursions et la location de voiture, a l'entrée de l'hôtel. La seule qui traite de la même façon tous les clients ! Pour résumer Hôtel Paraíso para los ingleses y alemanes. Los demás buscar otro hotel. Gracias.

Pool area is amazing and rooms were nice too. There is facility’s such as a hairdressers, nail salon and shops in the hotel. There is great entertainment every night for adults and kids. Kids club on site with games daily. Men working at the bar outside are lovely and friendly. Only downfall is the food they serve in the hotel. Not a great selection and a long wait considering we were one of 3 tables waiting on food.

Hotel un peu désuet certaine chambre on un coin cuisine ... la salle de bain aussi a rénové et j'ai vu un cafard.
il propose le petit déjeuner bonne initiative mais 1 semaine a manger la meme chose en plus fade 2 jours suffisent pour en être lassé...
la piscine extérieure ca va a cette periode il n'y 1 pas grand monde.
la version intérieur a 10 on est au complet et le jacuzzi a 5 c fini aussi... bref pour un hotel de cet taille c'est inconcevable de propose une piscine comme sa.
la salle de sport est payante 8 euros par jours et par personne.
Sinon tout va bien ...

Paraiso. Difficile de juger. Comme d'autre disent:insonorisation catastrophique. En même temps, si les gens avaient un peu d'éducation, au lieu de tirer les chaises,tables etc, ils prenaient la peine de les lever,cela rendrait service à tout le monde ! Autant pour les crises dans les couloirs. Hotel en rénovation. Donc il y a des contraintes,cela paraît évident. Ce n'est pas pour cela qu'il faut absolument tout critiquer. Nous avions un problème de bruit et fonctionnement de clim. Le responsable, Mr Rui (que nous remercions encore pour son dévouement et professionallisme), a tout mis en œuvre pour nous trouver une autre chambre! Chambre d'ailleurs largement supérieure faute de place! Seule déception, le petit déjeuner... cher et pas génial. Nous avons préféré manger à l'extérieur. Le personnel est sympa, pro et parle plusieurs langues ! Dont le français aussi.

We just arrived three days ago and so far it’s been brilliant.. warm spacious room .. immaculately clean.. staff really friendly.
Indoor pool is small but adequate for those who want a swim for exercise .

Na limpeza dou 1 estrela, pois era feita apenas superficialmente. Os lençóis estavam manchados, e quando puxamos as mantas da cama havia bichos a sair da cama, que nós pensávamos ser bichos da madeira, tornando a nossa estadia muito menos relaxante.
No lazer dou 4 estrelas, pois a piscina interior foi uma mais valia, apesar do jacuzzi não ter mesmo água aquecida, mas ser relaxante na mesma. Bar do hotel tem baile que se tem de pagar para entrar e que as pessoas que não estão hospedadas no hotel ocupam o estacionamento todo para ir ao baile e quem está hospedado não tem lugar no estacionamento mesmo do hotel.

Hôtel 4*. N en mérite que 2.. bel extérieur mais intérieur très vieillot !
Éclairage dans salle de bains défectueux (manque la moitié des ampoules) rideau de douche bof, baignoire avec éclats, tapis de bain moisi .
Les lits se rapprochent plus du lit de camps que d une literie d hôtel .. nous avions deux lit en 90 qui glissaient.
Chambre non isolée heureusement que nous sommes en novembre.. (bruit et odeurs de nourriture des chambres du dessous sûrement dû au conduit de la hotte dans le recoin cuisine). Frigo très très bruyant et bancal.
Le petit déjeuner : buffet identique durant 8 jours ! Jus d' orange infect alors que nous sommes dans le pays de l orange.. ..
Par contre, les jeunes femmes de l accueil sont d une extrême gentillesse. Carla parle français.
Je pense que l on peut trouver mieux au même prix .

Built in 2001 and renovated in 2008, it looks a lot older but, actually really enjoyed our weekend. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Here off season so not too busy. Can only imagine how busy it would be high season. Rooms definitely need an upgrade.

Staying here omg amazing hotel. We have 1 bed apt very comfortable. Has all the usual essentials. Only thing . Patio doors not very secure. A few tugs and they open. Also no electric kettles only stove top one. I stayed ground floor apt 107. Balcony is huge. Could have a disco on it. From ba lcony look to your right to the pool . Staff are lovely. There is a hairdressers, nail bar, gym, laundry room. Shop. .music every.night. indoor pool. Here right now. Pool is freezing. But weather is between 25 & 30 degrees. Amazing amazing amazing. 15 mins walk to beach and square or 5 mins in taxi for 4 euro.

Well located in between the old and new towns. Facilities are decent but a lot of additional charges for chairs, sunbeds, gym, etc. Staff are friendly and housekeeping call each day with fresh towels and linen. Rooms are dated but kept very clean.

Es un Hotel de 4 estrellas , a partir de aquí,parece un buen hotel en fotos y la entrada no está mal ,cuando entré da la impresión de un buen hotel ,la recepción fue estupenda ,papeleos para finalmente darte esa pulserita codiciada de TODO INCLUIDO,de esto hablaremos después.
Me dirijo a mi habitación ,yo había pagado por un estudio ,esperaba realmente una habitación más pequeña y me llevé una positiva sorpresa, habitación y cuarto de baño grande, con bañera.
Siempre intento ser justo en mis comentarios,he de decir aún teniendo un mobiliario más bien de los años 90 ,todo está en bastante buen estado.
Cuenta con una piscina interior y jacuzzi e piscina exterior grandísima con bar muy bien situado,el hotel es bastante grande con zonas de jardín,actuaciones ;entre ellas un pianista a la hora de cenar ,que es estupendo... hasta aquí lo positivo.
Empiezo con el suelo de madera, en algunas zonas comunes hace demasiado ruido crujen demasiado ,creo que debido a tanta madera ,hacen que los pasillos tenga un olor un poco cargante.
Nos dirigimos al bufé ,sinceramente esperábamos más variedad,cocina precaria y poco variada.
Carteles todo en inglés o portugués ,de español nada,de hecho los trabajadores tienen poca idea de español ,eso sí los chaval@s de recepción, bar , comedor y servicio limpieza atentos en todo lo que estaba en sus manos.
Vamos a lo importante si estáis pensado reservar con este hotel ,régimen todo incluido ,no lo aconsejo demasiadas restrinciones ,estamos hablando de un 4 estrellas .Cuando coges un todo incluido lo menos que quieres es preocupante por algo.
Bebidas Alcohólicas(si os gusta las bebidas blancas no conocidas adelante ,todo lo demás lo cobran) ,pero lo que indignante es que pidas una humilde botella de agua pequeña y no entre en el todo incluido , después de todas sus restricciones. Que le suponen estos pequeños detalle ???

Creo que no volvería a elejir este Hotel.

Habitaciones grandes con cocina y baño con bañera (mobiliario antiguo) terraza grande.
Instalaciones buenas, piscina exterior y cubierta con jacuzzi(mucho cloro en la piscina cubierta), personal amable y servicial.
Comida desastrosa (poca variedad, cantidad y calidad).
Todo incluido no vale la pena(bebidas alcohólica solo blancas y marcas no conocidas).

Hotel is fine. The Rooms are clean and staff are friendly enough. We didn't eat at the hotel as we stayed on a self catering basis. The pool was a bit dirty and you have to pay £5 for a sun lounger for the day which seemed cheeky. Would have been a really lovely hotel in its day but it just needs some money spent on it to clean the facilities up and revive it.

Habitaciones amplias y equipadas, algo anticuadas, piscina amplia y bastante buena el inconveniente respecto a la piscina es que las tumbonas que son ''gratis'' no son reclinables y hay que estar tumbado en todo momento, las que son reclinables hay que pagar.

O hotel tem uma boa localização fica perto de tudo:pingo doce,continente,mc donalds e muitas lojas ,cafés e restaurantes
Para quem não gosta de andar a pé o hotel fica relativamente longe da praia demora cerca de 15/20mints a pé da praia dos Alemães que é a praia mais próxima.
A zona da piscina é muito boa e tem muito espaço verde para muitas atividades.
Ja é a segunda vez que vou para o hotel e da primeira vez a animação era pessima so falavam inglês
Este ano a animação era simplesmente fantástica!
Os animadores falavam tres línguas:português,inglês,espanhol .
Eram super divertidos tinham um programa de entretenimento diurno muito bom onde incluía futebol,Aqua dance,dardos e muitos outros jogos e outras coisas
O programa noturno também muito bom tinha karaoke ,pessoas todos os dias cantar música ao vivo e mini disco para as crianças.
Pontos negativos:o local onde as crianças brincam (com os animadores onde desenham pintam e fazem muitas outras atividades )é pago,o campo de ténis igualmente e muitas outras coisas .
Relativamente ao wifi no quarto onde eu estava apenas conseguia apanhar na varanda.
A limpeza dos quartos é diária onde fazem as camas e aspiram o chão
A cozinha é toda muito bem equipada com microondas ,panelas ,fogão elétrico e tudo o necessário para cozinhar.
As camas são ok e os quartos tem sempre ar condicionado no caso o T1 tinha um no quarto e outro na sala . A parte do ar condicionado que está fora na varanda é um pouco barulhenta mas ao dormir quase nunca se ouve
Relativamente á sala de jogos nada a declarar é muito bem equipada com muita variedade de jogos.
Pequeno almoço e jantar são muito bons com muita variedade.
O hotel está avaliado em 4 estrelas mas eu só daria 3 acho que podia dar uma renovada

Just back today from a 14 night stay. We loved it here. Good pool side snacks.. Went self catering and all you needed was in the
apartment. Beach 20 mins walk. Resort between old and new town. 20 mins walk to both. No major parties so the only thing that kept us awake at night was furniture being moved in apt above us. The only reason im not giving 5 stars is because the food in hotel is not great for dinner so full board not recommended. Loads of restaurants around instead. Staff also friendly and helpful. Thanks a mil for great holiday

É melhor ir para outro hotel ou até ficar em casa não recomendo a ninguém a não ser que queira umas dores de cabeça
1- o quarto que fiquei não era um sítio fresco abria se as janelas e não entrava vento nenhum estava tão quente há noite que não consegui dormir e foi logo para outro hotel de 3 estrelas mas muito melhor do que esse
2- as tomadas há beira da banca da loiça lava se a loiça e apanhava se um choque
3- limpeza dos corredores horríveis por aquilo aposto que nunca foi limpo a parte da madeira se calca-se parcial que partia se toda e fazia muito barulho.
4- quando fomos ao hotel entramos no hotel e ninguém perguntou nada se quiséssemos entravam os no hotel e íamos para a piscina e ninguém perguntava nada

Hotel is in a great location, pool area is great to. They have a few activities on outside the pool area which are good to. Rooms are 15 years out of date, the balconies are way to low and easy for kids/toddlers to climb up to and the air con in our room was terrible. Breakfast is okay, not the best but it does the job! Bar area is good as well the entrainment of a night for kids.

Just back from a week away in this hotel. Massive pool area. There is only a number of pool beds available at the pool area and when there gone you have to pay €5 for the other beds which is ridiculous. Price of a pint at the pool is €3.50 and is watered down. The pool staff at the bar are lovely people. Unfortunately the staff in the main bar at night are a absolute disgrace.on one occasion I was ordering a drink and the bar staff start doing shots. Twice they tried to leave me short with change first time I took it as a simple mistake. Second time I pulled him up on it and he start telling me to f off and he didn't. After calling me all sorts of names I remained calm as there was kids close bye other wise I'd of jumped the bar and done something I would regret. Also the shop in hotel that sells sweets and usual necessities is way over priced again make sure you check your change as yet again was tried to be left a tenner short. Rooms are good and cleaned to high standard. I would stay here again if they changed 90%of the staff. If your looking for a hotel with helpful friendly staff THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL FOR YOU.

Probably the worst stay I have ever had ever!! We had a family holiday there was 21 of us all got separate apartments myself I had my husband myself and 2 kids (they tried to put us in small room with too singe bed even though I paid for an apartment with room for 4) we went back down and the receptionists first off had a terrible manner didn't know what they were doing paid for pool view also and didn't get that as they had no apartments left facing the pool requested a ground floor for my grandmother and grandfather as they have machine to bring in they had let the room go as they got days mixed up and they eneded up in 7th for ridiculous. We were down at the bar area the 2nd night at the kids show that was grand they danced and sang for 15mins and then were gone so we played some pool and uno before going for dinner while this was happening there was about 30 odd kids running around playing and the manager comes up too u very rudely shouting that our 3yr old niece was playing with 5 plastic cups on the ground beside us which we did ok no problem if shes not aloud that's fine to which his response was no it's not ok who Is going too pay for them (prob €2 for 50 of them) just a disaster from day 1 thank God Albufeira is so nice that your kept going with all the activities your hardly in the hotel but 150% never recommend the place I had to ask cleaners for a bag to change the bin and I m not just saying this but i kept the place spotless and they didn't have to do a thing except change a bin bag avoid avoid void the staff didn't want to help very rude and the indoor pool I wouldn't let a dog in it the waters filthy and tiles missing everywhere my crazy brother got in and cut his toe... shocking outdoor poo only thing that's good about the place

Ok bare with me. The hotel it'self looks good, but there were a few things that set off alarms. The reception staff were moody you never knew what you'd get each day. The bar staff were awesome and friendly, the cleaning staff were polite but we found a few cockroaches living it up. And I've got pictures to prove it. The owner/manager was horrible to a hen party , when they asked when their rooms would be ready which was understandable since they've been there since 11AM and it was nearly 3 PM and the rooms weren't ready, he said "you can leave my hotel and find elsewhere " not really good customer service. Oh and the corridors were dark as hell. All in all the other parts of the hotel were good the atmosphere was chilled and relaxed when you were near the pool.

Been hear 4 times over the years.
But this year will be the last.
New owners not interested.
Food is ok but not much choice now. As before you had loads of choice and you had the big dining room at the bottom it was beautiful.
Now breakfast and dinner are in the eva restaurant. Some times the fish isn't cooked all the way through.
The food is warm not hot.
Hotel is dated and needs repair.
Air conditioning didn't work and baloney didn't lock.
Maintenance man came out the next day. Hard to sleep first night to hot.
Last holiday at this hotel .
