My room was small but nice. Clean and attractively furnished. Cleaned daily. Asked for kettle to make tea. Kettle and cups promptly arrived. Nice balcony complete with the happy sound of gunfire supplied by the adventure park next doors that also offers paintballing.Not intrusive, I thought noise from the road may be a problem but didn't notice any. Overall very happy with the hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Would I stay here again? Yes I would.

Lovely clean and cosy hotel, most staff we're lovely, pool however could be quite dirty with dead flies, leaves etc and the breakfast wasn't the best but apart from that hotel was great, close enough to the strip and old town which is stunning! Would stay again!!

The first room we were given had a very bad smell we were unsure what it was until we found mold on the curtains. We asked for a room change which we got the next day. The second room also had signs of mold but had been cleaned. There were no double beds despite us booking a double room. Housekeeping turned up after 5 pm while were getting ready to go out but we had been out of the room all day. We only had our room cleaned once during a 5 day stay. Guests smoked by the pool area and in the rooms despite this listed as a smoke free hotel. We had to pay each day to use the indoor swimming pool and spa which was a surprise. This hotel is not 4 star. We had such a great time in Portugal and ate at some wonderful restaurants. The only disappointment was at the hotel.

Nice hotel with bars and restaurants within easy reach, indoor and outdoor pools and on site free parking, the room was clean and air conditioned with a comfortable bed, there is a small bar and outdoor seating area, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.

Dreadful service, cannot get food as no one speaks English, 20 minutes with menu still not served, disgraceful.

Buen hotel para pasar varios días, habitacion espaciosa, televisor con Netflix, y todo limpio, eso sí lo único que me agobia que no había ventana, solo la puerta y con un cristal que bajaba para dar un poco de ventilación,algunas hamacas rotas, pero bueno eso si la cama muy cómoda y grande y todo bien,aparcamiento de sobra, wiffi, nevera, y caja fuerte,aire acondicionado, piscina, volvería a quedarme sin problemas.

Infelizmente tenho que classificar como fraco, no dia 25 de Dezembro de 2019 (dia de Natal) fiz uma reserva através do Booking e pagamento via PayPal, recebi número de confirmação(e-mail do Booking). Chego à recepção do hotel por volta das 20:00 do dia 25.12.2019 para o check in e o Senhor da Recepção diz que não tem nenhuma confirmação do Booking para a reserva efectuada, mostrei o e-mail do Booking e mesmo assim não nos foi permitido efectuar o check in, liguei para o Booking a solicitar resolução, já com a confirmação do PayPal do pagamento efetuado e a assistência do Booking disse que iria entrar em contato com o Hotel para a respetiva confirmação. Esperámos cerca de 1h por esse contato que nunca aconteceu... O Senhor da recepção disse que poderíamos realizar o check in mediante do pagamento ao balcão para aquela Noite, não achei correto e procurei outro Hotel... Resumo da história, o Senhor da recepção não conseguiu visualizar a confirmação do Booking porque a reserva foi do tipo Booking Basic, segundo a explicação do Booking é outro sistema que precisa ser acedido de outra forma e por isso não conseguiu encontrar a reservar no sistema Booking "normal"... Como consumidor sou alheio a que tipo de sistema é utilizado pelo Hotel para confirmação das reservas efetuadas. Apenas sei que estou à espera até hoje para receber o valor que já paguei da noite de 25.12.2019 . O chamado "paga o justo pelo pecador" aconteceu porque o Hotel não acreditou no e-mail e pagamento via PayPal que mostrei na recepção... Não é apenas ter um negócio para lucrar, tem que se ter atenção a estes detalhes. Neste caso precisam de formação para aceder ao dito sistema Booking Basic para consultar as reservas pagas e não prejudicar o Cliente. Atenciosamente.

Geräumiges und komfortables Zimmer, zwar mit knapper Seaview, jedoch auf lärmige Strasse ausgerichtet.Auffällig unfreundlicher Empfang beim Check-in.Frühstücksraum jämmerlich eng, aber frische Früchte.

Buen hotel a las afueras de Albufeira, aunque cerca de la zona de ambiente nocturno y también cerca de la playa de Santa Eulalia. Tiene aparcamiento gratuito cerrado en el perímetro del hotel, al que se accede con una llave que te dan en el checking previo pago de un depósito de 10 € que te devuelven al checkout. La habitación cuenta con nevera, micoondas y equipamiento de cocina, pero no tiene fuegos. El personal es amable y la Wifi me pareció un poco pobre con lecturas del SpeedTest que arrojaron resultados de 6,34 Mbps en bajadas y 2,16 Mbps en subidas en la habitación, que sin embargo en el lobby pasaron a ser de 51 y 25,3 Mbps respectivamente. En la habitación en ocasiones tuvimos problemas para mantenernos conectados y las Apps de mayor peso tardaban en moverse; las fotografías también tardaban en cargarse. Del streaming mejor olvidarse.El desayuno tipo bufet está bastante bien y completo, incluso pudiendo tomar zumos de naranja natural (jarras de cristal en el mostrador de la derecha).El hotel en general está bien ambientado, es tranquilo y silencioso, y el personal es amable y facilitador. Nuestra habitación al menos sólo conseguía media opacidad por las mañanas.¿Repetiría? Quizás sí, por las ventajas y gratuidad del parking, pero también buscaría otras opciones en tanto no metan más potencia a la wifi. Sus ventajas: tranquilidad, seguridad y proximidad a la playa.

Stayed in ground floor apartment. Not what we requested. Asked to change was told not possible no availability even though people were checking out. Very noisy in the morning with cleaners and maintenance. Ask for late checkout(just an extra hour) was told again not possible. Not very helpful in trying to make our stay as relaxing as possible

Spotless modern rooms ,Lobby and bar area , quiet pool friendly staff more of a couples hotel and was for a more mature age group didnt see many kids there at all but if looking for a relaxed quiet hotel then this is it

Great location, away from the strip but a little walk to some beautiful beaches and restaurants. Room was a little disappointing with only a door for natural light. Right near the main road so pool isn’t that relaxing but gets all the afternoon sun so perfect for a post beach dip. The bathrooms are done nicely but the see through doors let it all down! No privacy at all! The cleanliness of the bedding and towels wasn’t great! Bed wasn’t made properly and was full of sand by day two, we pulled off the sheets to remake the bed to find quite a few disgusting stains! Towels changed regularly but no face towels after day one and all towels were a bit old and looked as through one good bath towel had been ripped to make a few! In saying all that if your after a cheap getaway and don’t want the bright lights of the strip - it’s a perfect little spot but just expect what you pay for :-)

We enjoyed our visit to this hotel. The location is very good, near the beach and within easy reach from Albufeira (although the nearby road does bring in noise). The room was adequate (the air conditioning, a welcome respite from the August heat), clean, and with a comfortable bed. Our room faced the road, but we could see nicer ones looking onto the garden. The pool uses salt water, which is good, but maintenance could be a little better. Breakfast was average. The staff was very courteous.

Reclamamos las condiciones en las. Que se encontraba el hotel por falta de limpieza en la piscina el césped deteriorado las hamacas sucias y la ducha no funcionaba. No nos solucionaron el problema así que nos fuimos perdiendo el dinero aunque estamos a la espera de la reclamación. Fatal no lo siguiente

Tiny room, could only just open the door. Tiny bathroom, no leg room when on toilet, they are under the bathroom sink. Tiny bed, but very comfortable mattress, which was a plus. No where to put cases. Had to put them on the bed to open them then shut them up & stand them upright. Breakfast was good & parking was a plus, which seems to be a problem in many hotels.

A nice boutique hotel, it's clean which is the most important thing. The air-conditioning in the room was excellent very quiet and cold unlike some where we've been! The bed is very comfortable and the room is spotless. The location is convenient for everything, beach, nightlife, restraunts etc. The pool is nice but it's a little cramped as there's not much space around it, other than that it is a nice place to stay.

Good location as close to the beach. Room was as pictured, only problem was the showered flooded the whole bathroom when used.

Terrible..definitely not a 4 star hotel. Check-in staff was rude. We were given a room that was not clean and had centipedes in it.

I had a ground floor with people walking by my windows constantly. So keeping the windows open for fresh, cool air conflicted with privacy. Yes there was an AC unit, but what’s the point of being near the beach if you can’t get air?

Hotel is on main road, which is absolutely fine. Hotel is nice from outside, newly refurbished I’d say. Pool is small but nice and clean. Rooms were great. Not massive but we’ll suited and large bathroom with all the little extras you may expect (shampoo, sewing kit, shaving razor etc.) bed was comfy with memory foam mattress and pillow. Air-con and mini fridge. Only downside I’d say is there is a lack of staff about but there helpful and polite.Praia oura the smaller closer beach, is much nicer than the main big one. Shops are 10 minutes walk and main strip about 15. Beware there’s a hill down and up so for older people be cautious.Anyway over all real nice place, good local.Recommend, will consider returning.

Simples, hotel pequeno mas cheio de conforto e bom gosto.

We were here for 2 weeks, but just stayed one week, due to various reasons, firstly at breakfast, hot food stone cold ,(scrambed egg rubber) link sausage same. receptionisi running back and forwards making coffee in between checking out people not good.they need to employ somebody just for breakfast only. We stayed in room 301 spotless clean the bathroom is very dangerous no room to move between shower and sink and toilet, also large GLASS ! bedroom door, not a good idea as well checked out and went to Luna Hotel in Albufeira. stayed there rest of trip. also round the pool area the grass was all muddy they need artificial grass.

Der Aufenthalt diente der Erholung. Unweit vom Hotel befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants. Das Beste am Zimmer war das Bett, höchst komfortabel, das schlechteste die Geschwindigkeit des Internet (sogar meine einfache Handyverbindung war schneller) ûnd die Lärmkulisse. Das Zimmer ist recht klein und auf Straßenseite, die Fensterisolierung, so es eine solche gibt, ist kaum geeignet, den Straßenlärm abzuhalten. Aber auch die Geräuschkulisse auf dem Flur war gut zu hören.Das Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, alles sehr sauber. Auf dem Zimmer wird eine gut sortierte Minnibar im Kühlschrank angeboten. Wer Zufuß unterwegs ist, hat seine Freude durch Berg-und-Tal über Wegstrecke von ca. 3 KM von/zum zentralen Omnibusbahnhof, oder eben mit Taxi. Das Personal ist besonders Hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wer tagsüber viel unterwegs und, fast nur zum Übernachten eincheckt, hat dort sicher seine Freude.

Local Acolhedor e Muito Agradável , Próximo de Uma Praia Lindíssima ( Praia de Santa Eulália).

Opgeknapt hotel met aardige kamers die wat aan de kleine kant zijn. Airco werkt goed en vrij stil met afstandsbediening. TV had slechts een beschikbaar kanaal maar heb je hier eigenlijk niet nodig. Niet heel erg veel mogelijkheden om kleding op te ruimen/ weg te hangen. Koelkastje is aanwezig maar grotendeels gevuld met (veel te) dure artikelen van het hotel, weinig ruimte voor eigen blikjes etc. Badkamer is aardig uitgerust met goed toilet, bidet, wastafel (laag geplaatst) en bad waar je ook in kunt douchen, temperatuur van het water schommelt nogal eens. De bedden zijn hier wel heerlijk, niet te zacht maar vrij comfortabel! Een minpuntje kan zijn dat als je een kamer aan de voorzijde van het hotel hebt, je behoorlijk veel geluid van auto's meekrijgt. Dat is even wennen... Verder een aardig zwembad (ca. 10 x 4 meter), eigen parkeerrruimte achter het hotel (niet overdekt, auto staat dus in de hitte!) en ontbijt- / lunchbar waar ook ijs en alcoholische versnaperingen worden verkocht. Naast het hotel is een park waar je aan "arborismo", oftewel boomtoppenavontuur kunt doen (tokkelen, touwladders klimmen, indianenbrug etc.) Leuk voor kinderen!

This is lovely hotel expect totally unsuitable for children even though accepted a booking for adult and a child we had ants in bed and glasses my son was traumatised by it we had to check out after a day due to noise and ants and pool is so small and i had paid €1350 for our stay and they wouldn't give any refund to me offered me another room but with the night we had put in with road noisr and ants we couldnt bare to stay there with noise and ants unbareable and our holiday was spoiled and they were not nice accused me of telling lies never had such a disappointing place

The room is clean , the receptionist is really nice. The room is tiny and the view is not great. But so far it's ok

+++NIEMALS WIEDER+++ Gebucht hatten wir, Pärchen 27+24, für 9 Tage. Nach dem vierten Tag ging es einfach nicht mehr, wir mussten aus dem Hotel raus. Wir hatten ein Erdgeschosszimmer ohne Balkon und ohne Kleiderschrank! Die Bilder lügen! Der Partylärm bis tief in die Nacht war eine Tortur. Das Hotelpersonal überfordert und konnte nicht für Ruhe sorgen. In der vierten Nacht kam ein Fremder um 2 Uhr ins Zimmer und riss uns aus dem Schlaf. Ein betrunkener Tommy, nur mit vielen Non-Verbalen Mitteln konnte ich ihn aus dem Zimmer geleiten. Wir checkten um 6 Uhr aus nach einer weiteren schlaflosen Nacht. Einen Tag später, als wir Booking kontaktierten behauptete das Hotel das wir nicht ausgecheckt hätten. Eine dreiste Lüge. Wir haben in einem anderen Hotel in Faro die weiteren 5 Nächte in Ruhe verbracht. Und blieben auf den Kosten sitzen. Wir werden niemals wieder nach Albufeira fahren und niemals wieder in das Hotel. Booking kümmerte sich vergeblich um Schlichtung. Die einzige Alternative die geboten wurde war ein Hotelgutschein für dieses grauenvolle Hotel. Bitte bucht hier nicht!!!

Arrived 09/06/17 was greeted very warmly by receptionist, she showed us to our room. We had asked for a quiet room and they gave us just what we asked for. We were very surprised at how lovely the rooms were. Every day the rooms were cleaned by very helpful and cheerful ladies. Complimentary toiletries are supplied when you arrive also slippers and dressing gowns. The hotel is kept very clean and there is also a snack bar at the front of the hotel for drinks, coffees and snacks. Sunbeds are comfy and there are plenty. The small pool at the front of the hotel is handy if you get too warm and need to cool off. Our overall experience was very good.

Cómodo y acogedor. Fácil aparcar y cerca de todo lo importante. La playa está muy cerca y es magnífica.

The hotel most certianly needs updateing. Not much assortment in main evening meals. Breakfasts are fine tho'. I must say all the staff are very pleasant and friendly. Allso it is situated on a very busy main road.

Não é um hotel de 4 estrelas, no máximo 3! Quartos mal limpos, água no duche sem força e pouco quente. No geral um hotel velho e a pedir uma renovação profunda. Localidade é muito boa com apenas 10 mins a andar, estas-se perto do centro com lojas, bares d restaurantes.

Fair for the price, recently renovated so everything was new. Too close to a busy road although the rooms were good isolated

Se sitúa cerca de la zona turista y el centro no se encuentra muy lejos. Está cerca de bares de copas, restaurantes y discotecas. La playa está a unos 5 minutos más o menos. Con respecto al hotel, los empleados son muy amables, la limpieza es muy buena y ofrece aparcamiento en garaje con un depósito que te devuelven al devolver la llave del garaje.

Frukosten var mycket bra med många valmöjligheter. Stort rum med separat sovavdelning och liten kokvrå. Nära till restauranger.

Lage des Hotels und Außenpool sind schön, es gibt eine Liegewiese mit ausreichend Liegen und eine Snackbar. Der Spa Bereich besteht aus einer kleinen Sauna, Dampfbad und wohltempariertem Innenpool. Es gibt dort nur 4 Liegen. Der Spa-Bereich kostet 6 Euro pro Nutzung und man muss für 3,50 eine Badekappe erwerben. Bademäntel werden nicht zur Verfügung gestellt.Die Zimmer bestehen aus einem Badezimme, inklusive Badewanne, einer Kochnische, Bett, Sofa, TV und Balkon. An deutschen Programmen ist RTL, Super RTL und Vox empfangbar. Die Betten sind leider sehr unbequem und mit sehr alten Decken ausgestattet, welche bereits auseinanderfallen. Nach Reklamation erhielten wir 2 weitere Decken, welche jedoch ebenfalls sehr alt, eklig und ungewaschen waren. Die Mitnahme eines Bettbezuges wäre zu empfehlen.Im Badezimmer gibt es Probleme mit den Siffons, morgens stinkt es arg nach Kloake.Der Servive an der Rezeption ist englischsprachig und war sehr freundlich.4 Sterne würde ich dem Hotel nicht geben und demnächst ein Anderes buchen.Der Transfer vom/zum Flughafen Faro dauert ca. 40min und kostet 35-40 Euro.Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 7min Fußweg. In de Umgebung gibt es Restaurants und einen Supermarkt.

This hotel claims to be a 4 star but is dated outside and the bathrooms are too, although the apartment was nice and spacious the bathroom and kitchen were dated. The toilet and shower cheap plastic. Noisy at night screaming kids and adults shouting at 130am, waking us all up. They charged €20 deposit for one towel which you had to go down a flight of steps to collect.Staff a bit standoffish. The area isnt that nice either. Its on a main road. Its not far from the strip or the beach which was about ten min walk.The old town of Albuferia seemed much nicer. Didnt enjoy this stay unfortunately and wont be going back. Stay away.

Estuve en el solo la noche del 4 al 5 de julio del 2015, la habitacion bien aunque la que me toco muy pequeña el baño muy viejo. El resto bien. Sobre la comida no puedo opinar no he desayunado.

Bon hotel. Ce qui est appréciable cest que cela fait plus petit appartement . Seul Bémol les places à la piscine ki sont prises dassauts pendant la nuit avec serviettes mises sur les transats.

Situation urbaine éloignée des plages, Deux nuits sans changement de linge de toilette ni de draps, kitchenette mais pas doutils (produit à vaisselle, torchons, éponge, etc... Les conseils et assistance multilingues sont très approximatifs en ce qui concerne le français.
