Fafnd: Booking thru Expedia was the worst. First know that this is not a hotel. This is a series of rental apartments whose managers are incompetent at worst and neglectful at best. No contact was made by any "staffers" to inform us on how to get into the building, much less the room we rented. There was no front desk at the property just an empty table with two phones and what I assume was an intercom. I tried contacting the phone numbers contained on the signage both outside on the door and on the desk but both were disconnected. We had to go to a real hotel next door and try three different numbers to no avail. Finally had Expedia contact someone but still couldn't get the code for the room we rented. At this point I want to warn everyone traveling to Lisbon to stay away from this property. Give your business to the Meriprime Gold hotel right next door their way more professional and actually have staff in person to help you.

Horrível, Horrível, Horrível. Uma parte está a faltar na minha compra. Eu liguei e ainda estou em espera há 20 minutos. Eu tentei conversar na linha e entrar no meu problema, não mentira 7 vezes, recebi uma mensagem onde lamento que todos os agentes estejam ocupados tentar mais tarde bem eu também estou ocupado e não tenho tempo para esta completa falta de atendimento ao cliente!!*****EDIT****I fui à loja Strongsville onde Scott ajudou e resolveu o problema de forma rápida e eficiente. Em menos de 5 minutos na loja, a minha fé foi restaurada!

Grande mercado tradicional de pulgas! Tantas feiras de pulgas consistem principalmente no lixo barato da China, em vez de tesouros vintage e artesanato caseiro. Esta foi uma verdadeira caça ao tesouro para nós! Encontramos muitas coisas limpas e adoramos absolutamente os produtos de madeira caseiros. Está definitivamente na nossa lista de coisas para fazer quando estamos a viajar.

Eu tentei 15 vezes em 3 dias ligar para a loja e falar com qualquer um neste momento. Estive em espera até 30 minutos em um ponto e não consigo falar com ninguém. O atendimento ao cliente, a disponibilidade e a simplicidade de contato é simplesmente IMPORTANTE! Seria melhor procurar as lojas locais para arranjar a electrónica.
