Beetje old school qua stijl maar zeker niets aan te merken op het eten en de wijnen. Prijs/kwaliteit scoort deze zaak zeer zeer goed!

Excellent food, fantastic service in a cosy and friendly environment. Very relaxed meal with great wines to match the refined but well portioned food. Will definitely be back!

I have been hearing about this restaurant for years and finally dined there tonight. I am vegetarian and while there was a choice of starters, I told the waiter which foods I don’t like. I was presented with a simple but perfectly prepared and presented dish. In my case, I can not fault the food or the service. The atmosphere was wonderful. No TV, background music was played at the perfect volume so as to allow conversation flow freely. Yes, it’s expensive, but we know that before entering the premises. For me, it’s a restaurant to which I hope to return many times. Well done to team Willie’s.

Une belle adresse, un style consensuel mais abouti, une cuisine en place. Manque peut être un brin de folie, mention spéciale au service.. pour finir une carte des vins bien équilibrée bien qu'un peu légère ..Merci au Willies

We ate here whilst staying and the lake resort in villamoura and had the most fabulous evening at Willies - the food, ambience and service fab - if you want a special evening you must go - loved it

I had high expectations for Willie’s, but they were not met.
Service was extremely rude. Worse than fast food service.
Food was pretty good (Foie gras pastry was excellent) and overall ambiance was very nice, but everything overshadowed by a truly terrible service experience.

Good, well prepared food. Service a bit awkward: they joke constantly about what you order / ask / do which made us feel a little uncomfortable. Price is on the high side for what they deliver.

Be careful, most positive comments are fake. First of all you will be very badly received. The manager has a very casual unpleasant . The food is really not good and when you make the point they throw the bill directly on the table! It is a real shame and this restaurant does not look like what is really the Portuguese welcome and the quality of Portuguese cuisine. Flee because it is a real tourist trap!

Geht gar nicht! Wir wollten mit unseren beiden Kindern 6 und 9) etwas essen gehen und wurden so abgelehnt unglaublich. Sie währen „overbooked“ Schade für sie, wir hätten richtig Geld gelassen. Haben wir dann nebenan im Café de Art. Großartiges Restaurant super nett und sehr gutes Essen. Die Kinder haben immer mal wieder um die Ecke geschaut, in Willis blödem Restaurant waren den ganzen Abend zahlreiche Tische frei....

Not your typical Portuguese place to go, high price for the average Portuguese but to be fair it's not intended to. Good food, maitre being the main attraction eheh.

Creio que desde 2009 que frequento o Willie's e nesta hora difícil, queria expressar o meu profundo desagrado pela errática decisão dos Senhores do livro vermelho. Força, e espero continuar por muitos mais anos a ter o prazer de bem comer no Willie's.

A minha pontuação só se deve à comida porque desde a receção pelo maitre, à cobrança de pratos não solicitados e ao não retorno do nosso troco que assumiram ser gorgeta foi tudo muito aquém das expectativas que iam altas.
Acho que ganhavam bastante se se actualizassem - tanto no espaço, como na carta de vinhos, como no serviço pela parte do maitre.
Somos atraídos pela estrela Michelin e quisemos comparar com outros restaurantes de topo onde já fomos e sinceramente é para não voltar.

It was our fourth visit to this restaurant. The food is superb. I would definitely recommend the rack of lamb. It melts in your mouth.

Cozinha irrepreensível. Confecção e apresentação. Come-se muito bem. O serviço também irrepreensível. Mas o chefe de sala é insuportável. Permanentemente com brincadeiras e piadas. Não está alinhado com o tipo de restaurante onde trabalha.

Très mauvais moment, nous avions réservé via la fourchette, le chef de service nous a reçu comme des malpropres " no reservation, no table, bye" puis le chef qui nous a bien montré notre réservation mais nous a oublié... Cela peux arriver mais aucun mots d'excuse, au revoir. Nous avions jamais été aussi mal traité dans un restaurant, encore plus un soit disant étoilé Michelin...

Wir wurden unverschämt behandelt. Wir hatten keinen Tisch reserviert und obwohl offensichtlich zwei Drittel des Lokals leer waren, in einem frechen Ton des Kellners darauf hingewiesen, dass wir ja morgen einen Tisch reservieren könnten oder ins benachbarte Cafe gehen können. Ich habe mich derartig geärgert, dass ich unbedingt eine Bewertung schreiben muss. Wir sind oft Gäste in Sterne Restaurants, aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Verstehe überhaupt nicht die positiven Bewertungen bzw. den Michelin Stern .

Depois de umas entradas divinais os pratos principais deixam muito a desejar. Somos atraídos por ter estrela Michelin mas o preço excessivo não se justifica de todo. Serviço de mesa razoável.

Lugar agradável, e comida requintada, porém um maître arrogante, esnobe que insistia em falar em varias línguas comigo, mesmo sendo brasileira em Portugal. Me irritou e me fez sentir desconfortada na noite de comemoração do aniversário de casamento. Não volto mais.

Comida e preço condizentes com um restaurante estrela Michelin. Entretanto, o maître é uma pessoa arrogante e prepotente, não deixando os clientes à vontade. Conhecendo vários outros Estela Michelin, confesso que a experiência foi muita impactada por esta figura desagradável.

If you give this establishment less than 5 stars I cannot understand. Been coming here 5 years and have never had less than 1st class service and exquisite food. I can recommend this resteraunt no matter what circumstances. Pity there are no more stars...

Amazing evening here in this tiny but fabulous restaurant. Food was fantastic (menu small but they made something delicious & vegetarian for us). Wine and Port gorgeous. Atmosphere perfect.
