If you don't have a big budget it's a good option but... I think that this hostel is very poor. The bathrooms are small and there is not some places for sit, read, work with your laptop, etc. The roof is closed. The service is nice, juts for that I give them 3 , but the hostel is not a good option for save some money, don't worth.

Uma desgraça que fechou Graças a Deus. Pior é imppssivel. A Gerênte Nádia é uma autêntica nódua como Prssoa, arrojante e sem qualidade alguma. Um verdadeiro lixo.

Non ci andate! Pessimo Pessimo pessimo! Condizioni igeniche pessime, non hanno coperte, i bagni non sono veramente divisi uomini e donne come dicono e questa è la parte peggiore. Cucina sporca.

Esta muy bien, buenas comunicaciones y buena limpieza. Mejorar: baños más amplios, más colgadores en él baño, taquillas algo más anchas.

제발제발 가지마세요 입구부터 잘 못찾겠어서 헤맸어요 직원들은 친절하나 이것 빼고 다 최악이에요 2박 예약했는데 도저히 못참겠어서 가까운 곳으로 옮겼어요 이불 부족해서 제 가디건 덮고 몸 한껏 웅크리고 잤구요 덕분에 다음 날 아침에 다리가 아플 지경이었어요 침대도 소리 엄청나고 잠도 몇번이나 깨고 2층 침대 배정받았는데 콘센트가 1층에 있어서 불편했고 화장실 엄청 좁고 샤워실도 엄청 좁고 냄새나요 8인 여성 전용 도미토리 예약했는데 남자 한 명 있어서 왜 그러냐고 물어봤더니 booking management 문제라면서 어쩌구 하시는데 방 바꿔줄 생각 안하구요 여성 전용이 더 비싼데 왜 이런식으로 처리했는지 모르겠어요

The hostel is hard to find with no sign except on a small door bell. Showers need a revamp but it looks bright and colourful!

I didn't have any problems except that they have horrible bathroom that you won't want to get in with your barefoot, and seems like they never throw trash. Anything else? they didn't have thick blanket when I was there even when It was winter

Depois de visitar + de 100 hoteis e hosteis em Lisboa, nunca conhecemos uma rececionista tão agradável e que fizesse um serviço tão bom em nome do hostel, daria 6 estrelas se fosse possível.

El hostal deja bastante que desear. Habitaciones minúsculas, y de los baños y las duchas... mejor no opinar

Es un hotel parecido más bien a una pensión. Es muy barato, ubicación en el centro de la ciudad, condiciones de higiene aceptables, espacio pequeño, camas muy confortables a pesar de ser de dos niveles, personal educado y gentil, entre huéspedes la relación es muy buena y parece como si todos fuesen familia, aún no se conozcan, ni hablen el mismo idioma.

Péssima escolha, o local é bem localizado, no entanto não há regras, barulho intenso durante a noite, tv com volume alto, gente conversando e até gritando alto, muitas trocas de camas em uma mesma hospedagem, café da manhã em más condições, poucos utensílios para uso na cozinha. Todos os funcionários foram alertados várias vezes dos problemas, no entanto não há funcionários o tempo inteiro no hostel, há varios momentos que não se encontra ninguém na recepção. Os funcionários não tomam nenhuma atitude quanto a baderna gerada.

The intentions of this hostel might be good but even for it's price the quality is quite poor. I have experienced quite a lot here. One bathroom, for so much people, it does not even close so you have to guess whether someone is inside. Shower room does not fit two people. My stuff was moved to another room without notifying me, some of it was missing as it appeared later. Wouldn't even bothered to ask as I was having dinner in the citchen. The final point was two policeman checking what's going on. Thanks to God I was checking out that day. Appreciate the experience guys. I do hope you will get better.

This is a place that should not exist!!! Besides the fact that they scammed me and my friend right from the moment we went to make the check in, and they actually raised the price that we had in our reservation almost twice, after spending one night, i woke up without my coat and they literally did nothing, acting like that would be normal!!! Of course that might be normal considering they stole us from the very beginning!!!!

Save yourself the experience and don’t stay at this hostel, it’s not worth the cheap price. Not clean at all, the communal bathroom door doesn’t even close so you can’t lock it. No blankets for the bed, tight cramped space, serious lack of any security or safety. No locked doors at all, just a buzzer at the front door which anyone could get in. Sheets on my bed weren’t clean, staff wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. I made a booking online which they lost the day of my booking it and checking in. Took like 10 minutes to check in. You can hear everything in the hostel and outside on the street.

As instalações em geral nao são más... O mesmo nao digo dos WC/Duches, que poderia ser projetados de forma a darem um pouco mais de privacidade. O STAFF esse é impecável.

I booked in advance, made a mistake with the number of days, called them immediately but they only refunded me 50%. We arrived and the room was dirty. It was full of black hairs, the sheets looked used and there was so much noise coming in from outside that I thought the bus was going to run me over during the night. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy, the paint was coming off the walls and the water was cold when I tried to have a shower. There are two small bathrooms for fifty people.

Encontrei muitas pessoas simpaticas e o atendimento foi super. A unica coisa que eu nao gostei foi: so havia um banheiro para as mulheres, mas fora isso nao tenho o que reclamar.

Si estás buscando un sitio barato este es el lugar, pero, debes saber, este hostel es muy básico. Tiene al menos 7 cuartos, cada uno posee entre 4 y 6 camas. Las instalaciones son muy pequeñas y solo tiene dos baños. Uno para mujeres y otro para hombres. Cada baño tiene un sanitario, es decir solo 2 sanitarios en total. Hay 4 duchas, dos para hombres y dos para mujeres. Sin embargo, en el baño de mujeres una ducha está fuera de servicio, por lo que es una ducha para todas. Es un caos cada mañana, hay que hacer fila para bañarse y utilizar el sanitario. Por otra parte, hay habitaciones que no tienen ventana, por lo que los malos olores se concentran. Ofrecen desayuno por 4 euros adicionales, demasiado caro para lo que dan (sandwich que tú te tienes que preparar, café, yogurt, cereal y alguna fruta). Con los mismos 4 euros puedes comprar comida en el supermercado Super Preço que queda diagonal al hostel y te alcanza para hacer desayuno por 2 ó 3 días. Tienen una buena cocina así que puedes cocinar cómodamente. Las empleadas del hostel son amables, es lo único que valoro. En general la calidad de los hostel en Europa es muy mala, deberían tomar en cuenta la experiencia china y vietnamita.

We had a room for 4 people. Very small, no windows, no AC, just a fan which doesn't help. It was very hot to sleep.
